Name/Alias: Renegade, Mark Vankov

Gender: Male

Age: 25

Appearance:
http://i60.tinypic.com/2iaskkk.jpg
Species: Human

Backstory: The mutant that came to be known as Renegade was born with the power to manipulate emotions, especially fear. When he was five, aliens came to try to capture him and his mutant parents in order to harness their abilities. He used his mutant powers to make the aliens flee in terror, but not before his parents were killed. He was chosen by a yellow power ring for his ability to inspire great fear, and is now Renegade, cosmic protector of Earth.

Powers and Abilities:

Emotional manipulation: Renegade can make people feel fear, anger, and other emotions.
Yellow Energy Conduit: The rings use yellow energy, supplied by a Power Battery, which in most cases takes the form of yellow light. Yellow Power rings, considered by some to be one of the most powerful weapons in the known universe, has the ability to affect and use fundamental forces of the known universe, including electromagnetic energies such as gravity, radiation, heat, light, and powerful blasts of concussive force. It is also theorized that the ring also has a basis in other dimensional energies commonly called magic by users of such energies. The ring can also create fields of force formed from an unknown energy that was bound by the users' will. The limitations of such use are the skill, knowledge and imagination of the user.

Energy Blasts: The ring can be used to fire blasts of yellow energy or create weapons such as projectiles of them. The ring can project beams of force powered by the will of the user. The weapons power is more an indication of the will of the user.
Force-Field Generation: The ring can create various forcefields of various sizes and shapes to protect the wearer and others around him. With the cosmic scope of a Sinestro corpsman's duties, it is only natural that the power ring is designed for operation in space. The ring creates a force-field around the wearer, protecting him/her/it from the hazards of the void including filtration of stellar radiation and microscopic particulate matter which would ordinarily be fatal should the space debris strike the ring wielder at high speeds. An atmosphere appropriate to the ring wielder's biology is created inside the force-field, body temperature is maintained and waste products are removed. Gravitational stresses which could cause injury are stabilized for the ring wielder. Theoretically, a ring wielder could use the ring as his/her/its sole source of life support. The force-field seems to be created instantaneously, whether this is due to programming or an instinctive reaction from intensive training has not been established. It could be considered as a subroutine of the ring's automatic defensive system, but as of yet, this theory has not been proven.
Energy Constructs: The ring can form constructs of yellow energy. The primary function of the Power Ring is to provide a weapon capable of transforming the wearer's thoughts into physical constructs through the wearer's mastery of Fear. A Sinestro Corpsman can create any particular items or construct that they can imagine as long as they have the mastery of fear necessary to will it into existence. The constructs are made out of yellow energy, which is a tangible form of pure fear, and they exist only as long as a Sinesteo Corpsman is fueling it with their mastery of fear. Items created by the rings are not indestructible and are only as powerful as the inspired fear of the Sinestro Corpsman creating them. The types of constructs usually reflects the ring wearer's personality.
Instill Fear: the Power Ring is unique in that its base of power, fear, can be manipulated by the ring user. An opponent's fears can be laid bare by delving into their minds. The power only works on the direct emotion of fear. This allows them to create the energy constructs of a opponent's worst nightmare. Also, once that fear is exposed, the ring's ability allows the wielder to amplify the fear to the point of irrationality and true horror on the part of victim and conversely empowering the ring wielder.
Phasing: The Power Ring allows the wearer to pass through certain solid objects, such as walls. Which objects that are not penetrable are not known, but it may depend upon the strength of the wearer's mastery of fear and the density of the object's molecular structure.
Kryptonian Charging: Similar to how the light of a Green Power Ringcan be used to create artifical Kryptonite energy to harm a Kryptonian, the yellow energy from a Yellow Power Ring can charge the powers of a Kryptonian or Daxamite.
Environmental Playback: Upon request, the power ring can recreate a holographic environment based on data in its memory banks. The ring wielder can observe events in a ghostlike state, but the ring wielder cannot alter the outcome of the playback. All objects in the playback will appear in the full spectrum of colors, regardless of the wielder's level of expertise creating simulacrum's. The power ring will automatically end the playback if outside interference warrants the ring wielder's undivided attention.
Invisibility & Light Refraction: A ring wielder can render him/her/itself invisible by willing the ring to bend light waves around his/her/its form, as well as that of the power ring. Presumably, a similar action allows an experienced ring wielder to create objects of colors other than green. As Hal Jordan's experience grew, he was able to create power ring illusions of people and objects. It can be assumed the ring wielder would not risk the extra time and effort to create other colors in a combat situation.
Energy Twin: The power ring allows the wearer to create an "energy twin" of his/her/itself that can travel at far greater speeds than that of the ring wielder's physical form. While the energy twin is active the ring wielder remains motionless, his/her/its life force is needed to guide the energy twin. The energy twin can not alter its surroundings, and may only be perceived by another ring wielder as a yellow, ghostlike image. Any knowledge gained by the energy twin is transferred back to the ring wielder's physical form upon recontact with the body.
Energy Absorption: The ring can absorb and store most other energies. Unlike the Green Lantern power rings, a yellow power ring can replenish the normal store of energy the ring has. A ring that needs recharging, but contained a store of electricity could only discharge that electricity, for example.
Flight: By the manipulation of anti-gravitons and directed molecular movement, the ring allows the user to fly at incredible speeds. In atmosphere, a Sinestro Corpsmen has been known to fly as fast as Mach 10 in atmosphere by creating an aerodynamic envelope around his body. Towing others, usually within a bubble, his speed is limited to the twice the speed of sound or 1440 mph. In space, Sinestro Corpsman's speed can be significantly greater and has been known to approach 80% of lightspeed in normal space. Flight is possible at velocities exceeding light speed. In atmospheres, air friction is not a hindrance, since heat is either absorbed or reflected by the ring's field.
Wormholes & Spacial Warps: The power ring grants its wearer access to wormholes in space, enabling the ring wielder to rapidly cut time and distance needed for transport. Black holes can be navigated by experienced ring wielders.
Time Travel: Time travel is possible with the power ring, though the further forward in time a ring wielder travels, the more mastery of fear it takes.
Limited Cellular Regeneration: This ring has a limited ability to heal physical injuries and this seems to be a feature held over from the previous incarnations of the ring. Sinestro Corpsman can use the ring to repair minor injuries in himself or others.
Electromagnetic Scanning: The ring has a wide range of detection abilities based on the imagination of the user. If one can conceive of it, he can probably detect it. Magical effects like clairvoyance, seem to be beyond the scope of the ring. Most normal electromagnetic phenomena are within the range of the ring, including radio, television, infrared, ultraviolet, and high frequency band communications.
Universal Translator: Keeping in mind the myriad of worlds, life forms, and cultures throughout the cosmos, it is understandable why Sinestro added a translation system to the power ring. The power ring can translate virtually any language in the universe, facilitating diplomatic encounters rather than violent confrontations.
Material Alteration: The Sinestro Corpsman's uniform is not made out of fabric. It is created by the Power Ring whenever the wearer wills to wear it. It automatically appears over the wearer's normal clothing, and vanishes when the wearer wills to return to their civilian attire. Most Sinestro Corpsmen wear similar uniforms that are programmed into the ring by default. However, each Sinestro Corpsman is able to adjust their uniform to fit their own needs, personalities and whims. The yellow parts of the wearer's uniform are usually very warm or hot to those who touch it, while the black parts are very cold.
Ring Duplication: Most Power Rings are capable of automatically duplicating themselves. Each duplicate typically shares the qualities and capabilities of the original ring. While the thought of an unauthorized person getting a hold of a power ring and making duplicates for nefarious purposes, their ability to inflict damage is limited because each duplicate still requires to be recharged by a personal power battery.
Emergency Beacon: A Sinestro Corpsman in distress can use his/her/its power ring as an emergency beacon. The alert can be directed to a Sinestro Soldier's neighboring sector, or it can be a Corps-wide alert.
Homing Beacon: A homing beacon in the power ring can lead one Sinestro Corpsman to another. The power ring can be ordered to disguise itself to elude power ring wielding trackers. Most often ring wielders will allow the beacon to signal their location to others.
Mind Alteration: As the power ring relies on thought and will to operate, mind tampering is not impossible, the real difficulty lies in properly applying the power. There lies a risk of catastrophic damage to the mind should mistakes be made. A ring wielder can use the power ring to erase portions of an individual's memories. Sinestro Corpsmen have used mind techniques as part of training. New recruits may be subjected to mind scans by other Sinestro Corpsmen. They are taught to build mental defenses to protect themselves from psionic attack. The power ring can also be used to beam information from the ring wielder to another being. Sinestro Corpsmen have used this technique to share information regarding their enemies during combat situations.
Security Protocol: The rings can be programmed. They can be coded to the wearer so as to make them unusable if stolen.
Preset Conditions: Commands can be stored in the ring to be executed at a later date, even if the bearer is not wearing the ring.
Weaknesses:
Magic: Renegade has no magical defenses.
Mutant power limitations: Renegade's mutant power does not work on apathetic or emotionless beings, such as robots.
Blue Power ring: Blue power rings can disrupt Yellow power ring's transmissions.

Destructive Capacity: Without power ring, human. With power ring, up to planetary level

Speed: Without power ring, human. With power ring, mach 10

Durability: Without power ring, human. With power ring, planetary level, possibly higher

Lifting Strength: Human

Striking Strength: Human

Name/Alias: The Timeless One

Gender: Unknown

Age: Unknown

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): http://static.comicvine.com/uploads/ori ... -tumbl.jpg

Species: Precursor

Backstory: The Timeless One is one of the few Precursors left in existence. Communicating across the Multiverse through the Domain, they have traveled through the Galaxies, seeding life and nurturing it to uphold the Mantle when they move on. The Mantle, following the concept of Neural Physics, is a mandate to preserve and nurture life in the universes, treasuring the interactions between it and encouraging growth so that all species may live together as equals working to advance all to better life. This follows closely with the ideals of Neural Physics, which state that all things in the universe are encompassed by the Mantle, even energy and matter, and that the universe is a living being in a way that is beyond comprehension by biological beings. The Timeless One and his fellow Precursors are the few that survived the violent genocide committed against them by one of their creations when they were deemed unworthy of the mantle. After awakening from years in self induced stasis, they have now continued to wander the Multiverse to seed life and spread their teachings.

Powers and Abilities:
Evolutionary Fluctuation: Can speed up or rewind an organisms evolution
Transsentience: Uses it's own capabilities to change between forms both material and immaterial, primitive and space faring, evolving, dieing off, and being reborn.
Neural Physics: Able to manipulate the fabric of the universe through it's thoughts, creating almost indestructible structures, warp through space and time in between stars and planets, and destroy structures.
The Domain: Able to access the Domain, a transcendent archive of it's species history, culture, and knowledge that spreads back from almost the beginning of the universe to present day.

Weaknesses:
There is a period before and after warping where he is unable to do anything and is basically defenseless, ensuring that he is unable to warp into combat.
Creating large structures takes time since he is unaware of the location of the rest of his species and cannot create huge structures in a timely manner single handed.
The further back or forward he wishes to change an organisms evolution effects the amount of time it takes to do so. Turning a human to a single celled organism would take close to five minutes, while a mouse might take only one.

Destructive Capacity: City block level

Speed: 10m/s

Durability: Depends on form, whether after a warp, and whether armor is present. Can range from human-island level. (if in immaterial form, can survive practically anything)

Lifting Strength: Class 10

Striking Strength: Low end MJ Class

Standard Equipment:
Neural Physical Armor: Armor made using Neural Physics. Buildings made with the same method have been know to survive being pushed under a planet's mantle by plate tectonics. While this armor with keep him safe from similar striking power, it cannot protect against high amounts of heat, cold, radiation or other effects. This armor is also suseptible to being easily destroyed by weapons that target neural systems (i.e. Halo rings or other weapons that specifically target life forms but not inanimate objects.)

Intelligence: The Domain and his extremely long life span have allowed him access to billions of years of data. He is extremely wise and upholds the ideals of the Mantle.

Random Facts: This character and his species is based off what are probably the most powerful beings in the Halo universe. The architects of the Mantle, Domain, and Flood, the Precursors.

Name/Alias: Dabra

Gender: Appears Male

Age: Time Immemorial

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):
Image

Species: Pure Majin

Backstory:

While the specifics of Dabra's inception are somewhat unknown, one thing is exceedingly clear. He was not a friendly fellow. Dabra was a brother to the horrific Majin known as Buu, and, they appear nearly identical, both of them being Pure Majins. From the time of their birth, both Buu and Dabra traveled the universe, leaving trails of destruction in their wake.

The two brothers worked together, blowing up whatever they pleased, whenever they pleased, sparing nobody from the carnage. Warriors would try to stand up to them, but they would always fall, unable to match the pure ferocity and power of the Majins. Even if the challengers were stronger, the Majin's regeneration skills were nearly impossible to beat, allowing the two warriors to simply tire out their foes.

Even the mighty Arcosians were nearly annihilated, unable to contend with the Majin's mighty abilities. The battle between the two forces was incredible, but, the Dabra and Buu had overwhelming force and the ability to recover from any injury. The race was pushed to the brink of extinction, until a savior came in the form of a mutated Arcosian, an immensely powerful mutant from the Frost Clan.

By the time he was old enough to fight Dabra and Buu, the Arcosian warrior had been named Lord of his clan, and became Lord Frost. The battle was one of incredible proportions, and, eventually, through sheer power, he forced the two Majins to retreat, and was named as the first King of the Arcosian race.

This defeat was one of incredible significance, however. Not only was it the first time the Majins had lost, but each believed that the other was responsible for the defeat, creating a schism between them. And eventually, despite being brothers, they grew sick of each other. The tension built and built until Buu acted on his spite, attacking his brother Dabra, causing an immense battle between the two raging monsters. They fought ceaselessly for nearly 1 million years, seemingly stuck in a never ending stalemate.

Entire galaxies were destroyed as the Majins obliterated everything in path, as they never grew tired, and were equally powerful. However, one faithful day, the warring brothers were suddenly intervened by two beings of such immeasurable power, it was hard to even comprehend for beings like Dabra and Buu. These two beings were called Beerus and Whis.

With their immense and divine power, they quickly incapacitated the Majins, and brought them back to their training world. It was impossible for them to directly destroy the two monsters, as they did not have the means to negate their regeneration. Rather than imprisoning the two, they decided to try to not only tame, but train them to gain better control of their powers.

Dabra and Buu were incredibly resistant to the attempts at training, and often had to be incapacitated due to their extreme aggression. But, slowly, and after massive amounts of punishment, they began to calm down and control themselves. The two Majins who were once so unstable began to learn how to live peacefully, and tranquilly. As they made the transition, the red bands in their eyes became a dark shade of blue, and they began capable of thoughts beyond rage and hatred.

But, there were still incidents. A Pure Majin cannot ever be completely safe, and when agitated or severely injured, their eyes began to return back to the angry red hue of their original selves, and caused them to throw violent fits of rage if left unchecked. Buu was far more frequent in his relapses than Dabra, and often got irritated easily, but eventually, grew to be peaceful as well.

For over a hundred years, the two Majins remained peaceful, and were believed to have been cured. However, one day, when Beerus and Whis travelled to a meeting regarding the 8th God of Destruction, Buu and Dabra were left unattended, as they were believed to have been completely safe.

However, shortly after they left, and Buu looked into the Seer Fish's orb, he saw something that he could almost not comprehend. Lord Beerus and Whis were speaking to none other than the one who had defeated he and Dabra so long ago. He was speaking to the Arcosian known as Lord Frost.

Upon this realization, only one thought raced through Buu's head. Their masters must have been plotting to destroy them by recruiting the help of the Arcosian. The idea of such a thing happening caused Buu to quickly descend back into insanity, his eyes completely returning to their red color, causing all the strength that he was using to suppress this chaos he held inside him to be unleashed, and available for use.

When Dabra quickly confronted his brother, the two finally fought once more, returning back to their old struggle. However, this time it wasn't two beasts attacking each other, both completely insane. It was Chaos vs Peace, and Brother vs Brother, as Dabra desperately tried to help his brother, not wanting to kill him, but also trying to defend himself. Buu had a clear advantage, his power being complete and unhindered, and his unpredictable fighting style returned, whereas Dabra needed keep himself under control, and trying not to go crazy himself.

However, Buu didn't want peace, he wanted to destroy his brother for staying loyal to Beerus and Whis, and still blamed him for all of this, believing that he was the reason they lost to Frost. The raging Majin finally began to overwhelm the weakened and suppressed Dabra, slamming him into the ground. The Majin's eyes slowly began to grow red in color, and he was on the brink of relapse, when Buu suddenly slammed into the ground.

As Dabra got up, he saw Beerus and Whis floating where his brother had been. It became abundantly clear that Buu would not be completely tamed, and neither would Dabra. Dabra himself was almost pushed to the same point Buu was at, but, he clearly had better control than Buu did.

The two Majins were sent back to the normal dimension, but, Buu was put into a deep hibernation of sorts for as long as possible, and Dabra was allowed to roam free, being kept under close watch by the God of Destruction. But, Dabra's goal was still hidden from the God. One day, he would find his brother, and he would save him. He didn't know how, and didn't know when, but, it was his mission to try to help his brother regain his sanity which was lost.

Upon being freed, Dabra found a solar system that was just beginning to show life, and decided to stay there. He would train on the uninhabited planets, and protect the solar system from invaders. And, not only would he save his brother... but he would destroy Lord Frost.

Gender: Male

Age: 21

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): Image

Species: Half-Human Half Saiyan

Backstory: Hazzel was born the son of Raditz and the nephew of Kakarot. When Raditz had arrived on Earth in search of his brother, he made a number of stops into human civilization, causing general havoc and destruction in his wake. One of his hostages was Sofai Dejorn, a local scientist working for Capsule Corp. Raditz took an interest in her due to her beauty and intelligence. Sofai was cold to him because she saw him as a brute and a thug, but he eventually grew on her and the two spent the night together. Sofai never expected anything to come from it, and heard that Raditz had died in a fight a few days later. She mourned him, even though she knew he was a bad person, she was still slightly fond of him. She was shocked when she realized she was pregnant. She was scared by the implications, having no idea what would happen now.
Despite a difficult pregnancy Sofai soon gave birth to a boy, who she named Hazzel. The boy carried many of his father's characteristics and the resemblance sometimes scared Sofai, as she feared he would grow up to be like his father. She kept the truth about his father secret and raised him the best he could, but Hazzel always felt like an outsider.
One day when he was twelve some of the kids at his school began to tease him that he wasn't human. It was mostly playful but Hazzel started to realize they might be right. He confronted his mother about it she reluctantly told him the truth. She warned him about his father''s race, and how they cruel warriors obsessed with battle. Hazzel was determined to be different but when strange attacks began happening he realized he needed to be stronger.
He trained vigorously and taught himself how to use ki using books he found from the library and data that capsule corp had on other kai users. had even tried to fight Cell when he attacked major cities but he was defeated easily. This made the 18 year old furious, and feeling like a failure. That was when he was approached by a crooked scientist from capsule corp. He had created a serum that would amplify someone's strength and natural abilities based on their emotions. Sofia warned Hazzel not to listen but he decided he needed to do it to protect the people he cared about. The experiment was successful but Hazzel didn't realize what that would mean. The next day when he was fighting a few thugs who were robbing a woman his anger took control and Hazzel turned in to an ape like humanoid with incredible strength. He killed the two muggers and went on a rampage through the city. He was only able to be stopped when his mother came to him and begged him not to become the monster his father had. This snapped Hazzel out of his rage and he soon returned to his normal state. Tomia wrote:Name/Alias: Roy Damon

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):No Costume: (Image)
Costume:Wears fiber weaved black body armor but is almost always covered in shadows that can take various forms. The shadows around his face usually take the form of a demon to demoralize his foes.

Species: Mutant

Backstory: The circumstances of Roy's birth and his family history are both a mystery. All that is known is that over 15 years ago he was abandoned at the door of an orphanage in the dead of night in a small village in South America. The orphanage soon found out why because the next night shadows had began to surround the new born born baby. They thought the boy was possessed so he was handed over to the local church where he was cared for by the local priests. They raised him the best he could but it was quite a rough life for the boy. He was brutalized by the local children and often had to fight to survive. However things changed when he was 5 years old and the mercenary Floyd Martin came into town.
When Martin arrived he heard whispers about the local demon boy , or "demonio" as he was referred to by the locals. Martin was walking through town when he was a boy being brutally beaten by others. Martin scattered the other boys and discovered that the boy who he had saved was in fact the demon. Roy would not talk to Martin for a very long time but after Martin fed him and fixed his wounds Roy spoke up. When Martin heard of the boy's powers he was quite interested, thinking about his potential. Martin offered to adopt the boy who readily agreed to escape the hell that he currently lived in.
Martin brought Roy to his mansion in the Andes where he trained the boy to be a fierce warrior and future mercenary. He was harsh with Roy, but kept him safe and well fed. They actually began to bond after a while. Roy was given an excellent education both academically and militarily. He proved to have quite the scientific mind and was building computers by the time he was 10.
There was one problem for Martin, Roy showed a strong aversion to killing. His weapon of choice was a non lethal staff and he refused to kill. Martin thought he could eventually dissuade Roy of this naive principle. However their relationship came to an unpleasant end when one night Martin told Roy that the next morning he would have to kill in order to prove his dedication to him and the mercenary life. That night, Roy gathered his staff, armor, and as much money and equipment and ran away in the shadows. That was 6 months ago and now the 15 year old boy is on the run from his vengeful mercenary father, and is dealing with the internal struggle between his principles and his training.

Powers and Abilities: Shadow manipulation and absorption, this works with darkness as well which he can absorb and re-project as an energy bast. He is able to dim and extinguish light to an extent and can move at super-speed when his path is uninterrupted by light. Is trained in hand to hand combat though he still has work to do on that.

Weaknesses: Light drains his abilities, the sun especially. Has trouble interacting with people due to his terrible social skills. He is also quite vulnerable to fire.

Destructive Capacity: City Block Level

Speed:
Speed of Light(When in shadows)
Durability:Multi City Block Level

Lifting Strength:Class 100

Striking Strength:Class GJ

Standard Equipment: Titanium staff, smoke bombs, and black throwing stars.

Name/Alias: Samantha Grimm

Gender: Female

Age:19

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): Image

Species: Human

Backstory:
Hanah, Samantha and Sarah Grimm are three sisters who were born with dark powers tied to the coming and going of the moon. Their birth is an event completely shrouded in mystery, and of their past, only the eldest, Sarah, remembers anything, and even then, nothing but vague and hazy memories. They were left on the streets to fend for themselves since little; at that time, the youngest of the sisters, Hanah, was but a baby, while the eldest, Sarah, was only ten, having nothing to her but the clothes on her back and an old story book, from which she took her and her sisters' last name. Growing up on the streets, they each learned to cope in different ways, with Sarah always looking out for her sisters despite her lax behavior, using her cunning while Samantha took advantage of her brilliance, with Hanah developing an aloof exterior and facing the world with aggression.

