Elkondu, Mahdah With the recent rise of military operations in Nasiriyah occurring such as Operation Shining Path. The new Lyran arms vehicles which will be Domestically made in Mahdah are being said to bring the Imperial Army into a new age of modernization. The Lyran Wolfhound MBT is one of those vehicles which will soon be incorporated into mechanized and amour formations in the Imperial Army. Other vehicles now being put into service would be the , YA-43 Corsaire a air superiority fighter that will be the main fighter jet in the Imperial Air force as the PAK FA stealth multirole fighter will be moved to a tactical ground fighter. The LY300 Manticore MRS which will within the coming years replace the M327 MLRS vehicle that has been in service for twenty years.

The Anubis class arsenal ship will also be incorporated into the Imperial Navy, with three hundred now being put to service as part of the Carrier Strike Fleets in escorting aircraft carriers and providing superior firepower to hostile vessels and navies abroad. It is also being rumored that a proposition is being put forward in the Grand Assembly for a expansion of the Armed Forces. Military experts and national security analysts have placed concerns on the current voluntary recruitment in place by the armed forces, many want their to be a compulsory joining of the armed forces and a possible five years of service before being considered for honorable discharge.

Many nationalist Mahdavians who have served in the military or are going to serve have voiced approval of a Compulsory military service system for the country. Others have proposed against it saying that too much of the government budget would be placed towards the military and not towards other areas such as healthcare or education. Overall oppositionists have placed concern on law enforcement needing to be modernized and expanded if a Compulsory military system was to be put into place, with retirees having military training and possible mental disorders from combat, crime could skyrocket as it was predicted by health analysts.

CANYDECIA - The first leader of the South Rothinzilians, General Vallen Brehon died at the age of 76 , the first and the only military commander of the South Rothinzilian Armed Forces with the rank of "General" had passed away while he is on his way to a mission in Kovuska, Gretin.

According to the reports, the commander was ambushed of his convoy while he sets his way in the city's streets to conduct an independent military operation. Gunfights followed until the general was caught dead, bloodied with gunshots and killed. A theory rose from the statement of the surviving soldiers that accompanied the general that it was the Gretinans who killed Brehon, but investigations are still clearing up the details.

A statement was released by the Chancellor of Quirina about the incident that was brought up to his concern. "The people of South Rothinzil deserve justice as this tragedy came upon their books in history. We shall assist them in anyway we can as we call other Quirinese nations to do their part to help their allies and friendly related nations in this midst of crisis." The Minister of Intelligence of the Federal Republic of Quirinalia will offer the Rothinzilian authorities a hand by handing them over UAV surveillance photographs of the incident to verify such atrocity.

The surrounded Imperium military compound was a pressing issue. I do recall finishing the death toll from the first year of the war to be 23,459,000 and they were mostly civilian casualties.

President Deligiorgis has openly criticised the Titianician genocide, hidden for twelve years.

It is also reported that refugees were also slaughtered, an atrocity which was spearheaded by Jack Lazin himself.

This article in general caused a wave of public outrage in the Orthodox Federation of the Eagleland, and alarmed the National Defence General Staff as well as the Federal Government, considering that Titianicia has never signed a peace treaty with the Kingdom of Afalia, after the latter was invaded last year by the IASM. Having been defeated by the coalition that was set up to defend Afalia, consisting of Emmeria, Arthurista, Itailia, Phoenecia and the Eagleland, no peace treaty was signed with any of those nations either. Finally, his speech before Parliament ended with the following phrase: "The Titianician people have been enslaved by a tyrannic Government that controls every aspect of their lives, turning humans into mere robotic beings, enslaved for life under a dictatorship that seeks to perfect humanity. We will never seek peace with such a Government until fundamental human rights in Titianicia are recognised. I ask you to approve the preparation of an expeditionary force to achieve these ends, if and when we deem it necessary to do so."

The head of the Eagleland National Defence General Staff, Field Marshal Michail Hypermachos, has refused to comment on his ordering two and a half million soldiers to prepare for imminent deployment. Sources from the Ministry of National Defence, however, cite that war is "near inevitable".

Kurdiyah, Nasiriyah Operation Shining Path has received many praises from citizens in Mahdah and Nasiriyah for clearing away insurgents who had occupied their streets and houses. For months they had enforced strict laws and murdered many who didn't follow they're way or tried to flee. Many of these places have been liberated of Al Hafa control beginning in Kurdiyah where fighting continues for control of several rebel held districts. The populace have been well receiving the Imperial Army freeing them from their oppressors.

General Hayri Mehmed who is in charge of the operations in Kurdiyah had this to say on the fighting in Kurdiyah,

"I am very hopeful and glad to see that the clutches of Al Hafa are being cut off in parts of Kurdiyah, we hope to achieve this all over the country with more operations such as Shining Path." Operation Shining Path has pacified over 350 Al Hafa insurgents within the first week of fighting. Casualties for the 6th Imperial Army have been minimal with only 53 men and women dying in combat and funeral ceremonies occurring following these deaths.

