When the noblest precepts of unity, justice, and national sovereignty are to grace the state of a national body, that political authority has since become what is perhaps the greatest singular force in all of mankind. Under this sacred context of ideological belief, this network, bound by treaty, of sovereign, independent states, joined in a most compossible and free association do hereby ordain the sacred principles so-shared, and do henceforth establish this coalition of independent states henceforth named the noble and complete, Sovereign Network.

Throughout history, there has been no man that has shaped to be moral without the sacred principle of justice. Justice must pervade the entirety of a society for it to be proper. Just must pervade the entirety of a state for it to be proper. Justice must pervade the entirety of this treaty organization for it to be proper. A state actor must bid adieu to the very thought of the iniquities that encompass so much of the wider realm of the earth. To be proper, justice is needed. To be secure, justice is needed. To be of great purpose, justice is needed.
The need for justice is absolute. Lest we allow the perversion of iniquity, injustice, and dilapidation of the moral character to become common amongst the peoples of the states here joined in this volitional compossible union of state actors. Justice must be our security and at the greatest integral core of our hearts. Let justice reign as our being.

Always has sovereignty been integral to the existence of the state. Sovereignty to a people is the sure defense to thwart systematic debacle of a societal entity. Our most noble purpose shall be the keep of our unison, but also of our sovereignty. No state should impose itself unto another. No person should transgress against another. Sovereignty of the self, as well as sovereignty of the state must be of existence. Even through the tightest union, the sovereignty of another must be existent. A state actor, although seeking security in unison, and seeking scrupulous being through defense against iniquity with justice in their heart, must recognize the needs of his sovereign society.
Sovereignty must remain prevalent in this treaty organization. Sovereignty of the people, sovereignty of the state. Through a prodigious union must the states of the Accords exist, but also through a noble individual being shall they be. Let sovereignty be kept by us.
With the signatory articles inherent to this treaty being signed, and the most noble will of the alliance and its members inherent included in the above, this most noble Sovereign Network, bound by the Accords of Union, does henceforth exist. It does henceforth remain in existence. It does henceforth remain a haven for the proper hearts of the Earth. By the powers vested for the recourse of all that is proper, these articles are henceforth put into resolute multinational effect by the signatories hitherto these articles and Accords.
These Accords shall be kept within the Archives within the Municipality of Nekaplium within the Sovereign Network Compound located within the Most Noble Republican Union of Ostronopolis. These Accords are printed in Dutch, Ellinusian, English, and Russian, and all shall be considered equally authentic. Duly certified copies thereof shall be transmitted by that government to the governments of the other signatory states.
In faith whereof the representatives of the signatories of the Sovereign Network have signed the present Accords within the Municipality of Nakaplium the twenty-sixth day of March, two thousand and eleven.
