I have this to say after long negotiations with the Shazbotdom Empire we have reached some agreements. One they are occuping an island not even 10 miles from our home land with 3 million troops... Two they are making our ared forced forcefully be placed at 7 million, to counter this i am officially enacting two laws, effective now...the first law is a repeal of the gun ban act of 1968, you may now make and own firearms, but with one thing if you own a firearm you will be pulled automatically into the United Zonolian Gunowners Organization. This organization teaches you how to fight like a Zonolian soldier, by having real ex-Zonolian trainers and ex-officers there, to comply with Shazbotdom terms you will be considered non-government trained civilians in the arts of armed and unarmed combat. To encourage this gun prices will be cut a max of 75%. The second law is the Airmail Act/Automobile of 2010, this will increase our number of mail planes that can be easily converted to militry craft, and now 50% of cars made will be armored civilian vehicles that can easily be transformed into militray craft..." "SIr," an underling walked up to the Supreme Emperor as he was walking down the hall and fell in line next to him. "We have intercepted news footage from Zonolia. It appears their that their Internal Minister Peters has made a rather inflamatory speach against the Empire and the terms of our agreement."

Larry kept walking, pondering the words that the secretary said to him as they were making their way to the Minister of Foreign Affairs office. He then quickly waved his hand to let the underling know that he was finished with him, just as he turned the knob to the Minister's office. "Ken," he stated as he walked into the room. "I just recieved a report that a Zonolian Government Offical spoke out against us."

"I just heard it to," Ken stated as he rose from his desk to give his old buddy a fierce hand shake. "It doesn't suprise me that someone over there would pull this type of thing after our military campaign, especially since the 11th and 12th Fleets are still rather close to their territory." He sat down at his desk as Larry sat across from him. "It's pritty ballsy of this Minister Peters after those above him agreed to the peace treaty."

"Indeed," Larry replied. "Personally I don't think we should bother. Their government agreed to the peace treaty, and what he is doing looks like it is in compliance with the treaty." He continued, "It looks like he is just trying to ruffle our feathers and attempt to force an offensive operation to turn back to the International Community and say 'Hey, look! They are warmongers' and have dozens of nations come running to their aid like a bunch of rediculously uneducated lapdogs." He put his hand on his chin as he thought for a second, "Make no formal comment. He'll not force us to do something in which we do not wish to do."

Ken nodded his head, "I was thinking the same exact thing." He then adjusted his seating position a little bit and continued, "It seems your son has yet again brought peace. No wonder you let him join the Corps and then become the voice of the Empire for some International Peace Conferences, he does a damn good job."

"Indeed he does," Larry said with a smile on his face. "He'll be a great leader for the Empire when I pass on. Hopefully though that won't be for a long ass time."

"Ladies and Gentlmen, with report of Zonolians protesting the recent approval of their Government for a base of the Shazbotdom Marine Corps to be opened on an island within their Gulf, no official responce has come out of the Office of the Supreme Emperor," The news person stated. "This comes as a shock to many people as the Supreme Emperor is normally very vocal about these types of things." He turned his chair slightly as the camera changed, "word from the ISS Hellbringer though is that the Zonolian Deligate, in fact, jumped overboard off the back of the deck because reports show that he thought that the shazotdom fleet would shoot his aircraft down with Surface-to-Air missiles if he left in that manner."

He switched to a different sheet of paper, "reports show that Major Williams, the eldest Son of our Supreme Emperor, ordered that the engines of the fleet be shut off to ensure that the dilusional and mentally unstable individual who was chosen to be the Deligate for Zonolia would 'not be chopped up to shit by the propellers'."
