Basic Description:

Saurisia is a large nation of 100 planets and scores of colonies in outer space several dozen light years away from Earth. The notable thing about it is that the country is almost entirely populated by Dinosaurs, with Pterosaurs (Flying Reptiles), Marine Reptiles, Humans, and various Reptilian species living with them. The ruling Party is the Dinoist Party, which is a Fascist Party with anti-Human and anti-Mammal leanings, and believes that Reptiles are superior over Mammals, believing that Mammals are stupid and annoying furballs that aren't very adapted to living in tropical climates, and, being a Fascist party, is very militaristic.

National Animal:

Dinosaurs are the national animals of Saurisia, adopted by the Dinosaur Revolution as a major symbol of their kind's return. Dinosaurs now make up the vast majority of the population. There are two basic kinds of Dinosaurs in the United Dinosaur States (or UDS as it's commonly referred to as): Civilized and Wild. Civilized Dinosaurs are just that, Dinosaurs who live in the advanced civilization that is Saurisia, while Wild Dinosaurs are Dinosaurs that live in the wild. They can speak English, though they don't know how to read or write. Still, this doesn't stop some from visiting their more civilized cousins and learning how to read and write as well as Civilized Dinosaurs adopting young orphaned Wild Dinosaurs, and even some Wild Dinosaurs adopting young orphaned Civilized Dinosaurs.



National Bird:

The Archeopteryx is the national bird of Saurisia, although it's not a bird, rather simply a highly evolved Reptile that developed feathers and the power of flight, though it glides rather than flies like a Pterosaur. Many Human scientists believe that it's the symbol of the evolutionary connection between birds and Dinosaurs, though dinosaur scientists are more convinced it's simply a evolved Reptile with feathers and could fly rather primitively.



National Tree:

The national tree is the Ginkgo, which along with the Dinosaurs, Pterosaurs, Marine Reptiles, and Archeopteryxes was cloned by Human Saurorean scientists before the Dinosaur Revolution. The Ginkgo was chosen because it was a tree that was common during the Age of the Dinosaurs, and thus the symbolism of this plant was chosen.



National Flower:

The Petunia is the National Flower, why? No reason, other than the fact that it was chosen by Revolutionary Holly because "It's pretty!"



The population of Saurisia is 1 trillion with 850,000,000,000 Dinosaurs, 90,000,000,000 Humans, and 60,000,000,000 Reptiles.

History
Chapter 1: A Species Re-Born

The events that transpired to create Saurisia all began in the year 2409, 407 years from the present. At that point in time, Saurisia was Saurorea, a peaceful capitalist Human democracy with a large military, that had existed since it was founded in 2222, meaning it had so far been around for almost 200 years.

On June 12th of that year, German scientist Jacob Heinmartz and his assistants were working on an experiment that will change the course of the nation's history forever. Heinmartz had cloned two individuals from a group of Reptiles that had long since been extinct, and had once ruled the Earth so many millions of years ago. The clones were Dinosaurs, creatures long been a fascination by man, and were now living again. The two Dinosaurs cloned were Triceratopses from the same DNA strand, meaning they were siblings. One was a boy, who was named "John" by the scientists and a girl, who was named "Sarah". However, there was a dark purpose to cloning the Dinosaurs beyond mere research reasons, as Heinmartz and the other scientists were commissioned by the Saurorean Government to clone Dinosaurs to serve as Super Soldiers for the Saurorean Army. The scientists were to clone a large number of Dinosaurs from a wide variety of species and once they were old enough, they would be trained in the basics of military service. Some Dinosaurs would also be cloned to serve as entertainment for the Saurorean population.

To help with their purpose, the two Triceratopses were cloned with heightened intelligence, and the abilities to stand up, hold an object in their hands, and to understand military training implanted into their DNA while still embryos. John was given super intellect, ensuring that he'd be the leader of the Dinosaurs, while Sarah was given super strength, ensuring that she was extremely strong, durable, and muscular even as an infant. John was of a light green color while his "Sister" was more of a creme hue.

The successful birth of the two Triceratopses encouraged the scientists to clone even more Dinosaurs, all of whom were eventually hatched out of their eggs. Among them, was a blue Triceratops named "Al" who, like Sarah, was implanted with enhanced strength, durability, muscle capacity, and aggressiveness, and a light brown colored Tyrannosaurus named "Tyler", they, along with the Triceratops twins, would play an important role in the events to come over the succeeding years.

Two years later, the original Triceratops twins were deemed old enough for military training, and over time, more and more Dinosaurs were deemed rightly so. However, in the early morning hours of October 14th of 2411, John held a secret meeting, inviting all the other Dinosaurs old enough to walk on their own. During which, he informed his fellow Dinosaurs that the Humans were exploiting them, intent upon making them their slaves. Many, including Al and Sarah, protested this, claiming John had no proof, while Tyler, being the young and innocent yearling he was, just stood there and watched with some interest as well as horror. John told them that he overheard some of the scientists (including Heinmartz) talk about when "The clones be ready for service in the Army", heard a scientist mention over his phone-like device that the older Dinosaurs would be ready in a year or two and be sent to a military camp. He then threw in the fact that the older Dinosaurs, such as himself and Sarah, were given basic military training, and the fact that some of their own were taken away to other places, one occasion, he overheard Heinmartz say to a man in brown outfit "I'm sure these Dinosaurs would be an excellent addition at the zoo!"

This shocked and horrified the others, who realized some of their colleagues were sent away to other places to be used as entertainment! John then added how they're kind had ruled the earth for thousands of generations before they died out 65 million years ago, how they roamed free and were not enslaved by Humans. He then proclaimed that he would lead them enjoy that freedom by escaping out of their pens and cages and kill their Human oppressors! This shocked the others for a moment, but considering all the things the Humans are doing to them, combined with the thought that they could be free and independent like their ancestors so many millions of years ago, made them realize this was an opportunity for them to become free like their ancestors were. So, they agreed to help John overthrow Heinmartz and his scientist lackeys, and helped pave the way for modern day Saurisia.

Chapter 2: Uprising in the Laboratory

At 0750, the Dinosaurs, aided by John's guidance, managed to break out of their cages quietly without alerting the Humans. They then sneaked out of the room they were all in and began sneaking through the laboratory. In the middle of a long hall, they encountered two Humans, whom they charged, knocked down, and the Triceratopses and Styracosauruses impaled them.

Tyler, ever the curious yearling, wandered into a dark room where he discovered strange stick-like objects, like nothing he had ever seen before. Frightened by the strange things, he ran towards Sarah, whom he regarded as his surrogate mother. John and Al investigated the room and, after John flicked on a switch (which he had to stand up on his rear legs to do so), they discovered it was a stockpile room where many small arms from the late 20th century and early 21st century. Why these weapons were in a research laboratory in the first place is a mystery even today.

After discovering the stockpile, the two Triceratopses told the others about it and they investigated it, though Tyler was too scared of the guns. John got an idea, and he stood up on his rear legs, they were wobbly at first but they soon stabilized and John was able to grab a bullet proof vest made from circa 2008, a Kevlar MICH TC-2000 helmet, a UMP submachine gun, and an M9 pistol. He soon found the helmet unable to fit his head right, due to his frill, so he put it back. The Dinosaurs were puzzled, why was he doing this, Sarah asked him so, and her brother told the older female that they needed body armor and weapons if they could stand a chance against Heinmartz, the scientists, and the security guards stationed in the lab. Sarah told him that standing up like a Human and dressing and arming like one was weird, though her brother countered by saying that it would be necessary as he had a hunch the Sauroreans would not take lightly to a Dino insurrection in their nation.

Sighing, the female stood up, walked over to the wall, and grabbed an M240B, a .38 special revolver, and a vest similar to her brothers. Al stood up, walked over to the wall, and grabbed an FN SCAR, an M1911, and a vest. One by one, the Dinosaurs did so, grabbing various weapons, vests, and (in the case of those whose heads fit right) helmets. All the Dinosaurs were armed and armored for battle against their oppressors, all except one, Tyler, who was too scared of the strange Human-made things to do so (besides, he was too young, making him useless for combat).

