The nearest publicly available heliport is at Revnami International Airport, approximately an 18 minute drive from your embassy.
~The import of single-bladed swords into New Hayesalia is not subject to control measures.

The area is subject to tight building restrictions due to the highly public and internationally representative nature of the Parliament Complex and surrounding areas. Permissions to broadcast from New Hayesalia, due to the high power of this particular transmitter, would need to be from the national Ministry of Communications with the tower itself technically approved by the NHCP Department of Communications. The implementation of the tower would need to be authorised by the Revnami City Council. Transmitter equipment is not provided by the New Hayesalian Government for embassies. Operators would also need to acquire broadcasting permits from the Ministry of Communications. We would advise that the implementation of the transmitter would be a challenging and expensive legal and financial prospect and we advise the embassy to look for alternative options.

The nearest publicly available heliport is at Oppentin’s Forge-Smith International Airport, approximately a 20 minute drive from your embassy.
~ Proficiency certification for your taser devices must be attained from the New Hayesalian National Police for your security staff prior to their use. Other riot response equipment such as batons and shields are expected to be used in a restrained and professional manner.
~ The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has, in this case, declined to make an exemption regarding the restrictions on firearms.

The Greater Island Kingdom of New Hayesalia is most welcome to the opening of a Kahanistan Embassy in New Hayesalia. We understand the fundamental assurance of security in New Hayesalia and we make it a priority to ensure the security of all diplomatic staff. In this, we must ensure the security of the wider community as well. Our desire is not to disarm foreign security personnel, but rather ensure the safety of all New Hayesalians. Our policy or restricting possession of firearms is based on a number of contributing factors. The New Hayesalian National Police are fully compliant with all international agreements on diplomatic immunity and extraterritoriality, and the Embassy Protection Service is a highly skilled and elite branch of the National Police. New Hayesalia and the New Hayesalian National Police has an extensive plan for mitigating and responding to threats against foreign embassies.

This plan is tabled within the Embassy Security Level Table which outlines our security responses to threat situations. At none of these points will you find the need for fully automatic rifles, grenade launchers or sniper rifles. You will also find that the use of body armour for embassy staff and the use of NBC suits by anyone is not restricted. We also raise an assurance that the New Hayesalian Government is very stable- the election of the Conservative Party to Government recently was not met with mass riots across the nation nor the damage of foreign embassies in any way.

We also respect the Kahanistani Constitution although we must point out that the enshrined values of weapons ownership are not shared by New Hayesalians nor the Government of New Hayesalia. If these weapons are of symbolic value, we offer that the Embassy may apply for a warrant to possess replica firearms provided all weapons are ensured to be deactivated by a certified armorer. This is accomplished by removal of a firing pin and welding of the hole, insertion of a steel rod into the chamber and welding together of the internal working parts.