With Operation Shining Path comes great news from the 6th Army who have trained their first batch of the newly formed Nasiriyan Republic Army who have grown to 8,500 men within the last two months with various recruitment drives occurring in Imperial Army protected areas. The NRA number is expected to rise over time and within the next two years, the Nasiriyan Republic Army will become involved in military operations and policing in Nasiriyah full time.

Well, its that time again! That's right, the National Senate Elections are starting up and people from all over the nation are flocking to the voting booths. The parties expected to gain large ground in this election are the Reform Party and the Norsefire Party. However, the Unitary Front is expected to still remain in power.

Chancellor Grannersson could be a deciding factor in the election, for he is showing interest in joining the Norsefire Party. For the Reform Party, this could be etremely bas news. It can also mean the end of the Unitary Front's long reign.

Also in this report I have managed to interview the Norsefire Party Chairman, Adam Brighton:

Nelson Farek: Good day, Mr. Brighton.

Adam Brighton: Its good to be here.

Nelson Farek: So tell me, how do you see the outcome of the election?

Adam Brighton: I see a Norsefire Victory on the Horizon, Mr. Farek, and a crushing defeat for the heathen Reform Party.

Nelson Farek: Alright, how is your party going to deal with foreign relations if-

Adam Brighton: Ahem, WHEN we win.

Nelson Farek: Can you please not interrupt me?

And there we have it folks, another brilliant Destrahunt has finished, but with it, compassion, hope, and elegance. Wrapping up the tour, Ithera Quel had visited the remaining Capitol Districts of Awet, and the Joint Capitol District of Cerusk and Tinuska. While in Awet, the newly wedded council member and his wife had taken Ithera on a tour of their land. Being more modest, Ithera wore a dress that reflected her more simplistic side, rather than going all out like she usually does. The real treat for this visit was the extravagant gala thrown for the Chancellor, that finished with a twenty minute fireworks display. It was reported that Ithera Quel had left Awet in the early hours of the morning via the SUWT, or the Samari Underwater Tunnel. She had arrived in the Joint Capitol District of Ceruck and Tinuska that afternoon. However, unlike the previous tour stops, this one had shown Ithera that not all was well within the Samari Republics. Protesters awaited for the Chancellor's arrival, swarming her with propaganda against Newlander control. Ithera stood out from the crowd, wearing a black dress, with a wispy golden faux type of train. Her make up proved to upstage the general populace, with her detailed eyelashes, and golden shimmer around her face, along with black lipstick. It should be noted that while Ithera would have looked like any average citizen of Veruntia, the average citizen of Cerusk and Tinuska wear your average clothing, nothing from Veruntia. Due to strict labor laws, put in place to keep up with supply and demand of Cocoa, and other various products, the people of Ceruck and Tinuska live completely different lives than those in other Providences. The usual fireworks display did happen later on that night, but turned sour when protesters started a riot and started burning cars, buildings, etc. Riot police were called in to control the mess, but were being opposed, with homemade stun grenades, and Molotovs. Ithera Quel was rushed out immediately via private jet to ensure her safety. Hopefully things get better in the Samari Republics.

Augustupolis, Mahdah With the increasing violence in Nasiriyah with Al Hafa's hold on the country coming under pressure from the Imperial Emirate, concern has been shown about the current education system. The system comes under scrutiny with a report that was revealed on the internet about the number of children from ages 10-18 being used in suicide bombings and participating in the overall fighting across the border. The Imperial Ministry of Education has seen the leaked report and were baffled , Minister Ozan had this to say when he first saw the report,

"I'm truly shocked at the amount of children and teenagers being brainwashed by the jihadists. This makes me want to fight more for their education so they do not end up being manipulated like others unfourtantly have in the past". Minister Ozan and the Committee of Education have held several meetings on reforms to be passed on education. One of these reforms would be firing teachers and other school staff that teach or encourage in believing in radical jihad, if passed it would mean the possibility of several hundred teachers being fired as a nation wide investigation and census is being conducted on teachers in Primary Education schools.

An additional reform that was discussed and put forward to pass was for financial support of poverty stricken families trying to save up enough money to pay off school taxes and materials for their son or daughter. The creation of the Student Poverty Prevention Group would be done and work on providing ways families can continue to support their child throughout their primary education career and onto higher education. Ways that would be accomplished would be to have family members attend training to obtain a medium or high paying job and then to award them with the job and let them work to have a stable monetary supply.

Several citizens in Augustupolis were asked about the reforms proposed by Minister Ozan and the first citizen was a lady who worked in a pharmaceutical company,

"I think this reform in the education system needs to happen, I know a few families that are suffering from poverty. I think these programs would help them establish a stable life and keep their children out of trouble"


Another citizen that was asked about the reforms was a Imam from a local Mosque. This is what he had to say on the subject,

"This is a great proposal by Minister Ozan, may Allah bless him and grant him martyrdom. I also think that Islam in Mahdah needs to change and is part of the problem with radicalization, all aside this is a great first step."

