If I can't cite conservative pundits, I guess it's only fair that you're not allowed to cite liberal activists.

If you cannot bother to cite a source employed by the US government rather than a professional parrot I think we both now this will not end well as a debate.

why do i care it's inflected by religion? are political extremists less extreme because there's no god involved? are their victims any less dead?

First you have to understand that Islam is not 1 group of people Islam is splited into over 70 groups

3 of those 70 groups are the so called extremist Muslims which the other 67 dont agree with

Those 3 groups use force and murder to place thier rule over other groups of muslims who dont agree with them
Hence why Muslims are the biggest victims of terrorism

Those 3 groups are also the same sect of "muslims" which ISIS, Al Qaeda, Taliban and Boko Haram comes from

They are

1. Salifist
2. Wahabist
3. Takfirist

These 3 are supported and funded by Salafist billionaires in Saudi Arabia (the only Salafist/Wahabist regime in the World) (also a US "ally")

So by blaming the entire muslim religion all 1.8 billion of us because of these 3 groups that isn't even 2% of the religions population is not right

If you want to stop terrorism you need to end its roots (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) how? Remove its Salafi king and let the majority normal Sunnis rule the country that why Salafist dont use a entire nations wealth to achieve its sectrerian goals againts other muslims which will also stop the terrorists from going as far as the west in the first place

However the US opened up the way by knocking out every Secular nation in the Middle East and leaving the secterian ones which will create terrorists

Im sure no Christian wants to be ruled under the KKK for example same goes for us Muslims we hate these terrorists more then you ever will...

A lot of Muslim terrorists aren't even Muslim or at least not religious. They just use religion for personal gain, which is disgusting.

That's an oxymoron if I ever saw one.

The majority of muslims are more offended by their own killing others with the killing revolving around religion than they are from rude insults and cartoons, even if the latter is also very disgusting in my opinion.

You can't really use terrorism in an argument as to not treat muslims equally as Christians and other religions have caused way more casualties and injuries... (cough cough, do people forget the KKK?). I'd say instead of having the people in a religion teach to hate another or spread the idea, lets do the opposite:

Blur the lines between religions and stop being Whatever-Your-Holy-Book-Is thumpers, so the world could live as one. Or atleast tolerate one another.

It's like with racism... as people become more mixed and the races more combined, racism is still there, but definitely shrinking and not as bad as it was before.

I Can not believe the disgusting acts your are advocating, if anyone should have their rights restricted it is people such as yourself that seem content to group all muslims under the actions of a few. If that is okay than excuse me while I group all Christians under the same banner as Hitler and the KKK.

yes we should be. We are not terrorists or law breakers. The KKK is more of a demented terrorist group than Ahrar Ash Sham. Al Sharpton ever her of him? He incites violence or the leader of Nation of Islam he claims to be Muslim and so do his followers and no body looks at them as terrorists yet a religious Sunni Muslim who advocates for his brothers and sisters is? Not even with a rifle in hand is a terrorist and a threat never broke a law or plans to never plans to kill any one is marked as a threat? Advocating for his brothers who suffer. I'm going to quote the prophet(SAW) "The pen of a scholar is stronger than the sword of a warrior." the word is the word of the sword! The Swords are pulled by command of the word. Bringing attention to terrorists like Assad is a crime? Brining attention to the fact the Sunnis or Iraq,Syria, and Iran suffer. The suffering in Palestine Afghanistan brining there attention to the people of the world is a threat? And makes us being treated differently this is a disgrace and is against human rights.

Oh battalions of Ahrar Ash Sham may god grant you victory!

-1/10.

The fact that people are taking this seriously brings it up to a 0/10 though.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman
