The Security Council,
Acknowledging, that throughout its rein the Lyras Daius Empera of -Deus-has committed atrocities counter to the World Assembly's goal of establishing worldwide peace, stability and security.
Appalled, at the many abhorrent acts of -Deus-, violating basic rights and freedoms observed in many countries and at odds with the World Assembly's standard of rights
Shocked, by -Deus-' continued use of slavery, not even to further the structure of the nation, simply for the pleasure of killing said slaves in horrific ways simply to revel in their deaths
Understanding, that while nations have the right to oversee events within their borders, -Deus-has actively taken part in hostile actions against foreign nations, threatening international stability and prosperity as well as overstepping the bounds of sovereignty granted to each government, going so far as to pursue goals actively harming their populace
Revolted, by -Deus-' use of human beings as a food source, breeding them in farm as cattle and keeping them in disgusting conditions
Alarmed, at -Deus-' repeated use of weapons of mass destruction on the neutral nation of Latnya, for the purpose of celebrating a new monarch's reign, as bad a reason as any for threatening global stability and claiming many lives
Dismayed, by -Deus- aggressive foreign policy, proving in its war with Aurentania that its government is a threat to international stability.
Concluding, that The Lyras Daius Empera of -Deus-has proved itself worthy of condemnation due to its continued abuse of human rights, both of its own citizens and those of sovereign nations, and its thread to international security in its wanton use of weapons of mass destruction, of both a nuclear and chemical nature.
