We the Empire of Old Beringia would like to welcome you, the people of foreign nations, into our borders for the first time. The Exalted Dux Ducis I, other advisers, and I have been throwing the idea around and The Exalted one finally decided to let foreign nations in. The times of isolationism and strict laws concerning our borders are over and with this statement The Exalted Dux Ducis and I would hope to usher in a new era of prosperity and economic growth. The form for establishing an embassy follows.
