Check the nations who reportedly got the issue. Some of them don't have gold coins.

I wonder if it's the word "gold" in any custom field. I'm pretty sure I got this issue on Golgothastan, whose national animal was recently changed to "goldfish" to get the revere a marine animal banner.

No gold in any of my custom fields. Never had it.

But maybe the issue is distributed to all who have something 'Irish' in their custom fields. For instance: my motto is "Yeah, good luck with that."

Or maybe all nations have something green in their flag?

I just received this Easter Egg and chose option #3.

This comes with a population of around 2.9 billion, and my currency since the very beginning has been "Gold coins".
