Nikolian Embassy/Consulate Program

The Kingdom of Nikolia

Greetings fellow nations of the NS world, i want, by the full autorithy of the King and Government to open our borders to foreign diplomatic missions. On 22th July of 2013, i herebly declare this embassy /consulate program activated and it shoud remain that to the further notice

Before applying for embassy/consulate check some basic:

Rules and Requirements

1. Nations must answer all questions of the application, custom applications that give all relevent information will be accepted. Anything you wish to mention that is not stated on the application or does not come under 'special requests' may be put at the bottom under 'further information'.
2. Nations may not apply if they are currently at war with any nation that already has a diplomatic mission in Nikolia due to security reasons.
3. While diplomatic immunity applies, all embassy staff are required to follow Nikolian Law which means objects or actions that are legal in your nation but illegal in Nikolia are not allowed.
4. Security forces for embassies may not be above 20 unless you present a valid reason for this being to little in the 'special requests' section of the application.
5. Armour piercing weapons, sniper rifles and heavy machine guns are not allowed for security staff (smgs are allowed but pistols are recommended)
6. Applications must be done ICly.

Diplomatic Immunity

By World Assembly resolution GA #22, all diplomatic staff in Nikolian territory have diplomatic immunity to some level.

a) A diplomat may still be tried for crimes by the nation they serve
b) If suspected of a crime, the nation the diplomat is serving in may present the evidence to the nation the diplomat is from
c) If diplomatic immunity is revoked, the diplomat remains immune to prosecution for suspected crimes that occurred during the immunity by the nation in which they are serving
d) A diplomat may be detained for nonmedical reasons for 24 hours in cases where they serve a direct threat to the wellbeing of others, such as driving while intoxicated or other similarly dangerous activities, or longer, with the agreement of the nation they serve
e) A diplomat may be expelled from the nation in which they are serving for any reason
f) A diplomat may be expelled from the Nikolia if they are proven guilty of the murder or other severe crime(s)
PROHIBITS nations from sending diplomats with the express intent of committing crimes of espionage, sabotage, subversion, causing harm to the civilian population, and other related crimes committed outside of a diplomats duties.

Locations

Belgrade

Delta District where embassies are

Belgrade is biggest and capital city of the Kingdom with more than 300 milion pepole it makes big megalopolis on the delta of the river Dunav. Most of the government is located in Belgrade. Its first sights of inhabitation on this territory stretches back in 153 AD where it was inhabited with Nethios and it was called Singidunum (Round forthress) the first time the name Belgrade was sighted was in 246 AD named by slavic pepole- Beograd - Beo - White Grad - City...White City.
Now it is one of the biggest and modern state-of the art city with many high buildings and parks.
All embassies are located in Delta City, big buissnes center situated 10km from center of the city.

Tzarsburg

Its one of the oldest and most beautifull city in Nikolia situated in northwest of the Kingdom, it has been home for royal familly for more than 350 years. It is very calm town, with almost no crime and with 20 milion pepole. Embassies are located close to a city center and they are located by the river Sana.