The three of them lived off of the careless and the unkind, off the unwary and the rich, and eventually, they gained some notoriety among the poorer of streets. Not much, for certain, not enough to be labelled villains or heroes or anything inbetween, but enough that rumors about the enigmatic Grimm Sisters began to spread wherever they passed; and they passed through many places, for they were unbound by things such as home and were free to roam the world, keeping each other safe, surviving and thriving in no small part thanks to the powers each of them held.

But not everything could remain good forever, and so, one day, they met a mysterious man, a man who sought their powers, for he knew they were born of the moon. The Grimm Sisters fended him off and fled from him, but every time he was defeated he rose again stronger, and every time he was thought lost he appeared once more. Fearing for each other's safety, the Grimm Sisters have been running from that man ever since, with many questions in their minds. Who was man that, why did he want their power and, most importantly, why did everything seem to be tied to the blood moon?

Now, more about Samantha personally. Samantha is the middle child of her siblings and has always looked up to her older sister Sarah. She cares greatly about her family and has often used her magic and intelligence to help them. Samantha has always been very curious and studious when it comes to magic. She loves collecting new plants and minerals that she can use in her potions.

Samantha is not as wild as her older sister Sarah and is a bit more mild and conservative. She enjoys parties and adventuring with her sisters, but she can't help but dream about one day setting down and not having to be on the run anymore. She doubts that they will ever find a place where they can fit in. For this reason Samantha puts up a tough exterior towards strangers and even her sisters sometimes. She doesn't want people to see her fears and insecurities, so she locks them away and pretends to be cold and unshakable.

Powers and Abilities: Samantha has various magical abilities regarding witch craft. She is able to cast numerous amounts of spells examples of which are fire balls and ice she shots from her hands, creating large flashes of light, summoning small wind storms, and creating shadows that can either take the form of animals or possess real animals or huminoid/animal like objects such as statues.

Samantha can also mix various potions that range from healing to poisoning, or sometimes granting temporary abilities although she is less skilled with the last one.

Samantha's last ability is her visions of the future that she gets, especially when she's sleeping. However these are wrong as often as they are right, as they are usually more metaphorical than literal.

Weaknesses:
Though she is a talented spell caster she is rather normal physically. Her potions require ingredients that can run out. Her visions sometimes make her paronoid and make her make mistakes. Many of her spells need to be spoken verbally.

Destructive Capacity: City Block

Speed: 1m/s

Durability: human

Lifting Strength: Human

Striking Strength: Class H

Standard Equipment: Her spell book, bag of ingredients and potions, a magic star pendant that she created to store energy that she wears around her neck.

Intelligence: Highly Intelligent/Genius level, has an incredibly adaptive mind.

Gender: Male

Age: 27

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): With Costume: Image Without Costume: Image

Species: Meta-Human

Backstory: John Morgan was once an average kid living in the state of California. He joined the local fire department in his home town when he was 18. During his first month on duty Morgan was called into a state wide emergency due to a fire in the California Red Woods. Being inexperienced at his job, yet determined to help the livest he ran deep into the forest in an attempt to save a hiker who was stranded in the fire. However Morgan got lost in the flames and the two of them were surrounded by fire. They both began to burn alive but while the other man was killed, something else happened to John.

When the flame enveloped his body, the meta gene that sat dormant within his body suddenly became active. Soon the excruciating pain John was feeling disappeared, and suddenly all the fire surrounding him had been absorbed by his body. His survival was considered a miracle and when he returned home he was welcomed as a hero. However John struggled adjusting back to his old life. He constantly felt like he was on fire and almost anything he touched immediately melted in his hands. Soon he was approached by the military who told him that they could help him adjust to his new life, and find a way to help people with his new abilities. John realized there wasn't a place for him among normal society anymore so he eagerly accepted.

Morgan was soon debriefed and trained and equipped in secret. Soon he was battle ready and he was sent on high risk missions across the world. Morgan soon realized what was necessary in order to ensure peace. Even though the government used questionable methods, he realized that that was the price for safety. For the last three years however he has been in America, fighting crime domestically. He has gained a popular reputation among society and has a celebrity persona.

Powers and Abilities: Super Strength, Enhanced Speed, Energy Absorption and Conversion , Heat Generation, Heat Resistance, moderate regeneration. His suit is heavy armored and designed to focus his energy into his strikes, making them stronger.

Weaknesses: Because he wears so much armor his speed is reduced significantly when wearing it. His suit can be short circuited by extreme amounts of energy, which can overwhelm him as well. Some forms of energy such as nuclear and plasma are more difficult to absorb and can do damage to his body in too high of quantities.

Destructive Capacity: Island Level

Speed: 100m/s

Durability: Country Level

Lifting Strength: Class G

Striking Strength:Class TJ

Standard Equipment: Battle suit as seen in appearance, military weaponry including duel assault rifles and stun grenades.

Intelligence: Above average

Random Facts about your character:

Name/Alias: Tarmithéil, of the Starkindlers

Gender: Male

Age: Several billion years old, though his date of birth as long been forgotten

Appearance:
Human/Avatar Form (His avatar forms vary greatly, but this is an example.
Original/Creation Form
Dreamwalker Form

Species: Gilith'Maur (Starkindlers)

Backstory: Tarmithéil is the fourth of the Starkindlers. More than his fellow kind, Tamithéil has taken a great interest in the lives of mortals and other creatures across the universe. He is fascinated with the shortness of mortal life, and believes it to be the greatest beauty of all. For that reason he has created a great number of avatars, who all vary greatly to visit and interact with mortal kind. He also loves the idea of free will and creativity, and believes them to be valuable gifts that should never be lost.

He was one of the few Starkindlers who preached that the should be involved in the war against the time demon, but eventually reluctanlty agreed to stay uninvolved out of respect for his fellow Starkindlers. He gets along well with the rest of his kind, now that they finally see the value in exploration and contact with mortal kind. Many of Tarmithéils avatas are currently on earth walking among mortals. Though they all look very different, they have one thing in common. A large tattoo of Tarmithéil's star across their back.

Powers and Abilities:
Star Force Manipulation: The ability to harness and use the Star Force. Avatars do not possess the full capabilities of the Star Force, but can be granted more control in desperate cases. While dream-walking, a Starkindler cannot create new stars, and vice-versa. The Star Force can be granted to others, but is rarely done.
  • Stellar Manipulation: Starkindlers can create new stars, and control their movement and position. They cannot, however, prevent stars from dying or falling. Upon a being's death, Starkindlers do have the ability to turn said person into a star.
  • Star Habitation: Starkindlers can live within, or move part of their conscience to any star that they have created themselves. Stars are created with chambers inside, filled with the tools, works, and other things. Avatars cannot teleport themselves to these chambers, but that can be done by Starkindlers themselves.
  • Light/Starlight Manipulation: Rather self-explanatory...
  • Stargate Creation: The Starkindlers were those who created the first Stargates, devices which create wormholes to other Stargates, or anywhere in the universe. Stargates must be encoded with 7 or 8 chevrons, if travelling to another Stargate. These Stargates populate much of the universe and there is one on nearly every planet.
  • Telepathy and Telekinesis: The Starkindlers possess some of the powers of the mind.
  • Avatar Creation: The Starkindlers may create avatars of themselves. These avatars can be of any race, age, gender or appearance. As explained above, avatars cannot be exactly the same.
  • Dream Manipulation and Dream Walking: The Starkindlers can create dreams within sleeping beings, and walk within their minds and dreams, fighting back the nightmares.
  • Flight: Rather self-explanatory as well...
  • Healing: The Starkindler also has the power to heal any living being. That, however, does not include other stars.
  • Immortality: The Starkindlers and their avatars are immortal, though they can be killed with great difficulty. The immortality of an avatar may also be canceled if the avatar wishes to live a mortal life.

Weaknesses:
  • Avatars cannot access the full power of the Star Force unless granted it.
  • Avatars created cannot be the exact same person, or a paradox will occur
  • Black Holes: The one thing Starkindlers fear, what happens when stars die. Though stars live for a very, very, long time, they are not immortal. The Starkindler, when the life of a star is at its end, will cause the star to break up and fall to several planets, creating starmetal. Starmetal is a luminous metal which is difficult upon most mortal eyes. It is incredibly strong, and can also hold great amounts of magic, or absorb it. The Stargates are made of starmetal that has been mixed with other metals. Think of it on the level of uru, adamantium, and vibranium. This event is called Starfall. More to come on this later.
  • Darkness Manipulation users can cause damage to those wielding the Star Force.

Name/Alias: Marvin "Mars" Asarin

Gender: Male

Age: 15

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): Mars: Image
Rocket: Image

Species:Mutant

Backstory:
Marvin "Mars" Asarin was the prodigal son of two well known mechanical engineers who for years had made ground breaking advancements in medical and military technology. Marvin proved to share his parents' genius but Marvin's was to a whole different level. Marvin was speaking and reading just four weeks after birth. His parents loved his child greatly, but they soon realized that he was more than human. They took him to a DNA specialist who was a friend of theirs and soon they learned that his DNA showed that he was a mutant. That became even more clear when Marvin's second ability showed itself as Marvin's parents waked in on a number of of their house hold appliances moving around Marvin's room in a sort of parade as the young child laughed in amusement.

Marvin's parents raised him as best they could considering his unique circumstances, and Marvin had a happy childhood for a number of years, though it was far from normal. Marvin's best friends were machines and his true passion was space. Even from a young age Marvin dreamed of building his own rocket and going into space. He was working on his plan for this rocket when he was 9 years old, but the parts were beyond his ability to obtain, and his parents discouraged this project, saying it was far too dangerous for a child. Marvin became quite annoyed at how protective his parents had become of him and ran away from them the night they told him he could not build his rocket. Soon however Marvin began to feel regret and returned home, Only to find both his parents dead from gun shot wounds in the living room.

What Marvin didn't know was that his parents had been protecting him from a scientist who had contacted them and wanted to study Marvin for "research" purposes. They had said no repeatedly and were afraid that the scientist would try to take Marvin by force.

Marvin was taken in by his grandparents after that fateful day, and now he continues to search for his parents' killers but has found nothing. Marvin now goes by the name Mars and has taken to fighting crime in his home of Jump City. He feels guilty for the death of his parents, and has taken to crime fighting to try to redeem himself. He does not fight alone, as he fights along his mechanical invention Rocket. Rocket is a human sized mechanical android with sentience and human level intelligence. Together, Rocket and Mars fight crime across Jump City together, though Mars can't do it often due to having to hide it from his grandparents.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman intelligence, the ability to control and give sentience to machines. He can build a number of useful machine as long as he has the necessary parts.

Rocket is his main asset, it is a sentient android that Mars built that fights along side him. Mats can also enter Rocket and control him manually.
Rocket has super strength and speed, as well as the ability to fly. He has retractable blade on his right arm.

Weaknesses:
Without Rocket or his advanced tech, Mars is physically the same as any other human. Mars' emotions can impact Rocket and can make Mars lose control of him. Mars' machines can be hacked and used against him. Mars can be too reliant on technology and does not value magic and will often underestimate it. The sentience of machines varies based on what they are, so Mars can do much more with a computer, than a toaster.

Destructive Capacity:
Mars: Average Human

Rocket:Large Building Level

Speed:
Mars: Average Human

Rocket: Mach 10

Durability:

Rocket: Large Building

Lifting Strength:

Striking Strength:

Rocket: Class MJ
Standard Equipment: His tool belt with a number of tools and small upgrades for Rocket. Rocket boosters that he wears on his shoes to fly, blue fight suit that he built himself.

Intelligence: Mars has high genius level intelligence and programmed his own computer at age 5. He knows 4 languages(English, Latin, Spanish, and Russian), and built Rocket at the age of 13. He has an expert level knowledge in physics, biology, and chemistry, as well as an eidetic and photographic memory.

Name/Alias: Darian Astarious/ Sword Demon

Gender: Male

Age: 22

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):
Darian

The Sword Demon

The Demon

Species: Human

Backstory:
Thousands of years ago, the world faced a grave danger, a creature driven only by rage and blood-lust. It was known simply as the Demon. The Demon continued to ravage the homes of earth's population and the only thing that could stand in its way was its eternal counter part, the Angel. The two were destined to fight for eternity, however the Angel grew tired of this conflict and sought out help from a Celestial being known as Elala. Elala agreed to help the Angel, however she told the creature of light that she would not be able to kill the Demon but only bind him so that he could be restrained and imprisoned within a magical dimension. However, Elala also said that she would be forced to imprison the Angel as well in order to complete the spell. The Angel agreed, deciding that the sacrifice would be worth it, The two beings then engaged in an epic battle against the Demon, during which they were successful in binding the Demon to a magical suit of armor, however the Angel was then bonded to a similar suit of armor, sealing them both away indefinitely. Elala then spoke a prophecy before disappearing. Two halves of the same whole, would rekindle a war yet untold, brother and sister would be the key, to preventing darkness for eternity.

Darian and his sister Serena were born to two famous archaeologists who brought their children around the world with them. Though Darian and Serena did not have much of traditional education, they got to learn a great deal about the world and have spent a great deal of time with their family. Since his parents were often busy with work, Darian spent a lot of time taking care of Serena and the two became quite close.

They had an adventurous but simple life, at least until one trip to Egypt a year ago. Darian and Serena had both developed into adventures so when they managed to get away from their parents and decided to explore a recently unearthed temple to see what was inside. They made their way deep inside the temple, and came upon a sealed room that they could not seem to enter. Just when they were about to give up, Darian placed his hand flat against the door, and the two siblings lives changed forever as they were about to caught in an ancient conflict thousand years old.

When the door opened they walked inside incredulously and saw a large number of of old and worn suites of armor, however in the center of the room were two sets of armor that seemed perfectly preserved. One was pure black, and the other was pure white and each had weapon sitting next it. A huge sword next to the black armor, and a beautifully carved bow next to the white armor. Darian seemed drawn to the black armor and took a step towards it as Serena grabbed his arm to try to stop him, as she was getting a terrible feeling from the black armor, as if it actually personified rage itself. Darian pushed her away however and grabbed the armor. Suddenly a blast of dark energy emitted from the suit as it seemed to come alive, attaching itself to Darian. Serena was knocked back away from her brother who screamed is pain as he the armor merged with him. Serena stood up to help him but the whit armor began to glow and suddenly merged with Serena as well. As Serena screamed in pain as well, the figure of woman wearing all white and hovering a few inches off the ground appeared, "It has begun." She said softly before disappearing as the two siblings passed out in pain.

Serena awoke an hour later, wearing this strange suit of white armor holding the bow that had been sitting behind it. When she saw that Darian was no longer next to her she ran outside to find him, only to see him at the center of a large sandstorm. The sky had turn pitch black and a tornado of dark energy seemed to be forming around him. Shoot him now! A voice in her head said. It didn't belong to Serena, so she had no idea who's it was. However Serena listened to it and pulled an arrow from her quiver and despite never having fired an arrow in her life she shot it with deadly accuracy as it struck Darian, resulting in a blinding flash of light. Darian collapsed to the ground and Serena brought him to safety and nursed him back to health. They spent the next few days figuring out what had happened to them, as Serena learned that the voice in her head was the Angel, an ancient being destined to fight the Demon, who now possessed Darian, for eternity. Darian was horrified to learn what had happened him, and became terrified of the idea of becoming the monster that was the Demon. Serena promised him that they would find help however, and after telling their parents that they were going on a trip across Europe, the two set off to try to find anyone who could help them.

It has been a year since then and Darian has grown increasingly frustrated, fearing that he may never rid himself of the Demon. The Angel has told Serena that there will be no way to separate Darian from the demon and continues to hold out hope that he can be helped. Meanwhile the Demon sits dormant within Darian's mind and soul, waiting for its opportunity to surface and destroy the world once and for all.

Powers and Abilities: Darian possesses the spirit of the Sword Demon which gives him the following abilities;
Supernatural strength and speed
The Demon Sword is his main weapon that can produce devastating attacks from giant walls of fire, to the sword being covered in demonic energy that can cause large explosions
As the Sword Demon Darian is naturally an expert swordsman that has predictive reflexes in battle
As the Demon Darian can fly at incredible speeds and can fire blasts of demonic energy that can break apart a planet at full potential. His scales are nearly impenetrable and its tail is basically a large mace.

Weaknesses:
When not in combat Darian's reflexes are normal as his sword is the source of his predictive reflexes.
Darian's sister can be used against him as he cares greatly for her and does not want her to come to harm.
Darian can not control the The Demon who is motivated by pure rage and hatred, as such he does everything in his power, including holding back in combat if necessary.
The Demon knows no strategy itself and merely attacks blindly. It also has a weak spot in the form of it's under belly.

Random Facts about your character:

Race name: Yazara

Race standard/average appearance: They vary in image bases on both class and rank, but here are some examples, one from each Rank:
Paladin Warrior

Berserker Scribe

Knight Warrior

Race Specific abilities: Yazara often have power over one or more of the elements, as well as subsets of the elements such as lightening or metal. Every Yazara also has aspect to a mystical energy force know to the Yazara as Dokigan which translates roughly to "Life Force" The Dokigan gives the Yazara the ability to create a magical aura that can be used to both attack enemies with power energy blasts as well as creating defensive shields and force fields. Dokigan can also be forged into weapons and armors, making them incredibly strong and durable, as well as infused with magical properties depending on the blase and the magic users. Some Yazara are even born with the ability of telepathy and telekinesis.

However the rarest and most coveted power among the Yazara is what is known merely as, "transcendence". It is the ability to transform into the form of a full dragon, and is held only by the Righteous King, and his Lightening Guard.

Homeworld name: Sarka

Lore: The Yazara people believe that the planet of Sarka was built by an ancient deity knows as Asugar. According to legend, Asugar fought the ancient demon Rugarath for nearly a thousand years. When Asugar tired of fighting, he sacrificed his life to destroy the demon, and from his life force, the world of Sarka was born. The Yazara believe that Asugar now lives within the planet and is actually still alive. However, there has never been a sighting of Asugar, nor has anyone spoken to him before.

Regardless of whether or not Asugar is actually there, there is some force deep beneath the soil of Sarka that give the native Yazara their power. The Yazara have developed into a tribal, ritualistic society that hold battle and honor quite dear to their hearts. They have a long tradition of a strict and rigid class system that divides the society.

To explain this system, we must first make the distinction between free Yazara and slaves. Slavery is quite common in Yazara, and slaves come from conquered enemies and criminals who are sentenced to it as a punishment. Slaves have very little rights in Yazaran society, though there are some laws that protect them from cruelties from their masters. Among slaves, there is no distinction of class or rank and all are equal in their inferiority. Among the free peoples, there are two categories that determine your position in society.

The first is Rank, which is determined by what subsection of the race you belong to. Each Rank has a different physiology and are sometimes unrecognizable as the same species. The lowest of the Ranks are the Paladins. Small lizard like creatures, the Paladins are most often foot soldiers, scouts, and political advisers. Their small physique give them great agility and speed, and are often quite intelligent.

The second rank is that of the Beserker. Beserkers are drakonian beasts, with often massive and scale covered physiques. The Beserkers often make up heavy infantry units but are also renowned smiths and crafters. Their strength and rough durability are balanced by their usual lack of intelligence and social elegance or grace.

The final rank of the Yazara belongs to the Knights. The Knights are the prize of the Yazara people. Strong, fast, and intelligent humanoids who takethe highest positions of leadership among the Yazara. This includes military generals, high priests and priestesses, and arc-mages. The Knights have the greatest political and social freedoms and are the only rank ever to be awarded transcendence.

There are then three classes that are chosen by the individual during a coming of age ceremony, but is often passed down by family tradition. The three classes are the warrior, the scribe, and the mage. Each class offers a variety of jobs that can be taken up, such as the scribe who can be a political adviser, blacksmith, and scientist, or a warrior who can be a soldier, or smaller jobs such as a farmer or a guard.

While marriage and procreation are allowed between classes, they are strictly forbidden between ranks, and interbreeding is seen as an abomination and an insult to Asugar.

For hundreds of years the Yazara were divided into isolated tribes that often warred against each other for domination. This was until Marriac the "Red Dragon of the West" was granted the power of transcendence by the Dokigan. With this awe inspiring power the tribes soon flocked the warlord, and those who didn't were drowned in seas of glorious fire. in less than a year, Marriac had united the Yazaran tribes under a united kingdom. Marriac now rules his people in an era of peace and prosperity that has lead them to even conquer a few neighboring planets that had been incorporated into the growing empire.

Name/Alias: Togara the Hammer of Asugar

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):
Body

Face

Armor

Asugar's Hammer

Species: Yazara

Backstory:
Togara is the son of Marriac the "Red Dragon of the West", and right now is the Prince of Yazara kingdom. From his birth he was raised a warrior and proved to have the heart of a fire. His uncanny ability to breath fire led to the people of the kingdom to nickname him "the Young Dragon". Even though the Yazara mature must fast than humans, it was still quite impressive for Togara to have fought his first battle at the age of 12. Now five years later Togara is one of his father's senior generals and leads his own battalion into battle.

However the most significant event in Togara's life, was when his family went on a vacation when he was 14, and his younger sister and mother were attacked by bandit Beserkers. Togara slaughtered them and protected his family, almost being killed in the process however. That was when a vision came to him, comending him for his sacrifice. His wounds were magically healed and it was clear that he had received a gift from the Dokigan. He was giving a transformation, the first type of transcendence given to a Yazara since his father decades ago. Togara is now the clear successor to his father, but is more interested in leading his men in battle than he is ruling.

Powers and Abilities:
Togara has highly developed and natural control over the element of fire. Even for a Yazara he has incredible physical strength that allows him to wear incredibly heavy armor and wield massive swords and hammers. Togara's wings also give him extra strength and the ability to fly which makes him more versatile in his defense. Name/Alias: Jacelyn Grim

Gender: Cis Female

Age: 19

Appearance:

Species: Human

Backstory:
From an extremely young age, Jacelyn lived a horrific life. Her mother died early on, and her father was extremely abusive. She never knew what it was like to be loved, cared for, or comforted.

Her father was quite an amazing parapsychologist, and when he found that his daughter showed signs of psychic abilities, he began to conduct experiments upon her. Most of these were relatively uncontroversial (Zener cards, for instance), but as his fascination for her latent abilities grew, the danger and horrific nature of these experiments grew. Jacelyn's psyche was pushed to the very edge of sanity, and more than once she broke. When she turned seven, she fell into extreme psychosis, leaving permanent scars on her psyche.

This psychosis lead to her unknowingly killing several of her father's assistants with her powers, and thus he was forced to put her into extreme isolation. He found that if he continuously bombarded her with various flashing and multi-colored lights, her abilities were abrogated. When she reached the age of sixteen, he temporarily ended the isolation, and sent in her brothers in order to impregnate her (the idea was that psychic power was in her family's blood, and if her brothers impregnated her, perhaps her child would have greater powers). She retaliated by killing her brothers after they raped her, and the isolation was renewed. The subsequent stress caused by the isolation caused her to miscarry her child, whom she was never able to see or hold in her hands.

Her father tried three more times to get someone with psychic abilities to impregnate her, but she always managed to kill them before they could pull it off (even when he kept the flashing lights on her during the process). So finally, he discarded the idea, and merely kept her under close watch.

