It is the honour of this humble servant of the Magnificent and Beautiful, Wise and Powerful, Perfect and Almighty, Avatar of the Divine Glory, Queen Lyta of Brellach, Her horses swift and Her blade true, to convey Her wishes that the Holy Queendom commences a diplomatic programme, for the betterment of our relationships and communication with Those of Other Places. We understand these to be called 'embassies' or 'diplomatic missions' in the world beyond.
Her Glorious Majesty has authorised the construction of dedicated spaces for your representatives to reside in, in the outskirts of the city of Sheoth - not too distant from the Building of Her Court's Residence, for the sake of convenience. These new 'chanceries' as you may call them are not large, with capacity for only 30 - 40 people, but we have equipped them with modern fittings and they are sufficient for the tasks that will be required of them. We can endeavour to tailor them to your specific requirements if you so wish.
We have few requirements of your representatives in exchange for this; a respect for the customs and beliefs of our people, a respect for our laws, a respect for the environment of Brellach, and a respect for the territorial integrity of Her Favoured Lands of Brellach. We understand that your ambassadors are valuable to you and that you are required to protect them as you must, but we ask that you do so with restraint and tact. Heavy military vehicles and weapons in your applications will not be looked upon with kindness, for such would demonstrate an inherent lack of trust between us. In the unlikely event that more security than you have provided is needed to defend your diplomatic mission, we vow to deploy Her Legion of Light to protect your people.
You may dispatch whatever staff you feel necessary to support your representatives in their work, and of course their families are welcome, but bear in mind the size limitations of these buildings as stated. While all of your people are welcome to go where they will, besides those places that none are permitted to go, we have a legal and spiritual duty to protect the various tribes that roam Brellach from interference, and would ask that your people do the same. While they may of course interact with said tribes in a respectful manner should they encounter them, we would be forced to eject from Brellach any dignitaries or embassy staff that failed to be respectful towards them, or attempted to influence their ways.
We guarantee that your people shall be immune to prosecution by our legal system, though we may expel any who we feel to be abusing our hospitality.
With that all said, we have a simple form to complete and mail back to Her Court to apply for an embassy in Brellach. Please do so if you wish to commence a diplomatic relationship with us, and we shall consider it most carefully. Her Glorious Majesty and Her Court offer our hospitality, and hope that we can build the bonds of friendship with any who take that offer.Most humbly,
