You did not answer our question, how many slaves? How many slaves does the IASEN possess, ambassador?

I really think it is more than that, The Anglo-Saxon Empire alone has around 20 million slaves.

*The Mongolian Khanate is still in a transitional state concerning our political apparatus because of the civil war which tore our country apart
*Most of our national infrastructure lies in a collapsed state, preventing economic recovery and stabilisation efforts in our remote provinces, especially given our natural landscape.
*Because of that state of affairs, no information is available concerning our slave trade which takes place mostly in an unofficial manner, since we do not have the means of restricting the traded goods inside our borders for lack of funds. Little data is available concerning either our demography, our economy, or whatever else you might think because of the shattered state of our national institutions.
*All available weapons and manpower are currently dedicated to the pacification and stabilisation of our country. Therefore we do not have the means to enact economic reform at the current time.
*However, This does not mean that we lack the means of defending ourselves if attacked, and we WILL protect our national integrity dearly for we have already lost too much.
*THOUGH, This DOES mean that we are open to negotiations concerning eventual economic reforms if the international community, OR the IASEN, helps us with considerable foreign aid.
Signed,
Regent Baron Nicholas Maximilian Ungern Von Sternberg
