Weapons: HAMMR light machine gun with bipod, and Executioner pistol, along with a grappling hook attached to 30 ft of rope.
Personality: When first meeting someone, he's not too friendly, but quickly warms up to people.
Bio: When he was 10, his mother was killed in a bombing by the Luddites, and his father was shot to death the Luddites five years later, leaving him with a deep hatred of the group. To take out his anger, he started to run and practice parkour. He eventually got caught up with the Rebellion, but his real goal is to crush the Luddites.
Skills: Running,parkour, explosives.

It's not. It was a "last name" members of the Byzantine Royal family took when they were the child of an Emperor or Empress and were born in the Purple Room in the royal Palace. There was an Empress named Zoe Purpleborn and an Emperor named Constantine VII Purpleborn. (They were not married and lived far outside of each others lifespans.)

So now you can't say it's from some porn or bad fantasy movie!

Allegiance: former loyalist, Mob
Weapons: 2 MP443's, BR85 battle rifle, M395 Sniper rifle, one Knife, and Brass knuckles. (he wont carry all these at once, obviously, and they will be the worlds most advanced equivalent that the mob could have.)
Personality: Loyal to the Family, Smart, can make friends easily but isn't very charismatic, He is sophisticated but will react violently if need be on the Family's behalf.
Skills: Hand to hand combat, proficient in the use of most firearms modern and otherwise.
Short Bio: He was born into the Mob, he was groomed to be an enforcer of sorts. unfortunately when a Loyalist agent saw his potential he was forcibly abducted. He was implanted with Cybernetics and other pieces of tech to render him under the control of Prime. He was one of the few human Loyalists who was enhanced for physical encounters as well as otherwise. One of his former Mob acquaintances saw this happen, it took them a while to pull it of but The Family protects their own. They were able to acquire some very rare very scarce tech, that worked like an EMP that targeted only Primes control frequency. They arranged incidents that would have Luka be sent there and they overpowered him and after a while they were able to separate him from Primes control. Since then he has been working as one of the Mob's most feared and respected Enforcer. He must keep the device with him at all times or he may lapse back into Primes control. It also requires maintenance for full effect(more stuff may be added as needed.)

As I said, the Mob will have very little influence on the story so you would have almost no chance to do really anything.

Shaun often wears a dark green commando sweater with shoulder padding, a simple black bandolier attached to a similar backpack, dark navy cargo pants which are tucked into some black walking boots. Sometimes he dons an olive baseball cap with some polarized frame less sunglasses.

Personality: Shaun was never the type of guy to decline a good fight, from a young age he was the cocky, brash and somewhat egotistical kid that would always say the wrong thing at the wrong time and end up being put on his ass by the bigger more tougher kids. This never blunted his enthusiasm for being a pain in the ass for his parents, peers and even closest friends, and would regularly find himself being given the cold shoulder or sometimes an actual shoulder...to the mouth...Anyway, as he grew older his bounding 'hyperactive' nature naturally died down as you would expect, however he never really gained the grasp of 'growing up' so to speak and is regularly labeled as childish, rude and 'quite arrogant', though he isn't employed by the rebels for his people skills.

Skills: Freerunner: Shaun is excellent at finding unique ways to navigate and traverse the city, his agility and speed make him a keen climber and 'parkour' expert, and can naturally find a path through most environments.
Sleuth:: Despite his loud attitude, he can blend into the surroundings and become almost one with the shadows, useful for reconnaissance and such related activities.
Mechanic: When the situation arises, Shaun can make use of various tools to repair a multitude of complex and non-complex machinery.

Short Bio: Shaun was born in New Detroit, just like everyone else in the city because it was impossible to leave, or so people thought. He lived a normal life with his parents in a lower class area of the city, it was hard to find work with most of the jobs being taken by autonomous beings, their scrutinous nature made it impossible to go about your daily life without being harassed in some way and it became tedious. Unbeknownst to him, Shauns parents were actually active parts of the Rebel group seeking to relinquish control from Intel Prime and would leave all hours of the day with varying excuses week to week, Shaun was young at the time and didn't know any better, but as he grew older, his suspicions grew too until one day he confronted them about it, they denied all involvement and an argument erupted because of this. Leaving, Shaun packed his things and made use of his mechanical skills to repair broken down tech all over the city, managing to make enough just to rent an apartment, a place to rest his head at night, sometimes the sounds of fighting would echo through his district, this was normal however. One afternoon he received a message hand delivered by courier, the letter was sealed in a white envelope with a message written in pure black ink 'To Shaun'. It read out that his parents had met an unfortunate demise at the hands of Intel Primes legions, and the letter was hand written by a high ranking commander in the Rebellion, the message also detailed where he could get in contact with the group and so he set out on his personal quest for Revenge and Justice, though soon he would find that that mission would be harder than he expected.
