By the order of the Ancient Caesar of the Imperium Antiquum, Eius Caesarea Maiestas Caesar Silvier Catharina Hyuga IV, within accordance with the Externa Act of 1989, the Caesars Ministerium of Externa is to announce today, on the twenty-fourth of October in the year of our mother two-thousand and eleven, that the land of the Imperium wishes to open it borders to foreign dignatories, near and far, to establish ties with all the world, through the use of embassies. This is to come into effect immediatly, after the passing by both courts under the law and order of the Caesar.
It is stated, within the Externa Act of 1989, that the goal is to expand the horizons of the citizens and business's within the borders of the Imperium, through diplomatic and economic talks with specialized envoys at the head. Our envoys are of the best quality, with the needs of the state or business and the foreign state or business, in mind. This act of 'foreign intergration' is to overall, promote the state of the Imperium and it's business's, and in turn learn of what foreign states and business's have to offer. Talks are also used to ease any migration that exists between this state and the state in question, if high levels of migration exist.
Upon establishing a diplomatic mission within the borders of the Imperium, the Caesar wishes that we too, can establish a diplomatic mission within the state in question and also grow better ties with that state in the coming years.

A Brief Overview of the Imperium
Kylarnatia, officially known as the Ancient Empire of Kylarnatia (Latin: Imperium Antiquum Kylarnatiae) is a coalition of lands spread over various regions of the world, the main state situated within the region of Gholgoth (other regions include Sondria and Greater Dienstad, to name a few). The Imperium holds land borders with Sambizie to the north then maritime borders with Crimmond to the south, Schultaria Prime to the west and Vetalia to the east.
The Imperium began as an official state as the Regnum of Kylarnatia back in 1200 when the tribes that lived in the mists of Gholgoth, including the deadly Black Cobra Tribe, joined together under the rule of our dearest mother, Regina Silvier I (known as 'The Mother' to the Silvier Sacerdotium, the national religion). Though after her death, civil wars constantly broke out and the state was continuously finding it hard to keep itself stable under one ruler. Eventually, Rex Drake signed the 'Cobra Itaque' in 1411, which allowed the Black Cobra Tribe to slaughter the rest of the tribes, in return letting Rex Drake stay over them as supreme ruler. The ages of imperialism came years later in 1720, when Rex Francis sent out an entire fleet to explore the Kaltornian Seas to the south, whic had mystified the people since the days of our dearest mother. Upon finding lands in what have now become the modern regions of Sondria and Varathron, by 1799 the Imperium had become a more powerful entity, now industrialised. The monarchs adopted the title of 'Caesar' and in 1830, Caesar Dianne came to the throne, seeing the most prosperous era of rule. Though in the early 20th Century, the Sovereign began to collapse in value and in 1923, along with the adoption of the modern day Imperialis Senatus and Populi Aula, the Yohannesian-influenced Caesars Aurum was adopted. For most of the 20th Century the Imperium went into isolation, but near the end of the century (around 1970) - Caesar Yuri Volte Hyuga came to the throne and wished to study the world once more, which later led to his son, Caesar Kain II, declaring the Externa Act of 1989 in memory of his fathers goals.
Today, his daughter, Caesar Silvier Catharina Hyuga IV, rules like the past monarchs always have in the old and ancient capital of Krytopia, though operating with the Imperialis Senatus and Populi Aula System, where the people elect their representatives to the Populi Aula, and they inform the Caesar and her advisors of the peoples needs in the Imperialis Senatus.
Kylarnatia is famous for it's nature and its peoples kindness. Although diplomatically in the past it hasn't been the most friendly, the people of the Imperium themselves are rated as some of the most Compassionate and Nicest People in the world. The country is also famous for its standard of education, and its law and order, having been home to some of the worlds political theorists in the past and in modern times. The country also operates huge Tourism and Book Publishing sectors. Its news network, the Kylarnatian Imperial News International Newswire, is striving to become one of the fastest growing news networks in the world.
Kylarnatia is currently apart of the Gholgoth Regional Alliance, the Allied Nations Treaty Organization, the E20 Economic World Congress and the World Assembly. Kylarnatia is also, at present, in active union with Sambizie under the jurisdiction of the Phoenix Blood Pact.
