Personality: Ruthless, arrogant and cold.
Biography: When he was younger the Mizukage took him in seeing his skill. Due to certain incidents that happened, Yoshiro grew disillusioned with the Village and many Ninja nations in general. The incident involved his newborn son. At the time a rather notorious group of Bandits ahd been harrasing the area around Kiri. Yoshiro was sent out to take care of them.
He agreed on one condition that the Anbu of Kiri would watch his house and family. He was protective of them, and they lived outside of the village. Not even the Mizukage that he was close to could get him to live in the village itself. So Yoshiro left the village and took care of the bandits, but somethign was wrong. The number at the hideout was less then had been reported. He had a bad feeling and rushed back, but it was too late. When he got back to his house it was in shambles and the area was strewn with corpes, both of Anbu and the bandits, one of the corpses was his wife. She was pinned to a tree, by a massive sword and the area around her was frozen and the corpses were shattered.
While he was distraught at the loss of his family, he survived by rejoining the Anbu. He threw himself into the missions he was given, over time he grew colder and more ruthless. But his anger and rage still lay below the surface. This culminated when he found out that, his son had been alive. He was taken by the Anbu, presumably at the command of the Mizukage. In his anger he destroyed the lab where his son had been experimented on, and cut a bloody swath through Kiri.
They had taken his son, because the child possessed his own Kekkei Genkai as well as that of his wife. If one could create an army of controllable shinobi like him, they would be near unstoppable. He eventually confronted the Mizukage however before they fought He left as a last show of respect towards them. Since then he has been roaming around the various lands, killing those who were foolish enough to get in his way, regardless of faction.
Motivations: revenge against the Shinobi responsible for his family being taken from him. other Motives TBD.
Strengths: Taijutsu and close range combat in general. He can sense chakra, and blood. He can increase his chakra reserves and is never truly unarmed. He has an nincredible helaing factor, adn he gets stronger the more he fights and is injured. He can absorb chakra through blood, because of that he has a monstrous chakra pool. he also has incredible defense due to his kekkei genkai.
Weaknesses: He can get reckless in battle. He is blind, and thus has a weakness to physical ranged attacks. When he is in the Blood rage state, he can suffer from injuries and side effects if he is in it for to long.
Specialty Jutsu(s): While proficient in many techniques he specialises in techniques that combine his kekkei genkai with Water and/or wind justu.
Blood Release: Blood Reservoir, he Channels his Chakra into his bones increasing the amount of blood his body produces. this also allows him to absorb the blood of others.
Blood Release: healing, Allows him to expend chakra to regenerate nearly any wounds, larger wounds more chakra used, if the wound is too life threatening he may die or fall into a coma.
Blood Release: Blood mist, similar to the Hiding in the mist technique, but the Mist is red and consists of blood. Requires massive amount of blood, Chakra, and water.
Blood Release: Iron count, he can increase the amount of iron in his blood, enough to form weapons. He uses his bones for the hilts adn iron from his blood for the blades.
Blood Rage: not technically a jutsu, but a condition many of the Blood release users in the past have suffered from. When injured in battle they go into a rage, the more they are injured the stronger and more reckless they get. during this period his memories are hazy afterwards. IT can reach levels of power comparable to Sage mode, when in the Blood rage the user's Kekkei Genkai may start to change their appearance during this time.
Blood armor He can harden the blood in his skin to make it incredibly hard. He also has a bone armor beneath the skin.
Disguise: This is a jutsu created using his Kekkei Genkai, he literally Changes his bone structure and appearance. This makes him nearly invulnerable to being seen through as to who he is, but if someone can sense chakra they can tell he is the same person.
Kekkei Genkai: It is rather unique, and he is the only living possessor of it, to his knowledge. It allows him to control blood, both his and others, as well as his bone structure.

Blood and bone release:(Imagine blood release mixed with Kimamaros kekkei genkai, I will make a clan app if i must for the backstory behind the kekkei genkai, but he is the last of his bloodline.) The Blood aspect of his Kekkai genkai allows him complete control over his blood. He can form it into weapons and various shapes, and use it to make Blood clones. Users can also manipulate the acidity of their blood. They can absorb chakra from the blood of dead and occasionally living beings. They use little chakra to control their own blood in this way, but substantially more Chakra is used for blood that isnt their own. They can also manipulate the Iron in their blood to create a variety of weapons. He can regenerate his bones and body extremely quickly at the cost of Chakra. He alone can increase his blood supply through his Kekkei Genkai.