When they were ready, the Dinosaurs marched out of the room and further down the hall, intent upon overthrowing their masters. Soon, they encountered several security guards who, surprised by the Dinosaurs in their body armor and carrying weapons, they did nothing but stare at them, giving enough time for Al to gun them down with his SCAR.

They continued on their rampage through the lab, cutting down any Human they came across, and even searching rooms to sniff out and kill any they missed. Finally, they came upon the main lab room, where Heinmartz and the other scientists were about to experiment with an enhancer serum on a months old Styracosaurus named Angela, the serum was designed to enhance the muscles, stamina, strength, endurance, intelligence, and fighting capability of the Dinosaur it's injected with, making him/her a more effective soldier than normally, and its effect is permanent. The young Ceratopsian was injected with the serum, making shriek in pain and terror, alerting the Dinosaurs in the hallway and making them run towards the room.

When they got there, they found the scientists surrounding the young toddler on the table. Horrified by the torture of a fellow Dinosaur, Sarah, Al, John, and several other opened fire, cutting down most of the scientist except Heimartz and several others, who ran away, leaving 7 dead bodies surrounding the table and one terrified Dinosaur on top of it. A guard ran in, though Sarah quickly shot him in the head with her 240. John, Al, and Sarah helped the quivering toddler down and John convinced her to join their uprising and avenge her torture. Though the young female was reluctant to kill those who took care of her for so long, she accepted, mostly because of what of just happened to her. John put her under the care of Robert, a one and a half year old bright Orange Styracosaurus (Angela was Magenta-hued) male who quickly became annoyed by Angela's little innocent girl personality, while Robert had an attitude of an older boy easily frustrated by difficulties. Their relationship quickly grew into that of a boy around 10 dealing with a sister of around 4 or 5, making him frustrated at her innocence and ignorance of the wider world.

The Dinosaurs continued their hunt through the lab, engaging and killing multiple guards and scientists (one engagement left Tyler severely wounded due to him fleeing from the firefight). Finally, they caught him: Dr. Heinmartz, and John, Sarah, and Al interrogated the scientist, who informed them about the Dino DNA he had, about the machine, and the fact that he planned to clone even more Dinosaurs. Once he revealed this information, Sarah ran him through with her still-growing horns. During the firefight, several Dinosaurs were wounded, but no one was killed, and Tyler would recover from his wounds.

In the aftermath of the firefight, the Dinosaurs rummaged through the documents left behind by the now dead Humans. Al was going through a file cabinet when he found a piece of paper which depicted a Blue clad Dinosaur wielding what appeared to be a Steyr AGU bullpup assault rifle. After some investigating, he discovered it was actually a sketch of what he himself looked like as an adult. He smiled proudly and said in a prideful tone "BOY, I look good!" causing Sarah to smile, John to groan, Tyler to look at the drawing curiously, Angela to gawk "What is THAT?!", and Robert to groan "You're full of it, Al."

Chapter 3: Lab Siege

After the laboratory was taken, the Dinosaurs continued to rummage through the things left behind by the now dead Humans. Some of the Dinosaurs grabbed the more advanced blaster pistols from the bodies of the dead guards and added them to their arsenal. Meanwhile, Sarah was rummaging through the room of one of the now-dead scientists when she found the strangest thing she had ever seen. It was actually in two pieces, the top, being the smaller of the two, was primarily in two circle-like shapes with two lines on the top of either side of the circles. The bottom thing from both the front and back looked like a triangular shape, though from the top was more circular, with two holes on either side of the bottom. The strange thing was being held by the lines jutting from the top part, and was turquoise in color.

She stared at the unusual thing for a long time before a female Allosaurus, a fellow two year old, walked in and asked what was that the Triceratops holding, to which she responded that she didn't know. After inspecting the thing top to bottom, the Allosaurus, named appropriately Alice, suggested it appeared to be some form of clothing worn by Humans, to which Sarah held against her body and asked the carnivore if she thought it fit on her. Alice simply replied that she didn't know and that Sarah should simply try it on, see how it fit. After the Allosaurus left the room, Sarah managed to take off the vest and belt she was wearing and put the thing on, her two legs going through the holes and the bottom half fit perfectly on her lower torso while slipping the top half over her head and on her upper torso. It fit her, albeit rather loosely, but that was simply because she was a two year old, and still a child, she would have plenty of time to grow into a full-sized adult.

She later showed it to John, Tyler, Al, Angela, and Robert, John gasped out loud, Al and Robert were surprised, while Tyler and Angela were confused. John glared at his older sister and scorned her for wearing such a thing as it was what the Humans wore, and it was used in a way that made John feel that his sister should never even wear this thing. He told her and the others that it was called a "bikini" and it was worn by Human females when they went swimming for reasons that are at a loss to him, and for some reason, male Humans like the sight of a female wearing one. Al asked where he got all that info, John replied he got it from a swimsuit magazine dropped by a guard, which he regretted reading.

The male's response caused Robert to flinch, Tyler and Angela to become even more curious, and Al to drool (literally) over Sarah in her "bikini", causing Robert to famously comment "Seems it has the opposite affect on him!". John ordered Sarah to take the swimsuit off immediately, to which she refused, however he reminded her that he was not only her brother but also the one that led them to rebellion, if it wasn't for him, the Dinosaurs would all still be enslaved by the Humans. This caused Sarah to relent and head back to the room where she got the thing in the first place. However, she secretly simply put her belt and vest over her swimsuit, concealing it and rejoined her friends.

Meanwhile, the remaining Dinosaurs who were still locked in cages and pens were freed and those old enough were given body armor and weapons, as John felt for sure the Humans outside would hear of the rebellion and attempt to quash it. Meanwhile, John, Sarah, Al, Angela, Robert, and Tyler searched the cloning machine, in an attempt to turn it on and clone more Dinosaurs. Eventually, they managed to do so, and the machine cloned various Dinosaurs, including a female Tyrannosaurus upon personal request from Tyler, who wanted a playmate of his own species.

A few months later, however, the Dinosaurs inside fell under siege from Saurorean Policemen, intent upon dealing with them. The Policemen would continuously send men into the lab, though they were beaten off repeatedly by the superior firepower and endurance of the Dinosaurs. John quickly thought up a clever strategy to use their animal calls to intimidate the policemen, which worked perfectly, causing many to flee and abandon their posts. However, near the end of the siege, the Saurorean Military send 25 M97 Falcon gunships to harass the Dinosaurs below, though these were quickly shot down by Dinosaurs armed with rocket launchers captured from Saurorean troops.

Finally, the Dinosaurs launched a counterattack under cover of darkness, which was a success, driving the Humans off once and for all and ending the 132 day siege. All in all, during the siege, 340 Humans died, 400 were wounded, and 100 were taken prisoner, while 4 Dinosaurs died (all of them smaller and lighter ones), and 15 were wounded. So far, the Dinosaurs were doing well.

Chapter 4: Running Away

After beating off the besiegers, the Dinosaurs cloned several dozen more, including two Sauropods, both from different DNA strands. While the new clones were still in their eggs, Tyler and the newly hatched female Tyrannosaurus, named Holly by the others, found two DVD cases in a remote bookcase, one had a picture on the front, depicting what Tyler and even the young hatchling Holly identified as Dinosaurs. On the foreground was a large log crossing a deep canyon, and on that log were three large and easily identifiable creatures and two not so identified ones. One appeared to have a longer neck than the others, a second the Tyrannosaurs noted had the same appearance to John, Sarah, Al, and the other Triceratopses, and this one looked like Sarah (its distinctive skin color anyway), and a third with big bumps on its back, which looked like several in the group, including a turquoise colored male named Fred. The Tyrannosaurs could not so easily identify the two tiny creatures with the other Dinosaurs, though Tyler noticed an eerie similarity that the green creature had to those Hadrosaurs amongst the Dinosaurs. They both noted that the brown creature bore a similarity to that of a bird, though it did not appear to have feathers, and had a distinct crest on the back of its head. Finally, on the left side of the case front was a huge fearsome monster that looked like a giant version of both Tyler and Holly, Tyler concluded that this beast was actually an older individual of their kind, Tyrannosaurus Rex, and that was what they would look like as adults, which frightened the younger female hatchling.

