From Gholgoth to Greater Dienstad and Ellorea to Tetrakon, the Allied Nations Treaty Organisation is a treaty organisation forged in 2011 by the the Crown Commonwealth of Yohannes and Her Commonwealth Empire, Drakonian Imperium and Aldarminia. The alliance itself is a loosely organised coalition of states interested in enforcing their sovereignty, protecting their people, creating an environment wherein like-minded nations may unite together to prosper and defending their nations from potential threats. Tasks such as establishing alliance protocol and internal workings are overseen by a collective body of national leaders and representatives known as the ANTO Assembly.

The text of the ANTO charter is present below and news concerning the organisation shall be posted herein periodically for the convenience of those interested.

Charter of ANTO

» Article One: Founding - The Allied Nations Treaty Organisation is henceforth established as an entity meant to enforce the sovereignties of its member states, protect the peoples of aforesaid member states, and to create an environment wherein like-minded nations may unite together to prosper. This charter defines its terms, conditions, and the means of its existence.

» Article Two: Leadership - The leadership of the Allied Nations Treaty Organisation shall be organized via an assembly of delegates and representatives alike from each member-state's nation.

» Each member state shall assign a delegation or a representation to express the interests of their respective state within the assembly.
» All amendments to the Allied Nation Treaty Organisation's charter will be passed with a majority approval within aforesaid assembly.

» Article Three: Expectations of Membership - The Allied Nations Treaty Organisation has few expectations of its member-states, however the following are expected of all member-states and violation or non-compliance with such can and will result in ejection from the alliance provided that the assembly approves:

» All members of the Allied Nation Treaty Organisation are expected to come to the defense of their fellow member states in the event of conflict or warfare.
» All members of the Allied Nation Treaty Organisation are demanded not to engage in hostilities against fellow member states.
- » Observer status in the organisation can be offered to particular sovereign states by the assembly. Observers may be present at alliance conferences and votes, however representatives on behalf of a observer state may not vote on any alliance protocol nor may they actively receive the benefits that are obtained as a member of the organisation.

» Article Four: Economics - Members of the Allied Nation Treaty Organisation are expected to hold no tariffs concerning their fellow member states to any amount exceeding 2%.

» All member states shall uphold and provide free access to their respective markets. In addition, free access to market information shall be maintained by member states at all times.
» All member states shall allow free movement of labor et capital goods between member states of this Organisation.

» Article Five: Headquarters and Assembly Location - The Headquarters of the Allied Nations Treaty Organisation shall be located in Ardenfontein, the de-facto capital of Yohannes. In the event that the ANTO complex is damaged, destroyed, or rendered unsuitable for hosting alliance business an AD HOC location can be decided upon.

» Article Six: Establishment of Ministries - The following ministries are henceforth established with the intent of them allowing the Allied Nations Treaty Organization to function more efficiently and with a greater organisational standard:

» Ministry of Foreign Relations
» Ministry of Health & Sciences
» Ministry of the Interior
» Ministry of War

» Article Seven: Registration and Application - Membership into the Allied Nations Treaty Organisation can be obtained through a formal registration wherein the leadership of an applicant-state contacts the organisation's Ministry of the Interior. To obtain entry into the organisation said applicant must obtain a majority approval from the member states of this entity.

» Article Eight: Amendments to the Charter - This charter may be amended insofar as the proposed amendment obtains the approbation of at least sixty seven percent of the assembly established in Article Two of this charter.

» Under no circumstances may Article Two of this charter be repealed without the absolute approbation of such a motion by the entire assembly.
» Under no circumstance may Article Three of this charter be repealed.

Another little cabal, little conspiracy, organized and executed for the sole purpose of exemplifying the few while disparaging and disenfranchising the many. Don't speak to the world of “peace” and “prosperity”; you know nothing of it. You know nothing of the kind of peace it is to simply be able to walk outside of your own home and not have to fear the glow, the light, or the very air you must be sure to only breath through micro-filters; the peace of knowing that water – the very giver of life itself – need not be double, triple, quadruple filtered through charcoal and be disinfected with ozone just to touch it. Peace is knowing that the next day you won't wake-up with a metastasized tumor the size of an apple at the base of your skull; knowing that the wrinkles around your eyes are little more than the productions of a stressful occupation, not having to worry of the possibility that the sinew and connective tissue attaching your flesh to muscle and bone have begun to degrade, that three days more and you'll have to tread lightly for the fear that you might walk-out of your own skin, like some costumed fiend preparing a new disguise for yourself.

