Just kidding. If I might suspect, its the far north of Russia, or Siberia even.
Imagine if they hit Tokyo, Miyuki sees her district on fire, her parents trapped in the houses and her brothers dead from a counterattack...

Physically, 2 weeks. Mentally, he could join at least a week, but his "Will" would only be 45% of original value. And it will recover even slower. He could recover faster, by telling confessing his darkest "secret" (Dark enough to be glossed officially, but eh, XCOM would've know it.)
Addendum : I'll vote Russia. Seta could improve his Russian, which is barely passable. And do this...

Also, I'm extending an offer to Krugeristan for a spot here.

Anything I should know about especially?
Such as, are there more aliens than in Enemy Within? If so, which ones?
Also, are MECs possible?
I also noticed some new weapons.
I'll have to look on that.

All aliens encountered in Enemy Unknown/Enemy Within are involved as well as original aliens (such as the Strider). MEC's are possible but are not yet researched. I suggest perhaps considering a Class that is underrepresented. Funnily enough I think we only have one Sniper now (Konayama) after one left (Cruise) and the other KIA (Seif). Otherwise feel free to ask any questions if need be.

Actually, I've got one more.
Do the perks work like in XCOM 2, or XCOM EW/EU?
If they work like the latter, how exactly do they work?

Independent States of Tula wrote:Name: Ethan King
Nickname: "Beagle"
Age: 34 (Born December 6th, 1979)
Sex: Male
Nationality: Australian
Appearance:(Image)
Height: 1.9 Meters
Weight: 83.92 Kilograms
Rank: Corporal
Class: Sniper
Weapon: AX338, PP-2000
Gear: S.C.O.P.E. & Grappling Hook
Previous Assignment: Australian Army (2001-2004), 2nd Commando Regiment (2004-2010), Special Air Service Regiment (2010-2014)
Skills: Dedicated, Accurate with AX338 up to 1,500 meter effective range and slightly beyond to possibly as much as 2,000 meters under the right circumstances, High Endurance Levels
Weakness: Beagle is not used to Hand-To-Hand combat and though trained has never used such training...leaving him open to attacks by enemies at close range, Beagle can get a little trigger happy...meaning he may kill enemies that could have been captured by other XCOM members, Beagle is used to the enemy being in front of him and not on his flanks...being shot at from his flanks will force Beagle to retreat to a safer position even if that position doesn't help his unit.
Personality: Typical Special Forces soldier, is highly dedicated, will never surrender, will rarely retreat, and will do everything possible to win and support his team. Never married, many have seen Beagle as a bit of a lone wolf, and his personality doesn't dissuade them either...Beagle is a man of few words and even fewer close friends.
Bio: Ethan King was born in Sydney Australia on December 6th of 1979 where he would live until 2001 where he began moving around various Australian Army bases as he underwent Basic and later Sniper training. In 2002 Ethan King found himself being sent to Afghanistan to assist in the US invasion of that nation in response to the 9/11 Attacks. It was here that Ethan King got the nickname of "Beagle" due to his increasing kill count during Search and Destroy missions that would sometimes have him outside the wire for a week or more. Beagle would then find himself sent to Iraq to aid the invasion there. It was during Beagle's time there that he found himself approached by his superiors about an opportunity to train and possibly join a newly formed unit called the 2nd Commando Regiment.
Beagle took up the offer and soon found himself a member of the Regiment in 2004. From there he participated in a Quick Reaction Force in Iraq and further operations in Afghanistan and at Home until 2010 when he was transferred to the Special Air Service Regiment to train and go through selection before earning a place in the Regiment. Beagle's last major operation before the alien crisis took place in Afghanistan where he participated with the SASR during the Shah Wali Kot Offensive. From there Beagle was able to get the attention of XCOM via several domestic missions with the SASR against small alien abductions along the Eastern Australian Coast where he was very effective at causing large alien casualties during engagements he participated in.
RP Example: Ace Combat: Broken Lines as the Tula Siblings
Note: Anyone who can figure out the reference from my nickname and the irony it has with my class gets a potato. (::)
