About Us

Our roots can be tracked back in 1858, when young man from Belgrade named Lazar Petrovic opened the small hotel on the end of the town located on major trade route, it was perfect spot for developing hotel buisness. The nation, together with the buisness, began to develop, and in 1909, the company had 2 buildings on their property. In 1915, Mr. Lazar Petrovic died and he left whole property to his son, Milan Petrovic, who continued buisness and renamed the company "Golden eagle". From then on, the company expanded to the whole nation, and now we are holding 12 Hotels and 8 Resorts nation-wide! We decided to grow internationally, and we offer opening the hotels in foreign nations worldwide.

CEO, Vladimir Petrovic

Our current owner is Vladimir Petrovic, ancestor of the familly of great hoteliers. His goal, as his family is, to preserve company's motto, "Royality, Hospitality and loyality". He is born in 1977 in Belgrade, Nikolia, he went to the Royal College for Hospitality and Tourism, and finished with Master degree for Hospitality. He ancested the company in 2003, and from then, he is carrier of many international and national awards from buisness and hospitality. He is carrier of the "First man of the year" of 2010 award, "Golden bell" award for hospitality, Endorisment by a King, and "Best Hotelier" award.
He is married with his wife, Jovana Petrovic, who is manager for Resorts. They have two kids, 13 year old Bojan and 9 year old Milica. He loves spending quality time with his family, although he doesnt have a lot of time for that. He is also great football fan and former player for the local team Partizan, although he is no longer playing, he is owner of the football club Eagles, which is one of the best clubs in the league. He is also huge fan of cars, and his favourite car is Bentley Continental GTI, which is owner of one. He loves to get on one of Nikolian Highways without speed limit to test the car and his performance.

Hotels

Golden Eagle Hotels are very elegant, modern and royal hotels and one of the best hotels in Nikolia. They are rewarded with 5 stars, and they are very modern. Each hotel have its room chematics, Regular, Family, Golden and Royal Room.

Regular Room

This room is very comfortable, it consists of bedroom, toilet, closet and small hall. The room is made for one person, or one pair. The room configuration may be choosen between 2 separate beds or one bed. Regular rooms can be also configured to 3 beds. In its normal configuration, in this room price is included: Satelite TV, AC, Heating, Mini-bar, room service, use of pool.
Costs of this room are next:
Regular configuration = 100NSD per night
Double bed configuration = 150NSD per night
Tripple bed configuration = 200NSD per night

Familly Room

This room is designed for our guests who comes with families of 3 or 4 members. Its special configuration allows 4 persons at one room at lower price. The beds can be splited in four beds to ensure space and comfort. In the regular configuration included things are: Satelite TV, AC, Heating, Mini-bar, Room Service, use of pool and use of spa, 3 books per wish.
Prices are next:
Regular Configuration = 230NSD per night
Four bed Configuration = 300NSD per night
Extra bed Configuration = 400NSD per night

Golden Room

This room is designed for 2 persons or one pair. Its very spacy, comfortable and elegant. This room is featured with living room, big teracce*, bar, mahogany furniture, and 4 meals a day.

With terracce = 650NSD per night
With batler = 750NSD per night

Royal suite

This Royal suite is specially designed for leaders of the nations, with its size, it is one of the biggest on the world. Every our hotel have five Royal suites, which waits for important persons to enter in. This room features: four rooms, six bathrooms, a cocktail lounge with room for 40 guests, bulletproof windows, private pool, private batler, piano (with pianist), rent-a-car Rolls Royce Phantom with driver, rent of helicopter, private beach (If hotel is on coast), billiar table, Satelite TV with all chanells on world, direct telephone line to all nations for free, private elevator , mahogany furniture , private chef.

Resorts

Resorts are places for recreation and relaxation of the busy city life. We offer our customers best vacation rests in one of our resorts on south coast of Nikolia, or on high altittutes of Balkan Mountain in one of our ski resorts. It is choise up to you, swim in tirquise waters of Nikolian Sea, or skiing on snows of the great Balkan mountain and celebrating christmas or New Years Eve in one of our resorts.

Sea Resorts

Our sea resorts are located on whole south coast of Nikolia on Nikolian Sea, which makes them more luxurious. Our resorts are very big, unique, fun and relaxing. Our biggest resort is called Golden Rings Resort, with unique look, it makes him one of the kind in the world. Every suite has its own ring with water in middle. Rings are 150m² each, and they are all atached to the main land with special construction. Every suite has 2 bedrooms, big living room, kitchen, bathroom and terracce, capable in receving 4 persons each.

Palm Sea Resort

This sea resort is one of our biggest resorts, as well as one of the biggest in the world. Its features makes him very popular among kids and families with kids. This Sea Resort features: 3 Olimpic swimming pools, 4 smaller pools, 2 aquariums, aqua park, science park, fun park, rollercoaster and carting track.
Our guests may choose between 3 types of rooms:

Ski Resorts

Our Ski Resorts are ideal place for families that want to spend quallity time during the winter with their family members. Our biggest Ski Resort is Verner Ski Resort.

This is Verner Ski Resort, our biggest and most sucessfull resort in our company. Its good for families and guests willing for adrenaline because of its location on steap edges of the mountain, on 2000m of altitute. This resort features: Rooms, 4 heated pools, Spa, saunas, 3 Ski tracks, 2 Ropeways.

Kopfener Ski Resort

This is Kopfener Ski Resort, located on west side of the mountain, it is perfect for ski learners, because of his nearly flat tracks. It has rooms, 1 Ski track, 1 Ropeway, and Spa. It is much smaller than Verner Ski Resort, and more cheaper too.

Thank you for your prompt reply. The first address we suggest in the Vilamoura Marina (which will be developed to host more recreational boats), there is a plot of land right in front of the marina where a hotel would be perfect concerning the view, the sea and the marina. The second address we suggest its in Via Republicana, 334, old town, a former hotel with a lot of charm, late XIX century, art-nouveau stairways and windows.
The bay of the Duke is a 38Km beach, forming a bay of yellow sand. Some parts are good for surfing though its scuba-diving and beach that tourists look for the most.It is quite a big area to be developed, you could choose from several plots. The sea-resort will benefict from the calm Atlantic of the bay. Please let us know if you have any further quiries.

On behalf of the Pavel Branimir Milojević International Trade Center, located in Novisad, Mouchova, I'd like to extend an offer to Golden Eagle Hotels and Resorts to expand their operations into our nation. We've recently experienced an overwhelming interest in international tourism despite our recovery from an internal civil war. We'd love to accommodate all our foreign vistors and offer them our hospitality, but an unexpected upsurge of more than half a million projected tourists this year alone will leave our current chains of hotels overbooked.

We'd appreciate what Golden Eagle Hotels and Resorts has to offer.

Our current needs at the moment are for three hotel locations; one in downtown Novisad, which is only a thirty minute commute from Milić International Airport. A ski resort facility is also requested for tourists to appreciate and experience our beautiful and challenging mountain ranges, particularly Sárközi Mountain. We also have a lovely area along our coast for a sea resort and marina at Láska Bay that needs to be redeveloped.

Below is our application for your consideration. You may contact me to arrange for your project managers to conduct site surveys at the locations we are interested in developing. As our Mouchovan language and other ethnic dialects are derived from Serbian, translators aren't necessary as the languages are nearly the same.
