I don't play Victoria 2,

I destroy Victoria 2. China all goddamn day. As soon as you hit Westernization and factories, oh dear lord jebus, you just swallow everything in Asia. The expansions nerf'd that hard with the substates, but it's still so feasible.

Though, I did go as the Sikhs in Punjab once and rekt the British Empire. India stretched from Thailand to the Ottoman Empire and automatically Westernizes, so I just spammed Capitalists who built factories without me ever building one. I just started colonizing Africa and building troops because I had so much money flowing in from the factories. I think I broke that game.

I can't stand capitalist economies in game, they always build the wrong shit and because I wanna keep a high industrial score I subsidize them racking my expenditure real high. That's why I always go Reactionary in the beginning to build my own factories and Communist or Socialist later on. Unless of course I'm planning a huge as country like China plus plus Korea and Indochina

Pfft, you gotta get some Capitalist fix mods. Pop-Demand does a pretty decent job at fixing it, though. I tend to do a bit of command economy in the beginning but slowly transfer reins over to the Capitalists, who by the 1870s or so start getting hardcore.

Anyways, back to anime!

Who needs weapons when you can wear a suit that hits so hard you might break your arm throwing a punch.

Garrick uses a sniper rifle (other guns to but mostly that one), and he's got a badass suit of badassry.

Or rather... why would he want to...

Kinetic discharg (located alongside the tazer wires right along the length of the fist didgits on his hand so when punching it's hitting with way more force than just mechanical power, more powerful ones are located elsewere in his suit as well) would bust his arm (maybe).

I did the best I could to add onto the personality/bio. This is my final version of ze app.

The V O I D wrote:Here is the app and the RP example. Spoiler alert: It's amazing. My rp sample is inside my app.
Name: Alexandria Caesar (or simply, "Alex")
Age: 23.
Gender: F.
Species: Human.
Appearance: This.
Personality: Alex is semi-gothic, although she can be friendly to those she trusts. She's also very shy to most, and only trusts one or two people legitimately. Alex also dislikes it when people call her "Alexandria", though she doesn't care much.
Likes: Dubstep, Dancing, Video Games.
Dislikes: Authority, Classical Music, Smarty-pants [men].
Strengths/Abilities:
1. Cooking: Alex can cook. She's very good at it, to.
2. Dancing: Alex is a pretty good dancer. Don't be surprised if she never shows it.
3. Gaming: She loves to play videogames.
4. Exercising: Though she'll never admit it, Alex gets plenty of exercise.
Weaknesses:
1. Rainbows: She. Hates. Rainbows.
2. Clowns: She's...well, do I have to explain it? *shudder*
Bio: Alex was born into a relatively happy life. Her family was loving, caring, and in an average middle class. Just one thing wrong; everyone made fun of her, outside of her family. Alex had a hard time making friends and was bullied almost constantly. Thus, she first started demonstrating gothic behavior around age 13. This continued throughout the rest of her life until modern times. However, Alex has managed to make a few friends. Ish. So what if they're voices in her head? They still count. Alex is [un]happily living in her home. Alex is also very hostile towards people she doesn't know, until they gain her trust. Alex has been known to be friendly to a select few people, although the reason is probably extreme trust. Alex was once betrayed by one of her friends when they took him to a carnival, and made her sit in a clown tent. That friend is buried under ten feet of cement which make her backyard patio. And, now she simply roams around the town she lives in aimlessly, speaking only to those she trusts. Alex can fall in love, but she doesn't ever want to have love. It's an odd thing about her.
Additional Information: N/A.

Anime Attributes:
Qualities: Busty, Glasses [Sometimes], Technicolor [Red] Eyes, Cloud Cuckoolander, Split Personality, Berserk Button [Fear of Clowns].
Advantages: Hammerspace, "I'm Okay", Fast.
Disadvantages: Shy, Stutter.

Theme Song: I Don't Even Know.
RP Sample: Here You Go. Pretty much this post onward for the page.

