NOTICE
Nuevo Meshiko does not belong in the real world, thus its history does not follow real-world dates and other events. It is an "alternate world" or "alternate timeline," if you will. If you try comparing the dates on my nation's history with real-world historical events, you'll have a hard time putting them together , so if your nation exist within the real world, I suggest you put real life events dates aside for now. (Otherwise you'll have a heck of a time trying to piece them together during History class xD).
Other than that, many events in Neo-Meshikan history are based off of real historical events or real world legends. Real-life religions such as Christianity, Judaism, Buddhism, and Islam also exist.
Edited and done.
