Addendum : I'll vote Russia. Seta could improve his Russian, which is barely passable. And do this...

Maybe as we waiting for the next mission, Seta can have some talk with Joko Handoko, our newest Indonesian to the addition of the XCOM. He's NPC so he is usable for anyone. And in your IC post, of course.

He's a member, or former (Since he's been reassigned to XCOM) member of Special Detachment 88.

Russia, the frozen land where the fields in which they grow their fucks have lain barren since the rise of the Soviet Union. Russia has no fucks to give and instead replaced them with Vodka and Natural Gas.

All aliens encountered in Enemy Unknown/Enemy Within are involved as well as original aliens (such as the Strider). MEC's are possible but are not yet researched. I suggest perhaps considering a Class that is underrepresented. Funnily enough I think we only have one Sniper now (Konayama) after one left (Cruise) and the other KIA (Seif). Otherwise feel free to ask any questions if need be.

Perks? Hmm...I'm not sure whether we actually unconsciously or indirectly use perks, but I think we just do along the lines of what our class type do.

But no, I don't think we use perks, but more on acting normally like a soldier. Of course, if there's other opinion on the perks...

Beagle would then find himself sent to Iraq to aid the invasion there. It was during Beagle's time there that he found himself approached by his superiors about an opportunity to train and possibly join a newly formed unit called the 2nd Commando Regiment.

Beagle took up the offer and soon found himself a member of the Regiment in 2004. From there he participated in a Quick Reaction Force in Iraq and further operations in Afghanistan and at Home until 2010 when he was transferred to the Special Air Service Regiment to train and go through selection before earning a place in the Regiment.