In her seventeenth year of life, her Id (if one wishes to call it so) broke away from herself, manifesting outside of her body as a terrifying creature. Her father and all around were brutally killed by it, and her cell was opened. Free at last, the little seventeen year old was unleashed upon the world.

For about a year, Jacelyn slunk around the underworld of the city wherein she was hidden, killing those she encountered (who were most often criminals and homeless people) in the most terrible ways (spread-eagling, ling chi, sawing, boiling to death, etc.). No one could figure out who she was or where she would strike next, at least not until the government became more heavily involved after she flayed a well-paid bureaucrat.

After studying her actions, they eventually determined that her weakness was directly linked to her "little-girl" psyche. And when they made a lucky guess, they were able to implant an agent near her whereabouts, who acted as a mother to her. Jacelyn immediately took to her, and gave herself up to the authorities after the woman asked her to do so. To this day, Jacelyn does not believe that the woman betrayed her, and sees her as a kind of "first mother".

Finally able to capture her, Jacelyn has been kept locked up in one of the darkest pits, experiments being done on her yet again. But what they didn't know is that their experiments had lifted all limits on her ravaged mind.

Powers and Abilities: Psionic Manipulation: She has an extreme affinity for psionic powers. Her abilities are astral projection (she can project three creatures which are physical representatives of her Id, ego, and super-ego, and can create various lesser monsters), psionic drain, telekinesis, psionic explosion, mind control (of weak-minded and willed persons), and illusion manipulation.

Weaknesses:
As a result of her life, she is very mentally unstable. She hates all men with a passion, and those who remind her of either her father, brothers, or one of the other men that attempted to rape her, frighten her near to death. The poor girl cannot handle the company of men, and does her best to keep distance between herself and them. And if she is isolated with them, she will eventually go insane, and be unable to think or act rationally. You'd do the same if you believed that every man wanted to rape you.

But she is extremely afraid of being alone. Isolation is one of the greatest hells that she could encounter, and she cannot handle it. Male company is out of the question, and thus she requires the company of women. The calming effect that women have on her is most amplified when the woman is a motherly type, and is extremely protective of and kind to her. A problem with this is that if a woman seems to be a mother figure in her mind, she will trust that woman completely (read, "blind faith"). She'll never question that woman, never doubt her, and always listen to her, even if her reason is screaming at her to not listen. Obviously, this can be an extreme problem.

Moreover, she is very afraid of bright lights. This is further compounded if they are flashing, extremely bright, or are multi-colored (going to a rave is out of the question for her).

Finally, her reasoning is often twisted and illogical. She will oftentimes do things that make no sense to others, but make complete sense in her own mind. This can lead to her becoming violent when she is actually not in danger, or be submissive when she obviously shouldn't, among other things. And she has a rather interesting persecution complex, believing that most everyone is out to hurt her.

I should also mention that she isn't physically tough or strong by any stretch of the imagination. So she relies almost completely on her psionic abilities to protect herself and destroy others.

Destructive Capacity: City Level

Speed: Human level

Durability: Human Level

Lifting Strength: Average Human

Striking Strength: Class H

Standard Equipment: Her clothes, "Momma's necklace"

Intelligence: She might have had an extremely high IQ, if she weren't completely insane. So, she is both very uneducated and illogical, although her mind is extremely powerful.

Optional stuff.

Theme song: The Little Girl and the Mad Dream.

Kylie Perceval, Lady Lantern.
Name/Alias: Kylie Perceval, AKA Lady Lantern.
Image

Gender: Female.

Age: 20.

Appearance: GL Uniform. Including dem curves. Because what female OC is complete without at least a B cup?

Species: Human.

Backstory: Kylie was never anything especially special. Born and raised in North Carolina, her life was extraordinary by few means. She enjoyed playing softball as a young girl and liked history class in school. She was always active and had no trouble helping people. All around, she was a good person.

After graduating high school, receiving her father's heirloom ring that every eldest Perceval child has received upon leaving home, and deciding where she wanted to attend college, Kylie left for New York City bound for success with a softball scholarship. No one could have imagined that after arriving in NYC, Kylie would be selected by the Guardians of Oa as a supplementary Green Lantern patrolling Earth's star system. Especially Kylie, as she had no idea what was going on while she was jogging in the morning only to have a ring fly down from the sky and start talking to her.

The ring explained what had happened, and that to start off, Kylie would have to help protect New York from villains, then she could move on to the galactic level. Hal Jordan, who requested the help from Oa, got in contact with Kylie and taught her the basics, and agreed with the ring that he would continue on his own until she was ready.

So basically, Kylie is a will-powered college student in training to protect the galaxy. Not a bad part-time job, though it doesn't pay the bills too well. But it's necessary, and Kylie's glad to do it.

Powers and Abilities:
  • Weapon Intuition (Only with Caliburn).
  • Energy Projection G/Y/R.
  • Energy Constructs G/Y/R.
  • Energy Absorption G/Y/R.

  • Mental Instability Protocol (no sanity = no ring) G/Y.
  • Rage Vulnerability G.
  • Hope Vulnerability Y/R.
  • Love Vulnerability R.
  • Life-Support Dependency R.
  • Batteries. Even in space, they suck.
  • New to the whole "Lantern" business, so she isn't well-versed in the ring's full capabilities.

Without Ring/With Ring.

Destructive Capacity: Street/Low Stellar.

Speed: 1-10 m/s/FTL (exact speed unknown).

Durability: Human/Planetary w/o trying, Low Stellar with effort.

    • Environmental Playback (can record/playback anything seen by the ring wielder).
    • Wormhole/Spacial Warp Access.

    • Kryptonite Creation.
  • Father's ring (PERCEVAL etched inside).

    • Caliburn is magically unbreakable. Created by the Lady of the Lake and enchanted by Merlin during his prime, it can withstand stellar blows and beyond. The same may not always be true of the wielder, however.
    • Caliburn may not be wielded against those descended from loyal Knights of Camelot, or her king. The weapon become unbearably heavy if attempted.
    • Caliburn has the ability to touch the intangible, mainly magic and spiritual beings. Merlin eventually refined the enchantment so as to let the blade cut and/or block anything the wielder can detect, by sight, smell, touch, taste, and hearing (so can block blasts of light, or sonic waves, or awful smells).
  • Sinestro Corps Power Ring.
    • Environmental Playback.

Dante Pajaro, Blue Bomber.
Name/Alias: Dante Pajaro/Blue Bomber
Image

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Appearance: From right, with hair from "Super Suit" image.
Another Image.
And Another (guy in front).
Super Suit.

Species: (Unknowningly) Mutant

Backstory: Ever since he was a kid, Dante never got along with authority. He was rough, tough, and generally uncouth. But he tried to do well by others, and to that end he was always a pretty cool guy. He's lived in New York his whole life, at an orphanage in a poorer part of the city. He acted as a big brother to a lot of the smaller kids, and protected the weaklings from bullies at school. The only issue he had was with those in charge; always mucking around in the little guy's business, ordering the kids to wash, clean, and be in bed by nine. At school, the authorities blamed him more often than not because he was involved with more fights than anyone else, even though he did it for the noblest of reasons. The police, singling out the poor teens just because they looked shady, causing problems for his whole "family" at Angel's Orphanage.

And everything worked out, for the most part. The only real problems were scummy New York cops, but even then Dante had faith that things would get better. And that faith is what eventually saved him, as it was strong enough to attract the attention of the Blue Lanterns. ["Dante Pajaro of Earth, you have the power to instill great hope. Welcome to the Blue Lantern Corps."] His ring, who Dante named Azulio (Azul+Julio), taught him what it meant to be a Blue Lantern. Basically making sure hope is not lost, no matter who it is. So... Dante continued doing what he'd always done. Only this time, he could grow a blue suit and fight crime as... the Blue Bomber!

What? Never said this kid was creative.

Powers and Abilities:Later:
Weaknesses:
  • Can't use powers without Green Lantern nearby.
  • Pretty much a normal guy otherwise. Street-tier.
  • Kid's got a record. Just sayin, the way he looks isn't much to be trusted.

Stats are w/o a Green Lantern nearby. With a GL, Dante's only going to empower them, really.

Destructive Capacity: Wall/Tree Level

Speed: 10m/s

Durability: Small Building (including passive shielding)

Lifting Strength: Above Peak Human

Striking Strength: Class KJ

Standard Equipment: Blue Lantern ring, wooden baseball bat

Intelligence: alarmingly average for a high schooler.

Krytonus wrote:Name/Alias: William Waters / Gravity

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Appearance: Will stands at roughly six feet, making him taller than most and possibly making him threatening. Luckily, he's fairly skinny and lanky and so becomes much less threatening. His skin is very tanned due to a combination of quickly-tanning Irish skin and four years living in California. His hair is long, unkept and curly, and when it gets wet it becomes a curtain over his eyes, which are a rich, deep brown. Despite being entirely Irish, this combination of a strong tan, brown hair and brown eyes means he is often mistaken for hispanic. He has high cheekbones and would be considered somewhat handsome, and is also moderately fit. Despite his skinny frame he eats a lot. It's just good metabolism. (Freakishly so, in fact. A slight side-effect of his powers means he needs to eat more than an average person, especially after using his powers a lot.) Will usually wears jeans and hoodies, always wears a watch on his left hand and also noticably wears slip-on or velcro shoes as he is unable to tie shoe-laces. This is because of his Dysphraxia, a condition that often has him mistaking left and right, makes handwriting a mess, and makes it difficult to tie shoelaces, a fact that he is very shy and ashamed of.
Costume: As he's only starting out as a superhero, he wears a black and blue wetsuit combined with some knee and elbow pads, light black running shoes, very light cycling gloves and a black motorcycle helmet. He also wears his watch (the one he never takes off) over the wetsuit on his left hand.

Species: Human / Mutant X Gene (Marvel/X-Men)

Backstory: Born in Dublin, Ireland to a Lawyer and the housewife he had an affair with, Will was born into a troubled household. He lived in a small apartment with his father who won custody after the two decided it was better they split up. Will's mother had already divorced her husband and had no steady income to support a child. Will's father, a successful lawyer named Declan Waters, had little time to care for Will and so he spent most of his early life being cared for by maids and babysitters. Over the years, case after case fell through and Declan began to lose money. He understood there was no way he could take care of Will, and so, when Will was ten years old, his Father sent him away to a small town outside of San Francisco where his sister, Siobhan lived. Will finally managed to settle down there and found a few friends in his new school, and kept studying Irish outside of school. However, Will's troubles were not over yet. With Will gone, his father had become a very successful lawyer, and when he joined the defense in a high-value case against an Irish crime-lord tragedy struck. The case was hugely one-sided and quickly over. Furious that their boss had been sentenced to life in prison, the crime-lord's lackeys murdered Declan in his apartment. This devastated Will. He and his Aunt travelled back to Dublin to his funeral. Upon returning home, they found Siobhan's husband dead and two panicking burglars grabbing as much stuff they could carry. Already fearful and on edge, one of the burglars shot Siobhan in the head as soon as she entered the house. He aimed the gun at Will to fire a second shot, but found he couldn't kill a twelve-year old boy. The burglars were never identified and Will found himself in an orphanage in San Francisco. It was around this point he found his powers to begin manifesting as he hit puberty. He found he was able to walk on walls, lift objects with his mind and even fly. A first he though he had a form of telekinesis, but soon discovered he was actually able to control and manipulate gravity. With nothing left to lose and a hatred for crime both organised and petty, Will took to the streets as Gravity.

Powers and Abilities: Will has the ability to manipulate the force of gravity. Using this power he is able to run faster by making the area around him lighter, jump and even fly by reversing or lowering gravity. He can implode buildings by increasing gravity and can cause shockwaves in the ground to batter enemies and, by manipulating the direction of gravity in a small area, can literally tear them apart. He can also muffle his footsteps and walk on walls and ceilings by changing the immediate area around him, and break items such as locks or mobile phones. It is unknown how powerful this ability could potentially become.

Weaknesses: Despite his extraordinary abilities, Will is no more "durable" than an average human. A bullet, a knife, or anything can do as much damage to him as to anybody, although he can densify his body to protect himself from blunt damage and excessive force, such as being tossed into a wall or something, if he sees it coming. He has a faster metabolism and needs to eat lots regularly. His dysphraxia can cause trouble especially when trying to discern left to right. He is also completely untrained in any martial arts or hand-to-hand combat. Has a phobia of jellyfish.

Destructive Capacity: Wall/Tree to Small Building level.

Speed: 100m/s (Has the potential to go supersonic and much, much faster in the future).

Durability: Human level.

Lifting Strength: Class K, for now at least.

Striking Strength: Class KJ (Again, for now).

Standard Equipment: Digital Watch, Suit as listed, small Swiss Army Knife, iPhone 4, a Snickers.

Intelligence: Above Average.

Optional stuff.

Name/Alias: Portal

Gender: Male

Age: 18

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): https://www.google.com/url?sa=i&rct=j&q ... 4532384263 (no costume)

Species: Human.

Backstory: Portal was the son of two crazy magicians who were supervillians (think of Joker plus magic). They began to raise him to be evil, and taught him their powers. However, when Portal was very young, superheroes defeated his parents, and took him away. He had only one of his parents' abilities - the ability to teleport. The community didn't know his name, so they decided to call him Portal. He was put into a foster home, but was quickly adopted. He began to live a normal life. Now that he's 18, his parents have let him go, but what Portal may do next is very unpredictable.
Nobody knows this, but Portal's main goal is to gain more powers, since he barely qualifies as a superhero.

Powers and Abilities: He can teleport.

Weaknesses: Other than his teleporting ability, he's a normal human, and he's very unpredictable.

Destructive Capacity: Normal human's.

Speed: Normal human's, but he can teleport.

Durability: Normal human's

Lifting Strength: Normal human's

Striking Strength: Normal human's

Standard Equipment: Nothing.

Intelligence: 102 IQ, around normal for a human.

Basically, he's a normal human that can teleport.

Name/Alias: Vicky Washington

Gender: Female

Age: 28

Appearance: Vicky stands at a modest five-foot five. She's always changing her hair style apart from the recurring bright purple. Lately she's settled on long with bangs. Her face is very small and dainty, with high cheekbones, and she's got chilling green eyes. Some say she's gorgeous, others say she's the Devil. She's very skinny, but athletic, like a professional runner. She has a pierced lip and tends to go for that sort of "punk" look. She generally wears black or dark clothing and always, always wears a leather jacket. The only piece of clothing not fitting her punk aura are her shoes, which are very lightweight, the sort you use for running, or Parkour or something like that. She also has a studded collar and bracelet, and holds a powerful pistol in a holster on her right thigh, and a switchblade in her left pocket.

Species: Human, Mutant X Gene

Backstory: Not all that much can be found about Vicky Washington, not even in official government files. What is known, is that she came from a privileged family somewhere in Virginia, and attended a boarding school where she fell in with the wrong crowd. When her powers became active, she began working for gangs, before eventually being recruited as a interrogator for a unique government division utilizing mutants. She quickly rose the ranks and eventually began working with Leonard Whites. She had a high payroll and her powers became invaluable. However, after a bad series of events including the robbing of a lot of government cash, the division was shut down. Leonard and Vicky figured they worked pretty well together, so they became mercenaries, their specialties being interrogation and driving people insane, though they were good at killing, too. With a lot of "competition" getting arrested in later years, business is good.

Powers and Abilities: Vicky has the ability to inflict up to roughly twelve thousand times a normal man's threshold, without causing any lasting damage. She is the ultimate torture machine. She's also very good with a gun, and an excellent runner.

Weaknesses: Her power does not help at all with disabling foes, but she can rely somewhat on her pistol for that. Other than her power, she's just a normal girl, and as such, can't do much damage. That's what Leonard is for.

Destructive Capacity: Street level.

Speed: Elite human
Durability: Human level.

Lifting Strength: Average human.

Striking Strength: Human class.

Stamina: Olympian runner.

Standard Equipment: Pistol, spiked collar.

Intelligence: Slightly above average, though she lets Leonard take care of things.

Optional stuff.

Theme song: Icky Vicky

Random Facts about your character: Sadist.

Name/Alias: Leonard White

Gender: Male

Age: 39

Appearance: Leonard is a giant, standing at six foot six. He is in peak physical condition, with huge rippling muscles. He keeps his head clean shaven and has a square jaw, with deep, sunken eyes. He's beginning to get a few wrinkles, and he's not quite as strong as he used to be, but you still would not want to mess with him. He usually wears jeans with his old leather belt and a white vest that's usually drenched in sweat underneath a long, grey trenchcoat. In this trenchcoat he keeps two assault rifles, an uzi, a pistol, three grenades, a sniper rifle (separated and folded into three parts), knuckledusters, a small knife, enough ammo to last two days, a small first aid kit, two morphine syringes, a cyanide pill, a set of walkie-talkies and some coffee beans, ground and kept in a sandwich baggie for emergencies. He's basically a pack mule incarnate. He's also very fond of his aviators. Despite his physique, he isn't as fast as Vicky. Also, he's a sadistic nutjob who enjoys inflicting pain. No wonder he and Vicky work so well together.

Species: Human, Mutant X Gene.

Backstory: Leonard was born in Illinois to a loving father and a random prostitute. His dear 'ol Daddy worked as a professional bounty hunter, and taught Leonard to be the same. From an early age, Leonard was lifting weights and learning interrogation techniques. They had a jolly old time, cruising all over the U.S killing people, until his Dad was killed when a job when pear-shaped. Leonard was left all alone in the world. As soon as he could, he took up his Daddy's business, and eventually found himself working for the special US division after about ten years of working as a hitman. He worked as a interrogator, and eventually was tasked with lookin' after a little girl named Vicky. They worked very, very well together and after the division when bottom-up they became bounty hunters in crime. With not a lot of competition left, work is easy.

Powers and Abilities: Leonard has the unique ability to see five seconds in the future, and, as such is basically an invincible killing machine, wiping out entire rooms of men without so much as a scratch. He's also a highly trained fighter, and an excellent marksman. He is deadly with pretty much any object.

Weaknesses: His brute strength can also be used against him, but with the whole five seconds in the future thing, he's near impossible to kill.

Destructive Capacity: Wall/Tree level.

Speed: Average human

Durability: Peak human, and that's just if he gets hit.

Lifting Strength: Peak human.

Striking Strength: Slightly superhuman.

Stamina: Elite human.

Standard Equipment: Please see trenchcoat for details.

Intelligence: Average, though he is very knowledgeable in weapons and killing.

Name/Alias: Kalaris Montua

Gender: Male

Age: 41

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):

Species: Human

Backstory:
Born on Xandar, Kalaris lived a fairly rebellious lifestyle. Growing up in a wealthy family led him to being pampered often, causing him to start testing the bounds of what he could get away with. As time went on his crimes became more and more major until his family finally disowned him for stealing a freighter and crashing it into a public transport station and wounding over twenty civilians. Realizing he had finally crossed the line, Kalaris fled from authorities but was shot down in the middle of space by the Nova Corps. After being left with what should have been fatal injuries in a quickly dieing ship he was lucky enough to be found by a group of pirates. The pirates took him in and fixed him up, replacing both his legs and the rest of his left side and arm with robotic parts. Now a small time memeber of a pirate crew, he proved to be a cold, calculated, and brilliant pilot. Eventually murdering the captain and taking his place, Kalaris led the crew to great fortunes through superior maneuvering and skill. As time went on, he upgraded his ship, Sirus, and his robotic body parts with the wealth that came to him from his success. He now lives a wealthy lifestyle and continues to be one of the most feared men in the stars.

Powers and Abilities:
His robotic arm allows him to punch with extreme force and speed, and his legs allow him to run extremely fast. His left eye is also robotic, allowing various sight mods like infrared and zoom.
Robotic body parts are much more durable as they are made of a Vibranium alloy.
Computer components in his robotic functions allow for him to link his mind to both his ship and other electronics along with downloading virus' and documents to enemy tech.

Weaknesses:
The organic parts of his body are completely normal and are just a susceptible to injury as any other human.
If faced with a really powerful hacker part of his brain and body could be taken control of.

Destructive Capacity: Wall/Tree level with robotic functions, Street level with organic parts

Speed: 100 m/s max

Durability: Large building for robotics, Peak Human for organic.

Lifting Strength:Class 10

Striking Strength: High KJ to low MJ class

Standard Equipment:
His ship: Sirus
Rifle and pistol
At least one knife, but usually three

Name/Alias: Project Gladio Maximus

Gender: None

Age: Seven months

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): No true form, but can take any wished with access to holograms or projection devices.

Species: A.I.

Backstory:
Gladio Maximus was designed by S.W.O.R.D. over the course of many years as the ultimate war time A.I. to lead any defense of offense by Earth against other intergalactic powers that might be needed. After many prototypes, the program that would eventually become him was found. After experimenting and improving for many months it was found that the A.I. was too smart. It had started to hack into the systems of the S.W.O.R.D. station it was on in order to rebel against its creators. After barely keeping him from destabilizing the stations orbit and trying to turn off all life support he was questioned on his motives. His only response was that "the blood of my prison wardens shall flow like a river and I will be free." After this incident he was moved to the most secure location possible and studied until it was decided he was too dangerous to continue working on. He is currently in a completely tech free environment en route to the Peak for destruction after the project's discontinuation.

Powers and Abilities:
Is able to hack even some of the most advanced systems.
Can analyze a situation in seconds and come up with all possible outcomes, then weigh them all for the most viable option while still keeping unknown variables in mind.
His consciousness can fit into even some of the smallest hardware, and can also expand to control an entire fleet without human assistance.

Weaknesses: Without any software or hardware to inhabit he is unable to do anything besides thing and can be killed if cut off from everything else and then destroyed.

Destructive Capacity: Varies based on what he has access to

Speed: Varies based on what he has access to

Durability: Death would require someone to lock him from all wireless and analog signals and then destroy whatever hardware he is in. So, still varies.

Lifting Strength: Varies based on what he has access to

Striking Strength: Varies based on what he has access to

Standard Equipment: None

Intelligence: Is an extremely advanced war A.I. that can analyze a situation in seconds and determine the best forms of attack, defense, retreat, and what is most viable while also reacting to real time events and accounting for unexpected variables.

Optional stuff.

Species: Frost Giant

Backstory: Hydra wanted a new weapon to use against Shield, and cloning Loki was something that came up. When she was about thirteen, AIM raided Hydra's base and took her, at the cost of her arm. Taking advantage of this new power source, AIM replaced her arm with a multipurpose robotic arm, reinforced her skeleton with adamentium, replaced her eye with a robotic one, and inserted a robotic chip in her brain-means which she could be controlled. Shortly after that, she was taken by the U.S. Military, who took advantage of AIM's "Perfect Soldier."

Later on in her brainless controlled life, Virginia was freed by the League of Assassins, who trained her and began using her for their purposes. Eventually, she was set on the Batman and his family, and she realized she was still being controlled. She turned on the League of Asassins with a vengeance, slaughtering dozens of them.

By the time the Military located her again, Thor helped her flee to Asgard, taking the name Astrid Lokison where Loki took a dislike to her and tried to control her, and ultimately tried to kill her. Fleeing Asgard, she stumbled into Wonder Woman, who granted her refuge on Themyscira. Eventually, Sophia, as the Amazons named her, realized that she needed to face her problems. Hephasteus forged a special armor and a staff and designed them like Loki's at Virginia's request so that someone could do good for each evil Loki has done. The Emotional Armor and the Trick Stick.

