As such, the Confederal Bureau of Commerce is relaxing regulations on the normally clandestine Catalarguense financial sector, and encouraging foreign bank expansion into the Catalarguense Commonwealth. As you might be able to guess, the Confederal Bureau of Commerce has decided that the Bank of Yohannes would be a viable choice. The Catalarguense Commonwealth is one of the most business-friendly countries today. Boasting low corporate and capital gains taxes, a highly-educated and enthusiastic workforce, and large international influence, the Commonwealth is a logical choice should the Bank of Yohannes deem it fit to expand internationally. We, of course, would gladly welcome any efforts on the part of the Bank of Yohannes to expand into the Commonwealth, for reasons stated above.
