Queen Milena has spoken on recent affairs in Wake Atolla: "As some of you may know, Polar Svalbard has began an invasion of Wake Atolla. Anti- Catholic events on the rise

In Gloggersk, a Catholic pride march was organized by the Church of Jagellion. 200 soldiers and 30 police officers were brought to protect the people at the march. Unfortunately, Jewish extremists protested the march by organizing a bigger march of the same street. People were spitting and throwing rocks at eachother. Two Fascists came in and started shooting at the Jews.

Chelmow had 4 undercover terrorists at the parade, while the fascists were shooting the Jews shot back. 6 Jews were killed, 18 were injured, and 4 Catholics were killed, and 24 were injured, these are not including the Jewish and catholic terrorists. 3 of the Chelmow terrorists were killed, one was arrested, and both of the catholic terrorists were killed. All in all, 15 died, 42 were injured, and 104 were arrested.

The Jagellonian military is launching a massive manhunt for the leaders of Chelmow, but the Jewish extremist arrested won't talk. We do believe they are hiding in the mountains. The names of the Jewish terrorists are Haim Wellkommer, Den Oppewlski, Yanu Grabowski, and we will not release the arrested extremists name, the name of the Catholic terrorists are Yayomaiise Fraujeski and Andyi Smerowski. Shanowinn and the International District

A spokesperson at the capitol described to the Telegraph, on Saturday, the government's plan to help keep the International District secure. The Royal Owinn Army and the Ministry of the Exterior are working on this plan together. They wish to send a contingent from the Army, which would provide security for diplomatic buildings and so forth, according to the spokesperson.

This follows two similar declarations, the first by Vancouvia, and the second by Imperialonia, that they would send security forces to the International District. The Owinn Minister of the Exterior explained in a statement that he "supports these two nations in their good intentions." Ahern Gleann has expressed his wish that they "will welcome the Kingdom of Shanowinn into their company" in the I.D. It is rumored that the Royal Owinn Army would send approximately one Company of soldiers, perhaps around one hundred troops, although this is yet to be confirmed.

The International District has been under the protection of privatized security. It has not had actual military protection. However the recent contributions of military protection from Vancouvia, Imperialonia, and now Shanowinn, call into question the future of I.D. security. The Kingdom's Ministry of the Exterior and Royal Army seek to collaborate with these private security elements for now. Although private security may not be entirely replaced by international militarized security, some might question this militarized security.

Reese Doul said from his seat in the Comsedlon: "I will support it for now, however I think that we must all consider potential dangers if the district becomes too militarized in the future."

Following the recent campaign against the nation of Wake Atolla by Polar Svalbard the Chancellor of Alantania, along with high ranking members of the Green Party express worry over the safety of civilians in the small nation. The campaign reminds Alantania of the recent events within the nation prompting a wave of sympathy for the people of Wake Atolla and a drop in support for future relations with the Polar Svalbard. If action is not taken by the Svalbardian government to see to a diplomatic end to the campaign, Alantania may cease participation in future arrangements with the nation.

Dopplerian ship pirated! Crew held hostage!

A Dopplerian cargo ship was pirated late last night at 10:30 in international waters of the mesder sea. The ship was delivering supplies to Alantania which deported from St.Lowery. A distress signal came in saying that the ship was being raided and gunshots were heard. Later that night at 12:30 a call came in from the ship. The ship was pirated and was linked to Wake Atoll. The pirates got onto the ship due to the security system being deployed too late. The ship was containing concrete and other building supplies for re-building Alantania. The pirates are asking for 3 million dollars for the ship to be released aswell as the hostages. Reports suggest that more crew members are still in hiding in parts of the ship. The Dopplerian government has refused to pay the fee and will instead engage the pirates. President Jeff Marston says that they are in full support of Polar Svalbards bombing on Wake Atoll and that Doppler will start to take action on Wake Atoll as well. This is not the first time a Dopplerian ship was captured, back in 2013 an oil tanker was captured and 2 crew members were shot. "We cannot stand to see this happen to our ships and our trade routes," quotes Jeff Marston. More details soon.