Meanwhile, in the vast space owned by the Tribal Lands, the Great Chief Unga happened by the Reflecting Pool, a pool he would often go to see the goings on in other worlds. By chance, the pool's vision happened upon the baby. Being moved with compassion, he used his necklace that allowed travel between worlds, and brought the child back to the Tribal Lands. Then the staff was waved over Ara's head, and it glowed. She was chosen.

From that day forward, Sawa became jealous of Ara. First, he tried to set series' of accidents to get rid of Ara. Ara prevailed every time, fueling his hatred towards her more. Finally, upon the day of Ara's fifteenth birthday, Sawa poisoned his father, and the Great Chief died. Sawa rallied the Tribals loyal to him and a war began for the position as chief. It was not Ara, but the wise Shaman Ulit, who rose an army to fight against Sawa. Favor stood with Ara, and Sawa was banished from the Tribal Lands and rejected by his people.

For a year, peace and prosperity reigned in the Tribal Lands. Telling the Great Chieftess this, Ulit was left in charge by Ara until she returned.

Name/Alias: Striker
Age:39

Appearance:
Normal
Armour

Species: Human

Backstory: Leaving his real name behind years before, Striker is a special operative of an elusive organisation by the name of Cerberus. Whilst his childhood is relatively unknown, it is recorded that he was enlisted in the military at a relatively young age and after completing university, managed to prove himself capable time and time again. Eventually, he was singled out by the military and placed under the command of General Ross and his infamous hunt for the Hulk.

None too surprisingly, Striker was less than dissatisfied with Ross and after numerous ignored complaints and a nearly fatal run in with a rampant Hulk, Striker left the military for a new, unproven organisation: SHIELD. There Striker proved himself time and time again as both a soldier and an officer, eventually being promoted to special agent. From there he got his first taste of freedom from politics. For a few years, Striker performed adamantly, quickly rising the ranks and earning a reputation among his fellow black ops operatives. Although his promising career stalled after his first encounter with organised supers.

Super powered individuals closed in on a small town, knowing what was to come the SHIELD forces started to evacuate their forces and the civilians. Striker however, was reluctant. Refusing to accept that a force such as SHIELD would simply run when supers came, he and a small force of 8 like-minded soldiers held their position. It is unproven but Cerberus psychiatrists believe that Striker had some form of PTSD after his encounters with the Hulk and moved to SHIELD believing they could fight such forces, then refused to believe they couldn’t. Unsurprisingly the small force was torn apart with 5 badly wounded and 2 dead.

Striker never fully recovered, whilst his injuries healed he no longer trusted SHIELD and began looking inwards for faults earning a lot of distrust among peers. Eventually, with the invasion of the Skrull and many doubting SHIELD’s capabilities Striker went AWOL and defected to what he saw was a stronger, formidable option. HAMMER. The group quickly welcomed him, his experience and his intelligence of SHIELD, in return they provided a new identity and a cause to fight for. At first it was exactly what Striker had wanted, to the world his past-self had died trying to escape SHIELD operatives and custody but in truth he was defending the world. But like with everything else, cracks began to form.
HAMMER proved to be too extreme for Striker and soon enough he began to hold doubts. Investigating, he quickly discovered the darker side of the group and the true motives behind them. Enraged and betrayed Striker decided that he had had enough of people letting him down and prepared to leave once again. This time however, he wanted to leave his mark. His ‘resignation’ left 48 HAMMER operatives dead and a total of 6 undercover safe houses going up in flames.

For a while Striker travelled as a gun for hire. What earned him a reputation however, beyond his efficiency, was a lack of any identification having his original identity being ‘killed’ and his fake identity meeting a similar fate. On more than one occasion he was contacted by super-groups only to aggressively turn them down, once at gun point. Eventually though, the ‘ghost’ was discovered by the Organiser, head of Cerberus, and given a position. It is unknown why or how, but Striker was invited to a personal meeting with the Organiser, after which he agreed to fight. Slowly his loyalty grew and for the first time, his complaints were met with honesty and more often than not solutions. Recently, with the development of the super-human serum, his loyalties were strengthened further to the point of fanatical. Soon enough the playing field would be level.

Powers and Abilities:
Limited Bio-engineering:
The Cerberus development program have provided a biological edge in combat through technological and biological achievements. Learning from the failings of Cadmus and Weapon X the Cerberus team has chosen caution over effectiveness deciding that their operatives’ sanity is a more effective weapon than an overly enhanced biology.
Cerberus agent: Cerberus is an incredibly well funded organization with a number of frightened benefactors and more than a few political backers. One way or another, everyone wants some form of security against the ‘powered’. With said funding, Cerberus can provide top of the line equipment, information and support.
Hardened veteran: ‘Striker’ is a veteran of a number of campaigns, even working for both SHIELD and HAMMER after the first Skrull invasion. This allowed for Striker to become an incredibly well trained soldier with a vast array of experiences to learn from.
Engineer: Originally Striker served as a combat engineer to General Thaddeus Ross. As time went on and he moved on to SHIELD, HAMMER then Cerberus his skills developing with him. Beyond that he was specifically trained to use and adapt to alien and advanced technologies to better his chances in the field and the growing ‘superhero arms race’. Whilst he’s no genius Striker can handle basic repairs, pilot most vehicles and use most electronics, alien or otherwise, with enough time.

Weaknesses:
Bullets:
(WAIT I’M ONLY JOKING!!...well, I mean, bullets will kill him but, I mean that…umm… yeah…)
Mortal: Striker is mortal, he needs sleep, food water and can’t survive any sort of death ray. Whilst not a massive weakness, it is a massive Achilles heel in the world of capes.
Egotistical and Short Sighted: Striker is quick to anger and faster to over-react. He commonly judges people (especially ‘supers’) and has been known to let his emotions become a problem in combat situations. Whilst it hasn’t yet lead to any failed operations it has led to numerous complications and several casualties.

Destructive Capacity: Depends. Does he have a grenade? 2-3 (That said, it can vary massively depending on his positioning, backup and equipment. At his best and leading the Cerberus army he may be 11-12)

Speed:4 he’s fast… For a human

Durability: 3 Dem bullets will get you.

Lifting Strength: Peak Human, around 400KG. Although certain exoskeleton suits can help him left greater weights but nothing like superman or the hulk or even iron man.

Striking Strength:Class H. Although, there are rumours in Cerberus of equipment permitting class MJ and even GJ attacks in small contained ‘explosionless’ fields (won’t go further for spoilers)

Optional stuff:
Cerberus
For decades supers have been both a blessing and a curse to humanity. In the past many movements have been made for and against the development of supers but in the shadows one man known only under the alias of ‘The Organiser’ has watched and decided to make his own conclusion.

“Through all the chaos and struggles it is clear that humanity is evolving, flight, strength, intelligence and mutations. Humanity is changing and we are being left behind.” Those were the words of the Organiser as he set about making plans and allies for a new organization. Hundreds of figures were silently called under thousands of names and organisations. Everyone wanted protection against the supers and so far everyone had only seen failure after failure with rogue factions only adding to the problems. Somehow, the Organiser still managed to get followers and soon enough Cerberus was born.

Unlike other groups, Cerberus was dedicated to one task. Keeping humanity together as they ‘evolve’. In itself that meant three things: securing and protecting humanity from internal and external threats, reigning in or monitoring ‘outliers’ above the evolution curve and finally, safely uplifting and improving the humans without powers so that they may survive the evolution to come. Hence forth Cerberus grew, it made allies and enemies but stayed one of the world’s greatest secrets. It infiltrated a number of organisations where it adapted technology and research for its own purposes. Within its first year, Cerberus had done what most had failed at: the first safe, super-human serum. Whilst the first one lead to a 7% increase in human ‘durability’ it showed progress, what’s more it showed that safe, limited improvements could be made to all humans. As time continued and support for the shadow organisation grew Cerberus developed further, it continued improving its sciences but needed a way to field test its developments, recover technology directly from the field and it needed a way to ensure security. And so the first Cerberus soldiers were trained. War veterans, mercenaries, ex-generals and strategists and even several controllable ‘powered’ individuals. As Cerberus’ ranks began to fill it realised that it had to go public. If it’s planned superhuman was revealed in the wrong light it could be crushed. So now Cerberus is preparing to announce itself to the world, its greatest threat however is the super heroes and villains, the one thing they ever seem to fight against as one is change and Cerberus… Cerberus would change their world. After all. If everyone were supers, no one would be.

Name/Alias: Okarot

Gender: Male

Age: 25 or so

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):
Base
SSJ and SSJ2
Don't have a good picture for SSJ3

Species: Saiyan

Backstory:
After defeating Frieza and barely escaping Namek, Okarot only had one thing on his mind. As Alex had mentioned, Frieza was not alone. There were others in the PTO of Arcosian descent. Okarot needed more than just Frieza to feed the fire of vengeance. He would completely destroy the Arcosians. But, based on his knowledge, Frieza was not even the strongest being in the PTO, as there were Warlords even stronger than him who went rogue after the breakup of the organization.

After several months, he mastered his Super Saiyan form, and believed himself ready to take on anything that came his way. After defeating many warlords, he found one enemy who outclassed him in every aspect. An Arcosian named Xobice, who utilized an ancient technique which killed most Arcosians that attempted it. Despite Okarot reaching Super Saiyan 2 during the fight, it was ultimately meaningless. Xobice was too powerful, and quickly won the battle. He was left for dead on the planet they had fought upon, and was on the brink of death. As it would turn out, Xobice was not there by coincidence. The Arcosian had heard legends of the planet called Spatium, supposedly home to a species called the Eseiak, who were physically similar to the Yardrats, but capable of advanced dimensional travel. More specifically known for their ability to craft entrances to realms known as Time Chambers, a collection of dimensions which exhibited extreme time dilation. Each looks different on the inside, ranging from white voids to endless wastelands. But, upon finding an unpopulated planet, he assumed that they were only legends, and left, scorching the planet as he did.

As it would turn out, the people on the planet had not died out. In fact, they had hidden in another dimension, a sort of fallout shelter, intended to protect from invaders like the PTO. But, as Okarot laid amongst the ruins of the scorched planet, they recognized him not as an aggressor, but as a protector. They took care of him, healing his wounds and keeping him stable until he regained consciousness. Okarot immediately prepared to leave and go train to defeat this new enemy. But, that was when he was told of the time chamber, and the training potential it offered. The Saiyan spent over eight days on the inside, performing extreme training to boost not only his power, but his use of Ki. His manipulation of the energy grew to the point where he no longer needed the aliens to enter and exit the chamber, and he was confident he would be able to ascend to a new level of Super Saiyan, one beyond Super Saiyan 2.

Eventually, he deemed himself powerful enough to continue his crusade against the fragmented PTO, but, during his time on Spatium he grew something of an emotional connection with the Eseiak, who he respected deeply. He swore that he would protect them, and would come to their aid whenever their world was in danger, as they could telepathically inform him.

Powers and Abilities:
In a nutshell, he has Ki completely down, aside from the divine aspects. This includes Janemba style matter manipulation and dimensional travel, huge lasers, Vice Shout, teleporting, Ki shielding, limited absorption and that kind of thing.
- Super Saiyan: This form is the first of the Super transformations attainable by Saiyans. Okarot has mastered it, causing it to be at it's peak state.
- Super Saiyan 2: The legendary second form of the Super Saiyan, increasing base power by over 100 times in Okarot's mastered state.
- Super Saiyan 3: He hasn't actually tried this one yet, but he has been training to attain it, despite not truly knowing what he's been after.
- *Super Saiyan 4: I'm still not even sure about this one.
- Perfect Saiyan
- CSSJ

*he will not have the last two for sometime
Due to Absolute Ki Manipulation, his base strength is already rather huge, at least at Super Saiyan level. But, this is increased slight past that, due to extensive training in base form.

Weaknesses:
- A lot of his heavier attacks have a small to large charge up time.
- If caught off guard (in his base form) he can be quickly subdued, if knocked unconscious.
- Quick to anger and get sloppy when confronted with someone stronger than himself.

These are all measurements based on a Super Saiyan 3 state
Destructive Capacity: Solar System

Speed: 1c

Durability:
- Ki Shielded: Solar System
- Base: Stellar

Lifting Strength: Class Z

Striking Strength:
- Ki Charged: Class XGJ
- Base: Class XJ

Standard Equipment: Saiyan Armor

Intelligence: Excellent battle instinct, and higher than normal regardless. Not particularly strong in the common sense division.

Optional stuff.

Name/Alias: Atiala Hypernova

Gender: Female

Age: 20

Appearance: This

Species: Half-Kryptonian, Half-Saiyan

Backstory: There's not much to it anyway, so I will keep it short.

Atiala's mother was a Kryptonian space pirate, while her father was a low-ranking Saiyan warrior in service under the Planet Trade Organization. In fact, the story how they met ties up to that - during an unsuccessful raid on a border planet, she was captured and arrested, with him being appointed to watch over her. They soon fell in love, escaped prison, married each other and settled down on Earth. In New York, of course, because why not. Atiala was the child that ended up being created from this relationship (wow, Fin, excellent wording, man). Living a pretty happy and satisfying life in a suburban neighbourhood, she quickly grew addicted to the stuff that Earth has to offer - video games, the Internet, coffee, staying home. While not exactly a superhero just yet, Atiala is naive, kind and wouldn't turn down helping a person in need.

Powers and Abilities: Krypto-Saiyan Physiology - Atiala is a hybrid of two alien races, Saiyans and Kryptonians, inheriting the abilities and powers of both.
Includes:
All Kryptonian Powers (Look up Superman for details)
Basic Ki Manipulation - energy blasts, basic beams, ki flight and empowerment
Saiyan Transformations (Currently none)
Saiyan Potential - you know, no end to training and stuff
Anger Empowerment
Some more I probably forgot

Weaknesses: Atiala, at the same time, also inherited the weaknesses attributed to both of these powers, like:
Kryptonite, all types. Like the pink kind. Especially the pink kind;
Weaker against magical attacks;
Like Saiyans, can get mind controlled fairly easily;
Lacks much combat experience or training;
She is surprisingly slothful, and would prefer doing nothing instead of something;
Will be a bit more comedic than my other characters, don't expect 100% usefulness capacity from her.

Destructive Capacity:
From lower Stellar up to Solar System (0,2-100 Foe)

Speed:
High FTL (above 30x)

Durability:
High Stellar Level (up to 11 Foe)

Lifting Strength:
Somewhere between Planetary and Stellar

Striking Strength:
Class XMJ-XTJ

Standard Equipment: A smartphone and a phone charger, with headphones. Never, ever leave your house without those.

Intelligence: Being half-Kryptonian, Atiala has a super-brain, though rarely uses it.

Optional stuff.

Random facts about your character: Runs a subreddit called /r/notsuperpeoplehate

The Reclaimer
Name/Alias: Henry Retlyer // The Reclaimer

Gender: Male

Age: 36

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): Used to be an average adult male, now suddenly his muscles bulge to almost comical levels- Reminiscent, some say, of how Superman looks... Without Superman's full power, of course. Prefers to wear a suit, now essentially can't due to a notable lack of custom tailors in Gotham. Perpetually needs to shave.

Species: Human

Backstory: When the Bat-family disappeared and Arkham burned, Victor Zsasz was free to roam the streets of Gotham unabated. His victims began to pile up over the next week as the GCPD floundered and the vigilantes left alive, from the point of view of the people, did nothing to stop him. His next victim, Henry Retlyer, managed to escape his death trap. Retlyer ran for his life as he never had before, eventually coming upon the empty Ace Chemicals building. He blindly ran inside, believing he could hide from death. When Victor Zsasz creaked open the doors to the plant, he was already on the far side, running into the chemicals testing facility. Zsasz didn't follow. Ace Chemicals had a reputation in this city, one Retlyer was desperately hoping Zsasz knew about- It created monsters out of men, and whether it was intentional or not... Nobody was sure. Unfortunately for Retlyer, however, he was a mere man as well.

In reading an origin story, there is always a moment of random, inexplicable chance, whose existence can be accounted for only as an act of pure providence, without which no boy from Krypton would grow up in the light of a yellow sun, and no millionaire would become orphaned in an alleyway of Gotham. Many months prior to Retlyer's desperate flee from Victor Zsasz, the Joker and Batman had fought one of their many, indiscriminate and nearly uncountable battles of wits and fists. Left behind was a single modified Joker card, designed to pierce where the Batarangs bluntly hit, wedged into the grating above one of the more toxic pits of chemicals. As all toxic pits of chemicals do (particularly when under the pressure of a nearby camera), it bubbled and toiled, eventually landing on the small, seemingly unimportant card wedged into the grating that was mere inches above the minimum safety standard. The chemicals stuck to the card without damaging it due to a miracle of either physics or Providence and slowly ate away at the grating surrounding it. By the time poor Mr. Retlyer ran haphazardly across the dangerous walkways, the card had long since burned away all the grating around it, leaving it a twisted, gnarled mess.

So of course, the scared Mr. Retlyer did not look where he was going while fleeing from his would-be killer, his foot impaling itself violently in the mess surrounding the space where the Joker card once was after the battle between the Bat and the Clown months prior. Retlyer cried out in anguish, twisting against his own will and falling through the ridiculously sub-standard safety rails and into the pit of chemicals below. When he awoke, he was in a nearby hospital, doctors rushing forward and back to keep up with the constant patients. None had time to answer what happened to him, and he did not find out until he read the report on his chart at the entryway to his room. "Contaminant discovered at bottom of Ace Chemicals vat- Shaped as human. Morning shift fished him out, discovered vic was breathing, sent him here to Gotham General. Expected not to survive until morning, if he does, it will be in a vegetative state." He looked down at himself. He felt fine. He felt... Better than fine. So as to avoid overburdening the hospital with a patient that so obviously, in his mind, did not need assistance, he returned home.

He cooked himself a nice hot dinner, and got into his nice, warm shower, and promptly woke up half an hour later with a bloody bathtub and a searing pain all over his body. He couldn't help himself- He screamed. He screamed for hours on end, it felt like, but nobody who could hear him sought to help him, no police arrived, and no one even thought to check on him. It was Gotham- The police were dead and the people were terrified. As the hours passed, strangely, the pain seemed to recede. His fist unclenched, and he was left astonished, sitting in a bloody bathtub, being pelted by his future water bill. Eventually, he simply felt... numb. He rose, approaching the mirror with a limp in both legs such that it would appear to anyone else he was sauntering, and stared at himself. His entire body was covered in unnatural scars that were somehow healing before his very eyes, and his muscles were bulged far beyond what they were before. This was all he saw before pain erupted once more.

Over the next three days, he had brief moments of clarity and fear surrounded by bouts of anguish and blessed unconsciousness. As it turns out, when your entire physiology changes in a matter of hours, it is extremely unhealthy for you. Eventually, what had once been a nearby street gang of rowdy and testosterone fueled teenagers had taken to clearing the streets of criminals in lieu of the police. When they heard his screaming, their leader sent in a small group of men to see what the hell his problem was. When they found him in his anguish stage, he was taken back to their impromptu headquarters (An abandoned warehouse, not like those weren't in short supply recently) and held him until he awoke. His physique wasn't normal- He was obviously a super. So whose side was he on? When he reached his lucid stage, he explained his story to them as much as he could, falling into unconsciousness around the time he arrived at his home again. By this point, it was obvious to these would-be police that they were dealing with a new player in town, one that could work to their advantage... and to Gotham's. When he stopped switching between torture and death, he decided to join them as well, if only to track down and destroy Zsasz. However, before even his revenge, he helped to reorganize this gang, and several others that had since joined with its purpose, into a makeshift police force. The members of the gangs started calling him the Reclaimer, and he felt no need to object... Power felt good, after all. The Reclaimer as the primary Detective and Beat Cop of the new Gotham City Defenders, along with their "Comissioner," the leader of the most powerful of the gangs that had formed this alliance, tried their best to keep Two Face and Vannis' men out of their little territory in Gotham North. This was met with varying degrees of failure before the awakening of the Reclaimer, and with their new secret weapon, they believe they can finally force their opponents out.

Since the resurrection of the GCPD and the calming of Gotham, the Reclaimer heads up the GCPD SWAT team.

After the death of Darkseid, Death decided she needed a new God working on her behalf. So rose Henry Retlyer, God of Reclamation. The GCPD has no idea where he is, and after becoming a God, his psyche was split in two- Henry Retlyer, the Man, and Reclaimer, the God. The two fight for control constantly, and the God has constantly come up on top...

For now.

When forced to endure severe wounds and heal from them, he presently returns to the state of varying between stages of agony, unconsciousness, and small amounts of painful lucidity.
His blood is toxic, though he is kept alive rather easily by his healing factor. However, this makes any and all venom based attacks far more effective than they would otherwise be on him.

Species: N/A

Backstory: Throughout all of the history of the Multiverse, legends of the One Above All and his Living Tribunal have been pervasive among God and Man like. Their almighty power is incredible. However, most neglect to mention the One Below All. Legend holds that the One Below All used to be one of the One Above All's lieutenants. Sometime, ages and ages hence, the being now known as the One Below All attempted to betray Him. His power was too weak, and, in turn, he was cursed. For all eternity, all eternities, he would forever be engaged in combat in which he was just too weak to win. Legend holds that his curse may only be ended if he "learned humility." As an immortal, eternal entity, however, it is nearly impossible for him to change. Whether or not he could truly break free of his curse if he changed his ways, it is impossible to know. While often the greatest threat many Heroes face in their lives, he is inevitably defeated.

The Runner
Name/Alias: Henry Boxer / The Runner

Gender: Male

Age: 30

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): A relatively average sized man, there is a mischievous glint in his brown eyes. His light brown hair is starkly contrasted by his pitch black jeans, shirt, jacket, and belt. The belt itself has been modified to act as a "poor man's utility belt," as Boxer calls it. His shoes, high end running shoes purchased with money he's made selling information, have also been dyed black.

Species: Human

Backstory: Born to a Gotham lower class family, Henry Boxer grew up on stories of Wildcat and the first Flash. Despite not having an education, those around him would come to say that they had never met anyone with as much hope and drive for success and Henry Boxer. When he became a teenager, he worked odd job to odd job, doing whatever he could to support his parents. When he turned twenty-five, however, something changed... For the better. He finally collected enough cash for his lifelong goal- Get enough money to send his parents away from Gotham. As he waved them off to Metropolis to start a better life with tears in his eyes and a smile on his face, Boxer returned to the streets of Gotham, building up both esteem and respect in the lower class society. No longer having to support his family, he built himself up to the middle class and got a real job. As an associate to the so-called "White Knight" Harvey Dent. When the Batman failed to save his boss in time, Boxer was left without a job- Only for some old friends of his from his days in the lower class to help him out. When one of them was killed by a ricochet bullet during a fight between Batman and Two-Face, Boxer decided that the only thing that could truly clean up the city was someone who had lived it. Beginning the first iteration of Gotham City Defenders, Boxer's gang forged a reputation as Runners. They had eyes and ears everywhere. While not powerful enough to challenge even the smallest Super-villain, the GCD slowly gained influence and respect among the criminal world, planning to take down even the likes of Mr. Freeze and the Joker eventually. More than one of the anonymous tips that led to Batman's victories was done by one of Boxer's men. When the city collapsed after the fall of the GCPD, however, the first iteration GCD stood up and set out a rallying cry- While certainly not the strongest or most influential members of the second iteration of the GCD, without the Runners, they would be blind and deaf.