The second case frightened the two youngsters, as in the middle of a black field stood the fearsome outline of what appeared to be the huge skeleton similar in appearance of the beast on the other DVD case, forcing Tyler to conclude it was a skeleton of an older Tyrannosaurus. The two took the DVDs to John and the others, figuring the older Triceratops would better identify them.

When the DVD cases were shown to John, he was intrigued, the DVD with the Dinosaurs and the canyon had writing on it that read "The Land Before Time" and the other had writing on it that said "Jurassic Park". The Triceratops identified the small green creature as a Saurolophus, a relative of Parasaurolophus, and sure enough, was a Hadrosaur, and there were 3 of the former and 6 of the latter. The brown one he identified as a Pterosaur, a distant relative of Dinosaurs that could fly. He informed the other Dinosaurs that they were movies that Humans liked to watch for entertainment and he showed them an old DVD player, explaining that they used these to watch DVD movies. Why the Humans kept the DVDs and the player in the lab was beyond John's reasoning, however, he suggested they watch the two movies later that night, which they did. The movies amazed them as they were both depictions of their kind. Jurassic Park terrified them, especially the younger ones like Holly, while they loved and enjoyed The Land Before Time. All in all, the two movies intrigued, terrified, and awed the young Dinosaurs, who now had a better understanding of their kind as a whole. This viewing of the two movies would ensure that they would have a major impact on the future nation of Saurisia and its culture as a whole.

Eventually, the new batch of clones were hatched, including the two Sauropods, both Apatosauruses, one, being born first, a male, and the other a female. The male would be named "Littlefoot" after the main character from the Land Before Time, while the female was named "Kathy". A trio of Pteranodons, all male, were born as well, along with 3 Pachyrhinosauruses, 4 Stegosauruses, 2 Anklyosauruses, 2 Iguanodons, 1 Plateosaurus, and 3 Coelophysises.

After the new batch was hatched, the Dinosaurs decided it was time to escape from the lab, before the Sauroreans returned. So, they packed up the things they felt were important for them to take, such as their weapons, ammo, armor, medical supplies, and other things they felt were vital to carry with. John personally grabbed the DVD cases, Al grabbed the drawing of him as an adult, and Sarah secretly put on the turquoise bikini before putting on her vest, belt, and strapping her M240B over her shoulder.

Finally, the group of young Dinosaurs, consisting of 250 individuals in all, set out on October 21st, 2412, nearly a year after they rose up against the Human scientists, into the surrounding wilderness, intent upon survival out in the unknown.

Chapter 5: Survival in the Wilderness

After a week of traveling through the wilderness, the Dinosaurs settled in a large section of forests and plains far away from the laboratory. There, the Dinosaurs settled in to a harsh life in the wilderness, though it didn't prove too dangerous for them, as there weren't very many big predators living in the region. John became restless, they weren't fulfilling his dream of finally becoming independent of the Humans. His friends insisted that that they are, they were living in the wild, in similar conditions their ancestors had lived in millions of years before, however, John told them that the Sauroreans were still around them and could try and track them down.

Shortly after they had arrived, John discovered that his sister had not left behind the bikini he insisted she put away. He confronted her, and the two siblings got into a big argument which ended with Sarah running away and sobbing underneath a tree. When John found her, he added to her misery by telling her that she could not continue her suspected relationship with Al. When she found this out, she was so infuriated with her brother that she engaged in a fight with him, which lasted until the heartbroken female finally collapsed to the ground sobbing. The male left her, intent upon telling Al the news.

When he returned, he found Sarah lying down, staring at his way, wagging her tail patiently and a weird smile on her face. John was confused, he wondered why she was acting like this when she was crying when he left, though he shrugged it off, assuming she was simply happy to see him. However, he would soon get a big surprise as when he neared his sister, the female quickly got up and performed the most controversial action in the history of the nation: She kissed him in an unexpected performance of Incest. She carried out this act for what seemed like forever before she pulled away, leaving a stunned John standing there, at a loss for what just happened, his sister had performed the most audacious act a Dinosaur could ever have pulled, kissing her own brother on the lips.

The two promptly departed, as if the shocking act had never even happened. However, John struggled with the thought of Sarah's act until he realized the shocking truth that he was without a possible future mate, as there weren't very many females his age that weren't interested in other males, well, there was one named Lisa, though he largely ignored her. So, he decided upon a single act: to start a relationship with his own sister.

The next day, when John encounters Sarah again, she runs up to him and kisses him again to which he does not resist and she tells John that she loved him, John's prompt response was "I know" and the two kiss again, signaling the beginning of the most controversial relationship in Saurisian history.

Chapter 6: Forbidden Love

The two siblings continued their relationship in secret for the next eight months, intent on not telling their friends and comrades. Their relationship was surprisingly passionate for so participants so young and the relationship as a whole being a forbidden love between two siblings. The two didn't care and did not give even a thought about the relationship, however, as time went on and the relationship became more intimate, John began to have second thoughts about his Incest with his own sister. Not only was it Incest, taboo even among their ancestors who lived and finally died out so many millions of years ago, but the two lovers could not be any more different. Sarah was strong, brash, aggressive, and short-tempered, while John was smart, rather weak, peaceful, and mild-mannered. He personally wondered how two incredibly different individuals with different personalities (one strong and aggressive the other intelligent and peaceful) could be so drawn to each other, ESPECIALLY when those two were close siblings!

Eventually, however, their friends found out about John and Sarah's relationship when Tyler and Robert noticed the two sitting under a large tree kissing. Outraged by this obvious display of Incest, Robert confronted the two and told them that they were committing one of the worst things a Dinosaur could EVER commit: falling in love with one's own sibling! John stood up for his relationship with Sarah, stating that they were in love, but the younger Styracosaurus countered that they were both siblings and they SHOULDN'T fall in love with each other. After saying that the two were not perfect for each other EVEN IF they were not related, since John was an intellectual while Sarah was a hot-head (he told the female "No offense" which she accepted) and thus, they should be pursuing individuals who had similar personalities to their own. It was then that John snapped that Robert knows NOTHING about love, considering that he wasn't in love with a girl and that he was too young and naive to understand stuff like this. The comment infuriated the younger Styracosaurus, who yelled and charge towards the older Triceratops, engaging in a fight with him. Eventually, young Robert, being surprisingly stronger than the older John, managed to defeat his three horned foe, leaving him with a limp on the back right leg.

Robert left in a huff from the scene, while John, beginning to cry partly from sheer pain, snapped "Fine! Go on! We didn't need you IN the goddamn first place anyway!". Sarah gasped, she had NEVER heard him swear before, she stared at the hurt, angry male in front of her, tears streaking from his eyes and he sniffled several times. He stopped for a moment, looked at his sister/lover and told her "Come on along Sarah, we Triceratopses don't hang around with Styracosaurus filth!"

Sarah's eyes widened when she heard this, though she complied and followed him for a short distance, before looking back and seeing Tyler looking at the two in sadness, the young Tyrannosaurus seemed confused by this whole mess and did not want his friends to fight like this. Finally, he walked away and then disappeared from her sight, once he was gone from her view, Sarah looked back at John, who was motioning her to follow him, which she did, walking behind her brother/lover as a thunderstorm was heard coming in, adding to the moment.

10 months passed since that day, and by now, Sarah and John were adolescents, while those who were born soon after, such as Al, were close to becoming such. The siblings' relationship was by now very, very close and very intimate.

By now, both were beginning to lose their childhood appearances in favor of adult Triceratopses' , Sarah was by now starting to develop a distinctive muscular appearance coordinating with her attractive skin color and feminine qualities. John, meanwhile, was also going through changes as he was going from a child to an adult, and although he wasn't becoming as insanely muscular, he was developing a somewhat muscular appearance and was strong enough to fight his sister and not get his tail kicked.

