Subject: Re: Application for gates in Qersi Int'l
We are pleased to inform you that your application has been accepted. Gates A68 to A70 in Terminal 1 are now for Federation Airlines' 13 weekly flights from Halliburton, operated with A380-900G and B747-9S. However, you have only provided 1 flight number, whereas we need 6 (one each for onward+return on Mon-Sun and one each for onward+return for the extra 2 flights on Fri-Sun). Please edit your application accordingly. We realise the Flight Number field may be a bit confusing, and therefore we are changing it in the next version of the form.

With regards,
Spero Hiapka

Your application has been put on hold until you resolve the following points:
1. In order to be realistic, you cannot operate so many different types of aircraft on the same route.
2. Flights to North Korea are prohibited by the Merni National Civil Aviation Authority.
3. Please check if you want 3 gates not near each other. You can have it, but it is unusual.

Also, a First Class Terminal is unviable at this stage, however, your customers can use the Lounges in each terminal.

With regards,
Spero Hiapka.

Thank you for submitting your application, however, it has been put on hold until you resolve these issues:

1. Please specify the terminal you would like to operate out of.
2. There is no gate with letter 'I', only A, B and C.
3. Please specify your flight numbers as requested in the "Frequency" field.

With regards,

Ooc: I believe we have revised our application. Thanks.

Airlines can only operate out of one terminal each. You have chosen 2 gates in Terminal 3 and 1 gate in Terminal 2.

If that's the case with the aircrafts, then I will change a part of the application to this:

Origin of Route: Havana, Hanoi, Vientiane
Any stops before Qersi: Beijing, Pyongyang
Any stops after Qersi: King Avery I International Airport, Averyickan City
Final destination (if not Qersi):King Avery I International Airport, Averyickan City

I will keep the gates as it is (those numbers are actually special to me). Perhaps my customers can use the lounges or add a small dot with a bridge (small line) that connects to Terminal 1 and call that the First Class Terminal. I believe my customers will be fine with either option. Have a good day.

P.S.-I did not know that flights to North Korea were banned. Where is the "Banned Destinations" list of countries that you can not travel to from Qersi?

Spero Hiapka

Thanks!