Overall many in Augustupolis believe firmly that Minister Ozan's reformations of education would help improve the situation with radical Islam and children attending Primary Education. Updates on the Grand Assembly's final decision on the reforms to be posted when announced.

In my 24 years, I have worked tirelessly to positively affect the lives of every single citizen of the Union. When I was elected in 1990, our Union was in a dark place. A failing economy, crumbling infrastructure, and rampant crime rates. I promised during my campaign that I would address these issues and pursue a progressive agenda intended to bring safety and prosperity to every citizen of the Union.”

We pushed for an integrated clean energy infrastructure, moving away from fossil fuels in favor of nuclear, solar, and wind sources of renewable energy. “We aggressively addressed crime, bringing the various provincial and colonial police agencies into one effective administration, the National Police Administration under the Ministry of State Security. VILLA QUIRINA, F.C. - Dialogues with the Sarrin and Relimaark governments started last week as the three nations discussed matters of concern relating to defense and economy.

The Curule President cleared to the news agencies that diplomatic exchanges were currently underway as the concerned governments negotiate about the changing political tides of the region.

One of the major highlights of the exchange is the admission of the two nations to the Republic, which was offered to them with lots of benefits that will last many generations for each nation to prosper with. The offer was admittedly unmissable and very much pleasing.

After three hours of dialogue of the three leaders, they concluded that the Sarrin and Relimaark will be forming their Transitional Councils (composed of the government officials of the admitted government and few delegates from Quirina) to smoothly be incorporated into the Republic prior to the dialogue earlier.

The Transition is composed of four phases: Military protection phase (where troops enter the capital city to secure it from external threats as the commander of the troops will declare in the capital city that all armed forces are now part of the Republic government and their nation's government), Civil phase (where civilian officials enter the country and declared that all government offices that constitute the civilian body except the executive branch of government will be considered part of the Republic and national government in reorganization), Economic phase (where trade vessels enter the country to start setting up their businesses and submit to local offices proper documents to initiate commercial activities in the country), and the Independence phase (where the executive branch pledges oath of allegiance and the rest of the remaining parts of the government left untouched in the past phases to the Republic).

Augustupolis, I.E.M Into the early afternoon after the leaving of His Majesty Emperor Augustus III and Minister of State along with the Vice President to a wedding in Aquilinia. Supreme President Ilihan sat down with a interviewer from the Augustus Academy of Learning which is one of the leading colleges in the nation, to talk about the Supreme President's plans for the new year. The Supreme President was asked first about Foreign Relations in the region of Sondria, which he described as almost non-existent and said the following,

"Foreign relations with nations in Sondria have not been solidified for some time. The only country we've come in true contact with is the Empyreal Reich of Tiami. Which was over bad blood in the past."

Supreme President Ilihan has been known to be a hardline conservative and also a conservative Sunni Muslim. He has in the past pushed for reforms in Education to include more Islamic studies and classes into Primary Education. When he was asked about his thoughts on the 'War on Terror' called upon by the Imperial Federation of Crontor he had the following to say,

"The Imperial Federation of Crontor , the ideal example of democracy" he said as the reporter explained he said the quote with sarcastic tone and the Supreme President went on to say,

"They are more then welcomed to take on the terrorists of the region and keep on their parade of hypocrisy, just keep it out of Mahdah and our rightful brothers of Nasiriyah."

He later stated that Mahdavian Imperial Army were in full control of the situation in Nasiriyah and even though support from the Imperial Federation in some aspects has been accepted, the Supreme President has voiced against increased support from Crontor as he saw this as a threat to Mahdavian - Nasiriyan friendship and security.

He then went on to talk about the possibility of a reform in Education and the ongoing fight against Al Hafa. He answered that he was in favour of the reform to education and further stating that the pressure on the extremists in Nasiriyah will be becoming harder then ever as it is being rumored that additional operations after Shining Path will occur indefinitely.

UBC: Jole- Just hours ago, UAF personnel crossed from the eastern border of the Union territory of Vrontor into the Republic of Rapturia. This comes in response to President Christian Cranico declaring three nations on the continent, Rapturia, Karein Alesia, and Rawneij, an axis of evil that was playing host to a dangerous terrorist organization known as the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Sondria (RAFS). Said group has carried out a series of bombings across the region in recent months, including the most recent attack on the Union Embassy and SRC building in Aleniako in the United Empire. This attack left 151 dead, and lead to calls of war from both capitals.

Following an intense cross-border artillery bombardment carried out by Union Field Armies in Vrontor, UAF personnel moved across the border early this morning with their tanks in the lead as they passed through abandoned border checkpoints. The story is the same in the north, where the forces of the United Empire are moving south in conjunction with their Union allies. The crossing of the border was quickly followed by an announcement from the Imperial Congress of the Union that war had been declared on all three members of this purported 'Axis of Evil'. Union High Command released a statement identifying this fight as part of the Union's regional war on terror, highlighting that the Union would not rest until the terrorists and the nations that hosted them were completely and utterly destroyed.