However, despite their intimate relationship, John had been considering breaking it up with his sister and pursuing those who WEREN'T relatives. It had been bothering him for months, and at first it seemed normal, though over time, he realized what a foolish thing he had done, falling in love with his own sister whom he was born alongside, and also realized that he had done it out of loneliness and desperation. He had wanted for months to tell Sarah that maybe they should end their relationship, but hesitated to do so because he didn't want his sister's (whom he was attached to) feelings get hurt.

But, he decided to tell her today, of all days, to tell her, so he went to see Sarah, avoiding the scornful looks of his peers (by now the whole group had heard of the relationship and believed it was foolish of the one who had led them to freedom from the hated Humans fall in love with his own sister) until he finally saw the large creme skinned muscular yet feminine female waiting for him in a large clearing below a tree, wagging her tail eagerly like she always does when he walks back to their sleeping area.

However, after greeting her, the female lept onto him and gave him a long deep passionate kiss. Once she was done, she eagerly greeted him, which he replied to her in turn. It was then that she whispered that they make love, causing her brother/lover to go nuts screaming "WHAT?!", at a loss for what she just told him. After some talk between the two, John finally told her that they should end the relationship. Shocked by what he said, Sarah asked him why and then he explained the doubts he had gained over the months and that if it was up to their ancestors they would prohibit this kind of relationship. Sarah told him that even when the relationship is ended, she still loved him, to which John replied "I know, Sarah" before walking off, leaving the distraught young female to herself. After some moments of silence, she finally began crying, heartbroken that the love she had enjoyed for the past 18 months was now gone. John, meanwhile, walked for some distance before finally collapsing to the ground, letting sadness take over, distraught at what he had just done.

Chapter 7: New Allies

After that, a large convoy of trucks, APCs, IFVs, and tanks rolled into the area where the Dinosaurs were, several of them who were assigned on a mission to scout the area around the main group, watched in horror as heavily armed and armored Saurorean troops disembarked from the vehicles and began spreading out. The Dino scouts noticed one man wearing what appeared to be a mask of some sort over his head.

Unfortunately, one of the scouts is spotted and several soldiers approach the young Reptile, trying to hide from the Humans. However, she is spotted cowering behind a brush and the soldiers approach her, blasters at the ready. Quivering the youngster feared this would be the final moments of her young Saurian life. Finally, the Humans stood over her and motioned towards their comrades to take a look at the female quaking before them.

Several others, including the masked man, approached the two men by the Dinosaur. After some conversing, the masked man kneeled down and took a deep look at the female, a three and a half year old Kentrosaurus, and spoke with an accent peculiarly different from those of her fellow Dinosaurs as well as all other Humans the female encountered previously, asking her what was her name. The female weakly replied that her name was "Katy". The man smiles behind his mask and rubs the top of the youngster's head with his right hand, then asks if she could redirect them to the other Dinosaurs, to which the female (reluctantly) obliges, leading the Humans towards the main group.

Meanwhile, John was away from the rest of the Dinosaurs, eating from some shrubs, though his mind kept wandering back to Sarah, which he shrugged off every time. Suddenly, he heard Tyler's voice call his name. The Triceratops turned around to see the young Tyrannosaurus running up to him, continuing to call out the Male's name. "What is it?!" John asked the Therapod, to which the latter responded "John, They're here". The Ceratopsian muttered "Humans" and then he told Tyler that he's coming with him. And with that, Tyler headed back towards the main group, with John close behind.

When John and Tyler got to the scene, they saw a large crowd of Dinosaurs staring at a group of Humans right in front of them, with what looked like a Kentrosaurus standing in front of them. The Human in the center, the man in the mask, asked if John was the leader, to which he confirmed. The man then said "Thought so" and then stated his name and rank: Major Scott Ripely of the 12th Infantry Division. John asked what did the Humans want, to which the Major replied that he and his men were defecting to their cause, due to the appalling thought of killing Dinosaurs in actual person going through their minds. They weren't the only ones who had defected, the rest of the 12th Infantry as well as several other Infantry and Armor divisions, two Walker regiments, and even a company of Jet Troopers have all defected, and many of these rebels were fighting their former colleagues even as Ripely spoke.

John, Sarah, Tyler, Lisa, and the other main leaders of the group thought this through though they realized that these men could serve as key allies in the struggle against the Saurorean Government. So, they accepted the Human's help, hoping that their alliance with the Dinosaurs would tip the balance in favor of the aspiring Dinosaur Revolutionaries.

Chapter 8: Dogs of War

Later that evening, the Dinosaurs and the soldiers held a meeting regarding their plans for the future. John outlined his grand scheme for the future: Overthrowing the Saurorean Government and replacing it with one ruled by Dinosaurs. Unfortunately, Sarah accidentally revealed her past relationship with her brother, causing the Humans to be repulsed at the two young Triceratopses. Ripely ignores this and tells the Dinosaurs that a major battle was going on between men of the 12th Division and Government forces not far from where they were, it was a prime opportunity for the Dinosaurs to begin their rebellion against the Government.

The next morning, the soldiers escorted a small number of the Dinosaurs, including John, Sarah, Lisa, Angela, Al, Robert, and Tyler, towards the battlefield. There, they came across a large rebel encampment by a river in the middle of a thick jungle with fortifications surrounding it, and Government troops attacking the camp. Ripely led his men to attack the Sauroreans from behind while John led the Dinosaurs and a crack team of special forces down by the riverside to drive off the enemy troops on the flank.

Thus began three grueling hours of battle as Ripely's group and John's group battled the Saurorean forces while the camp's defenders held off repeated attack waves, trying desperately to hold off the inevitable before they were overwhelmed by the Sauroreans. During the midst of the battle, Lisa was knocked down by a Saurorean soldier, though she managed to blow his head off with her .44 magnum revolver.

Eventually, shocked and confused by confused reports of battling Dinosaurs with guns, the Sauroreans retreated, harassed all the way by rebel gunships. The grueling three hour battle was over, and the Dinosaurs had passed their first true test in their bid for a Saurian state. After the battle, Ripley created an Elite Guard unit that consisted solely at the time of Humans, though would eventually consist of both Humans and Dinosaurs. This unit was assigned to guard John, Sarah, and their friends, though, secretly, they were ordered by Ripley to keep an eye on the two Triceratops siblings, in case they wanted to revive their relationship.

Chapter 9: For the Record

After Ripley's men swore allegiance to the Dinosaur Revolution, the Revolutionaries and their newfound allies had engaged in various skirmishes, mostly raids on Saurorean bases, camps, outposts, and supply and ammo cashes.

However, one day in early May, Ripley informed John that Saurorea wasn't taking the Revolution seriously, that the general Saurorean populace did not know much of the Revolution, and considered it to be a simple mutiny and rebellion by various Military forces. Ripley suggested that they try and spread their message towards the general populace and inform them of the true motives and goals of the rebellion. Ripley told John that there was a broadcasting station some 30 miles away from where they were, a perfect target for the Revolutionaries to capture.

So, on May 15, 2419, almost 8 years since John and Sarah were born, a force of Human troops and Dinosaurs stormed the station and captured it. Soon afterwords, everything was ready, and the broadcast began. Ripely's men managed to hack into the broadcasting of all major TV stations in the country and allowed the broadcast to be seen throughout Saurorea. All across the country, people were watching various programs on their TVs, however, that was interrupted by the showing of a red banner with a black circle in the middle and a T-rex skeleton within it and then the camera moved downwards to show a moderately-sized dark Green Triceratops with large beautiful blue eyes and had medium sized horns above his eyes, his tail wagging from side to side, the audience could clearly hear him breathing in and out.

