Current Supreme Imperial Master, reigning since 2664. Son of Tomastik Mokidi, who prevented penguin takeover of Adiakav. Tomaster is recognized with the extermination of penguins, and the driving of them off Oceaniya. He has lead the economy to a point higher than ever, and has improved the standard of living across the nation, even in the extraplanetary colonies.
2. Tomastik Mokidi-
The very first Supreme Imperial Master, who reigned from 2630 to 2664. Known for leading the overthrow of the Socialist Isles and as a result, being directly responsible for the ensuing prosperity that swept the entire nation. Also known for diverting massive government funds to space colonization, resulting in our current name, "The Imperial Inner Solar System of Oceanic Vakiadia". He, as noted above, prevented takeover of Adiakav by shooting the pilot of a helicopter, before his horse was shot from under him and the helicopter crashed on him.
3. Fresniko Gallifril-
Leader of the Socialist Republic of Oceanic Vakiadia from 2118 to 2150. He rallied the survivors of the colony ships that crashed on Xiliki to organize, and formed a nation in the process. Many credit him with the construction of Adiakav as well, and his Socialist Republic may have ensured that minimal people died of starvation or lack of shelter during the construction of Adiakav. Without him, many doubt the nation of Oceanic Vakiadia would have ever formed, let alone survive the Indigenous Crusades.
4. Vailai Jikilo-
Leader of the United Islands of Oceanic Vakiadia from 2245 to 2280. He was also the leader of the Democapitalians from 2403 to 2245, when they overthrew the corrupt Diyerik Baroniy and established the United Islands of Oceanic Vakiadia. He quickly led the nation into a golden age of prosperity, unlike any before seen in Vakiadian history. The socialist economy, which was beginning to show obvious signs of failure, had been removed and fully replaced in his first ten years of rule.

Eventually, other government members were contacted by the Imperialist Switchover Movement in 2620, and they agreed to bring him down. In a coup d'etat lead by Tomastik Mokidi, he was overthrown and put on trial. His crimes, listed at the trial, included Failure to Lead the Nation Properly and treason, ultimately resulting in his sentence of exile to the Antarctic Archipelago.

Leader of the Socialist Republic of Oceanic Vakiadia from 2228 to 2245. He was the Premier after Grasik Freshnikov, who was assassinated by Democratic-Capitalists, who called themselves Democapitalians. He betrayed his nation by seeping funds from the Treasury for his own personal life, which was the last straw for the Democapitalians. They rose up and overthrew him, and even though his crimes were not as numerous as Rassiyik Spezhniy's, he was killed without trial.
3. Yeterik Marastik-
Leader of the Socialist Isles of Oceanic Vakiadia from 2413 to 2440. He was the first Premier of the Socialist Isles, leader of the Revolution that overthrew the Democapitalian United Islands of Oceanic Vakiadia. Despite the fact that the economy was prospering under the Democapitalians, Yeterik Marastik thought, with many others, that they had inadequately dealt with the Rispelobeni War of Independence. After a one-year long revolt, he killed the last President of the United Islands of Oceanic Vakiadia, Zilatiki Srensti.
4. Grasik Freshnikov-
Leader of the Socialist Republic of Oceanic Vakiadia from 2193 to 2228. Like his successor Diyerik Baroniy, he was caught financing his own life with government funds illegally. After the government failed to take action on this, the Democapitalians assassinated him. the Democapitalians were never linked to the crime, preventing immediate government action against them.
