Immediately after that, however, he assumed a vigilante persona, to see if it is his true place or not. As an engineer, he also developed his own communication device so that the law enforcement can't tracked him.

However, he also got involved in the war against the invaders, in which on one of his own mission, successfully in killing one of the invader's high-ranked officer, earned him a name in the French resistance forces and military. With that, he was regarded as a hero, both for his electrical ability and for his knack on communication and electronic engineering. After the end of the war, he went to work in UN to develop an independent communication device with a better efficiency and effectiveness. It was then, when he taken a job in Super Hero High and left the project on the hands of UN's scientists and engineers, in order to learn more of his true place in the society.

Can I return to here with using this app again?

A new teacher just came in. With a solid background as communication engineer, a decorated vigilante, and being formerly the head of the Project Orion, a project to develop an effective and efficient communication device for the UN, he has what it takes to be the new teacher in this Super Hero High. Just weeks after starting the project, he was transferred, but perhaps there is more than seeing the eye, as to why he was switched to. Now, however, he has a new duty, as a teacher, of a Communication subject, where he will teach student of how to communicate secretly and with advanced devices, to hide from the enemy, whether they are the remnants of the invaders, villains, or armed militia bent on killing superhumans.

Brief Bio: When the vampires attacked, Kilian did his best to fend them off with his mother and father, but it was a losing battle. Until Kilian's sparked bright blue and he moved with speed to take out the dozens of vampires attacking inside a few seconds. It was then he found himself moving and thinking at speeds that shouldn't have been possible. He then spent his time during the war fending off vampires as much as he could. Though many people feared the superhumans, Kilian was rather accepted for continually putting his life on the line for their safety. "Don't bite the hand that feeds." Was the quote they used to justify allowing him to defend them. Despite the rather grim circumstances, he was rather jovial and wisecracking in situations that likely had no call for it. To some it was annoying, but to others it was a good thing. Humor helped keep their spirits up during the time. But one the war was over, he spent most of his time doing menial, but tedious tasks that would take normal people a few hours, inside a few minutes. Then one day he received his invitation to a school for superhumans like him. He didn't have much of an education. So he decided once everyone seemed to be self sufficient that he should go to better himself.

#2 has a bit of a back story. He was once human until something stole his identity, appearance, and memories, leaving behind a living featureless white mannequin. Since it's a male shape, he assumes he's a guy, or was one. He soon finds out that he can focus himself into taking different appearances but can't do the minor details since he can't focus that much. He soon get captured by authorities and gave them interesting ideas of his potential. Since he's still technically a teenager, he is sent to the academy for training. But all he wants is to find the thing that took his existence, get it back, and kill the thing.

I like your first idea with the panther better. I don't like the idea of identity stealing.