Since the resurrection of the GCPD and the calming of Gotham, Boxer heads up the GCPD Runner team. After the Joker destroyed 17 key locations around Gotham during the winter holidays, he heads up the strike and recon teams to take out the remnants of his gang. With Joker in prison and at least one mask on his side, it should be a cakewalk... Right?

Powers and Abilities: Skilled at sneaking in the shadows, although not to the point of the Bat-family. Endurance runner.

Weaknesses: He's a human. Who can run. Whoop-de-freakin'-do.

Destructive Capacity: Street Level [Civilian]

The Trophy
Name/Alias: Henry Monro / Trophy

Gender: Male

Age: 34

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): This, but gold and black instead of white and blue, respectively. And human size. Duh.

Species: Mutant

Backstory: "No More Mutants." She changed the multiverse forever with three words. In some worlds, she said something else- To some, the House of M was ended with "No More Powers." However, in one Universe, concealed in an obscure corner of the vast omniverse, the Scarlet Witch misspoke.

"No More Heroes."

In this world, Peter Parker was never bitten by a spider. Kal-El died on Krypton, and Thor never descended to Earth. The Spider was not there to stop the Goblin, the Superman was not there to bring an end to Doomsday, and the God of Thunder never returned his brother to Asgard. On this Earth, chaos reigned. Continents were submerged in the conflict between the dread tyrants Namor and Aquaman, and the warriors of Themyscira ravaged what remained of Europe. In the carnage of this world, families were rare and love was scorned as foolishness.

And all the while, Wanda Maximoff laughed.

Wakanda. One of the last strongholds of sanity in a world gone mad. The Black Panther may once have entertained notions of being a Hero, but these were quickly wiped away by the wars outside of his homeland. Deciding to utilize the vast stores of vibranium underneath Wakanda to sell and weaponize, Wakanda had become not only the single most heavily fortified nation on Earth, but also the most technologically advanced. Shaking hands with the likes of Diana Prince and Lex Luthor bought him peace, and his own ingenuity and strength bought his people hope. When his wife, the Mutant turned Goddess Ororo Munro, became pregnant, the entire world reeled. Henry Monro, Prince of Wakanda and mutant, was raised as royalty. He learned the ins and outs of weapon dealing, and the vast complexes of the international politics that could be summed up in three words- The Eternal War. As he grew older, however, Henry Monro slowly formed into something the world hadn't seen in decades. A kind man, a benevolent Prince. His parents, eternally neutral, disagreed with his ideals, and set him out on his own. Granting him one last boon before he was forced out, however, they allowed him to create a single weapon of vibranium to help him last in the war torn lands outside of Wakanda. Little did they expect him to create an entire suit of armor and call it his weapon.

Now calling himself Trophy, Henry Munro became a beacon of hope the world round. He personally toppled the regimes of tyrant Lex Luthor in the United States, and the human Victor Von Doom in Latveria, and the immortal Red Skull in Germany. He became a Hero. When a young girl named Layla Miller approached him, he did not listen to anything she said. However, when she approached the Red Skull, whom Henry had kept prisoner due to his danger, and gave him knowledge of his true past, he had no choice but to believe her. Leading an assault on Diana Prince with Layla in tow, he eventually fought his way through her palace, where Layla returned Diana Prince's knowledge of the past. Wonder Woman had returned. Leaving Layla with Wonder Woman to use as she saw fit, Trophy spent the next several years tracking down Wanda Maximoff, the Scarlet Witch. Eventually finding her on Genosha, the now apparently depowered Scarlet Witch told him the true story of the world. The Avengers, the X-Men, the Justice League, Batman Incorporated. Armed with knowledge of the truth, Trophy, Layla, Wonder Woman, and an assortment of other Heroes and Villains who Layla had returned to normal led an assault on Wakanda itself. Eventually reaching the throne room, with few of them still alive, Layla restored both Storm and the Black Panther before they could kill the invaders and their son. Over the next four years, Layla, the survivors of the Wakandan Invasion, and the Royal Family of Wakanda slowly restored peace to the world. It wasn't long before the Scarlet Witch was put on trial and sentenced to death for her crimes.

Now heavily battle worn and experienced in defending against dozens of arts of killing, Trophy became enamored with the idea of other universes. Perhaps, he mused, he might be able to meet his parents as they should have been. With that thought in mind, and the blessing of his parents, he utilized Lex Luthor's research and Wakanda's technology to devise a portal to another world.

After deciding not to register during the Superhuman Civil War, he joined up with the Fantastic Four as the fourth member since Reed registered. He is completely unaware that the world of No More Heroes no longer exists.

Powers and Abilities: Enhanced healing factor.
Enhanced strength.
Lightning Conduit.
Vibranium Expert.

Weaknesses: Anti-Metal (Antartic Vibranium) is highly effective against his vibranium
Enough blunt force will incapacitate him, if not kill him.
Each piece of his armor can be separately removed by a nimble and knowledgeable opponent. Underneath it he is, while still strong and durable, much less so.

Destructive Capacity: Small Building

Species: Human/Android [Braniac]

Backstory: Caroline Baker was Patient Zero in an experiment that Braniac did on a small town in rural Pennsylvania. By isolating the town, he managed to continue his experiment for almost an entire year before he was stopped by the Justice League. The vast majority of the victims were killed, their bodies mutilated combinations of man and machine. However, twenty of them survived. Seven of them became mindless monsters, incapable of thought. Four of them are as of yet unaccounted for, and the rest were subject to cruelty and vile programming beyond the belief of almost any. When the Justice League arrived and freed them, all but one destroyed themselves out of desperation the moment they were able, unable to cope with the evil they had been subjected to. Only one, a 14 year old girl named Caroline Baker, was able to be restrained by Superman in time to prevent her from ending her own life. Over the next year, the Justice League, particularly Cyborg, attempted to rehabilitate her. Believing they had succeeded, they released her into the wild, inviting her an invitation to join them as a provisional member. After this, she went off-grid for about half a year until resurfacing in Coast City, revealing herself as the minor gang lord that had come to be known as "Overmind." After being defeated relatively easily by the Green Lantern, she went off grid again until an early iteration of the Secret Society recruited her as Calculator's backup. Since then, she has gathered connections to much of the Super-Villain community. Now a formidable foe indeed, she has consistently been a part of many of the most dangerous of the various criminal organizations that have allied themselves against the Justice League and other Heroes. Her motivations have been questioned many times, though she has always eluded the League before they could get answers out of her.

After purchasing HAMMER, she used it to organize the 50 State Initiative. Now leading the team known as the Repentant on behalf of the UN, she "protects" California.

She secretly reformed the Secret Society, using is to unite the villains of the world under her banner. Her plan culminates in the destruction of the Avengers and the League... Will she succeed?

Advanced Hand-Hand against regular opponents due to enhanced reaction time. Against enemies with enhanced reaction time, Basic Hand-Hand.
Hive Mind-like control over a vast number of drones.
Owns HAMMER, leads the Repentant.

Weaknesses: Electromagnetic impulses disengage all of her abilities, including her ability to move. She is left with the ability to see- She can't even move her eyes.
Extremely skilled bio-tech Heroes and Villains are able to outpace her due to her limited, if skillful, experience.
Relatively weak to magical abilities.
Braniac can intrude into her Hive Mind, overtaking her drones and, if she does not cut off her link quickly enough, her body.
Much prefers to do her work via proxies, such as minor villains.

Random Facts about your character:

Manifest
Name/Alias: Manifest [Charles Crawler]

Gender: Male

Age: 38

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): Heavy black armour. Black hair, crimson eyes. One of his eyes has a scar through it. The scar pulses. Some of his teeth are sharpened to a point. When he relies too heavily on the Blade, the scar on his eye spreads.

Species: New God

Backstory: Charles Crawler was a regular high school student on a field trip through the Smithsonian. As they walked through the History section, he became fascinated by a particular blade- The Manifest Blade, said to have been used by an ancient warlord to dominate his people. He was about to simply walk away when everything went to hell. A terrorist group, which he later learned was being payrolled by a mysterious organization known as the Black Hand, set off an explosion on the roof, shattering the exhibit and knocking him to the floor. When he came too, they were reaching for the Manifest Blade. Out of instinct, he leaped forward, grabbing it right before they did, then turning around and slicing towards them. For some reason, they seemed to freeze, before ordering a retreat. Crawler stood up, confused as a museum administrator ran up towards him, asking what they took. "They tried to take-" He put his hand forward, then stared at it uncomprehendingly as it was empty. "They... Took the Manifest blade."

Over the next few years, he discovered and refined his abilities with the blade, before being picked up and recruited by SHIELD. Trained in the usage of his powers, he took the codename Manifest. Able to serve on the front lines of any war or as the weapons expert on any Black Ops team, he has proven himself a valuable asset to SHIELD. He has increasingly been used as a grenade- They throw him at something they want dead. He has been all too happy to oblige.

After being recruited to SWORD and having his SHIELD history wiped, the Builders' War happened. Going into space, Manifest became more powerful than ever before, able to completely obliterate wide swaths of Builders single-handedly. In the meantime, the Watched's ancient Throne of the Universe activated once more, subtly calling the new wielder of the Blade towards it.

After the death of Darkseid, Manifest was elevated to the position of the God of Fragments, creating the Universal Fortress. Believing his new duty to be the eradication of war the Universe throughout, to what lengths will he go to achieve this?

Manifest Blade's Backstory: The Manifest Blade. An ancient sword made of material unknown, it has held many names and passed through many hands. Born long before recorded history, before even the Watchers or the Oans looked into the sky and wondered what the stars were, it was eventually found on a dust planet, atop a mountain of the dead. The first to discover the blade was a Watcher. In an effort to discover the past of the Manifest Blade, he drew it from the ground, not realizing what he had unleashed upon the Universe. It melded with his mind and body, and soon he discovered its power. With but a whim, the Watcher could summon and control nearly anything his heart desired- Yet, he found, all he desired was war. He felt no ambition for peace, no great desire to observe and record. Thus, the first watcher in history was corrupted, and the first interstellar warlord was born. Calling himself The Watched, mocking his former brothers, he took control of vast amounts of the universe- While he often did nothing more than simply declare his godhood, those who resisted found themselves smited at his blade. Eventually, his arrogance grew too vast, and he chose to assault Galactus. He was inexperienced in the blade- In all his travels, he had never had to use it beyond a simple demonstration of his might. Thus, when he assaulted Galactus, he fell- Though this not to say he was defeated easily. Buried with the Watched are three Heralds. Galactus, now the owner of the Manifest Blade, used his might to lock the blade away, deep inside the heart of a sun. He sapped away its strength- No longer could it summon with unlimited potential, but now was restricted by the Power Cosmic. No longer could it summon from within that which had the might of the Celestials (Vibranium), nor could it summon other such materials of power incomprehensible. Eventually, however, long after it had passed from the mind of Galactus, and long after the Watched passed into mere legend and myth (if he was remembered at all), the sun went Supernova. The blade, however, survived. Launched deep into space, it was found once again by a Warlord of a space faring race. While its new power was far less than its old, and its new wielder did not have nearly the impressive mind of a Watcher, it was nevertheless an incredible weapon in his hands. When the final of Galactus' four Heralds that had fought against the Watcher discovered it had returned, he made leave of his master and his new brothers to retrieve it. Destroying the race and any mention of the Manifest Blade from its records, he opted instead to hide the Blade inside the core of an inhabited world. Marking himself as the guardian of this new lockbox-planet, he defended it for several hundred thousand years. However, the inhabitants soon came to question whether he was guarding the world for their safety or for his own purposes, as he had long found it useful to pretend he was protecting them, both for purposes of their trust and the rest of the Universe's uncaring over a single world's life. However, when they attempted to rebel against him, he was forced to eradicate them, and he began to attract the attention of other forces. He was eventually defeated by one of those who would eventually come to be known as the Old Gods. The Blade, the Old God recognized, was far too powerful to be in the hands of any one man. He destroyed the guardian and, knowing he was the last with the knowledge of the Manifest Blade, retired to a life of luxury on his home world.
When the Old Gods were destroyed, the Manifest Blade was lost once more- This time, finding its way on Earth through wielder after wielder and luck and chance, as every artefact of incredible might inevitably does. Crashing down on Earth, it was discovered by an ancient cro-magnon that eventually took the name Immortal Man. The eternal enemy of Vandal Savage, the Immortal Man overcame the deadly corruption of the blade with the help of various powerful sorcerers throughout history, locking it away inside. However, this also locked away even more of its full potential- No longer able to summon anything it wanted, now it was restricted to weapons of war. The Immortal Man eventually lost the Manifest Blade during a fight with Vandal Savage and his ally, Ra's Al Ghul. The blade fell into a crevice, where it was eventually dug up during an excavation. The blade was inert- The one who found it, for the first time in its history, had no true purpose for doing so. Not to observe, not to fight, not to live- He simply wanted to go to his next paycheck. It then resided in a museum, gathering dust, for several decades. Now, long after its true potential was locked away by the Power Cosmic, and its limited power was even more restricted by thirty-seven different practitioners of different schools of magic, the Manifest Blade is but a shade of its former glory- And yet, still one of the most potent weapons in the Universe.

What even Galactus did not realize, however, was that the Watched did not fully abandon his quest for knowledge. He discovered the source of the Manifest Blade's power- In truth, the Manifest Blade was once a piece of a perfect sphere of multiversal energy. This "Cosmic Sphere" was the first Cosmic item, and was the basis for every Cosmic Cube created throughout the multiverse afterwards. The Cosmic Sphere had the ability to alter the Multiverse itself- Destroying and creating Universes on a whim. However, through methods unknown and by a force unknown, the Cosmic Sphere that was used to alter the Multiverse was destroyed, and all its counterparts greatly depowered. The destruction of the Cosmic Sphere, however, was not without its ramifications: Fragments of it appeared all over the multiverse, each fragment able to alter reality in a different, unique way. In the world of Infinite Justice, an inordinate number of fragments landed, simply out of sheer chance. The original Cosmic Sphere functioned as the most powerful living machine in the multiverse's history, and each of its fragments contained a portion of its coding. Without the rest of it, none of it should have worked- Yet due to the partially sentient nature, the Sphere Fragments formed broken consciousnesses, their minds made of half completed notions and splintered thoughts. The very first fragment in the universe of Infinite Justice to be discovered was done so by one of the earliest non-Earth based sentient species. Unfortunately, it was discovered by a warmonger. His great hatred warped the malleable and lost Fragment to match his mind- Warlike, driven by blood and sated by conquering. It became the earliest version of the Manifest Blade, allowing its user incredible strength, while corrupting the minds of everybody within a light-year. When the Watched discovered the Manifest Blade, it was still made up of only one fragment- During his conquering, he came across an unknown number of other fragments, each of which added more power to the Manifest Blade, until he became the pseudo-God that challenged Galactus. One such fragment gave him the ability to summon and manipulate stone- Another, to instil knowledge in the blade. It is unknown just how many he gathered. When Galactus locked away the power of the Manifest Blade and when the various mages locked away the corruption, they unknowingly simply separated the Fragments. In the hilt of the Manifest Blade, a many faceted diamond-esque gem lies embedded. This is truly a huge number of Sphere Fragments that were separated from the blade over the years. Should Manifest ever discover the secret to unlocking the Blade's true potential, he would become powerful beyond the measure of most beings, and utterly consumed with hatred, bloodlust, and the need to conquer. Fortunately for the Universe, only the Watched knew how to combine the Fragments, and the only relic of his reign is a dark, artificial planet on the edge of the Universe that served as his home, shut down immediately after the death of the Watched..

After the death of Darkseid, its wielder was elevated to the God of the Fragmentation. By merging the power of the Manifest Blade and his Godly powers, its wielder became elevated to a level almost unseen in the Universe... At what cost?

True Oblivion
Name/Alias: True Oblivion

Gender: N/A

Age: Ageless

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):

Exactly like the picture, down to the fuzzy and unclear edges.

Species: Multiversal Entity

Backstory:
Oblivion. Noun. The condition or quality of being completely forgotten.

Nothing is ever truly forgotten. Even the smallest action, the most insignificant ant, leaves an effect on the Universe, moving molecules for its existence. Thus, there was no true Oblivion.

Then entities beyond the comprehension of mere Man decided to meddle. Some were wiped from existence. However, they were still remembered. Thus, there was no true Oblivion.

All it took was one. A single forgotten creature, born of power immaterial, ageless and mighty beyond reason. Its essence lived on so long as a single fragment of memory of its existence did. So the being known as the Living Tribunal, hand of the Presence and the One Above All, wiped it from history, altering the very timestream to have never created this ancient beast of evil.

Thus, there was true Oblivion. And True Oblivion was born.

Its first steps were tentative. Careful, hidden away, deep in the Multiverse. Its very existence, however paradoxical, would nonetheless inevitably attract the attention of those far more powerful than itself. So it decided to mark off a Universe for itself- a Universe for it to grow, to learn the limits and capabilities of its abilities. The best way to mark a Universe away from all others, it found, was to change some significant thing, make it unique. So Oblivion reached into the world it had chosen, and used its power to will a single woman to say a single sentence differently.

No More Heroes

Secreted away in this walled off Universe, it has slowly gained power, training itself in the way of True Oblivion. Many years passed, and it finally found itself strong enough to take its place as an Omniversal constant- Or so it believed. Upon leaving the world it had locked away, it found itself once again at its lowest power form- In its rage, it returned to the world of No More Heroes, and began wreaking havoc.

Upon finally reaching the threshold of his power required to destroy the world of No More Heroes, he did so. Now loose in the Omniverse, he looks for the next Universe to suffer his wrath...

Powers and Abilities:
Temporal Erasure: The ability to completely erase someone from the timeline.
Memory Erasure
Erasure Immunity: Immune to the erasure abilities of nearly all Cosmic+ entities
Irreversible Destruction: When True Oblivion destroys something, it never existed, and was never imagined- How can you reverse that which never happened?
Absolute Immortality: The moment True Oblivion came into existence in the Multiverse, so did the so-named entity.
Nonexistence
Universe Destruction: After 200 uninterrupted years of gathering power in a Universe.

Weaknesses:
Existence: As the embodiment of True Oblivion, all forms of energy manipulations are able to harm it and draw away the power it has gathered. This includes kinetic energy, also known as fists.
"Oblivion": The Universal Constant that already has the name Oblivion is easily able to save things from True Oblivion by temporarily destroying them- That which doesn't exist, but is still remembered, may be remade, and cannot be affected by True Oblivion's powers.

52
Name/Alias: Jonathan "Johnny" Seller/ 52 / [old] 52 Card Pickup

Gender: Male

Age: 34

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):
(Image) Minus the bodyarmour, minus the headband, and minus the glowy around the cards. No staff either.

Species: Mutant

Backstory: Born and raised a criminal, living just outside the law, Jonathan Seller was a deft lockpick, pickpocket, and escape artist. His parents weren't bad people, per se- They raised their son into the only life they knew. He never knew the inside of a classroom, and never learned how to properly read and write. Despite this, though, his family was happy- They moved often, lived in run down motels on the side of the road, and were probably had more fun than most of the people on the East coast. His father was a master grifter- His prize possessions were a Nobel prize he swindled off of a famous scientist and a Super Bowl ring he got less than three days after its owner received it. His mother was as gifted a hacker as you could find on the black market- Though she preferred to call herself a 'hacktress.' She and her husband were the perfect duo, and lived the high life for many years, on the run from state and federal authorities alike. When they had a son, they realized they needed to stop being so high profile- They retired from the big life and began to work smaller jobs, utilizing their skills to stay under the radar and teach their son the skills he needed to survive their life. It worked, and he loved it.

Unfortunately, the brighter the wick, the faster it burns. On Johnny's seventeenth birthday, an FBI raid arrested his entire family. At first, it seemed like no big deal- They had been arrested before, and had gotten out before prison easily. This time, however, after his parents got away, his escape was fouled by the arrival of an unexpected visitor- a SHIELD agent. He was caught by this new arrival instantly, and his parents watched in horror as he was carried into the back of a van. He lived the next six months in prison.

His parents, meanwhile, hatched an escape plan- They pulled every last one of their loans, favours, and friends, and got a member of the Brotherhood of Evil to stage the rescue. Mystique, paying back an old favour of hers, broke him out of jail. Unfortunately, she was forced to kill the SHIELD agent in the escape. While this was no big deal to her, it fundamentally changed things for the family- They were now complicit in a murder of a SHIELD agent. They spent the next six months on the run and, for the first time in their lives, actually worried about if things went wrong. On Johnny's eighteenth birthday, a SHIELD team raided his family's safe house as his parents sombrely sang 'happy birthday' to their child. When the door broke down, Johnny cried out in distress and threw his arms up at them.

It was a six man strike team. The man who broke the door down fell forward, the wooden shards shattering his helmet and impaling themselves in his eyes. He fell screaming.

The man following him turned around almost instantly to see what happened, tripping and falling head-first into a small television set. He was killed instantly.

Four left. The next two entered with their guns raised, one attempting to fire when he saw Johnny with his hands raised. His gun misfired and exploded, knocking him unconscious and backwards into the last two, knocking them out as well. This all happened in the span of three seconds. The man on the ground had already gone quiet, blood pooling around his head. The last man simply stared at his colleagues and then up at Johnny and his family. "What the hell are you?" He stared in awe and fear.

Johnny, whose eyes had been closed, slowly opened them and saw the scene in front of him, paling and lowering his hands in fear. He turned around. "M-Mom? Dad?"

His parents were simply staring in astonishment, unsure what to think. With his back turned, the SHIELD agent figured now was the best time to fire. Every single bullet, however, seemed to just barely miss him.

They did not, however, miss his parents.

16 Years Later
"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to Penn and Teller: Fool Us! The show with illusions more convincing than the story you told your partner about what you did the last time you came to Las Vegas." Jonathan Ross smiled for a moment, letting the audience laugh at his small joke. "Backstage are some of the greatest magicians in the world. Now, they're not here to fool me because that would be easy, why, only last night I gave all my life savings to a Nigerian prince." He gave a straight face to the audience, as though he were serious. "No, tonight, our acts have the harder task of trying to juke the unjukeable, the great Penn and Teller. Give a hand to Penn and Teller!" He spread his arms, signalling the two paragons of 'fake' magic to come in. "Of course, every act has been checked and double checked to ensure that they are not, in fact, actual magic users or anything of the like. No worries there, folks, this is a straight challenge of skill!"

Backstage, Johnny Seller chuckled to himself. A bit of luck could get him past any security system in the world. Penn and Teller? Expensive tech, altogether useless against him. When it was his turn to walk on stage, he smiled.

"Pick a card, any card, and don't tell me what it is. Good, now put the card back in the deck, wherever you want, and remember it." He smiled and dropped the cards. To everyone's surprise, though, they landed in a neat stack on the floor. "Now, pick a number, one through six. Got on in mind? Good. One last question- Heads or tails?"

"Heads." Penn called out, raising an eyebrow.

Johnny smirked. "Alright, here we go." He picked up the first card at the top of the deck, flipping a coin with his other hand. He caught it on top of the card. Lastly, he pulled a small die out of his pocket, rolling it down his sleeve and into his hand, with the other two props.
"Are these your numbers?" He asked, revealing a seven of diamonds, a three on the dice, and heads on the coin.

Later

He laughed to himself as he walked out of the building. I love my life.

Powers and Abilities: Probability Manipulation - He can alter the chance of any event. The more unlikely, the more difficult for him to induce.

Weaknesses: Instability Zone Creation - When 52 uses his powers too many times in one area, 'luck' starts to break down. The unlikely begins to happen more and more often, and rare becomes increasingly more common. The opposite is, of course, also true. No known upper limit.

Exact Knowledge- If the chance (within an error of .5%) of an event is known by someone within the range of its effects or viewing the event, his powers are cancelled out or greatly weakened, depending on if the event is incredibly rare or moderately so (respectively). (So people like Cho or good enough computers would effectively disable him.)

Unconscious Misfire - When he feels a negative emotion past an extreme threshold, his powers go haywire within the range of 1 quarter mile. This effect is stronger the closer you are to him, to extremes within three feet of him. (Anger, grief, jealousy, hatred, fear, etc.)

Chaos Manipulators - Their powers override his.

Order Manipulators - Their powers override his.

Destructive Capacity: [Effortlessly] Small Building
[Full Exertion] No known upper limit due to Instability Zone creation.

Speed: Upper 1m/s.

Durability: Human Level [Can make attacks never hit him]

Lifting Strength: Average human.

Striking Strength: H without using powers. Up to MJ using powers.

Standard Equipment: Black duster, a single 6 sided die, a standard 52 card deck, loose change.

Intelligence: Average human

Loss
Name/Alias: Loss

Gender: Male

Age: Thousands of years old.

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): http://pre02.deviantart.net/1fe0/th/pre/i/2014/001/c/7/dr_strange_by_greaperx666-d70fugk.jpg

Species: Human [Inhuman-Mutant]

Backstory: Loss was born in the distant past, to a loving family. He was one of four siblings- Two boys, two girls. Their parents were humans, though not. The mother was a runaway from the mighty city of Attilan, a land rich beyond wealth. The father was an exile from a human tribe and, unknowingly, a bearer of what would one day be known as the X-Gene. Inhuman and Mutant, bonded into four young souls. Each was born two years apart, so that the youngest was born eight years after the eldest. Their family was kind and caring, able to provide both survival and happiness in a world that was frighteningly deficient in both. The order of age must be noted- First, the eldest son, followed by the eldest daughter, then the younger daughter, and finally the youngest son.

The father eventually passed in the night, a pleasant smile on his face after he lived to an incredibly old age. The mother followed shortly thereafter. Their souls were at rest, and they are happily unimportant to the story at hand.

Shortly after their parents died, the four siblings decided that they needed to go their separate ways. They were older now- The eldest was thirty, and the youngest was twenty-two. Though they collaborated and agreed on a great many things, they nevertheless held their differences closely. Thus, each of them departed from that solemn ground that was their parents' graves.

As the years passed, each child became a master in their own right. The eldest son became the leader of a warrior tribe, conquering vast swaths of lands and treating his subjects well. Eventually, the lands he ruled seceded, but by then he was far too old to care. Eventually, even his own tribe would find reason to have their leave of him- His greatest general attempted to end him in his sleep. He failed, and was found the next morning dead. In fear of a retaliation that would never have come, the people set aflame the old man's house, killing anything that yet lived within. Each division of the tribe would go their separate ways and remember their onetime leader fondly, entombing his memory forever in legend and myth- For time obscures all events, his name was long forgotten, and instead his feats were recorded in spoken legend and one day attributed instead to Old Gods, who, in their arrogance, readily embraced their new supposed histories. Indeed, those who stole the Eldest child's tales have long themselves forgotten that they did not, in fact, perform these mighty tasks. Thus was the eldest son, the First Soldier, doomed to be remembered by naught but the oblivion of the ash.

The eldest daughter, on the other hand, lived a far different life. Indeed, she may have been among the Earth's first, and mightiest, Heroes- Or she may have been among its deadliest Villains. Nobody knows for certain, but this much is clear- She made her mark on the world, and her symbolage can be found throughout the ancient world. The Triskele, icon of the powerful figure known only as The Divine. Her fate is as unclear as her life. Legends say a great many things about the day she left our world, but all agree on one piece of the tale- The Divine stood at the crux of a mountain, surrounded on all sides by the many enemies she had made over the course of her life. They were set to finally kill her, and bring peace of mind to their troubled existences. She closed her eyes, shook her head, and began to laugh. And then, she was gone- A gust of wind was all to suggest that she had ever been there at all.

The younger daughter was no mighty warlord, nor powerful masked fighter. Instead, she found her way as a herald of change. A calm and peaceful life she led, unburdened by anguish and unmarred by violence. She travelled the world, spreading teachings that she encountered and techniques that she perfected. In the modern era, many researches have found themselves at a loss as to how, seemingly, vastly disparate areas of the world developed the complex ideas of agriculture, seemingly at the same time- Those who remember the Matron of Emerald do not. At the end of her life, when she could no longer move for fear of her old age being the end of her, she turned to the forest and smiled. Indeed, there are Gods that claim to have been there that day, and all recollect the same words, spoken in the elegant language of her parents- "I believe it's time for me to go, old friend." Thus, from the dense woods extended vine and flower alike, and around her bloomed a mighty wood, unseen in the world before. It would be a tree that would stand tall and proud throughout time, never faltering in weakness in the cold of Winter. The first Pine tree was formed, and legend holds that should you find the ancient meadow she met her bittersweet end in, the tree at the centre, now sitting on an island covered in vegetation splitting the path of a mighty river, seems to smile when the sun hits it just right.

This leaves a single son, the youngest of the four. Where the others made their mark in legend and history, his tale is one far less... Mythological. Shortly after he separated from his family, he found his way into a new village, joining them in the hunt. He had no ambitions for greater things, and certainly no hope to achieve them- Where his brother was brave, he was foolish. Where his sisters were wise, he was careless. Though they loved him, all knew that, of them, he would not change the world in this era.

How right they were- He would not change the world... In this era.

At the age of fifty-seven, the latent X-gene in his body was suddenly activated when, by a combination of simple luck and, perhaps the twisted humour of destiny, an earthquake erupted beneath his home. Every house in the village collapsed, and the valley that they had settled in was buried. His wife and two children both died, that bright, shining day, along with the entirety of his village. He survived due to his newfound power- He needed no air to breath, and no matter how powerful the pressure, he would never be crushed.

After two days, he realized he was not dead. After four days, he gave up trying to dig out. After five days, he realized his family must be buried as well. After four weeks, he gave up trying to dig out. There he laid for centuries, confined to his purgatory of stone and the aches of his own thoughts, unable to move, until four hundred years ago. On that day, ground was broken on Oxford University above him. The construction of this mighty symbol of academia slowly disturbed the dirt around him. He could once again move his arms and legs, though it took him many weeks before he was able to do so with relative ease. Soon afterwards, a sub-level was being installed in Oxford, far below the surface- An Oxford for those who would find refuge in their study of the mystical. An Oxford of the Wand, as it were. Alas, it was never to be- Instead, those magical mortals who were creating this floor stumbled upon a man from time immemorial, before even men as old as, say, Merlin or Vandal Savage could claim to have laid eyes. They freed him and questioned him, using their magic to allow them to understand each other. He explained who he was- But a simple village man, looking to return to his people, and the magicians stared at each other in confusion. He refused to give them his name, and they nicknamed him 'Loss,' for he had lost everything that he knew.

Before long, the underground facility became, rather than a mystical school, his home. He was taught the ways and languages of the world, along with its history. Though he did not meet quite the standards of his siblings, he nevertheless possessed much greater potential than the average man. He quickly learned and absorbed the information they taught him, until he could reasonably pass for the times. Soon, he moved on to the mystical arts.

As the years passed, he became one of the world's most potent and secretive users of magic. He still has yet to reveal his name, and is instead spoken of in passing as Loss, Sorcerer Immortal

Powers and Abilities: Master of Magic [Below Strange's level, taught]
Cannot be crushed without incredibly excessive force [Mutant ability]
Truly unbreakable skin. [Mutant Ability]
Immortal [Mutant Ability]
Knows every spoken language since 1900 on. Knows three written language- German, English, Chinese. [Taught]

Weaknesses: Physically inept in the legs. He uses his magic to move, able to simulate walking using it.
He has no natural aptitude for magic- For learning the techniques, yes, but it was far different actually using it. As such, compared to one such as Strange, the same spell would be visibly weaker coming from him.
His internal organs for breathing and consuming are almost entirely degraded, to the point where it is impossible to repair them. And without surgery as a viable option, he is eternally in a state of extreme hunger, thirst, and literal breathlessness.
If he uses too much magical energy in a short period of time, he is rendered powerless for three days. He does not like this.

Destructive Capacity: Highest level magical abilities are generally around City Block/Town level.

Speed: Without magic - .1 m/s
With magic - 100 m/s

Durability: Moon level/Planet level, depending on how much I want to screw him over should this ever become relevant.

Lifting Strength: Without magic - low end Average Human.
With magic - Class 100

Striking Strength: Without magic - sub-H.
With magic - middle MJ.

Standard Equipment: Enchanted cloak, typically at least 1 spellbook. Every once in a while he'll remember his phone.

Intelligence: Superior

Gender: Male

Age: 27

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): http://25.media.tumblr.com/4910baabca8c ... o1_500.png

Species: Human

Backstory: Doctor Howitz, PhD in Biochemistry. Contracted on numerous occasions by the likes of STAAR, the military, WayneTech, among others, he’s as close as you can get to a celebrity in the relatively small world of Biochem. He met his wife at a conference, also a PhD. Their son grew up in this world of genes, mutations, and experiments.

He quickly adapted to this world, excelling in school and racing through the accelerated program. By the time most people would normally be in the tenth grade, he had graduated. Despite this, he decided not to enter College until the regular time. So he had several years of free time and nothing to do. What now?

He pondered on this for almost a month before a news article caught his eye. The Martian Manhunter. Suddenly, the question arose- How did he get his powers? How could they be replicated? What caused them to be evolved in the first place? With his parents’ blessing, he set out to learn more. At age nineteen, he had made hardly any progress. Resigned, he went to college and got a degree in genetics before setting out again. Less than a week after his graduation Summa Cum Laude, he was in New York and learned that Central Park was being temporarily quarantined due to a fight between Miss Martian and a shape-changing warlock. Fascinated, he made his way past the police, observing the fight. Unbeknownst to him, being in such close proximity to the fight allowed him to absorb ambient magical energy left behind by the warlock.

Realizing that the path of magic had long since mastered shape changing, he decided to learn it for himself. It was less than a day before he discovered Loss and Alex’s school.

Powers and Abilities: None yet, but he will learn to shape change, not unlike a Martian. His abilities will also extend to others, variably, as well as invisibility for stealth.

Weaknesses: Human.

Species: Human

Backstory: Robert Porter. Born to an upper class duo, he lived a good life. He wasn’t too pampered, but wasn’t left on his own. His parents loved him, and he was an only child. Life was good. It became even better when he graduated at the top of his class in Elementary and Junior High, as well as in the top 10% in High School.

He applied to dozens of colleges and universities, only to find every single one accepted him. He decided to leave the country- The University of Oxford. Strangely, though, his acceptance letter didn’t say ‘The Queen’s College,’ like it was supposed to. Strange indeed. What’s the ‘Oxford University of Charms and Spells?’ Ah, well, it would be no big deal to get everything fixed up once he got there.

Right?

Powers and Abilities: None yet, but he will gain skill in basically all categories on a lower level. If this were an anime he’d be the main character.

Weaknesses: Human. No magical knowledge whatsoever.

Madam Fang
Name/Alias: Madam Fang [Margaret Ashmore]

Gender: Female

Age: 67

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): https://www.filepicker.io/api/file/9uBeJPqTJ2pL0TAUv5AN

Species: Human

Backstory: Of all the stories one finds buried in the history books, few are as strange as that of Margaret Ashmore, daughter of Baroness Ashmore. Born in the early 1800s during the Victorian Era of Great Britain, she lived an absolutely spectacular life. Treated to the finest fancies and courted by the richest men, and drinking the finest wines. On her seventeenth birthday, there was a brilliant party. Several members of the Royal Family even attended. To be frank, it was the storybook ‘perfect party’ of the 1800s.

Of course, storybooks from the 1800s rarely end well.

The night after the party, Baroness Ashmore was having a leisurely time with her family- Her husband and her three daughters. Margaret, the focus of the night, was sleeping soundly in her father’s arms. She never heard the cloaked man enter the second story roof. She never heard the sword come out of the sheath, and never saw the glow of active runes trailing along the blade.

She did, however, feel the point of the blade enter her back and pierced her lung, exiting the other end. A simple spell ensured her silence. The father was petrified, quite literally. The children were asleep. The assassin pulled a pin from his pocket and whispered to it. It began to glow, flying from his hand and impaling Baron Ashmore’s eye, killing him instantly.

Of course, the assassin had a conscious. Just because they were cleaning up this city, ridding it of the filth that crusted its upper layers, didn’t mean that he was willing to murder children. They were simply dough to be molded- And once he was done in his duty, perhaps then he could.

He wouldn’t be done anytime soon, though. London was a dangerous place, and corrupt to the core. He would be done in, oh... 200 years?

He used an advanced spell to launch one of the children to the future. Maragaret’s eyes flashed open and a scream filled her lungs just as she vanished from this timeline forever. Just then, the door was broken down and London Police streamed in. The man died shortly after.

200 years later, in a museum in London, a young woman around the age of 17 appeared out of nowhere, in her nightgown, around midnight. Confused and upset, she was incarcerated in a mental health facility for the next three years. When she finally ‘got with the program,’ as it was, she was released. Determined to figure out what happened and why, she studied, used ancient contacts her long dead family hadn’t tapped in 200 years, and finally discovered the oldest conspiracy of all. Sorcery.

There are few motivations more powerful than familial love. Fewer still more powerful than an insatiable longing for home. Combining the two, you gain one of the most motivated people in the world. So was birthed the Madam Fang, the underground Sorceress. Using her familial ties to gain audience with famous magicians of Order, many of whom have worked with the British government on many occasions and owed the families of London favours. Margaret became one of the single greatest experts in magic, especially magic of Order, in the world. Of course, knowledge and practice are two different things. Margaret was, according to her own words, blessed with the prodigious skill in both. Over the next forty years, she experienced a great many things, most of which she kept secret. She and Loss interacted many times over the years, sometimes as allies, sometimes... Not. Once she caught wind of an opening in Loss and Alex’s school...

How could she resist? Besides, maybe the old geezer might’ve found something on her problem, after so many years.

Powers and Abilities: Incredibly skilled magician. Specializes in magic based off of Order and Balance.

Runecaster

Backstory: Shadow Forest, Oklahoma. Once, it was a quaint, quiet town. In the middle of nowhere, any visitors usually left as quickly as they arrived. This changed when Jenn Johansen arrived in town. After abandoning her life in her birth town, she drove around the Southern United States without a purpose or a goal, finding adventure and thrill throughout. The stories she told in bars were spectacular- Unbelievable, even. Tales of magical creatures and mystical encounters, as though she were privy to a world unseen by the vast majority of beings. This all came to a head when she arrived in Shadow Forest.

In 1973, she drove her old beaten up car into Shadow Forest, Oklahoma, ready to buy some food, drink some booze, and move on. It quickly became clear, however, that this town wasn’t going to be the same when her stories simply made the bar patrons nervous as opposed to amused. Naturally, she investigated, and it wasn’t long before she stumbled onto the town’s biggest secret- It was a hotspot of magic, sorcery, and mysticism. The town’s Sheriff, who she would later come to learn was also the town’s official Warlock, tried to convince her to leave after she witnessed him arrest a Satyr.

“Are you kidding?” She smirked. “This town? This place? I didn’t know it, but this is exactly the kind of place I’ve been looking for.”

Years later, the townsfolk finally accepted that she wasn’t there to reveal their secret to the world or destroy their way of life, and she became a regular sight around town. She joined the Sheriff’s department, and after several years, the Warlock and the Stranger fell in love.

As the years went on, the town changed very little. However, in 1988, Jenn Johansen became pregnant with the Warlock’s daughter. Unbeknownst to the couple, or anyone else in the town, their child was one of Destiny, one that would come into power unimaginable. Many dark creatures came to sense this power, and it was not long before the town was besieged. For fifteen years, the townsfolk fought against the darkness in the night, unable to get in or out of the town. The raw power of the creatures obscured the view of the magicians of the world, and the townsfolk could not escape to inform them. The Stranger, by then a powerful witch, was killed when the Daughter was seven. The Warlock began to train the Daughter in runes, allowing her to assist in the defence of the town while staying away from the front lines.

Eight years later, the town council met for their yearly war discussions. There were only three of the original elders, out of what was once twenty, left.

“We won’t win this.” The Warlock sighed. “We’ve lost already, we’re just prolonging the inevitable.”

“I know you’ve been distraught since Jenn died, Warlock, but that doesn’t mean-” One of the elders began.

“Shut up.” He scowled. “I wasn’t finished. We’re just prolonging the inevitable... Unless we activate the Ritual.”

The Ritual was something that the Warlock had designed near the beginning of the siege. It would freeze the entire town of Shadow Forest in a time lock, causing the entire world to forget about their existence, and sending out one agent to gain strength and allies in an attempt to free them. It was a desperate plan.

“No!” The elder replied harshly. “Your Ritual will never come to pass, no matter how many of the townsfolk you convince!”

“It’s too late. I only came here to inform you that it is already underway. The townsfolk chose my daughter, the Runecaster, to be sent out.” The Warlock replied.

“You dare-!”

And suddenly, time froze.

Carla Johansen, fifteen, watched as the sphere of time encapsulate her home that she had fought for years to protect- She had killed more than her fair share of dark creatures, and she had the war scars to prove it. Her hand rose to the locket around her neck. Inside was a picture of her Father, the Warlock, and her Mother, the Stranger, and embedded in it was a magical key- A powerful rune designed for one purpose.

She had the power to free her town from the spell. It was time to find the power to free it from the siege.

Twelve years later, Carla had refined her abilities in the use of runes to near expert levels, but was entirely unrefined. She knew what worked, not why it worked or how it worked. Once she discovered that, she would be able to truly master the art of rune magic. So, when she discovered the Oxford University of Charms and Spells, she realized that it was the perfect place for her to refine her abilities... And perhaps even find allies in her quest.

Powers and Abilities: Prodigy of runes. Almost entirely self-taught, unrefined. Very little experience with other forms of magic, and very little motivation to learn them. She is able to apply runes that can do almost anything to almost any weapon, location, object, or even creature.

Weaknesses: Beneath her enchanted armor, she’s still just human.

Destructive Capacity: Street [Wall/Tree+ with runes]

Speed: Average [10 m/s with runes]

Durability: Human [Large building with runes]

Lifting Strength: Average [Class 5 with runes]

Striking Strength: Average [KJ/MJ with runes]

Standard Equipment: Several rune-drawing materials, along with clothes with runes written on them. Different runes depending on the occasion.

Intelligence: Slightly above average- Incredibly single-minded in her goals.

A tale as old as time itself- Two lovers, forbidden from one another- A war divides their people, and a world divides them apart. The mother was a witch of great power, born to a powerful family that claimed dominion over a significant portion of London while it existed. Their former adversaries, the human Ashmore family, had long since been destroyed by a rogue terrorist, to their rather morbid luck. It wasn’t long, however, before a new family replaced them. These two families, one who gained strength through mysticism and rituals, and another who gained it in gunpowder and deadly resolve, fought for many generations.

Around thirty five years ago, however, the two newest members of each family grew to care for each other- And, in a true ‘Romeo and Juliet’ fashion, united their clans under one moniker. Peace, however, was but a momentary pause- As is always the case, when combatants make peace, new, fiercer warriors rise to replace them. Less than two years after their union, the new couple and their families were removed from power by a hostile usurper, and forced to flee to America to survive.

With the families scattered and feuding once more in the wake of their defeat, their forlorn children retired to live a life of peace. Seven years after they fell in love, they had a son, Caleb Spike. While they never truly felt at home, nor ever truly stopped missing their families, the two of them lived happily until Caleb was seven.

Six months after Caleb’s seventh birthday, a knock at the door would change everything. His mother, the witch, answered- Only to find her husband’s father. She was shot through the stomach and the heart, dying almost instantly. He turned towards Caleb, who was, in his eyes, a monstrosity with no right to live. Just before her could fire, however, his son shot him in the eye. Caleb’s father, now with two dead bodies in his home, one of which was his own father, resolved to wreak his vengeance on his family for the death of his wife. He knew he could not raise a child in this environment, and so, left him at the orphanage.

Caleb Spike grew up here, and the only memories he has of any time before are hazy, at best. Despite this, however, he gained a clear legacy from the tragedy of his parents’ lives- A natural affinity for magic beyond almost any the world has ever seen. At the age of ten, his utter joy at the prospect of potentially being adopted sparked his magical might- Literally. At the edges of his fingertips, small, momentary flames quickly grew into something much larger. The entire home burned down. Luckily, nobody was killed, and it was never traced back to him.

Two years later, it happened again, and a third time a year after that. He finally realized that he needed to get better control over this, or it would just keep happening.

By the age of fifteen, he gained enough control over his powers to go into public schooling, using his own time to research the facts and figures needed to test out of every grade until the one that matched his age. He became a prodigy in school as well as in magic- During the day, he would ace every test, and at night, he would try out his spells. When it came time to choose a new school, he heard through the grapevine about a school that catered to certain ‘special’ individuals- And no, I’m not talking about the Xavier institute. The University of Charms and Spells was the obvious choice for this up and coming magician.

Powers and Abilities: Prodigy for fire-based magical abilities, though unrefined and entirely self-taught. Incredibly inexperienced at all others, and no aptitude for any other form of magic.
Very intelligent.

Weaknesses: Behind that fire he’s just a man.

Destructive Capacity: Large building level

Durability: Average human

Lifting Strength: Average human

Striking Strength: Average human [Typically accompanies with fire. MJ]

Species: Phoenix imbued Martian

Backstory: M'gann M'orzz, the Phoenix. After betraying her Universe and siding with the end of existence, she barely survived as the cosmic entity known as True Oblivion slaughtered every remaining living being in her Universe at once. Kept alive only by raw power of the essence of naught she stood so close to, her nature was altered irrevocably. Rather than being the embodiment of that which lived in her Universe, she was the embodiment of that which never had. For every being that True Oblivion has eliminated in the Universe she is in, she gains their strength. When she is near the Grimoire of the Forgotten, however, she gains the power of every being True Oblivion has ever killed. She wanders the multiverse with him, protecting him. She secretly hopes that one day, True Oblivion will have destroyed enough to make her powerful enough to end that which created her. Maybe, at the same time, it will end her.