Skaraland Takes a Position on the Invasion of Wake Atolla

The Skaralandian Defense Minister and Foreign Minister held a meeting today in Eslöv discussing Polar Svalbard's decision to invade Wake Atolla. Later they made an official statement reguarding these actions. The statement shown below:

"Following a recent stream of condemnations against Polar Svalbard. Skaraland officially stands by the decision to exercise restraint in military actions against Wake Atolla. Skaraland feels the actions taken by Polar Svalbard and Doppler are not justified by previous events, a full-on invasion of Wake Atolla is not by any means is an act of defense, as it has been described, it is clearly and offensive act. Proper defensive action would include, increasing territorial water patrols and naval escort of merchant vessels. However the defensive actions explained are not being exercised by the belligerents and therefore are seen as acts of aggression against Wake Atolla. Skaraland urges Polar Svalbard and Doppler to refain offensively and exercise appropriate defensive actions."

Catahecassa Stands by Skaraland and it's Proposal on Wake Atolla

After deep consideration reguarding the recent events taken by Polar Svalbard and Doppler to attack the nation of Wake Atolla, the Governing body of Catahecassa has come to an agreement with Skaraland and urges the two nations to exercise appropriate defensive action.
Catahecassan Chief of Foreign Affairs, Josephine Neufeld has released an official statement reguarding these events and the agreement with Skaraland.

After long consideration, it has been decided that the "defensive" actions taken by Polar Svalbard and Doppler are completely inappropriate responses to the recent but tragic incidents involving these unamed pirates. However, the current course of action taken cannot even be deemed as defensive action, considering the fact that Wake Atolla was invaded unprovoked. It is a shared belief that more appropriate action must be used to deal with these criminals such as an increase in domestic security, providing ships with small contingents of armed security personnel, or even naval escorts.

Expressioné Performing Arts Centre

Today, the Expressioné Performing Arts Centre opened, and hosted it's first theatrical act at the opening gala, The Tempest, by Shakespeare. Over 300 of Dashgrinaar's most famous artists, songwriters, and performers were in attendance, along with 700 contributors, and patrons. Consisting of halls for ensemble and choral performances, along with a theatre for plays, musicals, and operas, the main performance stage, known as La Grandé, can seat 2,000 people. The total seats in the house, along with the performing halls take up the first 5 stories of the building in the front, with the back reserved for a music school, consisting of vocal and instrumental divisions.

Some of the most famous music teachers and Dashgrinaari and foreign composers have come to teach and perform. It will hold a Grand Foreign Exposition Gala for foreign leaders this month, to expose them to Dashgrinaari culture.

Breaking news this hour, Deputy Prime Minister Jonas Žemaitis has introduced legislation that would make gay marriage legal throughout Lithuania. Mr. Žemaitis' National Party and the Centrist Party is known for fighting for LGBT rights. Although a majority of Parliament is for the legalization of gay marriage, some members of the Centrist Party believe it should be left up to the provinces to decide. Even if three members of Centrist Party do not vote in favor of the bill it will be defeated.

In other news, Varis Palace has announced that two members of the royal family have divorced. Dziedzica Euphemia and Duke Yyerik Schawalcherski have divorced four months ago. Due to law, Schawalcherski will lose all his royal titles due to them being primarily held Dziedzica Euphemia. Yyerik Schawalcherski has ties to the old royal family of Jagellion and many critics view it as an attempt to reconcile with the new monarchy in Jagellion. Varis Palace also announced that Dziedzica Euphemia is now married to Casimir Petrauskas, Captain of the Grand Duke's Guard. It has long been rumored that Euphemia and Casimir secretly had been having affairs but Varis Palace has constantly denied this. Many believe that Mr. Schawalcherski will try to run for Senator in the Centrist Party.

Varis Palace has also announced the divorce between Prince Casimir and Duchess Neve Vinesk. It was made known last month that Vinesk had been having an affair with a minor noble who's name will remain confidential. It is rumored that Mrs. Vinesk will move to Tuernia or Kamieniec Podolski because she has now become the laughing stock of Lithuania.