Suddenly, he spoke up: "Good morning Humans of Saurorea, yes, it is true, I am talking to you, yet I am a Triceratops. Why is this, you may ask? Why, when my species is supposed to have died millions of years ago? Blame your government, as they had sponsored a secret project designed to clone intelligent Dinosaurs to be used as super soldiers, elite warriors, zoo pieces, circus attractions, slaves in other words. This is a sad way to go for creatures that had ruled the Earth for thousands of generations, the mightiest animals that walked the Earth. THAT is why we are rebelling against the Saurorean government in order to establish our OWN nation, one ruled by us Dinosaurs. As such, I announce the beginnings of the Dinosaur Revolution, the effort to establish that nation. If you sympathize with us and our plight, then join us in our fight against the tyrants in the Saurorean Government, and mark my words, you will be rewarded greatly. But if you side with the government, then pray we spare you out of mercy. Good day and long live Dinosaur-kind!. And with that, the transmission ended, and it returned to everyone's original programming.

The Dinosaur Revolutionaries had taken the next big step in their struggle, now they had spread their message to the general populace of Saurorea. Now, though, they had to continue the fight against the Saurorean government.

Chapter 10: Relationships

The Conflict continued for another couple months after the broadcast, in fact, thanks to it, the war was escalated now as more and more Humans were rising up in rebellion against years of unpopular socialist policies, corruption, speciesism, and ignorance towards their opinions. Not to mention, a huge number of the country's population of Reptiles of various species were also rising up against the Humanocentric government, hoping that the Revolutionaries would be more sympathetic towards them.

Meanwhile, on a more personal level, John continued to lead the efforts against the Sauroreans as supreme commander of the Revolutionary Forces. However, increasingly, he was being hit on by Lisa, a secret sufferer of the condition later to be diagnosed as "Large Chest Syndrome" (or "LCS"). Lisa watched as the male first fell in love with his own sister in a repulsive act of Incest and then totally ignore her as he devised strategies and commanded attacks.

Finally, having had enough of John ignoring her, she managed to seduce him into coming to bed with her. After engaging in an act of sex while in bed, the pair became mates, though they kept away from their colleagues, and would only display signs of affection in private together. Meanwhile, Sarah and Al had also fallen in love and had also mated in secret, while Holly and Tyler began a relationship of their own.

The relationship between Robert and Angela, however, was rocky at best, for, while she was jaw-droppingly attractive with rippling muscles and her own case of LCS, Angela still possessed the naive and childish personality she had as a child. Thus, Robert was partly annoyed, and partly attracted to Angela, and, though they had their moments (they kiss once in a while), they also fight quite a bit.

Overall, the private lives of the Dino leaders was buzzing with much activity as the war continued to heat up.

Chapter 11: Operation: Liberation

As the war continued, John received Intel about scientific facilities throughout the land that held Dinosaurs, as well as Pterosaurs (Flying Reptiles) as well as Marine Reptiles that were cloned alongside the Dinosaurs. Determined to free these creatures, John launched an offensive against these facilities, codenamed "Operation: Liberation", aimed at liberating the Prehistoric creatures kept there.

After a bit of fighting against Saurorean militia, Revolutionary troops captured most of the inland facilities, freeing the Prehistoric animals kept there and holding the scientists prisoner for questioning. After gaining information from the scientists, the soldiers then executed them, before moving on.

With the inland labs secured, the Revolutionary forces moved south to the coast to capture the facilities holding the aquatic Marine Reptiles. This time, they faced fierce resistance from Republic Marines, elite troops trained in mastering amphibious warfare. Meanwhile, the Revolutionary Navy, staffed entirely by Humans, did battle with the Saurorean 6th Fleet, engaging in a considerable clash.

Finally, John's Elite Guard broke through the Marines and sent them retreating to the coast, and then proceeded to capture the research facilities, freeing the Marine Reptiles held there. There, the biggest and oldest of the Marine Reptiles, a Liopleurodon named George, swore allegiance towards John and his Revolution. Afterwords, he led several dozen Pliosaurs and Mosasaurs to attack several warships retreating from the site of the huge naval battle offshore, which had resulted in a Revolutionary victory. The attack succeeded, the predators managed to damage eight ships and sent two Cruisers, a Destroyer, and five Frigates to the bottom of the sea, in exchange for one Mosasaur dead, 5 Mosasaurs wounded, and 2 Pliosaurs wounded.

Meanwhile, an Ornithocheirus named Sally also pledged support towards John and his Revolution, ensuring that all three major groups of Reptiles that existed during the Mesozoic (Dinosaurs, Marine Reptiles, and Pterosaurs) were all now fighting under one banner with one single common goal: To destroy the Saurorean government and ensure a nation ruled by their kind.

Chapter 12: The War Goes Into Space

After the success of Operation Liberation and the destruction of the Saurorean 6th Fleet, other worlds began to rebel, particularly various Reptilian species, long scorned by the Humanocentric Saurorean Government, though many of the Human populace, deeply Conservative, also rebelled against the unpopular socialist regime of President Jimmy Phelps. Soon, various elements of the Saurorean Space Navy sided with John's Revolution and did battle with the remaining elements of the Governmental Navy. On other worlds, people began to rise up and fight against Government troops, even major proportions of the Military sided with the rebels.

Meanwhile, on the planet Laconia, which housed the Saurorean capital, John and his forces continued their struggle against the Saurorean forces. Every day, more and more recruits poured in to join the ever-growing Revolutionary Army. As they continued west towards the capital city located on the far side of the continent, they ran into stiff resistance from militia and regular army troops, including the Saurorean Marines.

As the Revolutionaries battled the Government forces, they encountered a series of laboratories, much like the ones they had encountered before. John ordered some troops to clear it and rescue any Dinosaur and Prehistoric captives held inside. 23 Dinosaur and 20 Human soldiers volunteered for the task and headed inside. One young male Allosaurus swept through the building, until he entered a room with a female Allosaurus inside. But she was unlike any other Allosaur the male had seen before, she looked like an Allosaurus, she had the tail, the clawed feet and hands, the scaly skin, reptilian eyes, and the distinctive head with the crests over her eyes. However, overall, she looked oddly like a Human female, rather than a proper Allosaurus. Curious (and a little repulsed) by the female, the Male took her with outside to show the others.

Outside, the male could see the handiwork of the search party: 100 of these strange Human-like Dinosaurs of various species, along with 50 Humanoid Pterosaurs, 100 "normal" sapient Dinosaurs, 65 "normal" Pterosaurs, 250 lab staff, and 100 enemy soldiers. After questioning the Humanoid Dinosaurs and Pterosaurs, it turned out that they were the result of a mistake in the laboratory in efforts to clone Dinosaur soldiers. Apparently, some Human DNA got fused with Dino DNA, creating these surprising beings.

Later that day, John held a meeting with the other Revolutionary leaders to discuss what to do with the new Humanoid captives. Sarah and Al, along with several others, advocated exterminating them outright. But John and Lisa, supported by Tyler, Major Ripley, Angela, Robert, and various others, opposed this, stating that, even if they were deformed Dinosaurs, they were still Dinosaurs, and should be thus treated with kindness and respect. After the meeting was adjourned, John announced that the Anthro Dinosaurs would be spared and allowed to fight alongside their "normal" comrades. The Anthro Dinosaurs and Pterosaurs were thrilled by this, although some "normal" Dinosaurs and Humans, among them Lisa and Al, resented John's decision.

Chapter 13: The Beginning of the End

Within two years of the liberation of the Anthro Dinosaurs, the end was near for the fledgling Saurorean Republic: The vast majority of its citizens were in uprising, much of its military had sided with the rebels, those forces that remained loyal to the Government were in shambles, most of the Republic's planets were in rebel hands, and the only people still loyal left were the elites, journalists, and labor unions who were still behind President Phelps' regime and continued to demonize those citizens angered about the years of incompetence, corruption, and lies created by the Phelps administration.

And all this chaos was playing into John's hands as now the Republic defenses were disorganized. By now, his army, now consisting of 200,000 troops eager for battle, was poised just off a 50 mile defensive line known as the "Alexander Line", named after John Jason Alexander, who had founded Saurorea some 194 years ago (appropriate, since Alexander founded the Republic and now, nearly 200 years after he did so, a defensive line named after him is all that stands between the Saurian Army and the capital and the Republic's ultimate final downfall). The Alexander Line stood just 50 miles away from the Saurorean capital of Hansville, located to the west along the coast.

