They have 16 Cruise Missiles, 24 Surface-to-Air Missiles, 16 Anti-Ship Missiles, 10 Anti-Missile Guns, 5 Anti-Submarine Torpedo Launchers, 4 Mark 1 Rail Guns, and two Helicopters.

These three wee recently built and are ready for operation. However, we will place a condition that if they are destroyed, you are paying for them in cash, as they are a pain in the ass to build cheaply.

Well considering you had someone posting above a battleship, and the fact your OP is calling for volunteer nations to send over 20,000 troops to "patrol" the oceans of the world. This seems really excessive in my opinion. Whales are protected under OS law, but Piracy, is illegal, and state-coordinated and sanctioned piracy crosses a line.

You don't need to start attacking random fishing vessels just because they are hunting whales, arrest them (not shell or destroy their ships) if they are in your territorial waters, but don't start attacking them in International Waters.

I would really like to assist you guys in law enforcement efforts in your own territorial waters (with your Coast Guards), but having your Navy patrolling around and sinking ships is just asking for trouble.
