Cease and Desist NoticeTo whom it may concern,
We would like to inform you that your route application form is in violation of the formatting and content policy of Cirdiana Airways. As stated in the said policy, "All written content, original formatting, and original images in this storefront are the rightful property of its owner. As such, the aforementioned items are not available for copying or modification in any way unless explicitly permitted by the owner. Shall evidence of plagiarism or modification be found, the relevant authorities shall be notified and the offending party made to cease and desist or remove/modify the indicated content.
Should the owner permit copying or modification of his content to a party, due acknowledgement must be given by that party on his/her page including indications of items copied or modified at the bottom of the page. Failure to do so will be understood as plagiarism and necessary action shall be taken."
As evidence, the following comparison has been noted:
Though we will allow the copied items from Section 1 of Cirdiana's Route Application Form to remain as it is general information, you are hereby ordered to change the items highlighted in red. Should you choose to keep this format, Cirdiana Airways shall be acknowledged as a source before the form in question. Refusal to change your form content/acknowledge original Cirdiana ownership rights or the removal of this notice will grant Cirdiana Airways the right to approach the relevant authorities for affirmative action.
Acknowledgement of the receipt of this notice via telegram shall be expected.
