You can indeed, though becoming a legislative partner means you will lose your status as a bilateral partner as the legislative partnership is considered the same as being an unilateral partner (+you are part of a economic legislature). As most member-states are already unilateral partners, these nations only gain more right. As such, we are seeking further conformation before migrating you status.
