The Red Storm(Open; TG for entry)

Postby New Pasco » Sat Sep 03, 2011 1:34 pm

Pasco City; Presidential Palace

The phone on the small tasble next to Presidnt John Brigger's bed began ringing. First Lady Alice Brigger, not he president himself, was stirred awake by the ringing. Wiping the sleep from her eyes she reached over her husband and picked the reciever up.

"First Lady Brigger speaking." she said in a sheepish voice. She looked at the clock on the wall and was surprised to see it was 2:12 A.M.

"I'm sorry to awake you ma'am." the voice on the other side of the line said. She knew who the voice belonged to instantly. She would never forget the cold yet friendly voice of Director of Inteligence Alistar Cole. She had discussed the issue of foriegn policy with the man during several dinner parties. He was brilliant but favored statistics over the human factor. Something that had been the subject of several of their most intense debates.

"No problem, Alistar. Want me to wake up John?" she said as she sat upright. Being a childhood friend Alice was one of the few people who could call the Director by his first name. She looked over at her husband's sleeping form. He was still wearing the dress shirt he had worn the night before. He had been too tired to take it off after the hard night's work.

"If you wouldn't mind. How are the kids?" Alistar said as he gathered the right papers for a over the phone briefing. He had known Alice since the age of two. They had went to the same school together and even went to freshmen prom together as friends. They parted ways for college due to them wanting different things. Alistar went to the Ackmen Miltary Academy and Alice went to the University of Pasco.

"Jack loved the birthday present you gave him. He is starting to call you Uncle Alistar. John encourages them to call you that. Alison just started second grade. She brags to all her friends that her uncle is the Director of Inteligence." Alice said as she shook her husband. He stirred a little but just rolled on his side and started to snore.

"I thought he would love the cadet rifle. Glad your kids are good. George just got out Officer's Training School. He's getting a commissioned as an second lieutenant in the Army." Alister said refering to his twenty-year-old son. John finally woke up after several more shakes. He yawned and went to lay back down.

"Oh no you don't." Alice said catching her husband's head and putting the reciever to his ear.

"Mr. President, we have a matter of national security at hand." Alistar said, his voice suddenly turning cold.

"Alister there is always a matter of national security. When grain shipments are late clearing the harbor, it is a matter of national security. Whenever the police are short of manpower, it is a matter of national security. I bet whenever an endangered eagle breaks wind it is a matterof national security." John sighed.

"Mr. President.......Elstravokia just declared war." the Director said with all the emotin of a computer. John sat upright with his mouth wide open. His wife had a worried look on her face as she saw her husband's reaction.

"How did this happen?" John asked regaining his coposure. He got out his bed and into the bathroom.

"Sir, reports are sketchy but it seems our Eastern Island came under intense Elstravokian air attacks. The garrison there was wiped out well before what we believe are two divisions of Elstravokian airborne troops. We got a U-2 Spyplane over the area and we have confirmed reports of a entire Elstravokian carrier group near the island. I suggest you call an emergency meeting of your cabinet. I'll be there in ten minutes so we can discuss this further." Alister reported.

"Make it five." John ordered.

I have recently received news of the declaration of war upon your nation by the Elstravokians.I am bewildered and also disturbed by this commitment to war.And it is my judgement,to send military aid to you.
The Second Kinfidian Wall Regiment,The Fifth Souison-Guelphin Cavalry and the Imperial Guards of the Black Rose,Seventh and Tenth Regiments. These forces I hope will be of service to you in defeating your assailant but also under the leadership of Lord Marshal Domhall Balfour,I believe that you can exact revenge upon your enemy.

El Savo; East island Transcontinental Airport

General Ivan Pentrenko watched from the control tower as the first of twenty massive An-225 Transports touched down on the runway. Radio operators jogged to and fro in the room plotting landing paths and directing air traffic. The majority of his airborne troops had parachuted onto the island in the dead of night. With the exception of a few casualties caused by higher than expected winds, the island was totally secure. The aircraft landing know were bringing SA-11 SAMs just in case the puny Pascoian Air Force tried to retake the island. He turned to his east and saw Carrier Battle Group Kremlin. The battle group's flagships were two aircraft cruisers capable of carrying 28 MiG-29K Fighters, 4 Su-25 Ground Attack Fighters, 4 Ka-27PLO Helicopters, and 2 Ka-27S Helicopters each. The carriers were also armed with 8 AK-630 AA guns, 8 CADS-N-1 Kashtan CIWS, 12 P-700 Granit SSM, and 18 8-cell 3K95 SAM. These "Floating Fortresses" were protected by two nuclear submarines, three anti-submarine destroyers, four anti-air destroyers, five frigates, and six supply ships.

