Gender: Mal
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual leaning close to Asexual (Optional)
Age and Birthday: 18, May 24
School Average (In %): 82
Personality: Cold, stoic personality with emphasis on strength and personal merits. Taras, being raised in the capital of Chernarus, has been taught by military officers to become a soldier, thus requiring little emotion. Like most Chernarusians, however, Taras takes pride in protecting his fatherland, which includes parroting government policies such as Russophobia and militarism. Similarily, Taras is sexually repressed, the State emphasizing little on revealing personality, so hitting on him would fly right past his face. Like most Chernarusians, Taras will dehumanize anyone seen as being 'weak' or 'unwilling,' as he would to a Russian or political dissident, and prefers violence over diplomatic talk. In short, Taras resembles a sociopathic soldier but can contain himself most times. Back home, Taras was known as a fighter, oftentimes leaving with cuts and bruises from attacking the Russian gangs in downtown Kirov.
Fluent Languages: English, Chernarusian (A unique language that is a mix of multiple Slavic, Turkic, and Germanic languages; Chernarusian is rather difficult to decipher due to its nature as being connected to multiple languages, with few natural Slavs and Turks able to translate)
Most and Least Favourite Subjects: History (Military being the most favored), Physical Education, and Science. Art, Literature, Math, and Music are not as emphasized, due to his belief in brute strength rather than enlightening himself further in academics.
Picture/Description: Taras has been called an 'ox in human skin;' being 6'2" and about 250 lbs, most of it muscle, has made him appear more like an actual soldier than a student. His scars from constant fights have furthered enhanced this view. Other traits include a heavily scarred upper body (a scar covering the left eyebrow all the way to the jawline from a chunk of glass during a fight, along with a large burn scar covering most of the right side of his face and shoulders from a Molotov cocktail during a Russian insurgent attack in Kirov,) dark brown hair, cut medium, and a large, trimmed beard. Taras has grey eyes, but notably, the sclera to both eyes are permanently red from bloodshot for unknown reasons. Taras also has high endurance and is athletic, as well as incredibly strong, but oftentimes pushes himself beyond his physical limit, injuring himself
Short Bio: Born and raised in Kirov, Taras' father was a soldier from the early days of Chernarus' history as a post-Soviet republic while his mother served as a secretary for the local city government. Taras was raised in the slums during the final years of the Chernarusian Civil War, eventually moving to the upper districts of Kirov. Raised to despise the corruption of the Chernarusian SFSR and the Communist Party, Taras readily accepted the ideology of the New Unity Party, which dominated the country since independence, believing in the ultranationalism and totalitarianism that the Party espoused, along with Russophobia. By the age of 13, Taras had grown into a violent man, even joining the pogroms against Russians in the aftermath of the Russo-Chernarusian War. Eventually, Taras' parents, concerned with his behavior, decided to place him into a military training program in high school but has only served to further push Taras into violence, fighting constantly. In terms of politics, Taras has served to become 'the shining beacon' of loyalty and ruthlessness the Party espouses and was selected for the IESP to ensure Chernarusian exceptionalism.
Religion: Despite his parents readily adopting Roman Catholicism after the fall of the Chernarusian SFSR, Taras, wishing to emulate New Unity Chairman and President Sergei Zarchevko, has accepted atheism, further dividing him from his parents.
Accent and Other Tidbits: Taras has a Chernarusian accent when speaking English, which resembles a mix between Slavic and Turkic. Also, Taras has been accused of drug usage, explaining the permanent red sclera, but has never been proven, and received his burn scars from a Democratic People's Front (Predominantly Russian insurgent group responsible for starting the Chernarusian Civil War) attack on Kirov in 2014

Whoops, kinda wondered if he could pass. I based him off of ROTC students (link), along with how most seniors appear here (some can already pass as truck drivers or drug dealers). I can make him a little more 'human' if you want me to, just in case he seems way off for a student.

