Subject: Supplier application
Whom it may concern,
While we already maintain a contract with Armstrong Construction for all our building projects, the sheer number of new stores opening within your nation would certainly stretch their manpower to the breaking point or at least see the work on much of the locations delayed for quite some time.
Hoping that your knowledge of the local Qvaitican construction industry can be put to good use, we have decided to fully accept your application. As of now, the Qvaitican Construction Incorporated is now the official contractor of CuppaCoffee in Qvait. We hope that your employees can handle the scale of this upcoming project.
Thank you for your business,

Subject: Supplier application
Whom it may concern,
CuppaCoffee is currently lacking in suppliers of traditional Islamic cuisine, usually depending solely on local distributors in nations that demand it. Saying this, the sheer number of stores that are to be constructed in Qvait may make recruiting local suppliers somewhat more difficult and tedious.
Therefore, under the impression that your status within Qvait will lead to an effect coordination of your national distribution operations, we have decided to accept your application. The Qvaitican Islamic Foundation is now the sole supplier of Islamic halal foods and beverages to CuppaCoffee locations in Qvait.
Thank you,
Oliver Buxon

Whom it may concern,
CuppaCoffee prides itself on having an eye for potential successes in the business world. Following our routine review of the associated storefront prior to our decision regarding the acceptance of your partnership application, we were indeed highly impressed by the quality of the various products offered by your company. Not to mention applauding your decision to target the speciality foods and beverages market, a somewhat risky but potentially rewarding move in this current global economy.
Hopeful for the future and confident that this deal could bring high amounts of profits for both parties, the board has unanimously decided to accept your offer of supplier partnership. The Star Corporation is now permitted to sell CuppaCoffee products to customers and associated clients. We look forward to working with you.

Subject: Revision of supplier contract
Whom it may concern,
Pleased that all companies in Qvait that does business with CuppaCoffee are eager to supply our wider international operations, we have decided to review your respective supplier contracts. Seeing a significant number of nations that demand both kosher and halal cuisine, we have decided to allow the Qvaitican Kosher Corporation and the Qvaitican Islamic Foundation to become our official global suppliers for their respective focus industries.
However, since we already maintain a global contractor agreement with Armstrong Construction, we cannot accept the services of Qvaitican Construction Incorporated on an international level at this current time. We hope you are pleased to hear that your company continues to be the sole contractor of CuppaCoffee within Qvait.
Thank you,

Subject: Amendment to Current Agreement
Regards, following the first full year of CuppaCoffee operating within Anzinzar, the Ministry for Business & Commerce has undertaken a review of your company, its services, and products. We have also undertaken a survey among the population, and found that your company is held in high esteem. This is largely due to the excellent service provided and the small, traditional nature of the stores themselves, which have become far more popular than the large bustling ones, where service can often be lacking.
In light of our findings, we would like to amend our current agreement, and increase the number of CuppaCoffee stores within Anzinzar to 17,200. We have come to this number through a lengthy review, and believe that this number (an increase of 4,400 new stores) will be ideal.
We hope that this is acceptable for you, and look forward to a continuing prosperous future for your company in Anzinzar.