Reports from within Rapturia have revealed that the Union Air Assault Force has been carrying out an intense bombing campaign against military and government targets within the nation. According to sources the UBC could ascertain from the SRNN and local news affiliates, UAAF bombers had effectively wiped out the air force of Rapturia through a strike campaign focused on airfields and air defenses. Although the UAF spokesperson refused to comment on the continued bombing campaign, due to the sensitivity of the information, it is thought that the UAAF made use of the newest Union bomber which was designed by a CEC-MTD joint operation, the B-176 Defiance Tactical Strike Bomber. Reportedly able to simply overshoot the missile speed of enemy air defenses, it is thought that the Union has been and will continue to use them to great effect.

While the threat that exists from regional terrorist and extremist groups is recognized, many oppose the Union's choice of action on the matter, condemning what they call a form of imperialism against weaker states. Sondrian Regional Council Representative Gavin Cranico, representing the Union, was forced to field a variety of questions from foreign powers regarding the actions of the Union in this instance. However, Representative Cranico held his ground and argued for a justifiable intervention on the part of the Union. He even went on to invite SRC personnel and/or peacekeepers to serve as attaches for UAF assets to show the continued good intentions of the Union in the area. How the SRC will respond remains to be seen, however most foreign policy analysts asserted that little would be done by the SRC on the issue.

Reports have also surfaced that UAF assets operating under Eastern Command have made landfall on the southern coast of Karein Alesia. According to the UAF release, Union Navy assets fought through and smashed enemy defenses, including naval units from Rawneij. Following heavy air and artillery bombardment, Union Marines had reportedly been deployed to establish a beachhead where they ran into heavy resistance that resulted in a large scale cruise missile bombardment of enemy positions in Karein Alesia. With a safe port reportedly secure, the Field Armies of the force had begun debarking to conduct the actual invasion of Karein Alesia.

Looking at Rockepeller through the veil of Science

This paper will evaluate the role that Crontorian Military Commander Rockepeller occupies, within the sphere of international Sondrian policy, using various scientific methods. The full paper will be released, via pdf, after this institution's annual policy summit, next week. The following, in this article, is an excerpt from the paper, wherein the excerpt is an it examination of Rockepeller's role in the international realm of policy in Sondria, thu the contemporary psychological scientific perspective. It is based, specifically on an interview that occured between Psychology Ph.D Franz Biedermeier. Abstract: Recently, The LCU has announced its imminent release of Rockepller. In the interests of Sovetstarus, this Department thought it necessary to work up a psychology report on the once most powerful figure in Sondria, who has nearly brought destruction to the region. This report serves as a defensive/offensive tool for evaluating Rockepeller as a potential threat to Sovetstarussian interests.

Introduction: Previously, no other public psychology reports have been known to exist, concerning Rockepeller. This is a personal interview, conducted using various psychology-related methods.

Method: Rockepeller, identified generally as "Subject", was the 5673rd subject to be interviewed for a psychology report by the Sovetstarus Public Health Institute. The interview began with a series of questions, directed at mostly his childhood and his relationship to his parents. Some questions were directed at his current feelings, and some at facilitating the conversation. A few statements were made of the same nature. Next, I began a series of word associations. This was followed by a Thematic Apperception Test, during which I showed the subject numerous pictures and had him devise stories based on what he saw. Afterwards, I administered a single inkblot for a Rorschach test. And, finally, I asked the subject a few questions that were derived from the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Test.

Subject: "I was born in Rock City, in Rokurfel Province of the Imperial Federation."
Me: "Do you remember your parents?"
Subject: "I do. My father was in the CAF and my mother worked in the Provincial Government for the Provincial Viceroy."

Illegal Mosque raid executed after 6 months of investigation

The Morbirtael district of the great capital city of Varnheim has the highest population of Islamist extremists and other potentially dangerous persons in the city. Since early 2012, an illegal religious center of Islamic orientation has been preaching hateful messages concerning the government of our leader, and teaching young men and children how to become violent criminals and murder fellow denizens of the dominion. In December, double agents and informers began leaking information about the religious center known as The Zossar Morbirtael Mosque and it's highly dangerous practices. Yesterday, once all necessary evidence had been gathered and evaluated, local Provincial Chief, with the approval of Bureau Commander Ellez Nazjemn enacted an operation to end the preaching and teaching of the religious center.

The operation was primarily carried about by the Police Bureau Department of Morbirtael's 6th Venator unit. Using superior weapons and training, the 6th Venator marched in to the Zossar Mosque. A total of 185 people were arrested, including 32 employees working for the Mosque. 176 of the 185 who were arrested were determined to be illegally living in the dominion without an issued identification card. The Police Bureau would have arrested more illegals, however, many ran away upon the arrival of authorities, and an unnamed number of men fired on the police with semi-automatic weapons and handguns.

