ANNOUNCING SUBIN BAJRACHÁRYA

Image

CháReTe is delighted to reveal that the Chámelíyálí representative for the 40th anniversary WorldVision Song Contest will be the soul-sensation, Subin Bajrachárya! Hailing from the Chámelíyálí capital, Senmerí, Subin has written a series of Number One albums including her latest, critically acclaimed, pop-y release, Súrya Kahile Tala Jánchha? (When Will The Sun Go Down?).

Speaking about her participation, Subín said, 'It is a real honour to be able to represent my country and bring our culture to the world's stage. Being able to have this opportunity to present ourselves is just wonderful and even if we don't win the contest, we will still have won by being there.'

Subin will be one of the most successful Chámelíyálí artists to grace the international stage, an indication of the contest's growing popularity and acceptance in Chámelíyá. a relatively new participant. More information concerning Subin's song will be released in the coming days, however we can reveal that the song is a feel-good anthem dedicated to fledgling love and romance and that it will be the first time ever that the Chámelíyálí language will be heard at the WorldVision Song Contest.

CONFIRMED: Aloquirbe and Britonisea enter WorldVision Song Contest!

After a long wait, and a long process, it seems like Estogium has been kicked out of the process, and has left us with the two strongest Grand British Kingdom, and two strongest UCR WorldVision members. As the new era begins in WorldVision, this "game" will be put in place. If any one of the nations fail to receive 48 points, then the baton will be automatically passed to the nation not participating for the next contest [Example, If Britonisea and Aloquirbe receive under 48 points, Estogium will be in WV41]. If Nation A receives over 48 points, but Nation B doesn't, Nation C will replace B and head with A to the next contest. In case of all the nations receiving less than 48 points consecutively, then no nation will take part, or Nightom will take part for one contest alone. So, with a constant battle on our plates until WorldVision 50. We now announce the entries of the Britonish and the Aloquirbic delegations.

#1: Britonisea
Britonisea will be singing, "We" performed by Janet Kraye & the Children of 6B.
Tune: #Join Us

#2: Aloquirbe
Meanwhile, Aloquirbe will be singing, "Thinking outside the box" performed by Various Artists [All Star Sisters, Avant, BlueGreen]
Tune: Building Bridges

The Broadcasters have been decided. BVC will broadcast WorldVision 40 in Britonisea alone whereas, UCRTV will broadcast the WorldVision 40 Song Contest regionally.

Just confirming...In case something something happens.

Last night Festival di Melodi Kalosiana 12 was held. The winner was "Tu sej..." (You are...) performed by Marianna. It hasn't been decided what language she'll perform in (either Kalosian, English, or a mix of both), but many fans presume that she'll sing in English (or there will at least be English in the WV version), as FMK is usually the Kalosian NF for the World Hit Festival, where RTVK requires our entry to be performed entirely in Kalosian (meaning this is likely the only opportunity for an FMK winner to translate their song).

No. Brit, Lymantatia and Titaniumland have all used "Rhythm Inside", and now Communist Quinntopia is using the song.

Because of this, I have to.

Lactatia enters with Comptoniqua La'Trill once again, with the song "Cumming Inside" to the tune of Rhythm Inside.

Welcome to Tittsburgh, the capital of Lactatia! This city is home to over 220,000 Lactatians who are all very excited to have the possibility of having the Worldvision Song Contest in their home city. Several parades are being held in Tittsburgh and these parades are sure to continue into Worldvision season.

The Arena

Image

The venue is the "Boobhaven Areva" which serves as Lactatia's only concert hall. The arena seats approximately 40,000 people and will be expanded upon, should Lactatia win its bid.

The Stage

Image

This stage slays. Like, it really fucking slays. It's pretty damn impressive and has lights which flicker on and off and stuff. They even change color too! Though there are no water jets, Lactatian technicians have made it so that milk can fall from the ceiling and onto the stage. Also, various sound effects are programmed into the stage, and the performers' delegation can press a button and the sound will blare throughout the stage.

The Postcards

Tbh, this is the part everybody fucking cares about. The postcards feature an overweight African American woman sassing the camera and providing a sassy manner of persuading the audience to vote for the respective country

So yeah, vote Lactatia!

I am actually so proud to grace that bid's postcard section and also possibly have influenced its slogan

Edit: With RL events (vacation, forum downtime, job), I haven't been able to vote in a lot of finals yet, but thankfully the signup period is a possible-record three weeks long and I should probably get to all the finals by then xD