Vermelles Handover

For several weeks the nation of Shanowinn, a southern neighbor of Tuernia, has been in talks with the government concerning the status of the Vermelles Territory. The Owinn's claim that Vermelles is part of their sovereign territory, and that the settlement there was a violation of their territorial integrity. The Tuernian government, for it's part, has claimed ignorance of this fact. The land where Vermelles was built was unpopulated and undeveloped land, substantiating the government's claim. Fortunately, both governments have been happy to pursue a peaceful, diplomatic solution to this problem.

After long negotiations, the Joint Tuernia-Shanowinn Declaration on Vermelles has been issued. The Declaration sets forth the new status of Vermelles as part of the Kingdom of Shanowinn, but enjoying a high degree of autonomy. Those born in Vermelles will now be Shanowinn citizens, while current residents may choose Shanowinn, Tuernian, or dual citizenship.

We take you live to a village in Andersite, where Svalbardian soldiers are giving out aid to the locals. Many are malnourished, and all of them are extremely happy to see these soldiers. You can see over there a young malnourished girl hugging a soldier. These soldiers are considered to be life savers by the population.

The league although is having concerns about the Svalbardian Annexation. If they pass a bill that makes this area not under Svalbardian control many of these people are likely to starve. We hope that the League will allow our government to help these people, while this land helps Polar Svalbard.

Operation Echo Whisky Alpha is go

Last night a Dopplerian cargo ship was exporting supplies from St.Lowery to Alantania when it got pirated. The government made a big move at 1 in the morning (Half hour after the pirates ransom was recived over the telephone). The big move was Operation Echo Whisky Alpha. The operation was to take the Frigate RDS. Undaunted to the cargo ship with DSF on board. Then they were to have strategic bombings on Wake Atolla pirate hideouts. This is how it went. 1:30 RDS. Undaunted arrives at the cargo ship and gets in communications with the pirates. Admiral Ethecta told the pirates to stand down and they would not be harmed. The pirates declined to stand down and force was used. A small pontoon boat with 8 DSF members on board then left the RDS. Undaunted to engage the enemy. They then proceeded to board the cargo ship. One of the 5 pirates charged down the ship shooting at the DSF boarding, snipers on the RDS. Undaunted eliminated the target while DSF moved on with the operation. DSF moved closer and closer to the bridge of the ship. The pirates demanded for money or for the DSF to stop. Neither of there requests were fulfilled. The pirates made a daring escape shooting two crew members and running to the life boat. One out of the two crew members were killed including first mate Donald MacFarlen. The pirates boarded the life boat and deployed it into the water driving to the opposite side of the ship to give them cover from the RDS. Undaunted. They were then pursued by a Dopplerian black hawk helicopter which was on the RDS.Unduanted at the time. The pirates were then eliminated from fire from the black hawk helicopter. Following that and the rescue of the ship they continued on with the mission. 2 F-18's were launched from RDS. Dawn of Haven in an undisclosed location. The F-18's then did airstrikes on supposed pirate hideouts on Wake Atolla. It was later confirmed that they were pirate hideouts.

The Union of Covonant has a new flag



The Covonantian government has voted on the designs of a new flag. The Senate has voted 120-34 on the proposal of a new flag which will be the standard throughout the country with immediate effect. The new flag was designed by Emmanuel Batii who entered his work in the National Flag Competition. The flag was selected from a pool of 2000 entries. The new flag design bears the bi-colour of The Union, green and gold and bears the country's coat of arms in the centre. The former flag will be decommissioned today at Coventry Memorial Airfield. Decommissioning a flag in The Union is done the following way:

1. Since flags are usually burned at the end of the decommissioning ceremony, choose a place with a fire pit, a steel drum or another safe place to burn the flag. Attendees should be dressed respectfully, with armed forces representatives in uniform.

2. Bring the flag out and present it to those in attendance for viewing that the flag will no longer be used in continued service and will be disposed in entirety Handle the flag with respect, not allowing it to touch the ground. This is normally done by the Presidential guard.

3. Hoist the flag to the top of a flagpole.

4. Those in attendance are expected to salute the flag after which the nation's pledge is recited followed by the playing of the national anthem (instrumental only) performed by the Cold-Stream Guard of the Marine Military Band Corp.