Name: Originally Brahmastra; officially Shinnomon Samidare (or more commonly Sami)
Age: Very, very, very old.
Gender: N/A, though the human form is female
Species: Sentient divine weapon (I suppose she'd qualify as a super-tsukumogami)
Appearance:
Image
For a better image, try looking up "Yotsuba Koiwai".
I can't believe how difficult it is to find functional pictures of manga-only characters.

As a weapon, she looks like this; the air seems to twist and bend around the blade.
Personality: Sami is generally childish, happy-go-lucky and curious about mostly everything. She doesn't really comprehend the notion of danger, being almost indestructible, and spends her life enjoying herself with the most random things. However, she also completely lacks a sense of morality and empathy - litterally, it wasn't programed into her - and generally considers the use of overwhelming destructive force, such as her own, to be the best solution to most problems. As a result, she often strikes people as extremely insensitive.
Likes: Just about everything, except for natto and people who disrespect Kamui.
Dislikes: Natto and people who disrespect Kamui.
Strengths/Abilities: Not much really. She's physically and mentally a small child in her human form. I guess she knows a lot about history and the gods - by the latter, I mean that she knows them personally. She also has some theoretical knowledge of magic.
- She can only do by herself - in human form - that which a five-year-old child could do, i.e. not much; moreover, she's curious and daring to the point of recklessness. In weapon form, she can't do anything at all by herself, except communicate telepathically with whoever uses her.
- As a weapon, using her discharge at full force even only once a day requires a god's magical power. Kamui has a lot of the stuff for a human, but he's untrained in magic and still doesn't have nearly the force necessary to deploy her full strength. As a result, he can only use her (her discharge, that is) once a month without shortening his lifespan, and that at a fraction of her actual destructive potential. By holding back further, he can use her more frequently, but it still wrecks his body and mind.
- She makes a pretty awkward weapon without her discharge, being quite heavy and unwieldy; moreover, the very possibility of using her depends on one's mindset: if the user doesn't have enough confidence and mental strength, he/she will spontaneously combust upon touching Sami's hilt. Kamui can manage her because he's a very good swordsman and absurdly confident, but he will die should he lose his spirit during a fight. Finally, using her even without her discharge actually still drains his power, so if he keeps it up for too long it will harm him.
- More generally, her power as a weapon is largely dependent upon her user's mind. Sami is a weapon designed to be used either by a god (or similar higher being) or by someone supported by a god's blessing: using her efficiently - even without her discharge - requires godly self-confidence, the absolute knowledge that one is at the summit of creation and above all other beings (yes, gods tend to be arseholes). If the wielder's self-esteem and confidence wavers during a fight, even within the boundaries that allow him to use Sami without dying immediately, the sword will seem to become heavier and blunter. Conversely, Sami is less efficient as a sword against someone gifted with the qualities required to use her.

Brahmastra is essentially a weapon of mass destruction created by the gods of the Indian subcontinent (specifically Brahma) to uphold the righteous order of the world, as explained here. As such, as a weapon, Sami has colossal destructive power, ranging from that of a MBT's cannon to strength enough to sink Madagascar into the sea, change the global climate and completely sterilize a continent. Her effects are roughly similar to this, scaled up or down according to who is using it and at which output: basically an enormous thermobaric explosion with a very drawn-out blast wave. It also generates a powerful EMP and, used at higher outputs, is accompanied by radioactive downfall powerful enough to durably damage the local biosphere, making most life forms in the targeted area sterile and thus rendering said area barren. Additionally, it nullifies all magical forces present in the targeted area, except for those stronger than that of Brahma in his prime.
This aside, Sami can be used as a weapon without relying on her discharge. Though extremely heavy, awkwardly balanced and unwieldy, she can cut everything effortlessly except for gold, enchanted or sentient objects (in the former case, the enchantment takes the first blow), radioactive materials, large amounts of magic (completely blocking her would require magic power greater than that of Brahma in his prime) and anything wielded by someone with godly confidence and self-esteem - like Kamui.
Finally, Sami can teleport to her user's side. She is also indestructible by any means other than magic more powerful than that of Brahma in his prime - at the time, he was among the most powerful deities in the world, so it's very difficult to match. This applies to both her weapon and human forms, between which she can switch at will.

