What is your nation's phonetic alphabet? Do you use NATO's Phonetic alphabet, or something else?

In Rejistanian, the commercial/military/phonetic alphabet works like this (I added the IPA pronunciation as well):

Due to the Linguistic Reform 2011, this is no longer the normal pronunciation of the letters and will serve solely as the phonetic alphabet.

B - Baum
V - Vinco*
T - Tumga
D - Dono*
F - Fen
I - Ise
U - Umpa
R - Rida
O - Oplon
L - Lesk
M - Mopalon
Ch - Chor
N - Nei
H - Hom
P - Pamio*
X - Xau

*These letters are considered modified letters (i.e. derived from other letters) G, V, D and P are derived from K, B, T and H respectively. When spoken, they are pronounced the same as they "origin letter" except for the first consonant (e.g. T(Tumga) --> D(Dumga)). To clarify, we use the obsolete names of the letters, the ones listed above.

Nohn, being a NATO protectorate, of course uses the NATO phonetic alphabet, though with several additions so that the transliteration of the Sythen language can be done without headaches

Ae - Aether
Th - Thomas
Gh - Ghuul (sythen for child)
Ng - Nguyen
Kw - Kwari (sythen for purple)
Ll - Llaghaan (sythen for summer)
Kh - Khan
Dh - Dhuurem (sythen for plastic)
Ch - Chemical

Also, Charlie is pronounced with hard c, sounding more like Carly instead of Charlie, to prevent confusion between Ch and C

Sprouting nonsense over a telegram, radio, runner or by carrier bird makes most guardsmen and their officers scratch their heads and most of them prefer written orders just to avoid confusion while a verbal clarification is often given to the galloper or runner that delivers the message as an additional safe guard towards confusion.