During a press conference this morning, Provincial Chief Favail Minnar stated that they have planed to pursue prosecution for all arrested in the raid. An hour after the raid at 9:32 a.m., police doused the illegal mosque in petrol, and used an incendiary explosive to set a controlled fire in the building and compound.

Additionally, Favail Minnar stated he hopes that this raid and evidence collected from the mosque's compound will lead to the discovery and removal of other illegal religious center. The act of running a religious center without proper validation from authorities, which requires the center be part of an approved religion, has been illegal since 2007. Many leaders of monasteries, temples and legitimate religious organizations, including Courier spokesman Fimir Rothson publicly thanked Minnar for his help to the community at the press conference.

Recently as of last week, the Fourth Imperial Fleet 'Crescent Moon' has already begun patrols in the Lutherian Ocean, with it's CSG's spanning across the usual routes for commercial shipping to sail through. Mahdavian merchants who cross this ocean with goods from the UE or delivering goods have said they feel 'safer' knowing the navy is out protecting them. It has also been confirmed by the Admiral Staff that a naval exercise in the Lutherian Ocean will be conducted in early March.

The Sondrian Power Theorem

Introduction:

This short paper is divided into two parts. Part One sets the framework of the argument, and Part Two contends my point, as proposed in Part One.
Let’s begin by defining our terms so we can grasp the semantic context of this “Theorem.” Just what, exactly, is a “Theorem?” And why does it concern Sondrian Power? According to Merriam-Webster Dictionaries, a Theorem is “a formula or statement that can be proved from other formulas or statements.” With that being said, a Theorem is very general. In order to prove my Theorem true, according to its definition, I just need to prove a statement with a statement. Therefore, it is very important that we understand how I will need to explain my statement, what I will prove that statement with, and, most importantly, how I will prove this statement. We must examine the logic of my argument and think above the basic and dig deep into the fundamental laws of logic and how my logic will pertain to these laws, when I explain how my Theorem is true. So, beyond a simple proposal, I will be asserting a criterion to govern this paper.

However, before I begin defining terms, let me justify my use of Merriam-Webster as my main source for definitions. I use Merriam-Webster Dictionaries because M-W provides the definitions of terms as they are most commonly understood in society, therefore these words are the most effective median for practical communication. Communication, according to Noam Chomsky, centers on the dual understanding of individuals and the exchange of ideas amongst them, since what we know is subjectively learned (Taylor, 1992). And, so I must appeal to what you, my reader, knows, and I do that most effectively through defining terms as they appear in common usage. And Merriam-Webster Dictionaries defines terms in common usage, as it has always done since its inception in 1828.

Part I:

The Existential Sondrian Power Theorem

Definitions (According to Merriam-Webster): Existentialism – “a chiefly 20th century philosophical movement embracing diverse doctrines but centering on analysis of individual existence in an unfathomable universe and the plight of the individual who must assume ultimate responsibility for acts of free will without any certain knowledge of what is right or wrong or good or bad.”

Power: “The ability or right to control people or things.”

The Proposal: The power of Sondria can be measured indefinitely and in an infinite number of ways. We can propose that power is wealth, or that power is military might. I propose that all theories are correct unless they interfere with another theory, then, in which case those same theories are incorrect. Furthermore, I propose that power can be determined by anyone and is entirely relative. Therefore all truth that stems from power is relative, and can be only subjectively measured.

The Criterion: This proposal will be judged by two theories:

1. The Correspondence Theory of Truth: “Narrowly speaking, the correspondence theory of truth is the view that truth is correspondence to [Reality] (Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy).” The goal of philosophy is, then on, to answer the question: “What is Reality?” This paper claims that reality is relative, and, so truth is relative, since truth is derived from reality.
A. Truth is relative because human beings understand the world and see reality subjectively. David G. Meyers, a Ph.D. of Psychology at Hope College, explains a widely accepted psychological term called “Signal detection theory.” A theory predicting how and when we detect the presence of faint stimulus (‘signal’) and background stimulation (‘noise’). Assumes that there is no single threshold by which people begin to detect a stimulus, and that detection depends partly on a person’s experience, expectations, motivation, and level of fatigue. Furthermore, Professor Meyers also explains the “Top-Down Processing Theory.” According to Professor Meyers, most of how we process the world around us into reality and into sensible information is through “top-down processing,” which is, essentially, information processing guided by higher-level mental processes, as when we construct perceptions drawing on our experience and expectations (Meyers, 2007).
B. We process the world subjectively, and so reality is subjective. Because we process the world and we perceive to be reality, largely, based on our own subjective thoughts and experiences, reality is, itself, subjective, and, therefore, truth is subjective.

Part II:

Main Contention: No one holds power in Sondria, and everyone holds power in Sondria.

