997th Special Force Group

Atokian paratroopers who would be dropped behind enemy lines. They expert in countering enemy saboteurs, infiltrators, and guerrillas tactic.

SPEAR (Seaborne/ Para Expert Assult Regiment)

This 86-man combat diver unit, based in Citadelia Naval Base, is organized into six platoons and is responsible for the resolution of terrorist hijacking of a vessel at sea. They were also trained in parachute operation.

1st Army Ranger Battalion

The elite LRRP battalion comprises 160 men and based in Flintwood. The Flintwood SF Training Center has a sniping range and CQB facility. The army counter-terrorism and hostage rescue unit.

Air Force Commando Squadron

Air Force Elite Special Operation Commando unit which is used independently on anti-terrorist operations or to provide back-up for 1st Army Ranger Battalion.

Essensecurity Wildcat MBT

The Wildcat Main Battle Tank built by Essensecurity is operational with the Atok Army. The Wildcat is fitted with the COBRADEN-1 battlefield management system, developed by SaltCOMM. COBRADEN-1 includes a colour map display which shows the positions of the host tank, allied and hostile forces and designated targets and can be used for route and mission planning. The 120 mm 52 calibre smoothbore gun is fitted with a thermal sleeve and muzzle reference system. Fumes are exhausted with a compressed air unit. The gun, which fires APFSD (Armour Piercing Fin Stabilised Discarding Sabot) and HEAT (High Explosive Anti Tank) rounds, has a firing rate of 12 rounds/minute. The aiming system is entirely electrical for improved acceleration.

The Sprite Industries Triton AIFV was developed by Sprite Industries in association with the Atok Defense Force. The main goal was to design a platform with better protection, greater mobility, payload and internal volume. The Triton AIFV is fitted with modular ballistic protection. Armor composes of interchangeable modules of various thickness and can be tailored to suit mission requirements. Heavy armor is removed during peacetime and for transportation. However it is restored once the vehicle arrives in the combat theater. Maximum protection level is against 30-mm armor-piercing rounds. Vehicle also has a top-class mine protection. Apex Technologies Vanguard MBT

The Vanguard was developed by Apex Technologies in cooperation with Atok Aerospace and AAe Weaponery Lab International (AWLI). The Vanguard has an all-welded hull and turret. Its composite armor has superior resistance qualities. Half of the ammunition is stored in the turret bustle with blow-out panels. The Vanguard has a laser warning receiver. It is fitted with NBC protection and automatic fire suppression systems.

Vehicle is armed with AAWS-AWLI G55 120-mm smoothbore gun. This gun is fitted with an autoloader and fires all standard NATO 120-mm projectiles. Autoloader holds 20 rounds, stored in the turret bustle, while the rest of ammunition is stored in front of the hull. It is worth mentioning that the gun has to be depressed to 0 degrees to be loaded after each shot.

Fire control system for the Type 90 was developed by AWLI. It gives a high first round hip probability and, accurate mobile firing and enables to engage multiple targets rapidly

Sentinel 155mm SP Artilerry

This Sentinel 155mm SP system is fitted with AAWS M-1132D30 155-mm / L30 howitzer, fitted with an autoloader. It fires standard and rocket-assisted HE-FRAG projectiles, smoke and illumination projectiles. This howitzer is compatible with all standard NATO 155-mm ammunition. Maximum range of fire is 19 km with standard HE-FRAG round and 24 km with rocket assisted round. Maximum rate of fire is 6 rounds per minute. Secondary armament consists of 12.7-mm machine gun, mounted on top of the roof.