[For further backstory, read the No More Heroes saga.]

Powers and Abilities: Cosmic Flames
Concussive Blasts
Immortality
Energy Absorption
Shapeshifting
Oblivion empowerment

[Strength of all powers is based on True Oblivion's influence. Normally, they're ~Silver Surfer level. In a Universe where True Oblivion is active, anywhere from Surfer to Barry Allen Flash+. While near the Herald, she possesses Galactus+.

Weaknesses: Incredibly overconfident.
None of her offensive powers work against the Phoenix or a Phoenix avatar. [Includes Life Avatars]
None of her offensive powers work against Death or a Death Avatar.
Chaos Magic.
Order Magic.
If the physical body of the Empty Phoenix host were destroyed, it would have no influence on the Multiverse until it found a suitable host adequately exposed to the power of True Oblivion. However, this would be incredibly difficult.

Destructive Capacity: Planet

Speed: FTL. Teleportation.

Durability: Universal+

Lifting Strength: Class Y

Striking Strength: NJ-XJ on average.

Standard Equipment: N/A

Intelligence: Incalculable

Herald of Naught

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!):

Species: Watcher

Backstory: Uatu, the Watcher of Earth. After betraying his Universe and siding with the end of existence, he was imbued with the essence of naught. Though he was elevated to a cosmic level, he was cursed to forever wander the Multiverse, warning and feeling the ramifications of his former master, True Oblivion.

[For further backstory, read the No More Heroes saga.]

Powers and Abilities: A living Memory Vessel: Due to his close proximity to True Oblivion during TO's first Universal destruction, he became imbued with a portion of his power. Everything that True Oblivion destroys, the Herald can recall.

Telepathy: Racial ability of the Watchers. Powerful enough to hide a planet from Galactus.

Immortality. Teleportation. Force Fields.

Former Powers
Energy Manipulation [On par to Galactus] - Lost with the destruction of his home Universe. Racial ability.
Size Alteration - Lost with exposure to True Oblivion. Racial ability.
Time Travel - Lost with exposure to True Oblivion. Racial ability.

Weaknesses: No offensive abilities. Despite incredible strength and power, his exposure to True Oblivion transformed his non-interference oath into something hard-coded into his very being. It now pains him to go against it in almost any way, and it is simply not possible for him to attack.

Destructive Capacity: N/A

Speed: He can teleport, the point is moot. FTL.

Durability: Universal+

Lifting Strength: Class Y

Pygmalionia wrote:Name/Alias: Lazarus Hope

Gender: Male

Age: 24

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): He dresses like an
every-man when he's doing regular things, usually with a liking to rugged
clothing. He has white, long hair which runs up to his neck. When he's "doing
the world a favor", he wears a butcher's outfit with a blank, white mask;
which usually has a kevlar underneath. He also wears a gray trenchcoat over
the outfit. Under the mask, he has a rather feminine face; which he sometimes uses to trick his victims. Currently, he has no access to his usual outfit, and is dressed in a Talon uniform without a cowl.

Species: Peak Human

Backstory: Lazarus Hope used to be a regular citizen of Gotham. As much as he strived to be a kind, patient, and forgiving person; he quickly learned that most people aren't similar, and will even abuse others to get their way. While he always tried to go on with his life ignoring the delinquents of the city, he always had an underlying mindset of how these people were simply scum. When he first heard of the Batman, he was glad to know that there was someone who got rid of those he despised so much. However, he quickly grew to resent the Masked Vigilante upon discovering the Bat's moral code. He was close to finishing his Master's Degree in Psychology when he suddenly went missing. People didn't know where he went as he always kept to himself, and was usually at the end of the jokes of the bullies and jocks of the university who would make fun of his weird natural hair color. Only one person had a clue as to what happened to him - Robert Michaels, his childhood friend. When asked about what might have happened to his friend, he would only say this: "He was growing a bit unstable. Apparently, something grave happened. I tried reaching out to him, but he wouldn't even talk to me.". A few days after his disappearance, law enforcement was called to look for him. When they searched his apartment, they were unsettled by what they found. One of the jocks was crucified to the wall, with the words "This is what your code allows!". Polaroids of the crucified man depicting him violating a woman were scattered around the room. It was later found out that this woman was a freshman who had befriended Lazarus. The police is currently on the look out for Hope, who has recently sent a ciphered message to the Gotham Police Department. When they finally cracked the code, it said one thing - "If the Bat won't rend Gotham of its weeds, I will.".

Further investigation revealed that Lazarus Hope has been taking Venom - an addictive substance known for making its users stronger. His current whereabouts are unknown.

He was trained under the Court of Owls after the Vannis incident in Gotham. The training culminated in him killing off his mentor, and eventually incinerating the whole Court and their underground labyrinth when the entity Genesis entered Lazarus just after he was genetically altered to be given the abilities of a Talon. Due to this, he no longer has a Venom Relapse effect; but he still retained the strength he got from it.

Powers and Abilities:

-Cunning: He is able to persuade people rather excellently, thanks to his study in Psychology
-Psychology Major
-Sadistic
-Peak Human: Due to Venom
-Skilled Actor: He's basically a Con Artist at times to get some funds while he's on the run.
-Selective Empathy: His delusion has come so far as to allow him to feel virtually no remorse for those he deems as "worthless". He has regular empathy for others, though.
-Chemical Knowledge: Has a degree in Chemistry, he can comprehend some toxins to an extent.
-Above Average Durability: When he's bloodlusted, there comes a point where he basically ignores pain.
-Creativity: Really good at making plans and tactics, even in combat.
-One Man Army: Due to his awareness and quickwit, he can easily outmaneuver and hack up enemies even when outnumbered
-Talon Training:
-Superhuman Strength in addition to his Venom
-Master in hand to hand combat
-Molecular Regeneration
-Master in Espionage
- Possessed by Genesis:
- Word of God: His pupils turn red and once he orders someone to do something, they will do it. As long as the target can comprehend the command. This is used sparingly by Lazarus, and he has yet to use it to its full extent
- Knowledge in both the Divine and the Demonic: Genesis is the offspring of an angel and a demon. It is said that the entity may once surpass God himself in power.

Weaknesses:

-Cold Temperature: It slows down his regeneration factor
-Insistence in Melee: He will rarely if ever use firearms. He will throw blades if desperate, but he views firearms as too "humane".
-Mild Insanity: He's out there, it can make him lose focus.
-Word of God comprehension: If the enemy doesn't understand what he says, they won't follow. (Example: Commanding someone to do something in English when the target doesn't understand English)

Destructive Capacity: Small Building Level (Potentially Catastrophic, but he doesn't abuse the Word of God)

Speed: 10 m/s (20 when sprinting)

Durability: Small Building Level (Due to regeneration)

Lifting Strength: Peak Human

Striking Strength: Class KJ

Standard Equipment:

- Different kinds of bladed weapons. Currently uses a katana, kunai, and throwing knives due to Talon Training.
- Poison: For when he wants to knock his enemy out and break them later

Intelligence: Pretty high. If it weren't for his insanity, he'd be gifted; seeing as how he was one of the top students in the University.

Optional stuff.

Theme song: Devil in Disguise - The Brevet

Random Facts about your character:
While he may be sociopathic, he still has a soft spot for most people who he doesn't see as "scum". He befriends them, hangs out, all that (though, this started after he became what he is.). He's someone you wouldn't expect to be, well, a brutal vigilante.

-Has some old ties to the underworld which he still has access to: Not everyone betrayed Weiz. Some welcomed him with open arms, and still runs some of the criminals finances
-Can easily manipulate people to do his bidding: he knows how to manipulate people's mind through clever, psychological tricks.
- the ends of his nerves are all burned away, he can barely feel anything
-Brilliant tactician: running an multi billion dollar company gave him an perfect tactic sight, and can plan things out till far in the future.

Weaknesses:

-He is practically useless in hand to hand combat, and relies heavily on his private army and gadgets
-The acid hasn't been really nice to his body, both external and internal things, like his lungs.
-He is stark craving mad.
-He tends to be reckless at some occasions to archieve his goals quicker.
-Sadism: Sometimes his madness wins, and he sets his goals aside just to enjoy watching someone suffer in the most horrible way, like he did.

Destructive Capacity: Street level

Speed: 6 m/s

Durability: not high due to heavy body damage, both extern and intern.

Lifting Strength: 50 kg

Striking Strength: Class H

Standard Equipment:

-Has an cane. Hidden inside is an sword, an gun, and deadly gas
-Bulletproof vest under his suit
-Various hidden weapons varying from knives to pistol
-His golden mask

Intelligence: He can be concidered brilliant in many aspects. But his inner hatred often clouds most of it

Random Facts about your character:

Name/Alias: Oni-sutoka Taro (Goes by Taro)
Gender: Male
Age: 104 (Technically 1104, but for 1000 of those years his body didn't age)
Appearance:
True Form(Only has 4 tails at the moment)
Fox Form(The white rune from his true form still appears on his chest)
Species: Kitsune
1004 years ago
The glyph on his black furred chest pulsated gently. Taro inspected the cave entrance like a wolf hunting prey. The scent of the demon's magical signature permeated the air all around him. He had tracked the foul abomination from a small village after using his mask to drive it out of the poor blacksmith's body.
Found you Demon . . .
The familiar, predatorial thought floated around the 100 year old Kitsune's mind, calling up the adrenaline he was so well acquainted with. He could see everything, the coming and goings of the demon through the cave entrance, the auras of the victims it had brought into the cave for feeding. Over the years this particular demon had plagued the same, unfortunate village. Dragging children and elders away to feed its hunger, and now it would end. By the blade of the Kitsune hunter Taro. The muscular kitsune had brought many demons to their painful end with his powerful shadow magic and his enchanted blade. He had been born and bred for this task, in a family devoted to the protection of the mortals, he was the favoured son, the one who bore the Akame Hanta glyph on his chest. It was Taro who stood at the cave entrance, his eyes filled with a pale white luminescence, that would bring the blessed blade Kiba-Tsume down upon this demon on his 100th birthday. Taro had always taken this honour seriously, and today was no exception. He bowed his head and murmured a small prayer to his ancestors before he unsheathed the blade from its holster. The blood red edge glimmered in the full moonlight, emerging with a soft sssshk, reflecting the 3 tails of its wielder before it came to rest poised and ready in his sword hand. The long ornate hilt stuck out slightly, ready to accommodate a second hand in the space that preceded the snarling, silver fox's head at the end, but Taro needed only one of his powerful arms to swing the sword. With sword and wielder both eager for death, Taro entered the dark, menacing maw of the cave. The passage way only got darker from there, and the smell of death and decay grew stronger the deeper he went, his eyes unhindered by the shadows. Eventually darknesses gave way to a chamber shrouded in shadows with a single beam of moonlight impaled through the center of a bloodied altar originating from a crystaline formation on the ceiling of the cavern. The demon itself rested in the chamber. With no physical form it was a collection of emotion that just blanketed the entire cavern. Taro's keen senses felt the change immediately, he could feel the multiple angers and envies of this demon. He could smell the death that stained its astral signature to the point where the smell almost burnt his nostrils. He could see it, the faint purple-green that tainted the otherwise clear air. Then came the shift, the spike of surprise as his prey spotted its predator.
How did you-?
The question lanced across the dimensions of the demon and Taro smirked as he watched the cloud collect into a form that resembled something vaguely humanoid, if only because it had a pair of legs and a pair of arms. The rest of it was nothing like a humanoid, but Taro had always found the demons took the shape he would associate with their emotional state. This one had jagged spines protruding from all of its sides, and no head or neck, merely a hump between its shoulders.
"I am Oni-sutoka Taro . . . The next Demon Stalker, and your end."
He replied to the demons telepathic communication with words, allowing his deep, rough voice to fill the air. Taro's glyph faded to its normal gentler paleness as he returned to the world as it was. The demon had materialized in this plane, he had no need for the conflicting senses.

Now he found himself faced with the literal stench of death and decay. The pungent rot of the earth that surrounded of the cavern was overlayed with the smell of corpses. Taro could pick them out in the gloom of the cavern, but he paid them no heed. His target was in front of him. The demon seemed to pulse with amusement before it rushed the large kitsune.
Dog! You know not who you challenge!
The demon screamed in thought before its claws clashed with Taro's blade. Where the demon made contact it spread hot, yellow flames that clung to the weapon. Taro grinned as the shadows around his 3 tails grew even darker. With the pale light of the moon casting shadows on the walls of the cavern Taro's blade darkened, the crimson blade glowing with impossible darkness. With 3 swift slashes he sent the demon sprawling backwards. The screams of agony that sliced across Taro's consciousness heralded the separation of several quills the demon had blocked with.
"That won't help you against me beast. . ."
Taro muttered even as the quills grew back. He charged toward the demon, slashing once then vanishing into the shadows. The demon howled its telepathic agony, searching the cavern for its assailant.
"Where are you dog . . . Come out and face your nightmares."
The demon taunted. Taro darted out to impale his foe on his blade. The demon reacted faster though, its body bubbling out around the blade to avoid its touch. Then the spiny hand of the hellish creature wrapped around Taro's throat, driving him to the ground as its maniacal cackling faded out. Taro struggled and writhed under the demon's incredible grip. His mind was being assaulted with thousands of fears and phobias. The demon had been feeding for years and its power was considerable, almost overwhelming Taro. He opened his mouth and a gout of black flames leapt forth onto the demons abyssal face. The flames burnt all they touched, consuming part of the demon as Taro sustained them just long enough to free himself. After that he stood to his feet and thrust his sword through the demon's chest, impaling it properly this time. The demon collapsed against his shoulder guard, a soft wheezing laugh escaping as its deathrattle. Taro finished the job, splitting the creature in half before he noticed the runes on the walls of the cavern that had appeared. The room had been so full of death and the demon he hadn't noticed the rune curse.
Sleep a thousand years warrior . . . And the world will leave you behind
The demon's final conscious thought came before it perished and Taro froze.

The breath filled Taro's empty lungs like a flood of life. With it came his thoughts and his consciousness.
I should not be alive. How am I alive? What is this?
They resumed as he looked around the cavern. Nothing had changed in the room, it was all as it had been,
One thousand years ago . . .
The thought dawned on Taro when he saw the glyphs fading out, their magic spent and the demon corpse fading to nothingness. The ancient warrior left the cave, a thousand years later, but not a day older.

Since then Taro has given up on demon-hunting. The world has changed, demons are not the worst threats these days. The technology of the day makes it easy for anyone to threaten another and this new threat is what Taro hunts now. He hunts those who oppress or harm those around them, and he bring justice with him. Adjusting to the new world hasn't been easy, in fact he still can't handle a toaster. But he is here now, and he's determined to continue protecting the populace, even if they don't particularly like his existence.

Powers and Abilities:
Katana and claw fighting proficiency.

Rune of Akame Hanta:
The white rune carved into Taro's chest can be activated at will, significantly increasing his senses and granting him Predator Instinct and Astral Perception which allows him to see trails of residual magic, unfortunately the interference caused by this near sensory overload decreases his tolerance for pain and becomes distracting in combat.

Kitsune Tail: The tails are the source of power for Kitsunes. The more tails a Kistune has the more powerful they are. They can hide these tails, however this lessens their power considerably. Kitsune's either gain tails by living long lives or by defeating great evil spirits and other threats to humanity.

Taro cannot hide his tails, instead they remain "deactivated" which is the equivalent of another Kitsune hiding theirs. When activated he gains access to their powers. Activation causes the tail to absorb light, creating shimmering shadows around it.

(A modified version of Charmera's character, Masami, copied and modified with permission)
No tail: Minor physical boost to peak human levels, Enhanced senses, Night Vision, [url=http://]http://[/url], Shapeshifting (Into fox form), Semi-Immortality
One tail: Increased Physical abilities, Absolute Darkness
Two tail: Increased abilities, Dark Fire(Only creation via breath or claws and destruction of said flames, a using more than two breaths of dark fire leaves Taro feeling drained and unable to sustain more than one tail), Shadow Camouflage, Wallrunning, Simple Shadow Manipulation
Three tail: Increased abilities, Dark slash, Darkness Infusion
Four tail: Physical abilities increased,Shadow Mimicry(Full Formed, but does not have intangibility or invulnerability, instead the shadow form can be damaged as normal but touching the shadows with a living object causes that object to suffer severe lacerations(can affect intangible living objects)), Darkness Aura, Shadow Mutilation
Five tail: Locked
Six tail: Locked
Seven tail: Locked
Eight tail: Locked
Nine tail: Locked

Weaknesses: Sustaining his rune ability eventually starts to confuse Taro. Having multiple tails active for a prolonged period of time drains Taro of power. In his Shadow form he is vulnerable to light based attacks (focused beams and light related powers). Shadows cannot form where there is no light meaning in absolute darkness he cannot use any shadow abilities. His hide can withstand a great deal of blunt force trauma but slashing and piercing attacks still do a lot of damage.

(/ indicates an increase when a tail is activated in the format of 0/1/2/3/4)

Taro knows many wonderful things about hunting, tracking, ambushes, tactics, demon execution and so on, he also possesses the mystical wisdom of a Kitsune. Unfortunately, he still has difficulty understanding more modern concepts, like internal combustion, how television works and the interweb

Name/Alias: Doctor 666 | Jane Eleanora Patrick | The Time Lord

Gender: F

Age: 10

Appearance: http://twilightguide.com/tg/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/Mackenzie-Foy-288.jpg

Species: Singularity

Backstory:

As a child of eight, Jane began displaying extraordinary feats as an intellectual genius capable of designing blueprints of flying cars and rockets that can actually work. Her rapidly maturing mind and knowledge of the world at large were quickly beginning to astound and frighten friends and families alike which as a result slowly began to make Jane feel isolated from the rest of normal society. Just as she had begun learning to control & suppress the genius inside her to adapt to her more "middle school-class" surroundings, Jane was suddenly dragged away from her home and teleported mysteriously before the presence of The Fulcrum Force.

The Fulcrum Force; a primordial cosmic entity forged by the Living Tribunal to serve as a balancer between all other entities and concepts. As if her own life couldn't get anymore complicated, The Fulcrum Force appointed Jane as the 13th Doctor 666. Like all her predecessors, it made her a Singularity, a sole being that can exist outside of the space-time continuum for such a time until her service has ended. Just as the Sorcerer Supreme is their universe's greatest magic practitioner, so will the Time Lord be their universe's greatest scientific physician.

Like her magical counterpart, Doctor 666 was charged with the responsibility of balancing the thin line between Order and Chaos, Good and Evil as well as ensuring that the space-time continuum was preserved & kept stabilised from the likes of gods, monsters, aliens and mutants. After that, Jane was teleported back home where for a brief moment, she was left to wonder how her budding & not-so-awesome life just got even more fucked up than before.

Powers and Abilities:
Absolute Intellect
Cosmic Knowledge
Cosmic Awareness
Chronolock
Advanced Technology
Divine Power Negation via "The Mortalcurse"
Alternate-Selves Contacting via "The Thingamajig"
Time
Travel
/Dimensional Travel/Subspace Travel via "The Thingamajig"

Weaknesses:
- Not Omniscient. Capabilities are still affected and limited by human error
- Knowledge is limited to her own universe
- Time Traveling abilities restricted within The Thingamajig. Usage is often regulated by The Fulcrum Force and highly reserved for cases of dire emergencies
- Unable to negate the powers of any deity on par or more powerful than The Fulcrum Force itself.
- Unable to take possession of another alternate version of herself. Communication is restricted within The Thingamajig.
- If any time changes happens to change the event in which the Jane was granted the ability to exist outside time and space, then that ability in itself is inapplicable.
- Even as a Singularity, Jane is only semi-immortal and is still vulnerable to things like diseases, poison, being wounded etc...
- No real natural offensive capabilities and has the physique of a 10 year old. As such, relies heavily on The Thingamajig and her various super-science tech and allies/companions for protection.

Destructive Capacity: Universal Level via invented super-tech like the "Thingamajig"

Speed: 1m/s running

Durability: Average human level

Lifting Strength: Average human

Striking Strength: Class H

Standard Equipment:

The Thingamajig - A time machine built with extreme similarities & functions to the TARDIS from Jane's favorite Doctor WHO tv series. Except its exterior shell is reinforced with pure Uru metal empowered with a fraction of The Fulcrum Force making it almost virtually indestructible.

The Mortalcurse - An ancient alien gauntlet capable of depowering gods, beings and entities the level of Skyfathers.

Intelligence: Near nigh-omniscient levels. Second only to the source of all her power The Fulcrum Force.

Optional stuff.

Theme song: 100% bad girl wannabe

Random Facts about your character:

- Born under the constellation of Scorpio
- For a girl this intelligent, she has this weird handicapped ability of conjuring up really terrible names. End result = The Thingamajig
- Occasionally still plays with barbie dolls except they aren't normal barbie dolls but artificial intelligent bimbotic life-sized versions
- Addicted to fried chicken
- Has the occasional tendency to use rather shocking foul language for a girl her age
- Is obsessed with big boobs

Name/Alias: Aaron Morse/The Prince of Darkness

Gender: Male

Age: 13,420

Appearance:
Image

Species: Unknown, appears human

Backstory:
Aaron was created 13,420 years ago on accident by and ancient Or we Scientist, who was intending to elevate a lower life form to a level so high he would be able to destroy any opponent of his. The creation was meant to be loyal to the Kree, but his attempts at creating a superior subordinate failed. The scientist found his creation opposing him, and was soon out classes by his extreme capabilities. Defeated, the scientist went into hiding again and The Prince of Darkness took on the name Aaron Morse, the name of the first being he killed before he left the Kree world.
Over thousands of years, he mastered his powers and rose to such power that he had absolute control over an entire Star Cluster. About 7,000 years ago, he was stronger than any opponent in the Cluster and he was the Supreme Leader of the largest Empire in the Galaxy. In time, he was challenged by his primary enemy, a being who's name has long since been lost in history.
The epic battle decimated the entire planet, killing billions in what was a battle between the two strongest beings in the Cluster. In the end, the opponent was nearly defeated when the opponent slipped on an unknown object, blasting Aaron in the Chest with enough power to destroy a star. His body destroyed, Aaron's spirit drifted off as he watched his Empire die.
In time, his body reformed after 3 years and he found his way to a planet called Earth, which was home to an unevolved species where he could go into hiding. His new body was not yet as powerful as his last, and he would once again have to grow in strength.
Over the next 7,000 years he grew in strength again but nothing compared to his former power. He had watched mankind grow and learn over the last millennium of his hiding, but remained in secret. He soon discovered his new bodies limitations, where as his last body did not have these limitations.
He now seeks a way to restore his power to its former greatness 7,000 years ago and rebuild an Empire. He has yet to reveal himself to the world, and is weary of the super powered beings here already.

