As stated in the REA, First Ammendment to REA and the Judicial Act you are going to need proof of misconduct and 2/3rds majority to impeach Britanno. So Belmaria, do you have either?
It is probable. I know many libertarians that are even within the AfA who no longer support Britanno for what he did. We may very well team up with the left to boot him out for his actions, and a president can also be impeached if said president does not have the confidence of the senate, which I am calling.
No he does not require confidence of the senate. Here is every line regarding the president and impeachment. There needs to misconduct charges, then an investigation, then a court case, then a senate vote of 66% for impeachment.
REA First Ammendment
4e. This act strongly recommends that the President of Aurentina expresses extreme discretion before using his power of legislative queuejumping and recognises that improper usage of it is a cause of his immediate Impeachment.
it allows the queue to be changed with only the approval of one Administrator; this bill has a fairer system, as the President is the one who changes the queue and if he does it in poor faith, he is accountable to the Senate and can be impeached and Article 2, Section 5, as it is fairer for the President of the Senate or the President pro tempore to decide this.
Judicial Act
Impeachment of the President of Aurentina

The Judges shall be responsible for the approval of the case findings by the Director of Public Prosecutions, conducting the trial and decide the final verdict.
7e. Upon the deliverance of guilt, the only sentence that may given is the official Impeachment. Conviction for other charges must be conducted in the relevant court of law.