5. The flag shall be lowered slowly and be folded in a rectangular shape.

6. The flag shall be burnt or be disposed in another appropriate manner. The ashes buried.

This is expected to be conducted today and for the next five days throughout The Union at all Governmental Agencies, Ministries, Schools, Military bases, and other facilities where the flag is being flown. Citizens who wish to have their personal flag disposed of may do so by transferring their flags to the local police department with care. The decommissioned of the former flag of the Union will commence at Coventry Memorial Airfield, signalling the official start of the decommissioned period which will last for five days. Important guest will include the Prime Minister, The President, Members of the cabinet, Members of Parliament, Generals of the branches of the military, Chief Justice and Justices of the Supreme Court, and members of the armed forces, and uniform group.

Establishment of Hozan Broadcasting System



Ministry of Research and Technology agreed to incorporate Hozan Television, Hozan Radio and The Hozan Cards into a single broadcasting system called Hozan Broadcasting System or HBS. The agreement signed by all executives of incorporated companies and took place on 11 August 2015 at the Hozan Television Headquarter in Longfest, New Metro.

The incorporation was proposed by Hozan Television to create more efficient and stronger media presence to counter giant and hefty-capitalized media from foreign countries. In the proposed expansion blueprint, Hozan Television will be diversified into four channels by 2016 to accommodate News, Education, Art and Sport. Similar expansion will also be done to Hozan Radio. On the other hand, The Hozan Cards will publish monthly magazines to cater young adults, women, men, teen and kids.

All incorporated companies will continue to work from their respective offices, although all of the offices are already located within the Media City in Longfest, New Metro.

Minister of Research and Technology hoped that the incorporation will stimulate broadcasting industry in the federation. There is only one federation-wide public television in 2015, which now incorporated into HBS. No private television has been established in federal stage. Only two other private regional television services are established in Centruum and Xi Ong.

Tycoon owner Augustin Dolweir Hootersberg, who own DH Inc, announced the intention to create the first federation-wide private broadcasting services last month in Xi Ong. The intention is yet to be realized after tax evasion charges against Hootersberg last week.

The highlights were the investments for communities and the tense relations between the dual consulate monarchy and New Aapelistan.

Consul Wessel: I have the honour to speak tonight in name of Laura Wells, minister of economy and inform you about our decisions made for the coming time. I am happy to give you good news! We have an abundance of Royals we can divide. In name of Laura Wells I will declare them: first are going to spend 15% more in education. As we first spent 30 billion in education, we will add 4,5 billion to that budget. Also to make school exchanges between Baldeluna and the dual consulate monarchy reality. The budget will also be used to add more schools in the department of Rivierpendola. We are also going to spend 2% more in healthcare, so about 600 million more. That's mostly to add more hospitals to the islands in the Imperialonian sea. We are also going to give each Imperialonian department 1 billion Royals. So 7 billion royals in total. This money can be used in whatever the department sees fit. Although we encourage the departments to use it for maintenance of departmental roads and streets. A term for this money is that the ministry of economy wants an exact notification where the money goes to. At last but not least we will give every community 1 million Royals. So a 100 million Royal in total. This can be used in whatever the community sees fit although we encourage to use it for the improving of community and city houses. A term for this money is also that we want an exact notification where the money goes to. The government also made a tax cut. Citizens will pay 5% less tax and 2% less for aristocrats. I have only bad news for the Catholic Churches. In the coming time they are going to double their tax paying from 5% to 10%. This is decided because the Catholic Churches are becoming richer and richer every day. In name of the ministry of economy I want to thank the Imperialonian citizens for faithfully paying their taxes. Thank you.

Consul Melas: Tonight I have the honour to speak for Mees Grand, minister of defence.. Seeing that we need our military more and more in this trouble and unstable days. We are going to add 50.000 more soldiers in defence and give them 5 billion Royals to buy new weapon equipment. We just sent a fleet to the I.D. Island to protect it when it needs to be protected. We do this in cooperation with Vancouvia. We are also going to double the amount of soldiers at the Imperialonian-Sadievi Islands. That has to do with two reasons. First because Boris Cotton, the Sadievian prime-minister of the capitalistic party is reacting more offensive. Because of there was much confusion about the annexation of the western Sadievi Island by Great-Imperialonia, Mees Grand is going to give a press conference about it tomorrow evening.
Another reason for doubling the soldiers at the Imperialonian-Sadievi Islands is New Aapelistan. New Aapelistan is giving stronger impressions about bad intentions in the region of the Western Isles and around the Nova Sea.

