Calvini Defense International (RSE: CDI) is a major multinational Roman defense contractor and industrial corporation primarily manufacturing weapons and military and commercial electronics. Calvini Defense is among the world's largest military contractors and is also one of the world's largest producer of small arms and guided missiles. CDI adopted its current name in 2011.

Established in 1813 by Luca Calvini, CDI operates worldwide has around 2.7 million employees and generated sales of $189 billion NSD in 2011. More than 80% of CDI's revenue comes from military and government contracts. As of Feburary of 2012, CDI is the largest military contractor in San Pellegrino Romana, and is the third-largest company in the nation. San Pellegrino Romana is ranked as having the #1353 largest arms manufacturing sector in the world.

Umberto Calvini (1952-) is the current Chairman and CEO of Calvini Defense International and is also the great-great-grandson of founder Luca Calvini. He was appointed to the rank of Knight Commander of the Order of the Roman Empire in 2006 by His Royal Majesty King Raphael II. Umberto is seen as a possible future candidate for Chancellor of Rome.

Calvini Defense International does not currently publish any financial data, as it is a privately-held company. The Calvini Family is known for keeping a tight-leash on their company, and for infamously not offering any IPO in the company's 199-year history. Rumors that domestic stock may be available soon have bankers and economists in a frenzy.

Cherchi-Pardini was established in 1813 when Luca Calvini was released from his apprenticeship by Alberto Simza, his gunsmith mentor. Calvini named his business after two customers who quickly became his partners in the business.

Cherchi-Pardini is known for its broad range of firearms: semi-automatic pistols, revolvers, shotguns, hunting rifles, express rifles, assault rifles, submachine guns, and bolt-action rifles. In 1979, Cherchi-Pardini was chosen to produce sidearms and main assault rifles for the armed forces of several Roman Commonwealth nations.

Farberini was established by renown gunsmith Giancarlo Farberini in 1943.

Kenaz Defense & Security Industries (KDSI) is a subsidiary of CDI based in Grozny, Herzoslovakia. KDSI's main products are the M8 PDS and the M290 submachine gun. Yuri Orlov (born 1964) has been the CEO of Kenaz Defense & Security Industries since 2005.

Point Corp (RSE: PCI) is the main private military company branch of Calvini Defense International. It is one of the largest private security firms operating in San Pellegrino Romana, and in 2011, Point Corp received over $27 billion worth of contracts from various Roman Commonwealth governments.

CDI subsidiary Point Corp is known for providing humanitarian support. In 2006, it provided support to the Malagan government after a 7.9 earthquake hit the major city of Lugash. The company flew in tons of humanitarian aid to the city in the aftermath of the disaster. I would like to begin by pointing out the obvious relation that there is between San Pellegrino Romana and Monte Mare, a nation that we have always considered as our closest allies. The quality, craftsmanship and utility of your products is certainly remarkable, and as a nation that has a great concern on defense and military issues we couldn't help but noticing that.