"Comrade, General. Admiral Nikita has requested permission to begin strike operations against mainland Pasco." a junior officer asked over the radio. He did want his paratroopers to be able to rest up for at least a day before having to board hundreds of Mi-24Vs for a short trip to the mainland.

"Only if his Marines are ready to depart. I want his Marines on the beach no less than two hours after the first bombs are dropped." General Pentrenko barked into the receiver. The 32nd Elstravokian Marine Division was going to assault the beaches of the eastern coast of New Pasco. The landing ships would maneuver close in and deploy hundreds of BMP-3s. His two divisions of airborne troops, the 5th Honor Guards Airborne Division and 1 Guards Airborne Division, were going to land seventy miles west of the beaches to do two things; cut off the enemy's escape route and prevent enemy reinforcements from reaching the Marines on the beach. They needed to hold the beach so that supply ships loaded with nothing but the men and equipment of the 99th Honor Guards Tank Division and 150th Motorized Rifle Division. If those men arrived the conquest of New Pasco would be easy.

General Pentrenko watched the last of the An-225s land. After they were taxied off the runways the SAM launchers were immediate driven off to pre-prepared defensive divisions. Next would come the Tu-160 Blackjacks. Most of his nation's supersonic bombers were due to land on the airfield. They wouldn't be able to begin operations immediately due to the fact they were going to have to fly the bombs to the island.

Little did people know wars are unusually one by the faction that has better logistics. Logistics are the life blood of any army, navy, and air force. How can a soldier be expected to fight efficiently if he has an empty stomach and no ammunition? How can an aircraft carrier engage enemy forces if it has no fuel for its aircraft? How can a bomber hammer enemy positions if it has no fuel or bombs? General Pentrenko knew this from day one of his military career. He had written several well circulated papers on the importance of logistics which had brought him to the attention of High Command. He was chosen to mastermind this plan because of his skill in the field of logistics. His plan was not too complicated but was complex enough to keep the enemy guessing. His whole plan relied on forcing the enemy to constantly react to his forces' movements instead of the other way around. He needed to keep the enemy on his toes before throwing the main jab to knock him on his ass. So far his plan had gone all according to plan.

"But as every military commander knows, no plan survives combat." General Pentrenko said to himself as he went about coordinating the invasion of a country much smaller than his.

"You want to do WHAT?!" shouted Stephen Norton, Lenehen's Minister for foreign affairs.

"Listen, if Elstrakovia have declared war then we have a duty to defend it!" Retorted Field Marshall Jack Forster "Our economy will crumble is our trade connection with Elstrakovia is severed!"

"Lets not be too hasty" said the minister for foreign relations "Elstrakovia's demands are too unreasonable, they just want access to some of New Pascos mineral reserve, i mean its not like they need it ALL it's a tiny country. Why dont we solve this diplomatically, we will just request that New Pasco submit to their demands, theres no need for war."

To: New Pasco

We were saddened to hear about the breakout of war between Your nation and our Ally Elstrakovia. However, you will be doubtlessly pleased to hear that you need not get involved in what will be a long and bloody war. Elstrakovia demands that to avoid hostilities, you give them 35% of your mineral wealth, however we have managed to persuade them to put it down to 21%. This does not sound like an unreasonable demand, seeing as you have a population of a mere 5 million.
We hope that you accept the terms and guide you nation away from a long and bloody conflict.
Yours sincerely,

Code: Select all
Contingency Plan Iris
All civilians classified as Class Two(non-crucial jobs and functions) are to be evacuated from all major population centers. These Class Two citizens are to be relocated to the slightly more mountainous region of north Pasco to protect them from hostile attacks. This operation, codenamed Operation Exodus, is to be undertaken by the reserve arm of the Pascoian Defense Force and police. All reserves are to be called up and the all airliners are now under government management as part of Operation Freelance. The RRF(Rapid Reaction Force) is to be mobilized immediately along with the active arm of the Defense Force. All military bases are at Alarm Beta; base sweeps every hour, increased security at the gates, and all base personnel are to be on High Alert. If hostile forces do make landfall than the procedure will be to contain the enemy and systematically halt enemy advances. Key infrastructure (power plants, dams, switch boards, etc.) are to be under guard by Reservist. The President is to relocate to the TPB (Top Priority Bunker) along with half of his Cabinet. The Vice President and the other half of the Cabinet are to relocate to the SPB (Secondary Priority Bunker). Several lines of communication shall be kept between the two bunkers. The Presidential immediate family will be taken to an allied country to prevent capture and use as a propaganda tool. The Vice President’s family and family members of the Cabinet will be taken to northern New Pasco. Furthermore….