A. Because everyone dictates truth, truth is limited to that individual and to those who freely accept that individual’s idea of reality and truth. For example, if one were to submit to another’s idea, then someone would be controlled by that idea and thus the person to whom that idea belongs. The situation would then abide by the definition of power: “The ability to control someone.” We give power to someone when we let them control us through their ideas. If we believe a nation is the best because they have a strong military, then that nation’s idea control’s us and they, therefore, have power of us. Some, however, try to be complex about what is, in fact, a subjective truth. Some don’t just stop at military might, some add wealth, and industry and land gain. All of those, nonetheless, are relative and subjective criteria which hold no greater bearing of the truth than I or anyone else. Those idea, no matter how complex or simple, are limited to the individuals who believe it, and have thus power over those individuals. Your truth ends where mine begins. For this reason, if one person contradicts my claim to power, then two truths contradict each other, and the truth of the matter is, then, that no one, in that situation, has power, while everyone is holding power: The power to influence themselves, yet not others. The Existential Sondrian Power Theorem is a Paradox, in summation, which holds that no one holds power, because everyone holds power. And vice versa

Conclusion: Everything I said is a lie.

But rather in the lap of Being, in the intransitory, in the concealed God, in the 'Thing-in-itself-- THERE must be their source, and nowhere else!’ -- This mode of reasoning discloses the typical prejudice by which metaphysicians of all times can be recognized, this mode of valuation is at the back of all their logical procedure; through this ‘belief’ of theirs, they exert themselves for their ‘knowledge,’ for something that is in the end solemnly christened ‘the Truth." – (Ch1. Sec 2. Beyond Good and Evil by Frederick Nietzsche).

As of 12:00 A.M today, the Norsefire party have earned 60% of the national vote. Thanks to this, the party has taken 60% of the national senate and are in control of the government. Chancellor Grannersson has announced that he is switching to the Norsefire party in order to ensure total government unity.

There are mixed reactions all across the country, as multiple protests have pooped up in cities such as NEw Hope, Arkskade, and Falkengrad. Multiple deaths have been reported due to Anarchist bombers and gunmen, however the national police force and the Federal Enforcers have managed to crack down on the violence.

Meye, I.E.M The predominantly Sunni Muslim terrorist organization Al Hafa has recently been the focus of attention in Nasiriyah and the Imperial Emirate. The current insurrection on-going in Nasiriyah is the fault of Al Hafa and it's affiliates in the Nasiriyan Revolutionary Tribal Army of Islam (NRTAI) who have wrecked havoc across the war torn country as local security forces and Mahdavian military forces battle to free the parts the extremists control and to repel them from places they target. Al Hafa was first discovered and designated a terrorist organization by the Ministry of National Security after several attacks on occupational forces in Nasiriyah were claimed to be done by several brigades declaring to be called 'Al Hafa'.

Originally resistance to occupational forces was done by the Nasiriyan Revolutionary Tribal Army of Islam who were not mentioned much in the beginning by the media when the insurrection was brewing. When Al Hafa surged to become a infamous terrorist organization plaguing the region and Nasiriyah, the NRTAI were second on the list of hostile factions/organizations on the M.I.D and MNSOC websites. In the beginning Al Hafa was at a small 6,000 militants and were in small numbers across Nasiriyah. As the insurrection progressed and more information was found on them they had surged to over 100,000 members and were in several nations across Sondria.

Al-Hafa is under the leadership of Emir Faraj Hassan who's current location and residence is unknown by law enforcement and intelligence agencies. It is rumored that Hassan is operating from a foreign country or somewhere in Mahdah, others think he is somewhere in Nasiriyah running daily operations of the insurrection with the leader of NRTAI; Abdul Haadi Majeed who's location is unknown. Al Hafa has spread to other foreign nations in Sondria such as, The North Alkharanian Republic , Marquesan , Unilisia and Rustonia. It is rumored that Al Hafa cells also operate in Irnan, East Ultramar and Sovetstarus. This would become a problem as foreign fighters had flocked to Nasiriyah to fight In the name of Jihad and for Al Hafa. Such fighters have come from The Union , Marquesan and Rephesus occupied Hitahdja.

Al Hafa's only goal and the only reason it's existed is to spread it's radical form of Islam across the region and the world. Establishing Islamic states in the countries of Sondria and to eventually form a Islamic Caliphate across the region. With Mahdah being home to the largest population of Muslims in Sondria with Rephesus coming in second followed by Rustonia, it is feared that groups may rise in the country to try and mimic and even ally with Al Hafa to overthrow the government and establish a second Islamic Sultanate in Sondria.

On the internet, many videos of attacks and brutal executions by Al Hafa exist on various sites. Fourms exist for the purpose of gathering extremists sympathizers and communication between them and Al Hafa members, other sites include blogging and websites to donate funds to the group. Intelligence agencies have started undercover operations into these various sites to gather information on events or anything else pertaining to Al Hafa and affiliate groups. Of course illegal criminal activities are done by Al Hafa to gather most of their profit; piracy, sexual slavery, arms smuggling, selling and producing of illegal narcotics. These illegal activities are some of many operations and fronts that Al Hafa operate to gain monetary funds to fuel there war on authority and peace throughout Sondria.

