There's nothing he can do if his power's suppressed, which as you've seen can be done without anyone to fight, so.....Why shouldn't I 'underestimate' him? Only think that will come of it is he'll get into trouble, of that I am 100% certain.

I think there's only so many villains in the RP still. Most of them disappeared.

In my opinion(And this is just me), mind control should never be allowed, because all it is is basically god-mod, unless the person playing it promises to only use it when the other players allow them to. Still, not an OP, so, yeah, don't take all of this as something you need to take as law for this RP
