It is there where you or your own diplomats will be met by me, as I guide you through the beautiful, bustling city. Need I add, just in time for the Winter Solstice Celebration. Also, SqueeLehr has expressed his own thanks for the mailing of the two subscriptions. Finally on the heart of the matter, I would like to discuss a few deals that Vici Minerva wishes to commence. The first and foremost is an alliance between our nations. A pact to pledge mutual support to each other, in times of dire need or consequences. If at all possible, we would like a signing to take place, in whichever area you deem fit. Technically I am not fit to speak on this matter, and that it is Lord Marshal Lovecraft whom would personally like to discuss the terms and actions of this treaty.

Also, Vici Minerva is currently undergoing a complete rearmament program to make it a capable if not superior fighting force in the international community. One key item to our military doctrine is that war is a means to carry out ones political policy. So it is crucial that our technology is competent against products of multinational corporations like Lyran Arms, VMK AG, and etc. The General Staff has asked that if you have any private military contractor-engineers and VMK AG Freelancers, that'd they'd be sent here to Vici Minerva. They would also like to mention that these freelancers will be paid handsomely.

As for trade, we'd gladly reduce tariffs to 33% or commence free trade, depending on the circumstances. Either way, some sort of mutual trade agreement is implored, and shall be more thoroughly discussed by the Générale-Regulator [Head of Trade], Erik Volkheim. Volkheim has wanted the establishment actually of a Bundesbank HQ and a Börse AG Stockmarket to be built in Vici Minerva. This document was sent in order to inform you that your trade application form has been accepted through the Board of Committee application panel session, directed and analysed by the Commonwealth Finance & Trade Advisory previously this morning.

Based on your trade application, it seems that your represented entity wishes to obtain a Free-Trade Agreement and barrier deduction deal. All companies and firms affiliated within your represented national and territorial sovereignty globally will be exempted of any substantial and major international tariffs and/or a state of partial non-regulated between our two nations has existed upon the signing of this document, unless our economic partnership contract is deemed void (if necessary based on various factor(s)).