The Revolutionary Army knew that these defenses were all that stood in between them and the capital and final victory. They had been sitting here for two months, launching small-scale raids in the dead of night, raiding enemy positions and suffering considerable casualties in the process. Now, the end surely seemed near.

The original cast of characters who led the Revolution had changed considerably, the Dinosaurs now being adults. John and Lisa were engaged, Sarah and Al were already mates (Sarah was also secretly pregnant), Angela and Robert were no longer bickering (albeit as much) and now their relationship was closer than ever. Tyler and Holly were now in a relationship together, though they were the least mature-minded of the group. Major Ripely had seen the death of many members of his squad over the years and was now an emotionally-broken man (and a bit of a drinker).

Tyler, no longer the cute baby he once was, sensed that the defenders of the Alexander Line were worn down, much like how his ancestors would've stalked dying prey. The Tyrannosaurus convinced John to launch a full-scale offensive to punch a whole in the enemy's defenses and carve a path to Hansville. The Triceratops obliged, and on the night of April 30th, 2416, a massive attack was launched against the Alexander Line.

The infantry and combat vehicles charged forward, under cover of smoke and darkness which prevented the defenders - most of them poorly trained and equipped militia, to see the charging troops coming. The Revolutionary infantry charged into the trenches, blasting their way through the Republic soldiers. The combat vehicles provided support by firing their machine guns/cannons at any Saurorean troops they spotted, while overhead, air support helped pound trenches not occupied by Revolutionary forces. Those Dinosaurs too big to fit in the trench simply blasted the Sauroreans with machine guns, shotguns, and grenade launchers as well as flanked the trenches to ensure enemy movements did not reach the line.

After several hours of intense trench fighting, the Sauroreans had had enough and they pulled back, allowing the Revolutionary forces to move forward, blasting their way past Saurorean troops. By then, regular Saurorean troops, including Marines, had moved up, supported by armor and air support. In a bitter four hour struggle, the Revolutionaries held off wave after wave of Saurorean forces until they finally retreated.

Satisfied that the Sauroreans were beaten back, John declared the Offensive, code-named "Operation: Jurassic Park" a success, as they had managed to punch a hole through the seemingly formidable Alexander Line and the way was now clear for the final objective: Hansville. The end of the war is now within sheer grasping distance.

Chapter 14: Downfall

Three days after managing to punch through the Alexander Line and beat back the enemy counter-attack, John's Revolutionary Army had finally entered the capital, engaging in heavy street-to-street fighting with both Army regulars and elements of various militias, most of whom were Union members thrown together hastily by the Union leaders to protect their power.

They gradually move from suburbs to the residential parts, to the Financial and Business parts of the metropolis, all the while battling Saurorean forces. It was a difficult fight, 200,000 Revolutionaries versus 130,000 Sauroreans, plus the 80,000 local civilians who fought alongside the Revolutionaries.

The battle lasted from May 4th all the way into early June when John's personal force reached the Presidential mansion, where the hated tyrant President Jimmy Phelps was hiding in. They stormed the Mansion, fighting through the Presidential Bodyguards as well as fanatical Labor militia, to reach the President. After doing a building-wide search, John, Lisa, Sarah, Al, Tyler, Holly, and several Elite Guard troopers found Phelps, his family, cabinet, and a few bodyguards and soldiers hiding in the basement.

Without thinking, John whipped out his M9, the same pistol he had grabbed from the lab armory five years before and fired a single bullet into the President's skull, right in between his eyes. He then ordered the now late President's family as well as his cabinet all executed, but the bodyguards, aides, and soldiers would be spared. His troops carried out the order and executed those the Triceratops condemned to death.

Shortly after, General William McHarvy, commander-in-chief of the defenders of Hansville, surrendered, ending the month long battle, which resulted in 100,000 casualties and was the bloodiest battle of the conflict. His remaining army of 75,000 troops were forced to give themselves up, along with all of their equipment, weapons, vehicles, aircraft, ships, ammunition, and supplies. A week later, at a summit held at the same laboratory John and his companions rebelled 5 years before, the remaining Saurorean military commanders and leaders finally surrendered. One of the conditions for the commanders' surrender was for the Saurorean government to be totally dismantled and replaced with a new government. The next day, on June 19th, John announced that the Republic of Saurorea was no more, in its place was an entirely new nation, one the entire Galaxy had never seen the likes of before: The United Dinosaur States of Saurisia. A new age was born.

Chapter 15: A New Era

After the War was over, on June 23rd, 2416, John announced to the nation that the Republic of Saurorea was dissolved and in its place was a brand new state, unlike any the Galaxy had ever seen before up to that time: The United Dinosaur States of Saurisia. John's next order of business was to rename the planets and cities and give them more "Prehistoric-themed" names. For instance, Hansville became "Saurus City", Laconica became "Reptilia", and so on. Next, he decided to adopt a flag, which didn't take very long, as he had already created a flag to serve as the banner of the Dinosaur Revolution during the war. So, he decided to adopt the banner as his national flag, which remains such since.

Next, the Triceratops wanted a suitable government. He decided on a Republic, though he was quickly opposed by those who pointed out that the Saurorean government was a Republic, and it was the very government that enslaved them. Sarah and Al, who by now were the proud parents of 5 hatchlings, advocated a different approach. For the longest time, the couple were fascinated by Fascism and Fascist-era Italy and wanted to adopt something similar to that. However, John opposed it, as it contradicted with what he sought as a better choice. So, John decided upon a compromise: Saurisia would have a Republic, but only the ruling party is allowed to vote, all others are allowed to exist, but they cannot run for office. As for the ruling party itself, he cleverly fused together his own values and those of his sister and brother-in-law into an unusual blend of Fascism and Right-Libertarianism, an ideology unlike no other, and it was called by John: Dinoism, or Dinosaurs First. John decided that he himself should be leader, which everyone agreed to, and he declared himself President of Saurisia.

Then, came the issue of what to do with the Humans, Sarah and Al advocated enslaving them, but John countered that they'd be no better than the Humans who enslaved them all those years ago. Still, his displeasure towards Humanity ensured that Humans would be treated as second-rate citizens. The mere thought of Humans being equal to Reptiles made the Triceratops spit in utter disgust.

Eventually, various policies on various things were established. For example, a debate on whether pornography should or should not be legal was held, during which a Human advocated that Human porn should be banned, while a male Albertosaurus stated that Reptilian porn should be legal. Both suggestions were taken, John himself a secret viewer of Dino porn, which he kept hidden from his mate, Lisa (now expecting).

However, his regime as President was not without problems: his past incestuous relationship with his own sister was brought to light as criticism was hurled at the Triceratops who had done so much to make them free. Miraculously, John's own sister defended him from his detractors, stating that both she and John regretted going to such extremes and that now they have their own mates, ones who are not of their blood. Eventually, the controversy blew over and John's reign was safe, however, what no one realized at the time, was that a mysterious and sinister entity was in the works that would threaten all that the Dinosaurs fought and died for.

Chapter 16: Dangerous Foes

That entity was the National Socialist Saurorean Workers' Party or Nazi Party, a small political group with a lot of support among the Germanic population. They had been scheming to overthrow the government for years, and they hated the idea of creatures which were supposed to have died millions of years ago ruling over Human beings, whom they thought had supreme power over all of nature, especially those dubbed the "Aryan Race".

On April 8th, 2417, the Nazis made their move, kidnapping a number of Dinosaurs and holding them hostage in exchange for money. John ordered Black Ops Commandos to free the Dinosaurs, which succeeded. However, this did not deter the Nazis, instead, they sent a recorded message to the President, warning him of "the coming rise of the Aryan race, to ensure that your kind STAYS extinct". Soon after, they made their move, launching widespread attacks all over Reptilia, Mesozoica, Temperatia, and Pangea. Armed mostly with WWII-era, late 20th, and early 21st century German weapons and equipment, the Nazis were nonetheless dedicated to establishing their long-dreamed of Fourth Reich and to ensure their iron grip over the Reptilians (including the Dinosaurs) is held.

