Your people would disgust most people in my nation - meat-eating is thought of as barbaric here (and Indian food isn't thought of as "exotic", it's considered normal - and that picture isn't of Indian food by the way).

Ye Old Blackies

Here is the recipe for our nation favorite Lunch:

1. Put a layer of tortilla chips on a microwave-safe plate.
2. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of chips. Use cheddar, Monterey Jack or a combination of the two.
3. Heat on high in the microwave for 45 seconds or until cheese is melted.
4. Dice a tomato, slice an avocado and chop some dhives. Have sliced olives ready.
5. Top with sour cream, black olives, canned or fresh chiles, sliced avocados or chives.

That is the recipe for 'Ye Old Blackies'

Many people love Sub sandwiches, there's plenty of indie sub shops here (most hate the big corporations like Subway), often they are eaten with a side of Crisps and a Diet Pop sweetened with Stevia.

After polling our citizens, most citizens preferred to eat a thin slice of white bread for lunch. Most noted that they have rather large breakfasts and dinners.

Roast norn, normaly of the fallow breed, in a sandwich with chedder cheese and mustered.

"At first Old Grendel made Earth, Stars, and Grendels, Shee and Human.
And them were divided to classes, to serve the great.
The rich, the poor, God bless them all; To do their job, to be so pleasant, each on his own designation... All together."

That's a summary of most important stuff in the Banshean Religion.
This religion takes reincarnation as an important part of life, and therefore explains poverty/richness as a punishment/blessing for what the previous generation have done, but explains that this could be changed in the next generation by prayer.
This will give the lively, poor, citizens a good reason to pray a lot (five times a day for ten minutes) while the lazy, rich, citizens won't pray at all - they won't find it necessary.

Depends from realm to realm but in Imeriata proper is Krappkaher quite popular, for those of you who are unaware what this dish is can I say that it is a mix of Potatoes, wheat flour and salt filled with pork and onions.
Despite what the looks of them might lead you to believe do they quite taste with more potato and with some butter that have been allowed to melt on them.

Description: Stuffed pigeons. Tasty.

-4 pigeons with giblets.
-160ml butter
-10 spring onions/scallions, chopped
-Salt to taste
-Freshly milled black pepper
-125ml rice
-15ml mint, chopped
-15ml green onion, chopped
-15ml cumin seeds, ground
-4 scotch bonnet peppers, diced

1.) Chop giblets. Melt 80ml butter in a medium pan. Cook over medium heat, chopped giblets, chilies, green onions, salt and pepper. Stir occasionally until giblets are browned. Stir in rice and mint.

2.) Rub the cavity of each bird with salt, pepper and cumin seeds. Stuff each bird with 30-50ml giblet mixture. Pull loose skin over cavity - secure with wooden or metal picks. Place birds on grill.

3.) Take remaining butter and brush over stuffed birds. Grill over hot coals until birds are crispy on the outside.

The original Albian Turkey is unable to fly but makes up for this by having six legs ... an early Shee attempt at producing something with redundancy in its body make-up. Unfortunately (for the turkey) when it came to the testing of this redundancy it was found that the legs themselves make a great snack (in fact they taste like chicken), and had the bonus (for the turkey) that a turkey with half of its legs removed was still able to hobble away at great speed. Needless to say these birds have became a seasonal speciality and limping Turkeys are a common sight if there are any Shee around.

We call it the "Rhino Sandwich".

You get a rhino to charge at you and then you crush it between two monster trucks while it's still charging. Then you eat the flat bit left over.

Deliciously crunchy and ridiculously bad for your health.
