The Imperial Sacratracy of Alikarhi (Eclerean: Родинрства), commonly known as Alikarhi and nationally known as Tei' Alikarhi is a Military Police State governed by an Sacratractic Government in southwestern Gholgoth. The Empire is bordered to the north by The Kraven Reich, to the east by The Empire of Briska, and is surrounded by water to the south and to the west. Gholgoth Minor can be found south of Alikarhi, thus being the closest landmass to the south and west of Alikarhi.

The Imperial Sacratracy is known for its extensive history of civil war, and the country had remained in a state of civil war until the end of the century, when the remainder of rebel forces were annihilated at The Battle of Argyz. Technically, the Imperial Sacratracy itself actually won the war, and thus the pretitle 'New Sacratracy' is not truly reflective of the result of the war, however, the end of the civil war brought upon a series of reforms regarding the policing of the population. Due to the impact the war had upon crime and violence within towns and cities, the Military Arm of the Imperial Sacratracy began a new policy towards policing areas of interest throughout Milograd, and thus the Resource Initiative (RZA) was founded with the goal of re-establishing control of heavily populated cities and economic centers within the nation. Over time, the military and administrative branch of the government have somewhat morphed and re-emerged as a single functioning body.

The Imperial Sacratracy itself is actually spread across several regions, mostly through colonial holdings. However, during the later parts of the Milogradian Civil War, Imperial presence with the colonies of Yezki and Rethreil became nearly non-existant, and as of now both 'colonies' have become semi-independent states with a functioning government, although legally The State of Yezki still is a colonial holding of Alikarhi.

For the last thirty years, Kikori Rezni has held the title of 'Dh'arco Rahavuhra', or Highest Ruler, within Alikarhi. The title of Dh'arco Rahavuhra entitles the individual behind it to serve as the highest official of the Military, and also possesses the power to assign all one hundred members of the Alikarhian Congress*, the legislation organ of the Sacratractic Government. The Dh'arco Rahavurhra also possesses the ability to appoint his or her successor, although usually a Dh'arco Rahavurhra is succeeded by his oldest child.

Along with the name "The Imperial Sacratracy of Alikarhian", the state also holds the alternative titles of "The Purist Union", and "The Glorious Empire". The former is given its name from the national religion known as 'Purism', which is the religious body behind the 'Iisaa', the list of rules for which all Purists must live by. Additionally, a majority of the Iisaa has been incorporated into Alikarhian Law over the last thirty years, thus further stapling Purism as a part of Milogradian culture. The later of the nation's alternative names is used during times of war, however it is currently unknown when this became a tradition.

Most of the nation's export products and services are in construction engineering, armaments manufacturing, agriculture and agriculture related machinery, automobiles, recreational electronics, metals and medical equipment. Due to government policy, most economic statistics about the Imperial Sacratracy are kept secret for "the greater good of the state".

The Imperial Sacratracy of Milograd is a signatory of the Brimstone Pact, a member state of The Conglomerate, a member of The Gholgoth Regional Alliance.

Regarding Weapons - Recognizing the need to protect a diplomat and or an embassy, the Sacratracy has relatively light restrictions regarding the type of weaponry that may be on embassy grounds. However, all weaponry within an embassy, or on an embassy's grounds, will be screened by Resource Agents (RzA) upon the weapon's arrival to the select location. Permits for concealing a weapon off embassy grounds can be obtained after a screening by Resource Agents, and such agents can be contacted at the Resource Initiative Headquarters in Argyz, Milograd. However, only firearms may be brought into the country, and all firearms originally being brought into the country must be listed in the original embassy formation application.

Regarding Vehicles - Military Vehicles, and any armed vehicle are outlawed for any non-military personnel within Milograd, and this applies to embassy personnel as well. No more than three vehicles may be operated on behalf of an embassy, and while aircraft are not subjected to any restrictive legislation, helicopters are preferred over miniature-jets, and only one aircraft can be included in an embassy application. All diplomatic transportation will be subjected to global positioning system tracking devices being installed within the vehicle, although diplomatic vehicle will not be tracked without consent. This is done to ensure that all stolen or lost diplomatic transportation can be recovered as soon as possible. Global positioning system tracking devices can be removed upon request.

Regarding Personnel - Personnel within the embassy must not exceed 70, armed personnel must not exceed 20. Should the number of personnel within an embassy surpass the legal limit, a time window of four days will be given for which during this time the diplomatic staff of select embassy will be given time to sort through the situation at hand.

Regarding Diplomatic Immunity - Diplomatic immunity will be in effect for civilian personnel, however military personnel are not covered by diplomatic immunity if such personnel are off embassy grounds. Military Personnel are defined as anyone on diplomatic mission in possession of a weapon, with no exceptions being made to this definition. Should any person commit an act that goes against Milogradian law, whilst on diplomatic mission, they will be subjected to the Milogradian courts, with the exception of ambassadors; Ambassadors cannot and will not be subjected to trial or arrest, however, ambassadors who are found to have violated Milogradian law will likely be removed and banished from the country.

Regarding Location - All embassies are to be located in the city of Renograd, within the closed off district of the city dedicated to such. Embassy locations are not requested, they are assigned.