President John passed a hand through his thick brown hair as he set the message onto the solid oak table. He looked at the three men and three women who sat on the other end of the table. Director of Intelligence Alister sat directly in front of the President. To the DoI’s left sat Secretary of State Mary Guy. Next to her was Secretary of Defense Leon Holder. The retired four-star general held an unlit cigarette in his mouth. He wasn’t sure whether or not it was appropriate or not to light it in front of his Commander-in-Chief. Secretary of Interior Kayla Shaban sat with her legs crossed next to the right of the DoI. Next to her sat Secretary of Transportation Taylor Casbon. She was leafing through papers full of numbers. Next to her was the Secretary of Homeland Security Rick Jonas.

“When did this go into effect?” John asked looking at Kayla and Taylor.

“An hour ago, sir. Everything from buses to taxis to garbage trucks are taking people to the north. Police are managing the traffic while Reservist are bringing supplies into the area. Your family is about to board an airliner right now. They will be escorted by two F-16s.” Taylor said.

“Our roads are holding up pretty well to the sudden boom of traffic. All of the bridges are holding out for now. The one over the Danub River has some cracks in it but it can hold on for at least a few more days.” Kayla added.

“Good.” John said and then looked at Leon. He didn’t even have to be told to speak.

“Permission to speak freely, sir?” he asked.

“He are all friends here.” John replied as he nodded.

“We are in some deep shit, sir.” Leon began. “The Elstravokians are well armed and well-coordinated. They knocked out our communications on the island before we even knew what was going on. There troops are well trained and extremely motivated. The reason for their attack is unclear but whatever their mission is they plan to accomplish it. Needless to say that such a large nation will have a well-trained military and allies to support it. However we are gaining allies ourselves. Long story short we are FUBARed right now.”

Alistar shifted in his seat uncomfortably. All of them wanted to but only Alister did. John crossed his arms and sighed. Leon broke down and lit his cigarette. All of them entered into a quiet thought session.

“Sir, it isn’t a matter of if the Elstravokians come. It is a matter of when. There is no way we can stop them on the beach. We can’t let them have it either. Maybe the troops of Emperor Nicholas can help us dig defensive positions a few miles away from the beach. It will be nothing permanent but it gives us time to form a coalition of some sorts and push them back.” Rick said. John considered this and nodded his head.

“What other option do we have?” John said. Before anyone could answer there was a knock on the door.

“Enter!” John called out. A soldier from the Defense Force opened the door and walked in. His M-16A4 hung from the sling around his neck and all could see the loaded magazine in it. He marched over to the table and saluted before giving the telegram from the Minister for Foreign Affairs Stephen Norton to John. He read it carefully several times before passing it around for others to see.

“You are dismissed.” John told the soldier. He saluted and jogged out of the room closing the door behind him. John kept watch on his new SoD. He expected him to act like a typical high school football coach yelling about how we should attack before they do and how we shouldn’t just sit around and wait for them. However the retired general said five words that really stunned John.

“This is bad, huh?”

“Shall I type up a response to the telegram, sir? Alister asked. John just nodded a reply. He was lost in his own thoughts.

To:Lenehen
The terms you have offered the country I now serve are unacceptable. We’d rather fight and be defeated than simple copulate and give your our nations resources. I am not trying to be disrespectful I am simply stating facts. You may come into my country and burn it to the ground but I put this on my life you will not do so without MASSIVE casualties. I am attempting to avoid further bloodshed by asking you and your allies to return to your homelands. Elstravokia will return our island and pay for any and all damages caused by them. Those are our terms. If these are not acceptable terms than our countries will be in a state of war. If you do set foot within our country than my country will have one problem; where to bury all of the enemy dead. Once again this is not meant to be disrespectful but it is facts. I hope you consider our terms if you value the lives of your young men in uniform.
Yours Sincerely,
Alistar Cole
Director of Intelligence

To: Alister Cole, Minister of intelligence

We are deeply saddened to hear that you rejected our offer. Our bargain was sincere, we offered you a chance to avert this war. The blood that is shed is on your hands. And if you truly believe that our enemies will simply retreat, then you are a fool sir. Our forces are assembling and soon your kingdom will be little more than ash. Rarely has our glorious nation been so insulted.