Ever had to fight off fiendish beasts – little more than animals – so intent on the rape, murder, and consumption of your own sons, daughters, that they are willing to run ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ a fifteen man deep firing line? Even more, you luxurious lechers, have you fucking fantasized about just such a circumstance? It wouldn't surprise me – us – in the least...

Prosperity... Well, fuck: I don't even know what prosperity is, kids; I just know we sure as hell haven't had it for half-a-fucking-century.

Was it not this very entity ░░░░░░░░░░░░░ to annihilate ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ once-great Kyrusia? Were they not so impetuous, so decisive in the call ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ many people? Were they not so efficient in their ░░░░░░░░░░░░░ an entire people, an entire culture, an entire ethnicity in little more than a matter of hours?

Of course, to give Yohannesia all of the credit would be a farce: its little bitch, Kylarnatia, also played its role. I wonder how many Kylarnatian citizens died on the shores of Kyrusia, burning swathes of land just to insure that the few souls that made it so far couldn't escape. Do those burns still hurt your soldiers' hands? Does the blinding light of the falling stars themselves still curse and vex your dreams, your memories? I hope so. I hope you can't sleep knowing what you've done to us; I hope the screams of ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ women and children you condemned to a fate worse than death haunts you to the grave. I hope whatever “god” you believe in obliterates your soul, your very essence, upon your passing from this earth. I hope, with all of my heart, mind, and body, that you rot where you stand; that the very war that now embroils the region of Gholgoth will grace you with the degree ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ to endure.

Then, quite blatantly, we come to the Commonwealth's closest conspirator and accomplice: the “Grand Cailene Crown Republic of New Azura.” The Azurans, perhaps above any other group, were swiftest in their decision to obliterate our hopes and dreams. Surely, just due to political reasons and past conflicts alone, the most minute of possible “atrocities” was the perfect chance – the only needed excuse – to remove the “Fortified State” from your sphere and bring about our end ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ apocalyptic manner. Yet, I feel in my darkest of hearts, that it was your regime, your farce of an enlightened society, that was first to suggest the use ░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ and thermobarics in the light of refusing an invasion – even an expeditionary force; hell, a fucking diplomatic call. No; that was too rational, too sensible, for the likes of your kind. “Bomb them all! Burn ░░░░░░░░░░░░ they stand!” Am I close? I feel I am; closer than you, little more than a scavenger, will ever willingly admit – will ever willingly permit yourselves to accept the responsibility for the crimes you committed.

Members of the Allied Nations Treaty Organisation, the Operation in 1962 known as Operation Mayflower and the cordon that has existed around Kyrusia since then are no real secret. Nuclear attacks are easily noticeable, and especially the cordons that exist after them. I will be honest and true when I say Operation Mayflower did what was asked off it and turned Kyrusia into nothing more then an a huge hole full of nuclear waste, where some inbred spawns have obviously developed. Yes, it was truly an episode of 'mass destruction' and was truly horrific, but I do not take responsibility for the actions of my predecessors, who I do not even share blood with.

This man, Fretrijic Votezak, or whatever inbred spawn he is, throws insults at the present as if they're the past. Though he is silly to do so. Times have changed, entire nations have changed and even fallen, and new leaders and people have taken their place. Kylarnatia today is nothing like the Kylarnatia of Operation Mayflower, but I give out a simple warning to Kyrusia when I say hold your tongues, because you address a new leader, one who has no problem with recreating the destruction Kylarnatia unleashed on you fifty years ago, even remastering it's strength to the point that what caused you to become a pit of despair then, will cause Kyrusia to be wiped off the face of the earth today. I do not speak empty words or threats.
