TO: Arjuna Tea Services Corporation, Yohannes
FROM: Olivia Plank, Imports and Supplies Manager, Sally's Supermarkets, Inc.
Greetings,
I would like to place an order to have your tea imported for retail sale in our supermarket chain across the Radiatian Federation.
Tea as a commodity is becoming incredibly popular in Radiatia, which means that you and I stand to benefit financially from this increased demand!
I wish to enquire if there will be any discount offered for buying in bulk, or a price for buying in weight, rather than in individual units?
Specially we wish to import 5000 metric tonnes of Arjuna tea, of all types.
Our first order will be for 1 million units of 80 tea bags, which we estimate to be equivilent to 2500 metric tonnes.
Order is attached.
Nation: The Radiatian Federation
National representative: Olvia Plank (Sally's Supermarkets, Inc.)
Amount of Arjuna Tea order: [Arjuna tea come in $20.00 per box containing 80 Tea bags]
US$20,000,000 (1,000,000 units)
We also wish to advise that there is currently a tarriff on imported goods from nations who do not have a trade agreement with Radiatia. However as we are so confident in the quality and likely popularity of your product, we will pay the tarriff ourselves at no cost to you.
I look forward to hearing from you,
Yours Sincerely,
Olivia Plank

Skizz Markt Group, N.V.
Dear Sir/Madam,
Your brand has come to our attention thanks to one of our employees, who has had the ability to taste the tea following a recent holiday in the Yohannesian Commonwealth. Impressed by the quality of your product, he brought it to the attention of our purchasing departments. Having been able to ascertain the quality of the tea by ourselves, we would like to state that we are very much interested in offering your product line in our various grocery stores.
Skizz Markt Group is the holding company that operates the Skizz supermarkets throughout Maredoratica. We operate three distinct store formulas (Miniskizz, Skizzmarkt and Hyperskizz, ranked from small to large in terms of store surface), and an internet grocery store known as iSKIZZ. This has resulted in us becoming the market leader on the Van Luxemburger market, as well as important competitors on the Ruccolian and Santherese markets, among others. Our customers are present in all layers of society, and the Grand-Ducal government has a long-term contract with us for the delivery of various groceries. We feel that we are the best choice to market your tea across Maredoratica and capture a sizeable share in the regional tea market, which is relatively underdeveloped at present.
Thus, we would like to arrange for a supply contract with Arjuna Tea Services for the delivery of tea in all different varieties to Skizz supermarkets throughout Maredoratica (Needless to say, initial delivery will take place at our distribution centres, from where we will deliver it to our supermarkets and franchisers). In addition, we would like to ask whether or not it would be possible to create a line of products specific for Skizz Markt Group, for use as our store brand. We would prefer to have this brand align with our own store brand (Skizz), to reduce marketing costs, but we will leave this to your discretion. Furthermore, as a quality supermarket, we feel the need to mention that the product manufactured as our store brand should be of comparable quality to the Arjuna tea, as the price reduction compared to your own brand will originate mainly from the difference in brand name. The usual division between store brand and A-brand tea is usually 45/55%, so we feel that this store brand opportunity is also a great chance to expand sales for your firm. Perhaps unsurprising, a lower profit margin for both of our companies applies when selling the store brand, but it is a great chance to increase turnover and fill voids in the production capacity.
We hope you will be considering both our proposals and get back to us as soon as possible.
Kind regards,
Hanneke van Someren,
Purchasing manager hot drinks,
Skizz Markt Group

"Rather than a select amount, I would like to request a partnership. Our chain of stores is a major one in Tulija, and to stock Arjuna would be most beneficial to both our franchises. Therefore we would like to offer you the chance to begin large scale, consistent importation to Tulija, with Osgood & Millers stocking it in limited stores to begin with - followed by national coverage by the end of the year."

Dear Arjuna Tea Services,
Aston Knight is interested in your tea and is wondering if you would like to became the Aston's tea provider. Due to our mutual trust and free-trade agreement with the Yohannesian Commonwealth, the Aston would like to offer Arjuna Tea Services to become the main tea provider for the Aston's offices and palace. This mean we need 1,000 boxes delivered weekly or up to 4,000 for special occasions. We feel this order is possible and that you take the opportunity to increase your profits greatly and to get your name known among royalty of the world. Thank you for your time,
Brandon Knight, Minister of Trade

Greetings,
Workers at Thinktronic have been complaining about the shortage and taste of drinks such as tea and coffee in our offices and assembly lines. We have come upon your company as a replacement for the current store brand coffee and tea.
Thinktronic would like 1010 boxes of Arjuna Tea per month, shipped or delivered by air to the port city of New Ostia. We will be paying 20200 NSD per month for these shipments. We ask that shipments stop within 3 months for consideration of it being adopted as the permanent tea in our facilities.
We hope this brand we be the best out of all the other brands we've tried.Oaphal Randalls,Chief Human Resources Officer