El Savo; East Island Transcontinental Airport

General Pentrenko read the reports that churned out of the encrypted fax machine. The machine seemed to run 24/7 spewing out everything from intelligence reports to orders to reports of enemy troops movements. One in particular caught his interest. His hand shot out and grabbed the paper before it was buried by hundreds of others. He jerked his head towards the other papers and a junior commissar grabbed the stack to make room. He read the paper and frowned. The Elstravokian intelligence services, the GRN, reports that the nation of Imperialisium was mobilizing a large fleet. His plan would have to begin sooner than expected. He walked over to the bright red phone installed next to the massive main radar screen. He picked it up and dialed a number he knew by heart. It took a few seconds for the encryption keys to sync up.

“Admiral Natasha?” he asked.

“This is she. Who am I speaking to?” replied a female voice. General Pentrenko took a small notepad out of the breast pocket of his fatigues.

“One-nine-four-two. Repeat one-nine-four-two.” General Pentrenko said. There was a brief silence over the line and the shuffling of papers.

One-nine-four-two. Please confirm.” she said finagling finding the paper with all the codes on them.

“Confirmed, Comrade Admiral. Proceed.” he said and hung up the phone. He stared at the window and watched the carrier group. All of the helicopters that had been put on anti-submarine duty were returning to the carriers or the airfield on the mainland. SAM launchers tracked them but dared not fire. Most if not all of the helicopters were having the anti-submarine torpedo taken off and pods of chaff loaded. On the aircraft carriers planes were loaded with bombs and missiles as they prepared for one massive strike. The Marines were put on stand-by and the still tired airborne troops into the Hinds. General Pentrenko’s view bolted to where a missile broke the surface of the water. A submarine had fired a cruise missile. The cruisers followed suit sending a wave of cruise missiles nearly one hundred strong against a wide array of targets. The invasion of the mainland was about to begin.

Delta City; 50 miles from New Pasco's Eastern Shores

“They’re everywhere!” was all anyone heard over the radio. Private Gabriel Dawson swerved his Humvee past the wreckage of a burning car. The receiver to the Humvee’s radio was pressed against his ear as he strained to hear over all the screaming and explosions.

“Everyone stay off the line! Only get on if you have something important to say!” he screamed. Sergeant Pierre Hanks was chattering away on the M-240. A Hind barreled down the street firing its chin mounted cannon.

“Shit!” Pvt. Gabriel yelled as he jerked the wheel left to avoid the barrage. The Hind passed overhead but not without catching a few bursts from the 240. A Su-25 streaked overhead dropping a canister of napalm in the city streets. Flames shot high up in the air and the screams of dying men echoed throughout the city.

“Headquarters, this is Private Gabriel Dawson of the 1st Light Infantry Division! The Elstravokians have made landfall! I repeat, the Elstravokians have made landfall!” He slammed the receiver down in frustration when all he heard was static. A rocket fired from an alley slammed into the side of the vehicle flipping it into a flower shop.

“Friendly fire! Cease fire! Friendly fire!” was all Pvt. Gabriel heard after the ringing in his ears stopped. His vision was hazy and everything seemed tinted red. He also couldn’t feel his legs.

“Go look if anyone is alive before the Elstravokians come. We need to get the fuck outta here man.” Someone said. This voice was much closer. Something was lifted off of him and the feeling rushed back into his legs.

“This bugger is breathing!” someone called out. Pvt. Gabriel felt his forehead and felt a deep gash. Someone poured water from a canteen over his wound and his vision cleared a little.

“Get me a bandage!” someone called out. After a few minutes Pvt. Gabriel was all patched up. He had a few more minor cuts and scrapes but nothing serious.

“How the fuck you hit people on our team? We could have used that Humvee to get outta here.” a man ranted to a soldier who carried a smoking AT-4. He was a bit older and was a captain according to his shoulder patch. A much younger solder knelt down in front of me.

“Can you walk buddy?” he asked.

“Pierre.” was all he could say.

“For the sake of saving time buddy Imma be down to the point with you. Your buddy is dead. We’d need a snow shovel to scrape him off the street.” the younger man said looking over his shoulder. Pvt. Gabriel felt a ping of loss inside him. The young soldier helped him up.

“Cap, we’re good to go.” the younger soldier said shoving a M-16 into Pvt. Gabriel’s arms. He followed the small group of five soldiers into the streets. Almost immediately the air around them was filled with hot lead.

