It's good practice to issue out disposable AT weapons (M72, AT4, MBT LAW, Panzerfaust 3, RPG-26, MATADOR, etc) to riflemen on an as needed basis. Probably one per fireteam in most cases, although more could be used in the event that lots of heavy armour is likely to be encountered. That's basically what all real armies do. A dedicated anti-tank specialist would carry something heavier like a SMAW, Garl Gustav, or RPG-7. We could probably pick a specific disposable launcher we could hand out when it's needed.

Also I think having dedicated CQB specialists is kind of silly because any weapon except for sniper rifles and large machine guns can be used in close quarters, and I'd assume as elite special forces we all have pretty extensive CQB training to the point that we could all function as CQB specialists if need be.

It isn't the role I'm thinking of, moreso Pia's primary specialties. Rifle ammo tends to overpenetrate, and I'm fairly sure it's bad press to have your hostage rescue force kill hostages.

Mariana was sent on the case, but when she pulled up to the house she didn't expect the organ-covered suspect to open the front door and throw a blood-covered tomahawk at her car window, then bolt. As she began to pull up behind him, she spoke into the car's microphone which connected to a loud external speaker. "Sir, please stop now. This is your first and only warning. " She wiped some sweat off her forehead, momentarily holding the vehicle with one hand. The perp suddenly pulled out a handgun of some sort mid sprint, and started to fire back at her. Mariana ducked to avoid the shots, but they seemed to be aimed a little to low to hit the windshield as he front left tire popped. She swerved uncontrollably, yelling out a curse as she rammed the man straight from behind as a result. She braked as soon as the man made contact with the hood. He hit the windshield's damaged section, and would have gone straight into Mariana if it weren't for the airbags.

Also there's a lot of .357 Magnums out there, more than a few aren't even revolvers.

Personally I'd recommend the R8 for the 2 extra rounds.

Other than this, a few grammatical errors (seeing as you're likely new to this this isn't too big a deal). We usually take prior RP posts or a paragraph, no worries on that front. Though your example could be cut up into two paragraphs instead of one.