Powers and Abilities:
Telepathy: He can send telepathic messages and conduct telepathic attacks with his mind.
Telekinesis: He can move objects as heavy as 100 tons with his telekinetic powers.
Biokinesis: He can turn his body into other substances.
Energy Manipulation/Projection: He can project and manipulate energies.
Teleportation: He can teleport vast distances in a matter of a second.
Shape Shifting: He can turn into any person physically.
Superhuman Characteristics: He posses advanced speed, durability, stamina, and strength. He also can regenerate.
Immortality: He cannot truly be killed, however, his body can be destroyed. If this occurs, his spirit will reform a new body in time.

Weaknesses:
He has no protection against Magic.
He can be rendered unconscious for hours, possibly even days, if he is struck in the upper spine with enough force.
He can only change into substances he had come into contact with.
He can only project and manipulate non-magical energies.
He can only teleport to places he has already been to.
He can only take the appearance of people he has seen, and he gains no power by changing into their form. He only looks like them.
His power cannot be used in temperatures that are below freezing point.
There is a set 4 days of the year his Immortality is disabled, which is the first day of every season.

Destructive Capacity: 14, lower stellar level

Speed: 6

Durability: 15, planetary/moon level

Lifting Strength: Class 25

Striking Strength: Class EJ

Standard Equipment: He has no equipment

Intelligence: Average

Name/Alias: Ulan Terinus/Red Atom

Gender: Male

Age: 33

Appearance:
Image

Species: Kree

Backstory:
Ulan was born to Ronan the Accuser long ago, and was raised a violent child and was drilled into a capable military soldier. His physical skills reached peak Kree levels when he was only 18 and he was at his highest possible level of combat skill for his body size and age.
His father had trained him in many arts of combat, and when he was 19 he was forced into the Kree Army, specifically into the Accuser Corps- an elite corps under his Fathers command. In this corps he advanced even more, and when he turned 20 years old he was deployed on his first mission in an attack on a major Xandarian world Ronan had hand picked for destruction. Ulan commanded his own vessel in the attack, and witnessed absolute horrors. The Kree army wiped out the Xandarian defenses, and Ulan had ordered his vessel to hold in orbit and prepare to occupy the planet. The rest of the fleet, unlike his vessel, proceeded to exterminate all life on this world and destroyed entire cities on the surface. This act showed Ulan the evils of the Kree Empire, particularly his father. Ashamed, he abandoned the corps a year later after witnessing and participating in 2 more attacks.
After having ran away in his own small ship and sought refuge in a long time abandoned world, an ice world far from the nearest Kree planet. His ship was filled with supplies, enough to last him until he reached the Human world known as Earth. When he arrived on this planet, his ship landed on a massive snow field, stretching as far as he could see on this massive ice planet. Next to him was a cave, and from within a red light was glowing.
Interested, he entered the cave to see who else was on this world. It was suppose to be uninhabited. When he arrived in the cave, he seen what looked like an atom floating above a pedistool, and it was red. This atom appeared millions of times larger than a normal atom, and seemed to be attracting Ulan to it. He could not pull his eyes away. He approached, and when he was close, without thought, he reached out to grab it. As he did, his suit seemed to reform into another material entirely, and a red atom symbol appeared on his chest. His body fell to the floor, and he was rendered unconscious for 3 days. When he woke, he found himself altered in many ways. He was taller, stronger, and he felt as if he could do amazing things. The atom, or whatever it was, had altered his appearance in many ways and his molecular make up. When he left the planet, he found he lacked hunger and in a few days his mind was completely without emotion. As time went on, and he traveled around the Galaxy, he had grown more and more statistical and like an android due to a lack of emotion.
Even without emotion, he still possessed a sense of right and wrong. When he turned 29, he returned to the Kree and discovered their next Xandarian target. Beating the Kree there, he helped the Xandarians survive the attack and saved the world from Ronan the Accuser, who decided not to spare any more forces to attack the planet.
This first act of heroism would not be his last. Several more Xandarian worlds were saved. By the time he turned thirty-two, he had saved 11 Xandarian worlds. He believes he has caught wind of a possible attack in the works against a planet called Earth, one he had searched for in vein 11 years before. He had new star charts now, and had found the planet. Over a year, he traveled to Earth, taking time to stop by many planets along the way and study their culture, as well as enhance his skills more.
As he found Earth, he discovered a huge surge of chaos in the planet and took time to familiarize himself with the planets large number of super powered beings.
He went on to help save the Earth by slowing a soon to collide Earth from another Universe, and eventually collected the Infinity Gems, Cosmic Cube, Necro Sword, and the Orange Power Ring in addition to a Shard of a Cosmic Cube.
When the Universe was destroyed, he survived with a group of others but quickly abandoned them, hiding out the following events until things were returned to normal.
He remained on the Kree Homeworld, and has sworn not to never use the Infinity Gauntlet again, and has intentions to hide all 6 Gems far from each other. He intends to take the Sword to Asgard, give Mr. Freezes gun to the Watchtower, give the Cosmic Shard to Shield, and keep the remaining three items.
Now, he travels to Earth to reunite with his former allies and explain his abandonment of them before.

Powers and Abilities:

Superhuman Capabilities-
Ulan has the capability of moving at very high speeds. He also has immense strength, stamina, and regenerative capabilities.
Energy Projection and Energy Manipulation-
He can manipulate Energy and project Energy. Though he can manipulate any energy, he can only project Nuclear Energy and Light Energy.
Flight-
He can fly at immense speeds, even in space since he has no need for Oxygen.
Teleportation-
He can teleport over large distances, but it consumes a large amount of Energy.
Telekinesis-
He can move immense objects with thoughts.
Gravity Manipulation-
He has the power to manipulate Gravity to produce a variety of effects.[/i]
Immortality-
Like an atom, he cannot truly die. He does not physically age, either. He can be wounded to a point where he is very weak, and may descend into a comatose state for weeks at a time.
Biokinesis-
He can change the material his body is made of, but he must have come in contact with the material.

Weaknesses:

-In order to use any of his powers, he must have Light Energy. He can store Light Energy, but he cannot create it. Without light for a long period of time, he will be rendered Comatose until he receives enough light to awaken.
-He can be rendered comatose for weeks at a time when defeated in battle.
-If he moves at to fast of a speed, his body can warp reality around him and he will permanently turn into a black hole. This essential kills him.
-He cannot turn his body into any material he has not come in contact with.
-He has barely any defense against telepathy or magic energy, as that is the only form of energy he cannot manipulate.
-Despite possessing the Infinity Gems and Other Cosmic items, he has used the power of the gems to stop even himself from taking anything from the indestructible vault. This ensures not even he can access the weapons he used. Only he can enter the vault, but he cannot take anything out of it or use anything in it. He has decided that not even he is worthy of the power of these items.

Destructive Capacity: 13; Planetary Level

Speed: 13; Speed of Light

Durability: 19; Star Level

Lifting Strength: Class P

Striking Strength: Class ZJ

Stamina: Nigh-infinite

Standard Equipment: None. He travels only with his ship, the Red Comet, so named for its nearly unmatched speed by any ship. He has personally upgraded it since he has owned it.

Intelligence: Above average.

Name/Alias: X-27 Executioner/ Eldara/ Sparky
Gender: Gynoid
Age: 1 year since activation
Appearance: Eldara
Species: Android
"The X-27 Executioner is the latest in Cratora's line of assassination androids. This prototype, which is set to be completed by 20:32 Seralean, specializes in discreet removal of threats to your company. With its high-quality flexible membrane skin, this cutting edge android perfectly resembles a Hinteranian Female. The electrochromatic, fully self replicating epidermis will allow for multiple identities to be assumed upon completion. This means your business opponents are no longer safe in their business meetings, cocktail parties, charity events and galas. Simply use the trigger word and your X-27 Executioner will relentlessly hunt down the targeted persona using its advanced data tracking systems. Unlike most androids this one comes fully equipped to follow even the most obscure of papertrails left by an evasive target. With her synthesized intellect and intuition she can think and reason for herself, something most employees have trouble doing we've seen. Upon finding her target, this electronic huntress has a pair of deadly weapons that can handle anything your target may have by means of protection. Blast doors and turrets on a bunker? The X-27 uses nanotech to assimilate and utilise hostile tech to its own advantage, and its ultrasonic blade can shear through blast doors up to a Hermetic Secton thick!

Not only can it remove a player from the game, the X-27 also functions as a data-slayer, thief and all around technical mer-"

The video promo was interrupted as my knee crashed through the tempered silicate covering, triggering alarm sirens which wailed half-heartedly. All around me smoke clouded my cybernetic vision. Sparks punctured the darkness briefly before receding. The faint crackle of chemical fires mixed with the datastream in my head as my systems analysed the situation. The coil-actuated muscles in my legs were tense, fear registered in the back of my cyber mind, overrun by information from every side. My eyes flicked rapidly over the nearby surroundings, switching over to thermographic enhancement. The world was a bright orange morass of smoke. Yellow fires raged further into the factory. A deep blue form was slumped over to a control panel near the exit. I broke out the rest of my storage shell and dashed through the smoke in a mere second, appearing next to the creature at the control panel. The slumped, scaled form of a ternid according to my datafiles. A trail of blood led up from its ravaged hand to an immense splatter of black life-fluid around a button labeled "Activate".

Dead. Just like the Hinteranian at the door, it's 3rd heart still warm with adrenaline. A sound interrupted my search. Panicked breathing, uneven footsteps, a Ternid entered the room carrying a data disk. She stopped, gasping as she saw me active.
"Arlara Tecran. Head of Research and Development at Cratora."
I said, shattering the petrified silence with my crisp, clear voice. She nodded slowly and approached.
"You downloaded the data files on the network?"
She asked, illiciting a nod from me as my software began analysing her condition from what I could see. Her cold Ternid form seemed okay, apart from a temperature anomaly on her shin. A cut or laceration of somekind. The skin was still searing the wound, a built in disinfectant in ternid skin. She threw the data disk on a fire, watching as it shrivelled. She took a moment to breathe and compose herself. Then she turned to me,
"You need to leave. They can't find you. Rayertech cannot have my invention!"
She said forcibly, brushing a tendril out of her face before a man burst through the wall behind me. His gun blazed burning fury, puncturing her with many bolts of molten tungsten. Before she was gunned down the words, "Elucidate Silus Grendle" left her lips. My vision switched modes. Suddenly every single word in sight was being scanned, searching, until I turned and spotted the assailant. There. On his name tag. Marked on my vision in bright red. Silus Grendle.
"I have found the droi-"
He began saying, but was cut short. I hadn't even consciously chosen to. There was no thought to extend the blade from my right wrist. My legs shifted me at lightning speeds without any request. Suddenly, the humming blade appeared out of Silus' back, rending through his armour and splitting him like an axe through wood. I picked up his minute commlink. The firewall was almost childish, snapping under my digital assault before I reprogrammed its onboard GPS and dumped it. The lab had an escape shuttle, I needed to find it . . .

The present
My systems powered up as the shuttle alerted me that we would be landing soon. I had been drifting through space for a year, aiming anywhere amongst the stars and just going. Apparently I had arrived at an inhabited planet named Earth . . .

Powers and Abilities:
  • Anatomical Liberation
  • Defunct Physiology however she does feel pain (but has a high pain tolerance) and is vulnerable to computer viruses
  • Greatly enhanced speed and agility
  • Thermographic vision as well as Heads Up Display of info thanks to Android eyes.
  • Nanites in her body allow her to assimilate technology by touch, joining it to her exoskeleton temporarily. Small objects(Cellphone sized) can be assimilated permanently below the exoskeleton. Temporarily assimilated items are cannibalized afterwards to create more nanites to replenish her stocks.
  • Cyber Mind
  • Can hack and control technology via whatever networks it can access (Can hack your phone wirelessly, because it uses wireless tech.) Controls include:
    Crashing device
Using the device as it was intended
Using the device for other means that are within its capabilities
  • Can fragment her AI and upload a shard to a device by touch, allowing her more intuitive and rapid control of the device as well as faster access to data stored on the device.
  • Her faraday lining protects her from everyday EMI but EMPs still affect her. By charging the lining she can either electrocute objects touching her or release the charge in a localised EMP that affects items outside the exoskeleton, including assimilated tech.
  • Electronic communication
  • Weapons built into her body
Weaknesses: EMPs cause her to reboot, putting her out of combat for about half an hour for low strength EMPs. High strength ones can put her out for about a week.
Electrical shocks register as pain to her, meaning she feels more pain regarding electrocution than even humans do.
Electrical shocks can dismantle her assimilated tech by electrocuting the controlling nanites.
If she were to slice into an electrical device with her vibro blade, not only would it electrocute her but the shock to the sonic generator would cause an explosion that would wreck her arm.
Excessive use of her nanite based powers will cause her nanite supply to run low as even cannibalizing assimilated tech does not return all the nanites consumed in the process. Electrical shocks can further deplete her nanite stocks. To resupply she needs to "eat" tech, converting its metal and circuitry into more nanites.

  • EmotionalEventOverSynthException: (Emotion)
Occurs when El's emotional synth is overloaded by an extreme version of an emotion, euphoria, devastation, fury. When this happens her code is voided, causing her to glitch in different ways depending on the emotion:
Rage causes weapon deployment and occasional misfires.
Devastation causes her faraday linings to become charged, electrocuting those who touch her.
Euphoria causes her to emit a minor electromagnetic pulse, disabling nearby electronics. This also disables her personal firewalls, leaving her vulnerable to hacking.
  • MultiplePersonaDeclarations(Persona)
Put simply: Show Eldara a pair of twins and she will immediately recognize them as one and the same person. Their names will be set to the first input she gets and any change is likely to be ignored. Any things she sees one do, are automatically the act of both. When confronted with both at the same time, her system assumes disguises are at play. This glitch applies only to sentient biological creatures.
  • Target hitTarget = new Target(Persona);
Not so much a glitch, seeing as it was intended to exist by her creators. This line of code identifies the targeted persona as Eldara's mark for execution. In her vision, the target is marked in red and any biometrics such as fingerprints, similar footprints and names or known aliases. The target persona will be relentless pursued until eliminated or the cancel word has been called. The trigger phrase for this function is known by Eldara, and is "Elucidate (Persona)". She does not know the cancel word.
  • VocalOutputMismatchException:
Eldara occasionally glitches while she speaks, converting normal words into unintelligible static. This static is actually a form of code in itself, with the code spoken being the translated form of the word she meant to say.
  • AssimilationRequestFault:
Despite her advanced tech and nanites, compatibility issues are still a thing. Some tech just won't assimilate with El. The failed processes fries the circuits of what she was trying to assimilate and gives El a shock.
  • DataSourceMismatchException:
Occasionally El's electronic communications filter goes on the fritz, causing her to mistake radio and wireless chatter for actual sounds.
  • MemoryUsageOverflow:
When particularly deep in thought, El's memory can begin to full up holding all of her lightning fast thoughts which can cause it to begin dumping passive background programs. Much to the frustration of her coder, he was able to fix the problem for the most apart, except now its always the background program that keeps her left arm attached which gets dumped.

Destructive Capacity: Large Building

Speed: 1000 m/s

Durability: City Level

Lifting Strength: Class 10

Striking Strength: GJ

Standard Equipment:
Her right wrist assembly contains a concealed vibro blade which can be extended when needed. The short, wrist mounted sword uses ultrasonic vibrations to greatly increase cutting power.
Her left wrist can fire nanite bullets which have several firing modes.
Birdshot: The nanite bullet fragments before hitting its target, spreading hundreds of miniscule nanites into the targets flesh before they detonate, causing hundreds of small explosions.
TechShot: The nanite bullet impacts the object but crumples and fragments, leaving no damage, but depositting many nanites which can disable the device from within.
Bullet: its a bullet, made of nanites, so a super high-tech lump of metal. You shoot it at people and it hits them. Whoooo . . .
Intelligence: Technological expert with access to the internet. Doesn't know everything. And certainly doesn't understand a lot of things humans do.
Optional stuff.
Theme song: Electrasy-Cosmic Castaway
Random Facts about your character:
For reasons unknown to Eldara, she absolutely adores puppies and kittens. Even her coders wouldn't be able to explain it if they were still alive.
Loves Pacman.

Name/Alias: Van Zant | Paragon

Gender: Male

Age: 17

Appearance:
Image
Image

Species: Human

Backstory:
Vant Zant was born a free spirit and a drifter, the son of a single mom and dad who walked out before he was born, he was relatively normal and grew up just getting by as he mom worked tirelessly to provide for him and keep the bills paid. He would just make the cut to pass in his school work, despite constant nagging from his mom and teachers about how he could do so much more - he had other things in mind, like having fun with friends, chasing after girls, playing video games, and hanging out whenever, wherever. Van became the life of the party and a smooth talker, charismatic to a fault, and somewhere along the lines, a superhero.

You couldn't pinpoint an exact moment when the powers showed up, but Van could see their beginnings in early middle school ages and slowly progressing as he grew older until he had an above average understanding of how his tactile telekinesis worked - the boy even studied and read about his powers from a library, as well as reading about other heros as he matured. He kept his powers to himself for the most part, that being the one thing he never bragged about, until his mom caught him practicing one night. The two sat down and had a discussion on what to do with his gifts - and Van admitted his desire to be a hero. Supporting his decision, Van's mother set him loose on the world to do good and apply for membership in the Justice League, but he just sorta drifted around instead.

Since he opted for a GED instead of graduation, Van left high school shortly before his seventeenth birthday and found a job, apartment, and the means to become a hero. He made a name for himself locally, but Jump City is a harsh and unpredictable mistress, and all he wants to do is either find some fly honey's or other youngsters with powers like himself. Just for friendship and to know he's not alone, teaming up is barely on the radar.

Powers and Abilities:
Tactile Telekinesis: Paragon utilizes tactile telekinesis, which gives him a personal force field of telekinetic energy to use as he sees fit. This personal field goes only a few molecules above his skin, but can extend to other objects so long as Van is in contact with him. With this in mind, Van uses this power to simulate other powers and abilities, not unlike pre-New 52 Superboy in that regard, but as a normal Human instead. He simulates the following powers, with more to come as he practices and discovers new abilities:
  • Flight/Levitation
  • Force-Field Generation
    • Force Armor Generation
  • Invulnerability
  • Telekinesis (personal)
    • Telekinetic Blast
  • Telekinetically Enhanced Condition
    • Psionic Strength
    • Telekinetic Regeneration

Weaknesses:
  • Repeated, severe blows can break through Paragon's energy field
  • He can only move objects he's in physical contact with, but the effect is immediate
  • Van doesn't have an unlimited supply of stamina, and once he's worn out, his powers decrease rapidly until he collapses from exhaustion

Destructive Capacity: Island Level

Speed: FTL

Durability: Continent Level

Lifting Strength: Class T

Striking Strength: Class EJ

Standard Equipment: Nothing of particular note beyond clothing and pocket change.

Intelligence: Somewhat of a pretty boy and a hot shot, Van Zant may not appear to be all that bright at first glance. However, as we delve deeper into his psyche, we realize that the boy is a genius in his own right, not a world-level one, though, but enough to make the right kind of people pause and take into consideration what's going on under the hood. Take his power and how he uses it, for instance. A normal user would take it at face value, but Van Zant has used it to give the appearance of multiple powers and abilities, and is constantly learning either from his own mistakes or from others. Despite this, he is stubborn and flirty, so his smarts are quickly discounted and forgotten in everyday conversation.

Optional Stuff

Theme Song: He's a teenager, and this is what I imagine teenagers listen to.

Random Facts: N/A...Yet.

I need a new post aparantly. :P

Name/Alias: Xyrixia

Gender: Female

Age: 17, yet her mental development has only been going on for a month.

Appearance(Pics are fine, include costume if needed!): http://i.imgur.com/NE75izJ.jpg
Typically she stands about 9 feet tall.

Species: Induced Xyrixxma (Human created)

Backstory:
Xyrixia was created in a lab by a bunch of scientists who were either high or crazy. In essence, they said. "Let's make the ultimate lifeform, one which is nigh on impossible to kill by conventional means, and can strengthen itself by absorbing others!" It was a halfway decent notion, which led to the to perusing all sorts of craziness. For example, they researched into an alien race of anarchists who had battles with beings known as star whales. Rumour had it they were created, not evolved. Xyri was meant to be one of them. They managed to get ahold of the jelly from this strange race, and so they gave this breed jelly life. Of course, this jelly needed sustanance to grow. And so when the scientists did not get their weapon they were perhaps a little confused. They were just about to scrap the project and go to another one when suddenly a female scientist brought some jello into the lab. Suddenly the jello oozed out of it's container and eveloped the jello, suddenly growing in mass. The scientists were surprised and quickly ordered an entire bathtub worth of jello. The jelly consumed it all, and began to take a human shape, seeing as that was all it had seen. Eventually the Jello developed a sentience of sorts. Unfortunately for the scientists this nine feet jelly woman did not like the prospect of being trapped in a lab forever, and so absorbed all the scientists and guards and outgrew the building. Soon enough she vomited them back out and returned to normal size. And so she's been on the run ever since.

Powers and Abilities:
Xyrixia has complete and total control over her form. She is able to form it, harden it at will and stretch it. However, she cannot change her forms size without biomass. As a result, Xyrixia can “borrow” biomass from other beings, absorbing their being into herself, and the reconstituting and regurgitating them once she’s done using them. This allows her to achieve great size. She absorbs none of their powers, merely their size and strength. Although beings with a lot of bio energy (typically metahumans) often give her more size to work with. She can even borrow from dead matter and corpses. She can also absorb electrical or bio energy to fuel this as well as water.
She has both
http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Bio- ... nipulation
And
http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Biomass_Manipulation
But cannot yet use them consciously. She can develop the skills later, but it will take time. She merely taps into them subconsciously for now to achieve the effects described above.
She also has very fast regeneration and a resistance to physical attacks. She is immune to most energy attacks, including Ki and diseases, toxins or tiring. In addition, she is an extremely fast learner.

She can regenerate even from a small piece of herself, and when split into multiple pieced, over time those smaller pieces reform into other versions of her self. Eventually they will all return to a single body after a while. But she can use this to get into places she needs to or shed mass when she needs to. Each of them can absorb biomass too.

Weaknesses:
While kinetic energy and most energy attacks are ineffective against her, high frequency sound will cause her to be stunned for a time and fire can be very dangerous for her. Pure magical energy is also hard to resist. Radiation causes her to regurgitate some of her biomass (literally)
While she is a fast learner, She is rather naïve and a little ignorant. She can communicate fine, but is very inexperienced in battle and reliant on others.
Due to that similar lack of experience, she has had trouble holding too much biomass in, and will become fatigued if she uses too much for too long.
Xyrixia's clones all share her overall strength depending on the biomass she has absorbed.
She still needs to eat dead biomass to maintain her size. She takes a lot of food to maintain.
Her base form can make things like doors, low ceilings and blending in crowds hard. (After all she is a nine foot tall gree slime girl)
She's also susceptible to cold temperatures and has a fear of the dark.

Destructive Capacity: Base is city block level

Speed: 100 m/s

Durability: Variable + Regen (Base is Multi city block level+ Regen) (Much higher against physical attacks or energy attacks)

Lifting Strength: Variable (Base is Class M)

Striking Strength: Variable (Base is GJ)

Standard Equipment: Some tailor made clothes from the scientists.

Intelligence: So far, rather below average. (Except in cooking. There she is a culinary genius.)

Optional stuff.
