It has come to my attention that our application to establish an embassy within your nation has been rejected on the grounds that the GAR is supposedly a nation with links to Nazism and is overtly rascist as well as the fact that we have renamed our capital. Such misconceptions, while common, have no ground whatsoever and are very damaging to our nation's image. It is therefore my task to clarify such misunderstandings.

Firstly, I would like to address your Minister's point in which the GAR includes racist insignia in it's flags. That is absolutely ludricrous and has no logic in it at all. He has stated that aides have brought information that our coat of arms, national insignia include symbols linked to that of Nazism. This is ridiculous, our national flag only features the German Iron Cross amidst a background of the former colours of the ex-Federal Republic of Germany as well as a Prussian eagle. I would like to inquire as to how is it that these are linked to Nazism in anyway? I believe the aides were unclear in their findings and hence lumped us in the category of racists. We are not these people.

Secondly, I would also like to inquire as to how is it that changing the name of the capital from Berlin to Germania is linked to Nazism in anyway? Granted, the idea of calling a city Germania originated from the Nazis but does that mean we are Nazis as a whole? It all comes down, honourable leaders, as to how you interpert such acts. We have not named any city, city square, street or building after a Nazi leader so how can we be called such simply because we changed our capital city's name? I hope you will look further into this and not take things at face value.

Thirdly as regards to our nation's goals, your minister has stated that these differ from his nation. That is true as both nations are of different ideologies and are of different government structures. Does that mean we are to be vilified as such simply because of this? What about those Communist nations? Their goals will no doubt differ from your nation, are you going to reject them as well? Different nations have different goals but that should not obstruct diplomatic relations.

To conclude, I would like to clarify once more that the GAR is not a Nazi nation nor is it one that practises racialism. We do not discriminate against races nor do we persecute them. If we were indeed so racist, we would have exterminated Turks, Muslims, Jews, Asians and Negroes simply because they were the minority but in fact, Turks and Jews occupy high-ranking positions in the Armed Forces and Party. We are simply a Fascist state, entirely different from those in the Nazi category. We hope that you would look into this matter carefully before you make any claims. Doing so without any solid proof is damaging and not conducive for friendly relations.

In an attempt to facilitate Free-Trade and good relations amongst men, the nations of Oiseaui and Mourro agree to the following conditions, via a dual-purpose treaty. An endorsement of the following will be understood as an agreement solely between the undersigned.


For the Free Trade Agreement, the following will become law:

- elimination of barriers between trade goods and services between Mourro and Oiseaui;
- facilitation of conditions of fair competition within the free-trade area established by the Agreement;

It is my absolute pleasure to announce that the application for the Slovitrea Embassy within Oiseaui has been accepted. The Slovitrea Embassy will be located at 7 Caracal Drive, Center Oiseauian Embassy Complex, OISEAUI as per your request. Your embassy location is a relatively short distance from both Pion and Lake Danail. You have been assigned Mr. Philibert Ulrich as your Oiseauian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Aid.

Furthermore, most conditions within your application have been accepted. At this point in time we cannot allow your security to carry a larger caliber rifle. Once a trust relationship has been established between our two nations, the subject can be breached again.
