- Super-Growth: Grows the more he eats stuff.
- Invulnerability: Since he's just a sentient blob, bullets and knives will make him wobble like jello. To hurt him, you need some unconventional weapons.

Short backstory: Blob was an accidental creation that resulted as what happens when someone is sucked through a portal while in the process of being in an electric chair. Blob forgets everything about who s/he once was, but s/he knows s/he was in an electric chair at one point. Blob loves to eat. He can eat anything- metal, wood, dirt, even some radioactive and toxic materials. Blob gets bigger the more he eats. Blob hates fire for unknown reasons.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.):
Fire: Fire shrinks him.
Lasers: Lasers vaporize some of his Blobiness.
Unconventional Weaponry: Lightsabers, etc. will all harm him.

Disturbance- Disrupt reality to speak with the other user. Void uses this to talk with his puppets.

Short backstory:

Artorias was, but a hollow when the First Flames appeared. After Gywn received his Lord Soul, he challenged the dragons and Artorias fought with him. Many years went by and most of the dragons had died. One of Gywn's four most trusted knights he was given a piece of Gywn's Lord Soul. Time passed and the Flames began to die. In response Gywn threw himself into the Flame to keep it lit and this was where Manus came to be. Artorias, with his companions, went to fight against it only to be defeated. Artorias was corrupted and was put down by the Chosen Undead, but his soul remained. Time went on and the age of Dark began with his soul still remaining. With the disturbance of the Multiverse, one of Void's Dreadlings found the soul and brought it to him. Now, he is back and without the corruption. Artorias, however noble he is, is nothing, but a mere puppet to Void.

I got it from creepypasta mangas, the slenderman vs. the rake series, stuff like that. I'm just guessing about them going after anything non-human or animal.

I'm pretty sure that's not in line with the SCP canon. Things that already exist in the mainstream are not allowed. It has to be entirely new or at the very least based off of something with more differences than similarities.

Short backstory: A former scientist who joined the Decepticons with gusto after the loss of his friend Skyfire, Starscream quickly decided that Megatron's leadership was old and outdated, and that he was the one who should be in charge. Cue nine million years of backstabbing, treachery, cowardice, coups and general disobedience, which continued when the war moved from Cybertron to Earth. In fact, it was Starscream's refusal to listen to Megatron that kept the war going, when a petty parting blast that he delivered to the Autobot's crashed starship jostled the body of Optimus Prime into the path of Teletraan I's restoration beam.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Short sighted: he is horrible at battle strategy

Short backstory: Thundercracker claims the skies as his arena. He looks down in contempt on those who cannot leave the ground — he considers them lesser beings. He will often attack the flightless beings below him for no other reason than to satisfy his scorn.
Weaknesses(Physical weaknesses are for more powerful characters.): Thundercracker is not entirely committed to the Decepticon cause, and even has some seemingly contradictory sympathy for the humans they terrorize.

I just realized something. Deathshread turned off his pain receptors. That means the bullet punctured. That means Mercer and people like him have another weakness. One shot to the front of the throat, or the kidneys, which contains the thyroid parathyroid in the case of the neck, and the adrenal glands in the case of the kidneys, will destroy most of their abilities, as the metabolism, adrenaline, and overall bodily functions will cease to work correctly.
