I've been thinking about this for some time now, since I realise that its uneconomical for nations to import the said missile system without acquiring the domestic manufacturing base to replace the said storage effectively, instead of simply importing it all the time.

well a DPR IS 3 billion dollars. I think I would only need around 150 missiles as I am not that military active or large, yet.
