You will encounter on Endor either:
A) Beautiful witches
B) small numbers of steampunk orcs called the Iron Legion who recently got their asses kicked there.
I control both.
Oooo, Beautiful witches? How beautiful we talking here?

Woo! Alright, who all is on Endor? I'll have Damien appear there, maybe kill an Ewok or two.
Ewoks ain't there. They are with Yoshi steqling a ship.

Thats understandable, given the RP. I think scarlet witch might have other powers too, though. Hmm.... *goes off to check the wiki*
The biggest reason is I don't want to have to use Entropy as a plot device every 20 seconds because someone is breaking the rules.

Well you did mention, on the first page, over powering beings like cryptonians will have some block on their powers to make them not overly powerful. Could do the same with scarlet witch's reality bending powers. Besides, her other powers are just as good even without the temporal rift bending. Using her hexes to light flammable objects from afar, blow up underground gas veins.. generally manipulate the surroundings to work against her foes... and I think dr.strange has some neat stuff too. Ooh and I just read scarlet witch's wiki. The reality manipulating is not one of her natural powers. It only happens in a couple comics beacuse of inter-dimensional ripples effects her powers.

Yeah... she can use it as long as she's not completely shattering the story I had in mind which I will do my damndest to adapt to. Also the Superman thing kinda got... out of hand.

Well yeah, thats what Im thinking about. I probably wont use it, cause in the comics the only time she uses it is when its something big and DOES totally shatter the storyline of the situation so I dont think I'll put that in. Maybe switch out her dimensional powers for Bioshock Elizabeth's powers if thats fine. Bioshock Elizabeth's dimensional powers, scarlet witch's powers on things physical, whatever powers dr.strange has and rouge's power to steal other people's powers. Is all that an acceptable combo?

Name: Captain America (Steve Rogers)
Appearance(Pics are fine):(Image)
Race: Human
Age: Mid-Thirties (chronologically 90+ years old)
Gender: Male
Powers, abilities, and skills: Artificially Enhanced Physiology: Rogers has no superhuman powers, although as a result of the Super-Soldier Serum, he was transformed from a frail young man into a "perfect" specimen of human development and conditioning. Rogers is as intelligent, strong, fast, agile, and durable as possible for a human being to be without being considered superhuman. Although the SSS is definite, he maintains an overall healthy lifestyle including a regular exercise regimen and a balanced diet.
Equipment (If any):Captain America's Shield: Captain America's only weapon is his shield, a concave disk 2.5 feet in diameter, weighing 12 pounds. It is made of a unique Vibranium-steel alloy that has never been duplicated.
Short backstory: Steve Rogers was born July 4, 1920, to poor Irish immigrant parents, Sarah and Joseph Rogers. Rogers grew up a frail youth during the Great Depression in America. Little else is known about Rogers' early life other than the fact that a strong sense of duty, honor, and humility was instilled in him; perhaps due to his Irish Catholic upbringing. Rogers' father died when he was a child and his mother died from pneumonia later, when he was in his late teens.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Same weaknesses as a normal human being