The only thing what I already mentioned is that we will add more hospitals at the Islands in the Imperialonian sea. Another change is that we add hundred more healthcare drones in Novanian. I also mentioned earlier that we are proud to make a new alliance with Baldeluna. Schools will now open an exchange program with Baldeluna. We also want to make a suggestion to the departmental government of Rivierpendola to add more school busses for children.

Consul Melas: Thank you Wessel, I will now speak for minister Icknick Farric and the ministry of law and order. As many of you know we opened an international court for the case of Ontariona Flammable, former minister of Defence. Without this case the ministry of law and order is going well and is very stable. That's why we don't see any need to change things about this ministry. Before we continue the Implementation speech we give some attention to our national animal. I present to you: Polaris!

Consul Wessel: I will continue this speech with an important ministry. I speak in name of Ziad Grot, minister of international security. Our foreign relations are growing stronger this time. We have a beautiful trade deal with Havenburgh and much stronger connections with Baldelunda. I don't want to spend much more attention to this deals during the Implementation speech, but Ziad Grot will give a press conference about them tomorrow morning at the same time as Mees Grand. I want to spend more attention to the growing threat of New Aapelistan. New Aapelsitan and his communism are a serious threat for our land and our neighbours Baldelunda, Great Nutopia, Merala and Khaven. I say here loud and clear that we won't be aggressive to New Aapelistan without a reason. But when New Aapelistan will enter the territorial waters of Great-Imperialonia or attacks any of those Nova Sea lands. And I will include Sadievi with Nova Sea lands we will react immediately with military. We won't let any Aapelian soldiers enter the lands near Great-Imperialonia. Consul Wessel: I will continue with the World Assembly. As most of you know, Great-Imperialonia was ejected from the World Assembly. Now, that was because they don't like out Imperialistic past. We have had long negotiations with the WA-leaders and we came to the conclusion that we may join again. This time we are completely going to change the WA decision decide. The first change is that the WA will now operate from the colonies of Imperialonia. The WA-parliament has got 250 seats. Hundred seats for every community in continental Great-Imperialonia. The other hundred seats for Imperialonians colonies. The last fifty seats are for the Imperialonian citizens. The citizens won't be in the parliament but may vote for the WA resolution online. Every Imperialonian citizen will receive a special log in code in they passport. You can get a new passport with such a code for free in your community house. You can all go to WorldAssembly.GI and you enter your login code. You can read the whole proposal online and vote: FOR or AGAINST. All the votes will be counted and divided over the fifty parliament seats. So for example, if there are 50 citizens who vote and 25 vote for FOR and 25 for AGAINST. The fifty seats in the WA-parliament will be divided over over those seats. So 25 seats FOR and 25 seats AGAINST.

Vancouvia Begins Construction of I.D. Airbase

Following an announcement by the Vancouvian Congress on its intention to safeguard the International District a week ago, the massive project of constructing a military base was begun today on the southeastern island of the I.D. The construction of the base's components has been subcontracted out to several Vancouvian companies. A temporary base has already been set up on the island and military activity in the region has increased dramatically. Several UAV's were dispatched to the area and have begun regular air patrols, while a hefty portion of the Vancouvian fleet has made port off the southeastern coast.

Both domestic and foreign critics are quick to point out the massive cost to such a project, and the fact that the base will do little to protect Vancouvia itself from foreign aggression. Congress has responded to such criticism by releasing further statements concerning the need to protect the I.D. and the various organizations that reside there.

General Harold Storm has been placed in charge of overseeing the construction, much to his dismay. "I would rather paddle a canoe towards a waterfall for six hours than spend an hour on land," he said in a press briefing. We're not sure what to make of such an analogy.