Shocked by this sudden attack, the Saurisian Government rallied tens of thousands of troops and militia to battle against the Nazi forces. Despite their antiquated weaponry, the Nazis proved brutal foes, often employing torture against captured Reptilian soldiers and treating them horrifically.

After several months' fighting, the Nazi assault was beaten back, and the Saurisians launched a counteroffensive, pushing deep into Nazi territory and capturing soldiers by the thousands. In revenge for brutalizing Reptilian prisoners, the Saurisians in turn employed torture against the Nazi POWs.

Eventually, they managed to storm New Berlin, where the Nazi leadership was held and captured most of the Nazi leaders, although some fled into hiding. Those who were captured were tried for crimes against Dinosaurs, Reptiles, and Saurisia by a tribunal consisting of Tyler, Sarah, and John him and executed via either hanging or firing squad. Several committed suicide before they were executed.

Those Nazi leaders who escaped before capture were either captured or killed later on or who died out of reach of Saurisian hands, rallying their comrades to their cause. The Nazi cause was greatly crippled, although it still posed a (albeit minor) threat in the form of rogue groups raiding and attacking bases, supply convoys, and colonies, never to pose as serious a threat as their predecessors of 2417. The Nazi Rebellion was the reason why Saurisians despise National Socialism so much (and they still do).

Chapter 17: Red Menace

A year after the Nazi Rebellion was crushed, a new threat emerged: The Communist Party of Saurorea. Angered by the thought of a Fascist/Capitalist regime taking power, they plotted the overthrow of the Saurisian government via a mass uprising of ordinary people who disliked the new government.

However, the so-called "mass rebellion" never happened, as the people were pretty much satisfied with the Saurisian government. Annoyed by this, the Communists instead decided to overthrow the Saurisian government by force. Thus, on May 1st, 2418, they launched their assault. Unlike the multi-planet attack the Nazis had launched the year before, their revolution was on the homeplanet Reptilia only.

Shocked by this sudden outcome, John sent 50,000 men to the area the Communist rebels were at to crush their uprising. The initial plan for the CPS was to move speedily towards the capital, much like what the Revolutionaries had done during the war. However, this was augmented by local citizens, both supportive of the government and distrustful of Communism, resisted any way they could, bogging the CPS forces, and allowing the government troops to get there quicker.

Sure enough, within several days, the government troops reached the area and did battle with the CPS forces, the latter's obsolete Soviet and Russian Federation-era weapons no match for the soldiers' advanced futuristic blasters. Because of this, the Army was able to push the Communists back. The CPS fell back towards the town of New Volgograd, intending to make a stand there.

The Army forces attacked the city and took it within several days, managing to kill or capture all members of the CPS and their troops. Later on, John, Sarah, and Tyler put the CPS leaders on trial similar to that of the Nazi leaders' trial a year earlier. All the CPS leaders were either executed or committed suicide, and unlike the Nazi rebels, the Communist cause in Saurisia totally collapsed. Thus, a hatred and distrust of Communism and Communists was born due to the actions of the CPS.

Chapter 18: New Threat

After the Nazi and Communist rebellions, peace reigned over Saurisia for the next 26 years as the original participants of the Dinosaur Revolution settled down and took care of their newborn families. However, in 2444, 33 years after the Lab Revolt, a new threat emerged: The Human Liberation Army or HLA, a group dedicated to the liberation of the Humans under Saurisia's rule and whom preached supposed equality between the Humans and Reptiles. In actuality, however, they were a violent Humanocentric group dedicated towards the total extermination of the Reptiles, including Dinosaurs and undoing all that the Dinosaur Revolution built.

The HLA uprose on several outer planets, massacring any Reptilians in their path and any Humans who resisted them. Angered by the reports of the HLA's atrocities, Sarah and John ordered 100,000 men to be sent to the planets, and even ordered the use of Saurisia's stockpile of chemical and nuclear weapons, which the UDS had been building for 20 years. When they got to the planets, they met the HLA forces in battle. Unlike the CPS and NSSWP, their forces were highly trained and well-equipped, able to fight on equal terms with the Saurisian soldiers.

However, the Saurisians had an edge in this fight: The chemical and nuclear weapons they employed. These weapons helped weaken the HLA by killing off a significant percentage of its forces, allowing the Saurisians, equipped with gas masks and radiation suits, to overcome their opponents.

Eventually, one planet after another were retaken until all the worlds under HLA control fell until all worlds formerly under the HLA's control were back in Saurisian hands. Unlike with the Communist and Nazi leaders, the leaders of the HLA were not even given a trial, they were just tossed in with a pack of Raptors and were torn apart.

Thus, because of the HLA's cruelty, Saurisia became distrustful towards those who preached that Humans and Reptiles were supposedly equal.

Chapter 19: End of an Era

Another 33 years passed after the defeat of the HLA and peace reigned in Saurisia once more. However, in the late fall of 2478, tragedy struck: John the Triceratops, hero of the Dinosaur Revolution and the individual who had led the effort to restore a group of creatures extinct for 65 million years died of a heart attack. This sudden turnout shocked and saddened the nation as a great leader was now gone forever. Tyler's response was reportedly saying "Now, he belongs to the Angels" before breaking down and crying.

The funeral for John was enormous: about 150,000 people attended it in mourning for the wise Triceratops. He was eventually laid to rest at Revolutionary Cemetery alongside his old colleague Major Ripley. Eventually, all the leaders of the original Dinosaur Revolution died and were all buried at the cemetery alongside John, Ripley, and the thousands of Humans, Dinosaurs, and Reptiles who gave their lives to build Saurisia.

In 2557, 79 years after John's death, a young Apatosaurus was born on the planet Reptilia to a tiny herd consisting only of his mother, grandmother, and grandfather, and was the only member of his mother's clutch that managed to hatch out of his egg. He was named "Leonard" and his birth would be one step towards the darkest era in Saurisia's history.

Eventually, Leonard grew into a strong young boy who eagerly followed his tiny herd as they traveled around, looking for food. He eventually meets a young female Triceratops named Cera whom was stubborn and rather hostile towards the younger Sauropod. One day, while playing with Cera, the two were attacked by a giant Tyrannosaurus Rex, intent upon eating the youngsters. After being chased by the beast, they were saved by the young Apatosaurus's mother who, during a brief fight, was mortally wounded by the monster, though she managed to push him down a cliff, where he fell into a canyon, where the youngsters thought he was dead.

After getting separated from his mother and the young Ceratopsian by a Saurisian Military exercise, he found his mother in the midst of a rainstorm, where, after a short talk, she died. This event traumatized the young Male, and though he eventually reunited with his grandparents, he could never get the painful memory of his mother's death out of his head.

Shortly after becoming an adult, he was told by a Brachiosaurus who told the young Apatosaurus he had the potential to join the Saurisian military. So, he did, carving the path for the darkest period in all of Saurisia's history.

Chapter 20: Dawn of a Tyrant

After joining the Army, Leonard, who adopted the surname "Damon", met an old friend while undergoing training: Cera, whom had taken the surname "Farsely" upon entering the Army. She had softened considerably since the last time they met, no longer was she a prejudiced brat, now she was a gruff, strong, and very stubborn tomboy, a personality which Leonard personally enjoyed. Eventually, the two developed a very special personal relationship: forbidden love. Leonard and Cera fell in love, though they kept that love secret so the Army, which forbids interspecies romance, wouldn't find out.

Eventually, the two were both promoted to officers after a series of heroic acts during skirmishes with rogues, gangsters, and Nazi raiders, until they eventually caught the attention of General Mark Taylor and appointed them as members of his staff. Eventually, the General was picked as President by the previous one, Andrea Robertson whom retired after the birth of her grandchildren, and now-President Taylor rewarded Damon and Farsely by appointing the former as Chief of the Army and the latter as Chief of Staff. However, Taylor died the next year, though in his will, he appointed Leonard as his successor. The young boy whom had lost his mother so many years ago was now the most powerful individual in all of the UDS.