Brahmastra's early history can be found in old Sanskrit epics, which I haven't read are too long to write down here. Basically, she was created by Brahma to defend his version of the natural order, and used in warfare by the gods and those they favored. Eventually the gods who had created her lost much of their power as the faith their people placed in them decreased, and they ended up unable to use her; thus, she was thrown out of the Heavens and into the mortal world, where she wandered haphazardly in her human form for several centuries with nothing to do in particular. None of the people around her could use her, so she didn't like them much.
That's how things stood when Kamui picked her up eight years ago. He was traveling through the Indian subcontinent and found her lost in a ruined city where she had spent the last ten years bored out of her mind. At first, he mistook her for a random little girl and took her in on general principles, teaching her how to read and write and taking care of her while she accompanied him on his travels; eventually, she realized that she had never seen a human as suitable as this one for her use, and she revealed herself to him. He chose to take his chances and wield her - in fact, he didn't as much choose as jump on the occasion without even considering that he might fail -, and succeeded, prompting Brahmastra to swear allegiance to him and declare herself his weapon.
This greatly reinforced Kamui's belief that he was the rightful ruler of the world: not only had he obtained by pure chance a weapon designed by the gods, he had demonstrated the ability to wield said weapon with ease, something the gods themselves were currently unable to do. He considered going to find Brahma and his pantheon and forcing them to bow to his authority, but Brahmastra pleaded for their freedom, and he conceded the favor as a boon to his new retainer.
After this, Brahmastra, having become Kamui's chief weapon and first retainer, accompanied him on his travels throughout the worlds until today. To facilitate things on an everyday basis and illustrate that she was more than a weapon, he gave the little girl/WMD the fake identity of his adoptive daughter Samidare, which is what she prefers to be called now.

Additional Information: She has a little brother called Brahmashira, who is four times more powerful than her. The gods were afraid of him, so he was never used, and nobody really knows where he is now. Kamui knows about him, but doesn't really care, since he doesn't see how Brahmashira would be more useful to him than Sami and doesn't believe that anyone alive today - Kamui himself excepted, of course - could use the guy.

Anime Attributes:
Qualities: Expressive Hair, Technicolor Hair, Genki Girl, Woobie
Advantages: None
Disadvantages: Clumsy, Attention Deficit... Ooh, Shiny!

Theme Song: As a weapon, as a human.
RP Sample: My other characters are already accepted.

Thanks. It's a Nayar temple sword. They are usually purely ceremonial weapons, like this one, and often have absurd shapes.
African and Indian blades tend to be weird. You haven't seen a strange weapon until you've seen a Ngombe executioner's sword, a kpinga or something like this.

It depends on how much of a restraining order you'll get on her ICly if I say yes... >_>
(Read: Yes, she did, but don't run away please.)

I was expecting a giant gun, but the blade looks deadlier. Kudos.

Thanks. It's a Nayar temple sword. They are usually purely ceremonial weapons, like this one, and often have absurd shapes.
African and Indian blades tend to be weird. You haven't seen a strange weapon until you've seen a Ngombe executioner's sword, a kpinga or something like this.

Reminds me of Deadliest Warrior  Don't know if you've seen the show, but its an exotic weapon nuts delight.

Oh, I was just curious. My character won't know it IC anyway, and even if he did he 1) wouldn't care (and might approve), 2) certainly wouldn't be intimidated and 3) would consider it beneath him to go through the normal legal system. If anything, learning about it might motivate him to offer her to become his retainer.

I've seen a bit of it, but the frequent lack of realism irritated me, so ... It does have some entertainment value, I suppose.