Kisawa - City of Modern Tradition
History of Kisawa as a city begins in 424 AD, when Empress Kimiko I ordered to construct Kisania's very first well-planned city on the realtively warm south-eastern coast, right by the estuary of the Misuto River. Prior to this decision, there has been a relatively large, unorganized rural settlement in the area. Kisawa rapidly thrived since the moment it was founded, surpassing the former capital and becoming the largest city of Kisania by the end of the 6th Century. As it is situated in the warmest part of the island, Kisawa enjoys the hottest temperatures and longest vegetative season in the nation. It became the capital of the Celestial Empire in 711 AD on the orders of Emperor Maikaru I. Approximately a millennium of steady development later, during Emperor Maikaru III's rule, first western missionaries arrived in Kisania through Kisawa. The Capital welcomed them with open arms and beneficial trade with the west swiftly began benefiting Kisawa to a great extent. Western traders and missionaries settled in what is nowadays known as Nishiyama Ward, they were granted numerous privileges and honors by the Imperial Dynasty and could freely preach Christianity with government support. In the 19th and 20th century, Kisawa became the centre of Kisania's industrialization as it became the destination station of the nation's first railway line from the coal and metal mines in the centre of the island. The city quickly became internationally renowned for its fine Automotive and Electronics manufacturing industries. Starting in the late 70s, Kisawa started investing in replacing its gradually outsourced heavy industry with environment-friendly high-tech industry with significant success. Tourism became increasingly prevalent with the beggining of the 21st century as Kisania's Capital is an incredibly scenic and picturesque city that houses centuries of Kisa tradition.(Image)Kisawa Metro During Rush HoursTransportation
Moving Around Kisawa - Convenience At First
Kisawa's public transportation system has its core in the Kisawa Metro, a brilliant engineering masterpiece that excessively covers every single area in Kisawa Prefecture, successfully rendering surface public transportation absolutely obsolete. Ticket fees are abnormally high, but passengers get the opportunity to use one of the most luxury public transportation systems in the world in exchange for their money. Delays, even in the Winter, are an extremely rare sighting and all trains arrive with almost perfect timing. In fact, the system is so excessive its users get a double seat just for themselves even during rush hours. On the surface, mopeds and cars rule the roads. It is important to note that everyone over the age of 10 is automatically allowed to drive an unrestricted 50cc moped, making it by far the most prevalent motorized private transportation option. Aside from that, Cycling is also incredibly popular, but is viewed as more of a sport than a method of transportation. Kisawans love to use the city's enormously long waterfont promenade to drive on their bicycles or simply run/walk for exercise.Arriving in Kisawa, Kisanian Countryside & Cycling
Most foreigners arrive in Kisania through the Kisawa-Matsubayashi International Airport, it is directly connected to the Kisawa Metro and has a neat road infrastructure that connects it to the captial. Some use ocassional connections to other airports, but that is not recommended as Kisania lacks high-quality airstrips outside the capital. There are also some ferry connections to Kisawa that tend to be very expensive and usually are only used by those who want to transport cars into/out of Kisania. When it comes to travelling to other parts of Kisania, you can easily find bus connections or train routes if you don't possess personal means of transportation. Night connections are also quite prevalent, therefore you don't need to worry about getting stuck in a typical tiny hemiboreal village surrounded by pine forests for the entire night(if you can afford a ticket). It is important to note that, outside of the rich southern prefectures, all roads not branded as "National Expressways" are mostly just narrow forest concrete paths infested by wildlife that are in terrible condition. While urban southern Kisania could be classified as prime first world, the northern rural part of the country is still underdeveloped, though efforts are being made by the government to increase development. There is a broad, nationwide network of cycling tracks that are used both by tourists and Kisanian families on weekends/during holidays. You can access information about the tracks on the Ministry of Sport & Tourism's website and plan your journey with ease. Apart from skiing, cycling is also an extremely popular tourist activity in Kisania.(Image)
Kisawa-Matsubayashi International AirportCulture and Language
City of Traditional Aura
Just like other Kisanians, Kisawans use Kisa and Japanese, or a combination of the two, as their everyday language. Perhaps the only linguistic quirk of the capital is its extensive degree of foreign language usage. German and English are used by all companies/shops/signs to accomodate tourists and an increasing percentage of Kisawans begins to speak foreign languages wherever they can under the premise of it being 'cool'.