Huai Lang Attack Leaves Downtown Mungsirwan In Chaos

On August 11th, at 8:30PM, Mungsirwan Time, much of downtown Mungsirwan experienced a total blackout lasting exactly thirty minutes. In the course of these thirty minutes, local police precincts received over eighty emergency calls, fifty of which all shared something in common: they involved black-clad individuals storming numerous buildings throughout downtown. The combination of traffic being thrown into chaos, general confusion throughout the city, and the sheer volume of calls meant that police were only able to respond to less than ten reports in those thirty minutes. Police and witnesses tell the same story in all ten locations: a group of armed individuals dressed in black and red clothing meant to hide their identity (tench coats, bandannas, hats, etc.) entered a specific building - eight corporate offices, Mungsirwan City Hall, and the National Libertarian Party Headquarters - and forced their way into certain rooms, making off with various records both physical and digital in nature; several organizations have also voiced fears that their computer networks were infected with viruses during the assault, while others announce that critical information has been permanently wiped from their files. In total, two dozen security personnel and thirteen bystanders were injured, while four deaths were caused by the failure of critical medical equipment brought about by the blackout.

"They seemed very adamant about only injuring us;" a security guard working for Apijau Incorporated, one of the affected business, told SBC. "in fact, I'd almost say they were trying to avoid violence. I got out with nothing more than a broken ankle and black eye, even though there were at least twenty of them and six of us [guards]."

The next morning, a video uploaded to the internet claimed that the attack had been carried out by the now infamous Haui Lang (Bad Wolf) group, an organization of anonymous self-proclaimed vigilantes based in Mungsirwan that claims to be pursuing the downfall of corrupt oligarchs in the state. The video stated that the attack, labeled "Operation Raziel", was necessary for the advancement of Haui Lang's plans, though these plans and the specific reason for the attacks were not stated or even alluded to. The spokesman (a female, computer-generated voice played while a red Haui Lang symbol displayed on screen) stated that the group sincerely apologized for any injuries that may have occurred, and was "genuinely remorseful" about the four deaths related to the blackout.

Mungsirwan's relationship with the group is somewhat bittersweet - ever since Haui Lang appeared on the scene in 2011, crime rates have dropped by nearly 60%, and the group played an integral part in bringing to justice executives of the Vollane Corporation responsible for human trafficking and illegal human experimentation in 2013, as well as thwarting a plot to bomb the Mungsirwan subway just last year (declared "Operation Titan's Justice" and "Operation Guardian Lite" respectively . On the other hand, violent and chaotic operations such as "Operation Raziel" greatly disrupt and endanger the lives of hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of Mungsirwanese, and they seem to be increasing in the frequency with which they occur; this is also the second blackout believed to have been engineered by Huai Lang, raising many concerns about the security of not only Mungsirwan's vital infrastructure, but that of the entire nation. There has also been a significant rise in cyber-crime since the rise of Haui Lang, mostly in identity theft. Most Suverenese know Haui Lang more-so for its botched operations rather than its successful ones, such as "Operation Swift Brother", in which an attempt to stop a shooting on the Utarema University campus collapsed into a three-way standoff between police, the three gunmen, and five Haui Lang members.

The alarming suspected size and pervasiveness of Haui Lang has caused the Mungsirwan City Police Department to resort to the questionable practice of 'baiting' in recent years, in which a fake crime is staged in order to lure out vigilantes. Due to suspected cracking of MCPD radio encryption, it is rarely successful, but even when it is, police say, captured Haui Lang members rarely provide any leads or information. This, analyst Zhan Santosi explains, is because the group is so decentralized that two close friends could be members and not know about the other's status; instead, the group operates in dozens, possibly hundreds of small cells numbering anywhere from five to several dozen in membership, which network and coordinate efforts through mostly a mostly untraceable "Darknet". This leads to a dichotomy between serious, terrorist-like cells (such as the ones responsible for Operation Raziel) and casual gang-like cells who are Haui Lang members in name only. Furthermore, individuals sporting the black-and-red gang colors of Haui Lang are rare outside of large operations; most members carry out vigilante actions in everyday clothing and are almost impossible to distinguish from bystanders.

Experts and authorities can only guess what Haui Lang has planned, and given how the group continues to evade and fool the police and even the Shui Gui, their next operation will most definitely happen.
