LoL island is so named because not only does it possess a Great God of Laughter (upon it's highest mountain, LoL Mountain, located in the middle of the island) but also because it geographically looks like a compass. though some strange event not even we are sure what happened, the second dimension became fused to that Geological spot, thusly allowing all things from the second (and occasionally even third) diminution to flood into this one.

The first obvious sign of this occurring is seeing that most our entire nation are Stick Figures of all various drawing styles. the second is the hardware (for which you were wondering), contrary to popular belief, Stickmen prefer driving geometric shapes over the more third dimensioned influenced things such as cars or helicopters. The Triangle is the most basic of these shapes, and as such is often the most often seen. Depending on the outfitter, the Triangle can be seen used as everything from low cost housing to an interplanetary star fighter. Your worries are for not, however, as the Triangle is powered via Cold Fusion (We... think, you have no idea how hard it is to actually look inside these things, given they are just drawn) thusly fitting into your need for environmentally friendliness.