There are no ghettos or other racially-biased neighbourhoods, the very few immigrants who come to Kisania are intended to live among native inhabitants in order to make integration easier. Kisania has a strcitly assimilationist approach towards all migrants and expects them to integrate if they wish to stay in the nation long term.
There are hundreds of mounuments and places worth seeing scattered all over the capital. Nishiyama Ward is the most internationally renowned part of Kisawa, it still has old 19th century buildings which used to house families of western traders and missionaries. In addition to that, it is also Kisawa's main entertainment district, but that will be described in the latter section of this leaflet. Empress Kasumi II's home, the Celestial Azure Palace, is also partially available to tourists giving them the ability to see the massive fortress from which almost all of Kisania's leaders ruled the nation.(Image)
Nishiyama Ward - Westerners' DistrictReligious Practices - Diversity & Freedom
Kisawa is the most religiously divided city of Kisania, it is also the only place in the nation without a Kisa Pagan majority. Kisa Reformed Catholicism is the main religion of the capital grasping 46% of its inhabitants, is is closely followed by Kisa Paganism at 32%, the rest is mostly made up by Irreligious people and other religious minorities. Kisania's only mosque is located in Kisawa, as well as its only synagogue. Religious freedom is guaranteed to all, but Kisa Paganism is promoted and enjoys the status of State Religion.Geography
Kisawa - Kisanian City Of Cherry Blossoms
Kisawa is the warmest city in Kisania-proper, it is located in the Dfa climate zone according to the Köppen climate classification system. The settlement lies in the estuary of the Misuto River, the second longest river of Kisania. The city is surrounded by rice fields from the east, sea from the south and south-east, forests from the north and mountains from the north-east and east. It is Kisania's most prominent Cherry Blossom city which attracts thousands of Kisanians from colder parts of the country to attend its spring Cherry Blossom festivals. Kisawans are the only Kisanian citizens with enough audacity to go swimming in the relatively chill seas during the summer, other Kisanians tend to preffer swimming in local lakes. Kisawa's average temperature in the hottest month(July) is 27°C, while its average temperature in the coldest month(January) is -7°C.Other Information

What to do in free time
As Kisawa is a permamently besieged tourist destination, there is a great number of entertainment activities also available to its short-term residents. Retail outlets, caffes, restaurants and traditional shops with high quality handcrafted goods are scattered all around the city waiting for you to succumb to the thrill and enjoyment of luxurious shopping that will empty your pocket powering the consumptionist economy of this seemingly silent traditional island country. An absolutely mesmerizing hallowed aura of brilliance and traditional perfection has its place in every little old family-owned artisan store. Kisania is one of the very few countries where there are still more artisan workshops than factories and you can know the maker of your clothes personally. Quality and luxury are valued above quantity and low price. Despite their seemingly low incomes, Kisa people spend lavishly on everything and frown upon greed. They enjoy the living standard of other nations' rich elites as their purchasing power is incredible due to low prices of goods. As an old Kisa saying goes: "One excellently crafted hand-made item is better than a thousand regural items. Do not even waste time looking at low-quality goods.".
Kisawa is a traditional city and thus its entertainment is mostly too, traditional dances/rehersals on medival city squares and museums dominate the capital of Kisania. There is a heritage site on practically every street and you might have trouble finding typically western shop chains in the older part of the city. For those who want to taste modernity, you only need to cross the river west-wards and visit the westerners' district(Nishiyama Ward). There you will be able to find robots, gadgets, obnoxiously expensive top-notch electronics and imported goods from all around the world.
As we mentioned previously, Kisawa is also a great place to stroll, run and cycle. Breathing clean air and strolling on the promenade while enjoying a bottle of Kiscola and watching traditional lanterns ascend and vanish in the darkness over the ocean is said to be an unforgettable experience you can taste only in Kisawa. Its inhabitants love to launch traditional paper lanterns and feast every night. Kisawans love to get out of their homes at night and feast in caffes all the way until midnight. While the city might be silent at daytime, it defenietly isn't during nighttime.Essentials and Forbidden Objects For Exhange Students in Kisawa