Citing a rising number of international incidents that are increasingly drawing the attention of the SRC, Representative Cranico also called for wide ranging reforms to the SRC to handle the pressure. The creation of the position of Secretary General is just one of the reforms that Representative Cranico called for, in addition to increasing the presence of the SRC regionally through aid and development programs and better organization of the Sondrian Defense Force.

The calls for reform come at a time of skepticism in the abilities of the SRC to handle regional issues. With conflicts popping up like brushfires across Sondria, increasing Union military action abroad, and similarly increasing condemnation of Union action across Sondria, the SRC has been incredibly quiet. Therefore regional confidence in the SRC has been incredibly low as of late with some nations going so far as to condemn the SRC as a tool of imperialist nations looking to enforce their will on the weaker nations of Sondria. These reforms are being proposed with these issues in mind, in a general effort to improve the image of the SRC regionally.

“The SRC is the greatest chance of regional peace that has ever been brought about by our collective action,” said Representative Cranico in his speech before the SRC this morning, “we have an opportunity to build on this organization to ensure that it can bring peace and stable relations to future generations of Sondria. We have a commitment to our children to work collectively to leave them a brighter future. We need to leave them a future without region scarring warfare, international criminals, and rampant human rights abuse. The SRC needs to work towards a better Sondria.”

Representative’s Cranico’s words were further echoed by President Christian Cranico speaking at Vienna University this afternoon, when he stated that, “I want to work with the SRC to stamp out terrorism and human rights abuses across Sondria and bring perpetrators to face regional justice. If you are a leader committing violent atrocities or supporting acts of terrorism, you should expect a warrant for your arrest and be brought to face the SRC for sentencing. This is something that the Union is wholly committed to seeing through.”

President Cranico also addressed the fears of civil war in the neighboring nation of Sovetstarsus by noting that, “The SRC needs to take a proactive role in this conflict. We cannot allow this nation and its people to fall into anarchy as such would represent a massive security risk to the Union and Sondria as a whole. I have already ordered the Union Army’s reserve forces to mobilize and are preparing forces should the Union need to intervene to reestablish peace and stability in the country.”

“Diplomacy however, as always, is our first course of action,” President Cranico continued, “which is why I am calling on the SRC to intervene in this situation and launch a stabilization and peacekeeping effort. The Union is more than willing to donate soldiers to such an effort, and we call on all nations of Sondria to do the same. Seeing as there is still time for diplomacy to run its course, we ask that all Sondrian nations sit down and discuss a solution to this issue before making any rash actions. We are open to working with any nation.”

“I have already ordered fleet detachments of the Union Navy to international waters in the region to oversee activity. We strongly advise against nations sending weapons or war material into the conflict, as it would only serve to inflame the situation.”

With assets spread across Sondria actively involved in hunting terrorists, the presence of an unstable bordering nation is something that the Union is deathly afraid of. Although there was little to no response from the UAF, when questioned, Supreme Commander Crogden told reporters that, “all options were on the table.” More to come with this developing story.

Eagleland Soldiers from 2nd Battalion, 27th Infantry Regiment, were the first to reach the urban area of Shagal, in the Pudite Empire.

Shagal, Pudite Empire - The Eagleland Ministry of National Defence have confimed today that the Eagleland Expeditionary Force, Pudite Empire (ADEPA) have broken past the frontline on the war with the forces of the Pudite Empire, entering the city of Shagal and approaching the Xue river, pursuing retreating Pudite forces in the process. With over thirty million soldiers from the Eagleland Armed Forces involved, this is the largest and most costly war in the Eagleland's History, with billions of dollars spent and more than 25,000 casualties, although the exact number of losses is withheld by the Ministry of National Defence "for purposes of secrecy", as stated to ENT by contacts within the Ministry.

All thirty million forces are moving on the frontline; ten million have been assigned to take over the city, which is bombarded by massive artillery barrages and Close Air Strike (CAS) bombing, which entails the use of Joint Direct Attack Munition (JDAM) bombs at strategic targets such as radars, anti-air batteries, armoured vehicles, fortifications and strategic targets of opportunity. Air attacks have also been extended to the neighbouring capital city of Hollarum. Sources from the Ministry of National Defence have also (anonymously) stated that: "The air attacks in Hollarum also include the Imperial Palace, where aircraft interdict military installations and anti-air batteries, that can impair future operations...".

Although there has been talk about using indiscriminate means, such as Carpet Bombing, in order to obliterate the city and facilitate it's takeover, the Federal Government have rejected that option in view of "collateral damage" and civilian casualties. "Our mission is not to commit genocide on the Pudite people" said General Konstantinos Skepernakos, the Head of the Eagleland Army's General Staff, who has been selected to lead the soldiers on the frontline. "We have sent a large portion of our military forces in the Pudite Empire so we can facilitate a regime change, thus abolishing slavery in that nation. Doing that aggressively has it's own repercussions, as we lose the moral high ground we endeavour to gain in order to facilitate that regime change."