Leonard served as a benevolent President, and expanded Saurisia's power and influence. He ruled for five years after being appointed until early in 2589, Cera, under pressure from her father, and interested in a Male Triceratops her age, broke up the relationship with Leonard, saying that it would be best for both of them if they had relationships with individuals of their own kind. Leonard was emotionally devastated by this and, coupled with the trauma he'd suffered after the death of his mother, would transform him from the happy optimistic Apatosaurus he once was into a depressed heartbroken Sauropod. He could care less for politics and indeed running the country as a whole.

Then, one day in early July, Damon began to transform once more, from the depressed heartbroken Sauropod into an angry individual. His actions in the political arena changed as well, for now he took a psychotic dictatorial approach to everything as he took his anger on the country as a whole. He increased the powers of the Secret Police, he increased surveillance, he illegalized alcohol, pornography, as well as buying, selling, and owning firearms.

On the international front, he expanded the size of the Military and attacked and conquered the many smaller nations that surrounded Saurisia, even going so far as to wipe out entire planets' Human populations with nerve gas.

In his private life, he fell in love with a young female Apatosaurus his own age, named Amber, although he felt that this relationship was not the same as that which he had with Cera. Overall, Leonard's reign would prove to be the darkest time in Saurisian history, and indeed many Saurisians felt it would only be a matter of time before someone rose up to overthrow his dictatorship.

Chapter 21: Summer Revolution

In 2594, that someone was indeed plotting Leonard's downfall. It was actually a multitude of people, some ordinary citizens, others from the military and militia. The group was planning a large-scale revolution to topple Damon's five year regime. Leading that revolution were four individuals: Leonard's former lover Cera, her new mate, Peter, a brown-colored Triceratops, and two individuals whom played important roles in Leonard's life: Thomas Alwell, a giant Tyrannosaurus in his 50's who was the very one who killed Leonard's mother all those years ago and Robert Singer, an Apatosaurus in his early 50's whom was actually Leonard's father. All of whom sought to overthrow Leonard's dictatorship once and for all.

In the early summer of that year, they launched their revolution in Saurus City, where they met stiff resistance from Human soldiers of German descent loyal to Damon's regime. They fought their way through the city, suffering heavy casualties at the hands of the Loyalists, until they reached the Presidential Palace, where Leonard was sitting comfortably in his office.

They stormed the building, fighting their way through past the swarms of Loyalist forces, until they finally reached Leonard's office. There, Cera, Peter, Thomas, Robert, and a handful of men marched right into the room and pointed their guns at Leonard. The stunned Apatosaurus instantly recognized Cera despite her being fatigued from the fighting, wearing a combat uniform, and carrying an M16. So, he approached her, intent on hugging and kissing her after all these years. However, as soon as he got close to Cera, Peter quickly drew out an M1911 and pointed it at the Sauropod's head. Cera explained that she and Peter were mates now, much to the Sauropod's bitter disappointment. He then asked who the other two were, motioning to Robert and Thomas. Cera explained who they were and, realized that the individual who killed his mother so many years ago and caused him so much emotional pain and trauma was standing right in front of him, Leonard quickly whipped out his own M1911 and shot the Therapod right in the head, killing him instantly. Robert instinctively grabbed the barrel of the heavy pistol, convincing him to surrender, the younger Apatosaurus breaking down and surrendering himself to his former lover, her mate, and his own father.

Outside, the other participants in the revolution demanded that Leonard be shot for all the terrible things he had done, but Cera and Robert stood up for him and allowed him and Amber to live together peacefully.

Afterwords, Cera and Peter took over as dual presidents, and undid all the laws that Leonard enacted, even the one that illegalized pornography, making millions of adult Dinosaurs happy again. The couple reigned for 8 years before retiring, and after that, they and Amber and Leonard spent the remaining years of their lives together, sharing stories and watching their offspring play together.

Leonard died in 2668 at age 111, and today, 148 years after his death, he remains one of the most controversial characters in Saurisian history, and is remembered as a Sauropod who's tragic past led to his short reign as dictator.

Chapter 22: Reincarnated Enemy

After the end of Damon's five year reign, peace settled in again, lasting for the next 15 years. However, in 2609, 200 years after the birth of Sarah and John, a new threat arose following a political ideology whose members had threatened Saurisia in the past: National Socialism. However, these new Nazi rebels were totally different from those of 2417. They were Dinosaurs, whom followed a version of National Socialism which preached total Saurian Superiority over all beings.

These new Nazi rebels formed on five different planets which were on the southeast border of Saurisia. The Saurisian Government quickly mobilized a force of 250,000 men to take the planets by storm, thinking this rebellion would be as easily handled as other rebellions in the past. However, this was not so, as the Nazis countered the Saurisians' usual tactics of sending Human troops in first while holding the Reptilian soldiers in reserve, by employing large numbers of Saurian troops against the Humans, overwhelming any attack. The attacks proved to be a disaster: 10,000 Human troops were killed or captured and the Saurisians were forced to pull back.

After the initial assaults proved to be a failure, the Saurisian government reluctantly sued for peace. At the conference table, the Nazis demanded that they secede from Saurisia, which was granted. All five planets became independent and together formed the United Dinosaur Reich.

Saurisia's prestige was greatly dampened by the short war, as there was no counter to the Nazi rebels' tactics. However, life would go on as Saurisia continued to expand its territory and make up for the loss of the 5 planets, largely forgetting about the UDR.

Chapter 23: Ascension of a new Leader

After the secession of the UDR in 2411, peace once more came to be for the next 170 years until a young Tyrannosaurus is born in the poorer district of the city of Jurassicville on Mesozoica, a Tyrannosaurus who one will become the current President of Saurisia. His name was Alex Sampson. From an early age, he became enamored with Dinoist Party, believing that they would help his family get out of poverty. It is unknown when he became the adulterous pervert that he is today, though it is known that his first girlfriend was a Parasaurolophus named Samantha Jacobson, a relationship that was strictly forbidden by the Racial purity minded Dinoists. He and Sammantha ran away and joined the Army when they were 16 (they lied saying they were 18), and they continued the relationship until Sampson broke up with her due to his increasing dedication to the Dinoist Party as well as saying that their relationship would taint their otherwise pure bloodline.

After this, he continued to serve in the Army, becoming ever the more hard-line Dinoist, once beating a Human soldier for being "Mammalian slime" in his own words. He was never courtmartialed for this. During his combat service, he was wounded more than once while fighting rogue criminals and Nazis, received several medals, and rose to the rank of General by age 34. Along the way, he gained an instant reputation of being a flirtatious pervert, having a affairs with many a Female (some not even being Carnivores), and hitting many more.

While rising through the ranks, he met his old girlfriend Samantha Jacobson, who had also become a General, the two retouched their relationship, though Sampson continued to flirt with other Females (which Samantha has somewhat tolerated), and David Santorez, then a high ranking General.

Sampson retired from Army service at age 36, and decided to become an adviser to the President of the time, Tricia Owens, a 43 year old divorced Triceratops (it's known that Sampson has flirted with her more than once, though she largely ignored it). When she retired at age 45 due to pregnancy, Sampson was appointed President, and he appointed Santorez as commander-in-chief of the military and Jacobson commander of the Army. Together, they formed the Triad, each one of them sharing complete power over Saurisia.

However, before the Triad ascended to power, an old enemy emerged: The UDR, which had attacked various colonies in 2813, sparking the Second Nazi Dinosaur War. Unlike the first, the Saurisians easily managed to defeat the hordes of UDR Human Slave-Soldiers, whom were brainwashed into being utterly loyal to the UDR.

The humiliating defeat of their forces led to the UDR suing for peace and both nations agreeing never to harm each other for another 100 years. Peace had settled in over Saurisia, or so many thought.