“Move!” the captain screamed running across the street. A Hind followed their movements carefully. It waited until the enemy soldiers ran into a house before launching a barrage of rockets. Two Hinds joined in on the bloodbath causing the building to totally collapse. The Hinds flew off letting the airborne troops to clean up the mess.

Be my baby

"Honey! Please; I didn't mean it. Come down and let's talk, please?" The man stood out on the wet front lawn of a two story post-war side-gabled bungalow. The moon arched its path directly over his crestfallen calls, shining a desperate white glow across the dark green grass and onto the window of the second floor.

"Please baby, please talk to me!" The window opened and a cascade of boxes shot out like a water fall. "No, we're through!" The man in the lawn fell to his knees, "Honey, please..." He whispered. The woman in the window crossed her arms and frowned down at him. "Don't you have some place to be, Harold?" He nodded meekly, "I can't go, not without you." She screamed furiously and stormed away from the window, "Go away, Harold, I don't want you causing a scene in front of my friends." He shook his head, "Our friends, dear..." His eyes started to water, and tears began to fall down his cheeks. "Baby, I didn't mean nothing by it, I had a moment of weakness, I swear to the Lord that I'll never do it, I promise." The window stayed empty.

"No Harold. You cheated on me!" She came to the window again, with a carbine. "Oh shit, Rita, baby, no!" She pulled the bolt back, and released it, steadying her aim. "Go, Harold, don't come back!" Harold clawed the lawn and got to his feet. He started to run. "I still love you Karen!" she slouched and the rifle slid off her shoulder, "I do too..."

It took him an hour, he ran all the way to the barracks. The MP's at the gate reluctantly gave him a pass inside, and he searched for the barracks marked 'B', his barracks. All around him men in worn olive drab uniforms and speckled camouflage marched and shouted orders, he stumbled through them in a confused daze, wondering why every light in the base was on, and why, at such a late hour, was everyone assembled and ready for war. He found his unit. The shriek of his ancient drill sergeant guided his path. "Sir... Sir!"

The drill sergeant turned and let out a loud bellow "WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN, PRIVATE?" Harold stuttered slightly, "Uh-uh um..." The sergeant shook his head, "UH-UH UM UM WHAT THE FUCK SOLDIER? GET IN LINE SON, WE'RE GOIN' TO WAR!" he quickly ran into the formation and stood at attention while the sergeant briefed the men on the situation. He was still thinking of his girl, and caught only the end of the briefing, "We're going to this little shit-hole, out west, New Pasco or some shit, these fucks have got themselves into some deep shit, we're gonna go in and re-stabilize the fuckin' place and take something for our troubles." Low whoops echoed from the formation, quickly drowned out by the loudspeakers around the base. They shouted orders to the men assembled. Trucks revved their engines and forward units started to race towards the open flat-beds. "Alright boys! Onto the trucks. We're moving out!"

Operation DEFIANCE

Postby Imperialisium » Sun Sep 04, 2011 8:15 am

Admiral Kristoph Jorgen paced around the bridge of his flagship the Supercarrier SMS Graf Spee. 1st Fleet was well on there way to New Pasco and aleet for any signs of enemy movement. Intel. Service data gave the fleet the suspected strength of the enemy fleet which according to the data was almost the same size as the Imperial force. Expected arrival at New Pasco was 14 hours at full speed do to Imperialisiums distance from New Pasco.

The Luftwaffe contigent made there way to New Pasco on course away from the Elsatrovakians to come into the country with little risk to the soldiers and equipment on board. All efforts had been made to disguise this part of the operation and the aircraft maintained alert to any signs of trouble. They had left earlier to establish key defensive positions and beef up the New Pascoan Defense Forces.

President John and Director of Intelligence Alister were the only ones in the War Room of the TPB. The spartan room was soundproof and was the deepest room in the TPB. The TPB itself was a half a mile below the capital city of Pasco City. The War Room was a full mile underneath the city. The only thing in the room was a large plasma screen monitor that had an outline of New Pasco on it. Portions of the eastern side of the country were shaded red showing were there were confirmed landings of Elstravokian airborne troops. Yellow dots all over the country were where unconfirmed sighting had been reported. In the center of the room was a shiny metal table covered in papers. The concrete walls were as naked as a nude woman. The grey walls seemed to mock John.

“Things aren’t good are they Alister?” John asked tapping his fingers on the table. He sat in a folding chair while Alister sat on the table. The war was only a few days old and things couldn’t have been worse.

“No, sir. They are not.” Alister said looking down into the cup of cold tea he had in his hands.