He then added: "This is the largest operation we have ever undertaken in our history. We have spent a huge amount of money and have lost many, many lives, in our attempt to liberate this nation from slavery. The Pudite People need to see us as liberators and not oppressors. We intend not to fight a protracted guerrilla war much like the Crontorians have with the Beblians, as we are not here to conquer Pudu, after all. But if we portray that image, that we "intend" to take over their country, then our cause will be nullified. Hence, as the Federal Government have stated, no indiscriminate bombing attacks will take place, as we are doing our best to eliminate our enemy forces, while we safeguard the innocent population. It is", he added, "very important to do so."

Although estimates suggest that 20,000 Eaglelander soldiers have died in this war, the Ministry of National Defence refuse to release any data about the war's costs in manpower and resources, asking the families of the dead soldiers to "remain silent" about their "child's honourable death", as again stated to ENT by sources from the Ministry. It should be noted that while protests were held in regard to the extent of the involvement in the war, the Eagleland Federal Government state that it is "for the better good of the Pudite People". "We have invested a large amount of money and have sent a relatively large portion of our forces into a nation for the purposes of promoting liberty for all, for the purposes of liberating that nation's slaves and ending that sickly, disgusting, inhumane and utterly barbaric practice of slavery.", said President Deligiannis in his speech before the Federal Senate. "As our forces enter Shagal and approach the Xue River and Hollarum, we write a page in our great book of the history of our nation and the history of Hellenism, exemplifying the greatest values of our nation and confirming that our new generation have indeed become better than their ancestors in all virtues. Every one of us in this country should feel proud for our men."

Kharabena, I.E.M When a protest had been started in Downtown Kharabena by supporters and members of the Mahdavian Socialist Enlightenment Front and was then broken up by the Mahdavian National Police units, the protest quickly turned violent as a mob was formed and a riot had ensued. Riot Police were quick to arrive on the scene and the battle lines were drawn in Downtown, the MSEF had been formed in the early 80s in response to the current Emperor's opposition to socialist idealists and the denial to create a political party for it's ideology. They had then ever since , been a rallying cry for citizens with different or same ideologies but had not been allowed to create they're own Political party within the guidelines of the Constitution which stated as decreed by His Majesty Lucid Augustus III,

"Forming organizations for the use of spreading possible extremist or dangerous ideologies that could be used for the casus beli for civil unrest against the state and put innocent civilians at harm, the formation of political parties is banned in the Imperial Emirate. The only party is the state for it is it's own organization that encourages peace and the well being of all it's citizens"

Several other "fronts" as they are called are active in the Imperial Emirate such as, The National Fatherland Front which is a ultra-nationalist organization that encourages harsh foreign policy and racial supremacist laws. The Mahdavian Socialist Enlightenment Front which is a hardline leftist organization that's goal is for the formation of a communist state in Mahdah. The Democratic Republic of Mahdah Front which is a pro-democratic organization wanting to abolish the Mahdavian Dynasty and it's monarchy in favor of a democratic republic similar to Erjunhuf.


The civil unrest in Downtown Kharabena has gone on for two hours with clashes happening periodically. It is predicted the mob will disperse by the late afternoon.

Already comprising 38% of the Alkharanian budget, military and government officials have stated that the desire percentage should be "no less than 40%." The UAF represents a significant fighting force in Sondria and its territories abroad. People in the United Empire and throughout Sondria refer to the UAF as 'the Union's shield.' as the UAF seems to 'stop' the Union from its aggressive expansion. Together, the United Empire and the Union have begun a series of invasions in Southern Alkharania. Because the imminent Union occupation and annexation of Southern Alkharanian is likely to happen at the conclusion of the war, a budget increase, as well as an increase in the overall size of the UAF would be beneficial to the defense of Alkharania from a Union Invasion. Nevertheless, the two countries maintain diplomatic and economic treaties with one another. The budget proposal comes at a time when the region has entered a peaceful period. Before, wars ravaged the landscapes of Hellas, Alkharania, and Aerus, the three most influential areas in Sondria. Due to the peaceful period now ensuing, the Alkharanian military should take its time and continue a buildup for when the next major war breaks out. Due to the United Empire's influence in Sondria, any war would likely bring about UE intervention. Special Forces Team 6 In other news, Special Forces Team 6 was reported to have infiltrated the notorious Selekor(terrorist organization) leader, Al Jah Boho's 'secret' hideout this morning. The terrorist leader was reportedly shot and killed on sight, as commanded by Empress Veronique. The mission itself remains covert. This battle is just one of many being waged by UE forces across it's lands and into Southern Alkharania, a hotbed for terrorist movements. With the elimination of the Selekor leader, the UAF hopes to bring about fear into the hearts of each terrorist organization that is current active on Alkharania.
