What's not to dislike? They entire purpose of their organization is to steal and hoard technology, and openly attack anyone who has technology they want. They're a terrorist organization, so, yes, I do dislike them.

I "finished" the IC thread. It's not as long nor as detailed as I would have liked, but I promised to have it done by a deadline, so here it is. I'm going to do some editing later, most likely, but here's the first draft of the IC.

How Much $wag They Got/How Prosperous and Wealthy They Are: There's a reason New Reino is compared to New Pegas. The many casinos and wastelanders that come into the city colect lots of money for the city and the Van Graffs, and trade routes are eagerly set up with the city because of its great wealth.

How Powerful/Influential They Are: Being a large and rich city, New Reino has a fair ammount of influence, especially if it waves some of its money around.

How Much Territory they Control: New Reino and part of the surrounding area.

History: Same as New Reno from Fallout 2, just with ponies.

Yeah, it says the Van Graffs have some influence, but it also clearly states that the Wright Family is the dominant faction.

And, as for pun names, who cares? Really, you still know what it's supposed to be based on (if you know anything about Fallout, that is), so it really doesn't matter what the place is called. Besides, just because one fanfic calls a city a certain name doesn't mean that's the standard ponification that everyone is going to use. Some people might imagine something as one name, and others might imagine it as something else; it's not a big deal.

Either way, go ahead and feel free to find somebody else to play. Redding, Broken Hills, Modoc, Klamath, and more; basically every city but Vault City is open.

I'm actually fine with somebody playing as the entire NCR or Steel Rangers faction (though obviously I would still allow other people to play NCR/SR characters or lead minor sub-groups in those factions), but since those are major parts of the Fallout Equestria world, I would rather the RPer behind them be someone like me who will write paragraph upon paragraph about them. For really big RP elements like them, I would insist upon choosing someone who would put a lot of effort behind them.

Then, finally, you have the de Cavaliers, a family radically different than any of the other Neigh Reno familes; the de Cavaliers, the weakest of the four crime families, while still indulging in alcohol trading and gambling, have very conservatively idealistic ambitions when it comes to the future of Neigh Reno, the de Cavaliers wanting to turn Reno into a city where ponies value churches and education over prostitutes and gambling, with the de Cavaliers being a very religious and morally righteous group.