“Are things as bad as they were in Copas?” John asked. He was referring to the anti-guerilla operations both men had participated in back in the 80s. Copas was a town in Pasco’s mountainous region that communist guerillas had taken over. Both men had been in the Defense Force at the time and was deployed to take the town back. The guerillas were waiting for them. Five Hueys were shot down, two M60A3s were destroyed with another four disabled, twenty troops were killed, and double that number wounded. They had to pull out and the town was leveled by F4 Phantoms.

“Way worse. Alister said. He reached into his pocket and pulled out a wrinkled paper. He handed it to the President and dug into his pocket yet again. He withdrew a pack of menthol cigarettes and a lighter. He grabbed two cigarettes out the pack and handed one to his Commander-in-Chief. He happily took it and read the paper.

“So we have a total of 24,000 men in our military.” John said pausing to allow Alister to light his cigarette.

“14,400 active and 9,600 reserve. That is not a lot. If we do survive this war remind me to beef up our military.” John said taking long drags from his cigarette. Alister lit his and nodded his head.

“You heard about Operation Defiance?” Alister asked blowing smoke out of his nose.

“Ours or Imperialisium’s?” John asked brushing a hand through his hair. John swore under his breath as he suddenly remembered his allies request to land aircraft. He got up and typed a quick telegram telling Imperialisium that their aircraft could land at the large airport in the capital.

“Ours.” Alister replied. For the first time he noticed the grey streaks in his leaders hair. Alister suddenly was grateful that he kept his head shaved.

“No, I never heard of it.” John said taking a final long drag from his cigarette before stomping it out. The ground was littered with cigarette butts.

“It is an contingency plan developed by my department in case we were ever overrun by a foreign power. Its slogan is;’You Can Always Take One With You!’” John nodded and motioned for him to continue.

“It would call for our military to disband in a figurative sense but it would only be for a short while. We’d rest up for a few months, let the hostile occupying force get comfortable. Let them fall into a routine that they get use to. When they get comfortable they will get soft. That is when Phase One goes into effect. The military will be called up but in a very different form. We will call up as many men that had served in the Defense Force as necessary along with any willing civilians. They will be organized into cells in which we will wage a guerrilla war against the occupying nation. Each cell will operate independently but will be occasionally given high value missions. Whether they accept these missions or not will be entirely up to them.”

“So long story short we are going to bleed the Elstravokians dry if they occupy us?” John asked puffing on his cigarette.

“To put it simply yes. We are going to keep hitting the Elstravokians until they are on the verge of collapse. That is when we begin Phase Two. We unite all of the cells into a unified military force and switch over to conventional war tactics. We bash the Elstravokians out of our country and after that we begin Phase Three. We begin rebuilding our country and reverse any damage done by the Elstravokians.” Alister said exhaling smoke out of his nose.

“I understand. I have a feeling this wouldn’t happen overnight.” John asked. Alister shook his head and started up again.

“Sadly no. It could take years if not decades. However we are prepared. We have dozens of arm caches hidden all over the country. Also we have pamphlets ready to begin printing detailing how to make pipe bombs, IEDs, mortars, petrol bombs, sticky bombs, and so on so on.”

“Hold production on those pamphlets for now but if things get worse than I was those things churned out like a cow churns out farts. If the shit hits the fan I want no less than a million of those things circulating. And design a poster for the slogan. Make it real patriotic.” John said. Alister couldn’t help but chuckle at his boss’ horrible comparison.

“So the shit hasn’t hit the fan yet, sir?” Alister asked sipping at his cold tea.

“The fan hasn’t even been turned on.” John said picking up a remote. Both men’s gaze locked on the large plasma TV as John hit a button. The outline of New Pasco was completely shaded in red. The caption at the bottom of the screen read;

Territory Occupied By Elstravokian Military:Estimate One Month From Present Date

The ok had come in for the Aircraft to land, the fighter craft put up a defensive perimeter around the airfield as the Transports (Similar to C-130s and Galaxy class, Globemaster III C-17s) angled in for landing.
"This is LAT Globemaster 54 commencing to land, ready for departure" the pilot said over the intercom as the troops prepared for immidiate departure. "5 minutes tell touch down.....4......3......2.......1....touch down!" the craft bumped as it hit the tarmack and slowed pulling off to the side so the next aircraft can land and so on.
The back and front hatches of the Globemaster opened up and the first Puma IFVs rolled out from the front with a squad of infantry already inside, while the rest of the 16th Jäger Division either landing or on the ground deployed and moved off the airfield.
