Thank you for considering establishing official relations with the Synthtopian Republic of the Planet of Planeia. We are glad that you have taken an interest in our nation. As a nation of peace above defense, we value diplomatic solutions above all final resorts. By establishing an embassy, you will not only be entering a better and brighter future in a relationship with Planeia, but you will also help to resolve diplomatic issues that may ever occur. This program is ran by the Planeian Committee of Xeno Affairs, and Chairwoman of the Committee Dr. Aiya Elanato. Once an application for a diplomatic mission has been made, it will be processed by the Planeian Committee of Xeno Affairs, then the application will be sent to the Senate of the High Council of Planeia to approve or deny the diplomatic mission. If the diplomatic mission has been approved, construction of the embassy or consulate may begin as soon as convenient.

In order to establish an embassy or consulate, you must follow
these rules, restrictions, and guidelines:

• You may NOT under any circumstances bring lethal weapons,
  only non-lethal neutralizing weapons. Not even the local
  Constability (police) employs lethal weaponry.

• Your embassy or consulate premises may not exceed
  57,600 square feet. Its height in stories is unrestricted, however.

• Your vehicles may NOT give off ANY emissions or guzzle up too
  much natural resources. It would be advised to employ locally
  manufactured vehicles to meet this guideline.

• Embassies may only be placed in the capital city,
  Arcthro Letium. Consulates may be placed in just about
  any city, but if it's placed in Arcthro Letium, it must be
  compounded with the embassy, if one is present.

• Only embassy staffs are granted diplomatic immunity.
  Consulate staffs are subject to all Planeian laws,
  prosecutions, and punishments, unless the consulate is compounded
  with the embassy. Service staffs of neither consulates nor
  embassies have diplomatic immunity, outside
  of official acts for embassy service staff.

• Staffs must be limited to a total maximum of 500 for
  embassies and 250 for consulates.

Embassies

District One of Arcthro Letium, blocks T to Z. An area where embassies are designated, they're informally referred to as the "Embassy Blocks".

Embassies are designated in the capital city of Arcthro Letium. They are located in District One, the Government District. District One is known well for being among the safest districts in Arcthro Letium. The staffs of embassies located in District One would be safe under the protection of the Arcthro Letium Constability Department, and the Protective Services of government officials. In addition to being safe, embassies will be located very close to government offices, allowing for better communication between the Government of the Synthtopian Republic of Planeia and representative nations.

Consulates

Consulates are smaller diplomatic missions that are purposed with catering to the needs of foreign nationals located within the host nation. They usually provide services such as issuing visas, replacing lost passports, and assisting foreign nationals with legal troubles in the host nation. A consulate may be located in any city, preferably where most of the representative nation's citizens would be located. Here are a few Planeian cities we feel you may want to establish a consulate in.

Arcthro Letium

The capital city of Planeia, and largest city. With a population of 80,500,000, it's bustling with not just busy locals, but sight-seeing tourists. Arcthro Letium is likely to attract most of your citizens traveling to Planeia, and would be an ideal location to establish a consulate to cater to their needs. Note: if you have an embassy present on Planeia, your consulate in Arcthro Letium will be compounded with it.

Babylo Letium

The second largest city on Planeia. This unconventional city is really a colossal tower 90 miles in height. It's also home to most of Planeia's entertainment industry. It's likely to attract fascinated tourists, or tourists who wish to meet celebrities, tourists who need consulate services.

Harkshai

This peaceful city is home to the Planeian martial art of Ho Gun Oh, as well as various monasteries and denominations of Omnitet's Philosophies. Establish a consulate here if you know your tourists wish to unlock the junctions between their minds and inner spirits.

Indeed, the Blaser R8 rifle will be customized with a special chambering and cartridge, namely the 7.2mm Yuko Target, which is unable to kill, and again has thinned chamber walls and a rebated rim to prevent chambering and safe firing of lethal ammunition.
As for the vehicles chosen, they were merely examples. Local analogues of the given vehicles would be preferred, preferably ground transport only. The request would be three maglev pickup trucks and three maglev minivans.

Indeed, the Blaser R8 rifle will be customized with a special chambering and cartridge, namely the 7.2mm Yuko Target, which is unable to kill, and again has thinned chamber walls and a rebated rim to prevent chambering and safe firing of lethal ammunition.
As for the vehicles chosen, they were merely examples. Local analogues of the given vehicles would be preferred, preferably ground transport only. The request would be three maglev pickup trucks and three maglev minivans.
